  I really shopped the rentals for our garden wedding for 200. The price differences were huge BUT while this quote was the best from the beginning that alone is not the reason to do business here. The tents are 1st quality and they have a tent washer. I was checking other events in preparing for ours and saw another rental company put up filthy tents, one even with holes!!
  There were a million little changes that we made up to the day things were delivered and every call was taken graciously and every request met.. I also had a feeling that they were involved and paying attentionwhen the owner John called to say that he was concerned that I might not like one of my choices and after discussion made a change that I am very pleased with.
  There is no substitute for personal service and the good advice of experienced professionals. John and his staff were a comfort and a pleasure in a stressful time and the fact that they were also a great value is icing on the cake.

  Having an reception outside you always take chances with the weather. OC Rental was wonderful in adjusting the tent set up time based on the wet ground. They were easy to talk to and calm. It made the process easier. The tent was clean and looked beautiful. All of the Dishes, tables etc were in good condition. I would certainly use this company again.

  They were such nice guys. Totally flexible. They paid attention to the weather, and the lawn. Everything was great. They had really nice stuff too.

  Thank you, thank you, thank you, to John and the entire crew at Orange County Rentals! Not many brides would ask for a heated tent on a stoned terrace in the middle of winter; and not many rental companies would accommodate so obligingly.
  
  From glassware, to linens, to tent set-up and heating system we were blown away by the quality and efficiency of this vendor and are so happy we chose them!

  I was amazed at how easy it was to plan my wedding after talking to the people at Orange County Party Rentals. I had no idea that one phone call to order a tent with also take care of my linens, tables, chairs and dishes. What an amazing job they did setting up my entire outdoor wedding, they even have dance floors. The staff was very knowledgeable , and helped me with so many details, that I wasn't even thinking about. What an enjoyable experience! Highly reccomend!!

From the very beginning stages of planning they were right there to help us with all our rental needs. All our guests were amazed at how beautiful the tent was.   Orange County Party Rentals did an amazing job meeting all of my needs. From the planning stages (picking out linen colors, china settings, equipment needs and even arranging a seating chart for me!) to the set up of my actual reception the team at OCR was extremely helpful. They saw to it that my dream wedding became a reality. I was a little shocked at just how flexible and focused they really were. I'd definitely reccomend this company to any bride who wants their day to be perfect.

  Great rental company to work with. We reserved 6 months early knowing that our wedding was the same weekend as local high school graduation parties and Orange County Party Rentals did not disappoint. We were able to make adjustments to the number of tables, chairs, the size of the tent and the size of the dance floor up to 2 weeks before the wedding. Everything was delivered in great condition and set up without anyone being there to supervise the crew.

  I'm so happy I went with Orange County Party Rentals! My wedding coordinator suggested another vendor, but John at Orange County was so knowledgeable and nice and the prices were so much more reasonable that I went with him. Best decision I made for the wedding! All of the guys who came to set everything up were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. All of the rentals were in good condition. I would absolutely use them again.

  Everything looked very nice, the only issue I had was they came the next morning before 8am. We didnt have time to take the centerpieces and cupcakes (which were in clam shells) off the tables. We had a very elegant outdoor engagement party - they threw the cupcakes in a heaping pile on the ground ($300 worth of cupcakes ruined - they were perfectly fine) and they broke 6 of my center pieces bc they wrecklessly threw them on the ground to pack up the tables. If they had told me they were coming that early I would have had it done before they got there or asked them to come a little later. It was very upsetting & unprofessional.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. OUR FRIENDS RENTED CHAIRS ...THEY SHOWED UP WITH MILDEW ALL OVER THEM AND HAD TO HAVE FAMILY STAY LATE TO WIPE ALL CHAIRS DOWN WITH WIPES.
