We used Organic Roots for our wedding a few weeks ago and cannot say enough about how wonderful the food and service were. They are very easy going people who can deliver an amazing meal. Great communication, easy to make adjustments, pricing was reasonable for what they offer. If we ever need to host a dinner in the future we won't hesitate to re-book with them. I can't say enough good things about Organic Roots. Chef Arturo's food was amazing, our cake was beautiful and delicious, and Tiffany and Diane were so organized and helpful throughout the entire process! They even coordinated our rentals with the rental company, so everything was seamless and stress free for us. All of our guests raved about the food, the beautiful tables, and the wonderful service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend! -

I recently had Organic Roots Catering do the food service and wedding planning for my recent wedding in Colorado. The food was amazing. It was high-quality, farm fresh ingredients. We had it served family style and everyone got enough food. Everyone loved the food and said it was amazing. They were professional and very helpful in all of the planning. They helped coordinate multiple rental companies for the tables, chairs, napkins, champagne flutes, etc, and also supplied a bartender for our event. We loved it. Tiffany and Diane were very helpful in the six months leading up to the wedding with any changes we wanted to make, doing walk-throughs, and talking us through any questions or concerns that we had. We had multiple phone calls and in-person meetings to discuss what we wanted. Highly recommend! -

The team at Organic Roots catering did a spectacular job catering our wedding, and they were very reasonably priced. All the dishes we selected were truly delicious and we received lots of compliments on everything, especially the jalapeno poppers! Their wait staff were very helpful and professional, and it was a joy to interact with each of them. Tiffany answered our questions in a timely manner and was pivotal in making our vision a reality. They even set up their own tent for the food prep since the onsite kitchen location was so tiny. Lastly, they went the extra mile by staying a bit longer at our venue than originally agreed upon without charging us extra. We definitely would recommend them to others and plan on using them for future catering needs. -

I cannot begin to say enough good words about Organic Roots Catering. They were so easy to communicate with, were incredibly flexible, and made the best food we could have ever hoped for. They worked with us to make a menu for our wedding that was vegetarian friendly, and made the best sweet potato sliders that I have ever had. Day of, they were extremely professional, and got everything set up in a time crunch. Their food was amazing, and the service that they provided was beyond words. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding. -

Organic Roots really saved our wedding as our first caterer bailed on us with only a month till our wedding. They took our request for a fully Vegan wedding and ran with it. The food was quite good and got many complements from non-Vegans as well. The service we received was above and beyond what you would expect. Can't thank them enough for making our day special and low stress. -

We used Organic Roots to cater our wedding reception in our home for 30 guests. The planning and setup was a breeze due to their level of experience and constant, quick communication. Tiffany and Arturo helped layout the flow of the event in our home prior to the event to ensure everything ran smoothly the day of.
On top of all the logistics going great, the FOOD was fantastic. All of guests were raving about how delicious the appetizers and entrées were. In addition to that, their on-site staff was friendly and did a great job setting up/tearing down and tending to our guests.
Organic Roots is truly a first class caterer and we will definitely use them again. -

Amazing organic and gluten free food.
We were looking for Colorado and fall inspired food that was fresh and gluten free. It was not easy finding a caterer during this very busy wedding season. Many caterers were unresponsive. Many caterers weren’t giving us descriptive gluten free options. Organic Roots really delivered. They were prompt and responsive to our inquiries and provided a proposal quickly. They were very flexible and accommodating to our requests for Colorado and fall inspired dishes and ingredients. When we went to our tasting, Tiffany and Arturo were wonderful hosts. They made us feel like old family friends. We were so impressed by the flavors and freshness in each dish. You could really see that Arturo and Tiffany took our vision and added their own spin on it which elevated each dish. My husband raved that the butternut squash risotto was the best risotto he ever had. Tiffany and Arturo brought that same level of execution to our wedding day. Our guests raved about both the beef and trout entrees along with our corn cakes. The desserts were a true highlight of the evening. They were cute little two bit sizers that made it easy to eat while our guests were enjoying the dance floor. But, the real show stopper was our wedding cake. The funfetti flavored cake was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had (gluten free or gluten indulgent). My husband and I are looking forward to having one again on a future anniversary.
We highly recommend Tiffany and Arturo for your catering needs. They were wonderful to work with. They made the experience of choosing our dishes easy, which is difficult when you must consider food allergies. In addition, the food was fantastic. -

