We are so happy Carolyn was available for our elopement! Being from the east coast, we didn't really know who to reach out to so we were thrilled when she came highly recommended. She was so easy to work with and guided us through the whole process, not just the ceremony development, but also all of the ins-and-outs of obtaining a marriage license in another state as well as some of the local spots for having our ceremony. We had no idea that from a simple couples questionnaire, she would be able to create such a thoughtful, personalized, and beautiful ceremony that incorporated the many, many things that we wanted to include like specific readings, pauses for a cocktial, tying the knot, and even setting up a table with photos of our family. She listened to us and gave us even more than what we imagined. We will be remembering the day always and are so thankful to have worked with her. -

Our wedding plans hit an unexpected hurdle with a last-minute venue change, and Carolyn's quick thinking and seamless coordination with our photographer turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and beautiful experience. Her suggestion for a new location was perfect, and she helped make the transition so effortless.
Throughout the entire process, Carolyn made sure our ceremony was unique, personal, and heartfelt. She helped create an atmosphere where we felt fully seen and supported, which made our special day even more meaningful.

Hi, my name is Cortney and I hired Adria to do our ceremony in Sept. 2024 in Cannon Beach. Not only was she AMAZING! She was so kind, thoughtful, down to earth and over just wonderful. My husband and I are very shy people so it was very nerve racking doing a big wedding on the beach with all our loved ones but she made us feel so comfortable. Adria helped us create the most memorable and beautiful ceremony that we will cherish for years to come!
My husband and I just eloped in April of 2024 and could not have had a better experience! Adria was such an organized and thoughtful person! I cried every consultant call I had with Adria because she was just so thoughtful and got me so excited and emotional for our big day. When the big day came ... Adria was able to wrangle our small crew to the correct beach (after we arrived at the wrong outlet) and came prepared with our vows (as we had both forgotten them that day ~ it was Earth day and technology was not behaving... but it was so memorable and worth it.) It sounds like a disaster, but the wedding was so so so special to us. We had beautiful weather and Adria had a beautiful ceremony prepared for us. She really personalized it to our love story and it was really beautiful to listen to each others response to an individual couples' questionnaire that we had no idea the others response until the day. It was beautiful and I cannot recommend Adria enough. We had less than a month to plan our small elopement and Adria was so so helpful and really lifted elopement stress off our plate! -

My husband and I hired Adria as our afficient, and we could not have chose anyone better! We live 5 hours away from the coast and planning a wedding is stressful itself, however, Adria was exactly what we needed!! She painted the perfect picture for our ceremony even with unprecedented mishaps along the way! She was understanding, comforting, perfessional and listened to all of our concerns and reassured us that everything would go as planned! She is so devoted to her clients and is detail oriented!!! I am a visual person, so Adria painting our ceremony picture with actual layouts of how our ceremony would look and take place, was exactly what I needed!!! She went above and beyond with any concern or questions I had and was there every step of the way!! Words cannot express how thankful we are to have found Adria and had her be part of our special day! She values her clients more than clients and although we met the day of our ceremony, I felt like we had known her for years, and that day she became part of our family!! -

We couldn't be happier with our experience! We live in NY and Carolyn made the whole process seamless. She gave us a list of local vendors from photographers to florists. She was prompt with her responses. She gave helpful feedback when asked and was able to give us different choices for the ceremony style without it becoming overwhelming. I wanted to change a few things in my vows last minute and she was able to update and print them for me. Carolyn was patient, reliable, and kind. She provides information you'll need on obtaining your marriage license, name changes, and a few other state specific marriage documents. She also printed out a copy of the ceremony for us to keep. We would recommend Carolyn to all! -

We had a dream come true elopement wedding on the beach at Netarts Bay OR.
Adria did a perfect job from planning what type of wedding we wanted, helpful suggestions for a beach wedding, a questionnaire that was the basis for our love story incorporated into the ceremony.
Adria communicated as much as we needed, from the preliminary selection meeting, initial setting the tone meeting, questionnaires and reminders along the way, assistance/ideas as needed with vows, readings and ring ceremony, and final meeting before the ceremony. We lived hundreds of miles away and accomplished all of this via zoom meeting and emails.
Last but not least, Adria is very sensitive to the type of wedding we desired and her background in drama management made the execution flawless. No detail too small, and her capturing our love story brought tears to both of our eyes! It is apparent that Adria views officiating as a labor of love calling.
We highly recommend Adria for your once in a lifetime event. -

