Mariah was amazing to work with for hair and makeup for my entire bridal party! From our initial calls and emails to the trial appointment to the wedding day, Mariah brought warmth, professionalism, and expertise to the process. I appreciated her suggestions and her patience answering all of my questions. On the wedding day, Mariah, Kiya, and Angelina did an incredible job making everyone look and feel beautiful (bride, 6 bridesmaids, and 2 moms). Mariah was especially kind in dealing with a mixup on my part where I miscounted the number of services needed, but she handled it graciously and her team made sure everyone got what they needed. They even took on a last minute request to do some touch ups for the groom and his brother! They truly went above and beyond and I could not recommend them highly enough!! -

I loved working with Onsite Beauty Artistry for my wedding makeup! They made the whole getting ready experience so fun and all of my bridesmaids looked stunning! Mariah did my hair and makeup, she took my inspiration photos and worked wonders making me look and feel beautiful. Having an outdoor wedding in August I was nervous about how my makeup would survive throughout the day, but I didn't need to be. By the end of the night my face still felt as fresh as it did in the morning. -

Morgan was my hair and makeup artist and she did an amazing job! She was so easy to work with and open to any changes I wanted to make. I don't typically wear a lot of makeup, so I just wanted to feel like myself, but elevated. She definitely delivered! It was also one of the hottest days this summer and my hair and makeup stayed pristine though lots of sweating and dancing. Mariah was also very responsive through email and always available to answer questions. Overall, a great experience! -

Brooke and Mariah arrived on time to our location and were quick to get set up. we had 7 people total including myself getting both hair and make up done and both were on top of making sure everyone got done before our scheduled finish time. For those who are interested – We got married in June 2022, I know, our review is late – but it's better late than never! We wanted to write something helpful considering Brooke and her stylists – Mariah and Morgan are exactly that themselves. Planning your wedding is super fun, but there are a lot of details to sort out, all for the same day haha. Book the most important things first, and know that the sooner you get your vendors booked the better you’ll feel having one less thing to worry about! We booked with Brooke back in August 2021. Hair and make-up not only make you feel special but they go hand-in-hand with making you look your best for wedding photos. As the bride, I had a lot of fun doing my trial with Mariah at the salon about a month before our wedding. We worked out all the details of my look beforehand so that everything could run smoothly on the day of our wedding. I also got a haircut from Mariah before the wedding and she did a great job! Mariah and Morgan were willing to make the trip to the middle of the woods in Easton, WA for our wedding – which is something not everyone will do. The far-out location made planning a challenge for us until we discovered On-Site Beauty by Brooke. We absolutely recommend booking with On-Site Beauty by Brooke, you will be thrilled you did. -

The Sisters Make a Great Team!
Brooke and Mariah were the perfect hair and makeup team for my wedding day! I was living out of state while we made the arrangements, so I wasn't able to have a trial. But this ended up being no problem at all - Brooke immediately understood my vision for my hair, and Mariah went right to work making my eyes pop. They made my entire group feel beautiful, which was the best way to start the day!

Onsite Beauty By Brooke did hair and make up for my wedding ceremony on August 9th If I could leave a 10 star review I would! They are simply amazing and went above and beyond on my wedding day. First off their team is so talented and every ones hair and make up looked stunning! There professionalism was outstanding and also made myself as well as my entire wedding party feel special, beautiful and ready for the day. Holding a ceremony during covid comes along with some additional stresses, I cannot express enough how they handled this as a team and seamlessly followed all guidelines so thoroughly! They were so clean and organized and made everyone feel at ease and so relaxed not to mention were so fun to work with and have there the morning of. I've had my make up and hair done many times before and I can tell you my hair and make up has never lasted THIS LONG! It was an outdoor ceremony in 80 Degree weather and by the end of the night my hair and make up still looked so flawless. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone! They were such a wonderful start to my day and made me feel so incredibly beautiful and confident. They 100 percent exceeding all expectations I would have had, they were seriously phenomenal!!! -

I hired Brooke for my big day, and she and her team were wonderful. We had 9 bridesmaids and two moms getting the works, and they managed the three ring circus like pros.
Brooke really took her time and listened to my specific wants/concerns, and I ultimately walked down the isle feeling incredibly confident and beautiful. Thanks again for all your help!! -

Amazing amazing amazing
Brooke and her team are AMAZING. Brooke and her team completed the hair and make up before me seven bridesmaids and my mom on our wedding day. They showed up exactly on time five hours before our photography started, and got us ready Ahead of schedule! Brooke and her team are so talented and listen to every need, want, suggestion, question you could have. After my trial with Brooke, there was a few things I wanted changed about my makeup. I let her know the changes, and on my wedding day, my hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning!! I could not have imagined it looking any better than it did. I got dozens of compliments on how beautiful I looked and how amazing my hair was! It was so amazing having Brooke come to us on the day of, it took so much stress away. Thank you SO MUCH BROOKE!! -