Delicious organic, local food!
We loved working with Tiffany and her team for our intimate farm-to-table family style dinner at our wedding. She took care of ALL the details, so that we could truly relax. Her team was highly professional and the food was really delicious and memorable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend. -

Couldn't reccommend enough!
We are so thankful to have found Oragnic Roots Catering. We were looking for healthy, vegan food that we could have catered for our backyard mountain wedding. When I came across Tiffany's information I reached out and she literally got back to me the same day - this same timely communication was consistent throughout our whole experience.
Tiffany listened to every request I had and thoroughly answered all of our questions and posed questions we didn't even think of.
Being a backyard wedding in the mountains, we had to rent tables, chairs, and dinnerware - Tiffany connected us with a company she prtrners with and we were able to rent everything directly through her.
She also set us up with her in-house pastry chef Chelsea, who did a great job of adjusting things to fit our picky needs.
The staff they hired were kind and professional and they hosted a beautiful and well-run dinner.
Tiffany's husband, Arturo, provided a beautiful tasting experience and has a natural gift in the kitchen. We ended up going with the vegan taco bar and at least 20 of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how amazed they were that it was all vegan and gluten free. Arturos cooking is truly memorable and I cant reccommend it enough!
I can't praise this couple enough! Their service and attention to detail went above and beyond in every way and on top of that they are genuinley good and genuinley kind. I hope you choose to look in to Organic Roots because you will not regret it! You will also be supporting two beautiful parents who are building a life for thier precious daughter.

I'm so glad we went with Organic Roots. Our venue was a little tricky with no access to a kitchen. Organic Roots was prepared and on top of it. The food was delicious and they worked with our dietary needs. We didn't have a wedding planner and did it ourselves but Diane and the team worked as the coordinators and ensured that our wedding went really smoothly. We would definitely use them again for another event. -

Everyone loved the food
I must have had 20 guests tell me how much they loved the dinner at our wedding. The staff was professional and easy to work with. They helped make my wedding a beautiful, delicious, and successful event. -

Tiffany did an excellent job from day one of communicating and discussing each detail of our event. We spoke on the phone and she was very helpful in planning the food for our wedding and made it easy to choose their services. Our tasting went very well! The food was delicious and cooked perfectly; however on the actual day of our wedding, the veggies were not fully cooked and were somewhat hard. We were also charged $2.00 per person for tea and water when the staff was seen filling water goblets from out kitchen sink, which is not drinkable and unfiltered. When confronted about this Tiffany responded by sending me two different ways she could "charge" me to make up for using our water and said "So I can return your water charge and send over an invoice for additional labor etc. if you prefer". I felt this was very unprofessional and very unfair as neither of these charges were mentioned until their mistakes were brought to the table. It is a shame, but I do not recommend this company. -

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Organic Roots Catering based on our horrible experience. We put down the deposit last fall and had our tasting in February. Outside of some unclear communications from them regarding the tasting, things were going well and we were happy with the food we tasted. The only deadlines mentioned at the tasting were far out (closer to our wedding date in Sept), and based on that, we had plenty of time to finalize the menu details and ask some follow-up questions to our venue. A few months after the tasting, I received an email stating that our contract was cancelled. I immediately called and spoke to the owner, Tiffany, to figure out what happened. She claimed the cancellation was due to a lack of response/communication on our part, and she insisted they had reached out to us at least 10 times with no response. I pulled up all communications and let her know that we had only received three emails and zero phone calls. She then backtracked and admitted that she may have exaggerated a bit. I also let her know that those emails had no actual requests in them (they were just Pinterest ideas and checking in to assist with any questions or concerns). Since the emails did not have specific requests, our deadlines were far out, and we didn’t have any questions, we didn’t feel they were urgent. I let her know that if she had sent us ANY communication (call or email) that said they needed something specific from us, or that we were at risk of cancellation, I would have immediately responded. She insisted that ALL emails are urgent and was getting very snarky. At this point I was in tears and trying to negotiate with her, as I was so confused by the reasoning (or lack thereof) and the suddenness of this cancellation. No luck. Fortunately, they did return our deposit, but we were left scrambling to find a new caterer. I would not recommend Organic Roots based on what we went through.