My partner found Adria and, after speaking with her, felt confident and she was a very easy choice amongst many options, to officiate our Arch Cape elopement. We had such a special, sweet, intimate day with six of our dearest friends (2 of them even got engaged) and we are so thankful for the role that Adria played in that for us. She interacted kindly and thoughtfully with each of them; her compassion and open-heartedness for all very obvious. She was patient, calming, easy to work with, accommodating, and flexible. It was incredibly important to us that our ceremony felt reflective of who we are as a couple, and Adria's thoughtful presence really facilitated that. The attention to detail, thoughtful questionnaires leading up to, and Adria's creative ability came together with our vision so nicely to create everything we could've hoped for for a day that will surely be one our favorites forever. My ceremony was perfect because of Carolyn! I highly recommend her! I loved all of the recommendations and information that she provided in the months leading up to our wedding. Her experience was extremely valuable to us since we lived out of state. We had voiced our concerns about focusing more on our journey and not too much on how we met. We wanted a sand ceremony that involved the kids. Last minute we thought one of our kids might not participate in the sand ceremony but Carolyn had a backup plan in place. She exceeded our expectations and hit it out of the park. Everyone was laughing and lots of happy tears. It was a perfect ceremony and by far my favorite part of the day. Thank you so much Carolyn! -

Nic and I have nothing but nice things to say about Carolyn. She was very polite, professional and responsive through out the entire process. From the initial consult, up until the night before the wedding she was involved and there to help. Even through personal matters Carolyn was always there for us. This review is for my wedding held on October 23, 2021. We met Carolyn from Oregon Beach Ceremony through our wedding planner and were so happy for the introduction. We remember meeting for the first time in person in her home base of Manzanita and it was such a treat and we were so glad we made the trip even though our ceremony would be taking place in Cannon Beach. Carolyn constructed the most beautiful ceremony for us and even though it was such an emotional moment we knew we were in good hands. She had many ideas and suggestions to help make ceremony memorable and went above and beyond what we expected an officiant to do. At the end of our ceremony, she put together an informative packet with next steps which was especially helpful in the days after the wedding but this packet also included the outline of the ceremony itself which will be a true keepsake. We are so happy we chose to work with Carolyn for our wedding and would recommend her to anyone planning a ceremony in the future. Not being from Oregon we were worried about finding someone to officiate our wedding. Carolyn did such a great job for us. Our Oregon coast wedding was tiny (only 8 total people), but we wanted it to feel relaxed, loving, and official. Carolyn helped us make that a reality. Although small in size, we felt like every member of our family felt important, honored, and cherished because of the way she created our ceremony. Her process is very personal & professional and she helps you every step of the way. Her communication is fabulous. Carolyn has great ideas for the ceremony, and even other vendor recommendations. Just perfect
My wife and I contacted Carolyn after we had to make the heartbreaking decision to cancel our long waited wedding due to COVID. Carolyn was very quick to respond and eager to help plan a very intimate and special day for our elopement. She had great ongoing communication, and was very helpful when it came to writing our vows and making sure everything was perfect on the day of. Though we mostly communicated through email and only spoke a handful of times, the ceremony was exactly what we had envisioned. The ceremony and vows were so personal to my wife and I individually and as a couple, and beautifully captured our love and commitment to one another. I would recommend Carolyn a million times over ❤️ -

More than we ever dreamed of
To echo the sentiments of other happy newlyweds, Carolyn was truly amazing throughout this entire process (which was pretty quick, overall). She was responsive, accommodating (we were up in the air on our location for a long time and she really went with the flow as we winged it); she trekked through prickly thorn bushes and stood on the edge of the cliffs with us and didn't miss a beat. It was amazing how quickly and naturally Carolyn became part of this intimate event and how comfortable she made us, despite only meeting her a few minutes before she married us. We provided her with A LOT of information and the way she recounted our love story was more beautiful than we ever dreamed of. We felt a very special blend of comfort with Carolyn; we were both lost in our own world but also were acutely present for each word and each moment of the ceremony she crafted. Absolutely phenomenal.
We traveled to the Oregon coast from Jersey to get married. Carolyn made the planning process so simple and easy. She referred amazing florists and photographers. Carolyn took the time to get to know us so that she could make our ceremony absolutely perfect. Being that we were from out of town, she recommended the location which was Ecola Park. She was so patient with us while we were being indecisive and kept changing our location. She even went and scouted locations for us and sent pictures along with pros and cons of the area. She was so great about running through the rehearsal so everyone knew what they were doing and helped calm our nerves in doing so. We forgot our hand fasting scarf and she had a beautiful selection to choose from. She was flawless in her delivery of our ceremony readings, so personable and fun. I hope she’ll still be doing this in a few years because I could see us doing a vow renewal with her! I would recommend her to anyone to help out with their ceremony. We are truly so thankful. CAROLYN, YOU’RE THE BEST!!!!

Our officiant Carolyn was so amazing! Our ceremony was an adventure to say the least with a lot of twists and curves dancing around weather, family and pictures. Carolyn was a great choice from the start. We contacted her when my wife and I decided we wanted to elope at the beach, and she responded to text within a couple hours. Her pricing was excellent compared to other officiants around.
Carolyn was flexible throughout the process. We ended up changing our entire plan a week before the ceremony, and she was able to accommodate the change. As for the ceremony, it was short and sweet (how we wanted it). The ceremony was perfect.
We would definitely recommend Carolyn!