Personalized experience
Brooke did an AMAZING job with my hair and makeup on my wedding day. She brought two other artists with her that also did a great job with my bridesmaids, MOG, and MOB. I love how my whole look came together. I wanted to have my hair up and out of the way but still show off my curls. I also wanted to make my eyes look big. She knew exactly what I was going for and delivered. Like many brides, I was sweating every little detail and wanted all of it to be perfect. Brooke was patient and kind the whole way through. She happily redid my braid and tweaked my eye makeup whenever I asked and didn't show a single sign of going nuts over my micromanaging :) She is AWESOME.
My mom was super nervous and Brooke arranged a trial for her the same day as me and made sure we both had the same makeup and hair artist for the big day. Having that support made the whole day a lot less stressful.
The biggest reason why I chose Brooke is because she didn't give me that "conveyor belt bride" feeling I got with all the other large onsite hair and makeup companies I was considering. I developed a rapport with her over weddingwire and phone calls and she immediately earned my trust. It paid off. Everyone looked amazing. Thank you Brooke!

I hired them for hair and make up for myself and my 4 bridesmaids! They far exceeded my expectations, we all felt and looked beautiful! Choosing OnsiteBeauty by Brooke was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Not only did all of the hair and makeup that was done look absolutely beautiful, but the team was super nice and so fun to work with! Mariah did an amazing job doing my hair and makeup exactly how I imagined it - I have super fine thin hair so I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to have the hair style I wanted, but she made it work and it looked amazing!
All of the products they used were very high end everything was properly clean and sanitized, they were on time and super flexible with my schedule and moving of locations. Would definitely recommend them for your big day! -

I hired Brooke to do hair and makeup for myself and my 6 bridesmaids. She and her team showed up at our venue on time and were ready to get to work. Each team member was prepared with a clean and well-stocked kit and were all very friendly and fun to have hanging out with us. All of us girls looked and felt beautiful after Brooke's team was done. Brooke even reminded me that I needed to eat and she was RIGHT! If I had it to do again, I would absolutely hire Onsite Beauty By Brooke. -

I totally surprised her the morning of the wedding and asked for a slightly different hairstyle than the one we had practiced in the trial and she nailed it!!!! Katie did an absolutely wonderful job doing the hair for the bride, all four bridesmaids, and mother of the bride. She is incredibly talented and would recommend you not hesitate to hire her for your wedding. I actually hired Onsite by Brooke after firing my previous bridal hairstylist ; there is literally no comparison between them. You don't have to worry about anything; Katie showed up and did everything without question. The only thing that could improve is communication. I didn't hear from Brooke, and had to send a few reminder emails that I was waiting to hear back. If she improves this, she easily has a killer-five star business. -

Taylor Sent on 08/30/2018I had the hardest time finding a MUAH team for my wedding day that understood my vision and that I could trust, until I found Onsite Beauty by Brooke! When I went to the salon, it was my third trial with a MUAH artist. Right away, Brooke wanted to understand what I didn’t like about the previous trails with other vendors, and what I did like. She and Alice (who was the artist who did my hair and makeup) really took the time to understand my vision.
My MUAH was done by Alice and she was incredible. So sweet, easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed! She totally nailed my vision! I was so happy after my trial, I knew I had to book Brooke’s team for my wedding day, so I did!
We got married in Snohomish, and two artists- Alice and Nicole did my MUAH, as well as my mom and mother in law, my grandma, as well as MUAH for two bridesmaids and hair for the other two bridesmaids. They were super professional and fun to work with on my wedding day. I highly recommend Onsite Beauty by Brooke for any hair and makeup service. I was extremely happy with my experience, I felt so beautiful on my big day and I stayed looking fresh all day (it was an outdoor, 88 degree wedding!). -

On-site beauty by Brooke did an amazing job! I loved having a trial run and Lindsay was fun to work with. The wedding day went so smoothly everyone was on time and ready to get the job done we even finished early! It was a little hard to make the first trial appointment and to get ahold of the shop for questions but everything turned out so great and worked smoothly. -

Good experience!
Brooke did a really great job on my hair and makeup. I was nervous that I would need a touch up since I got my makeup done at 1 and the ceremony wasn’t until 6pm, but sure enough it did. She was also accommodating with my trial (I was in town for a short time & only had an hour before my flight home). It was also great that she was able to do hair and makeup for the flower girls. They absolutely loved getting ready with the ladies :)
The only downfall I would say is that it takes some time to hear a response from her, but my only contact was via email so it might have been faster if I called her. But none of my questions were pressing. Overall, things were great! -

Let's start off with the good- the day of the wedding, everyone was on time, ready to go and everyone's hair and makeup looked amazing. We finished on time and I couldn't have been happier with how everyone looked. When I first contacted Brooke she was super responsive and nice, which was great.
Now, I don't believe that the things that were problems for me will be problems for other people because everything that went wrong has a reasonable explanation- it just so happened that a lot of things went wrong for me, which added stress to my wedding planning.
We had scheduled a trial for my mom and we get there and no one is there- Brooke called or I called about 10 minutes in (can't quite remember) and it turns out she was really sick and forgot she had an appointment that day. She was super apologetic and comped us my mom's trial which was really nice, but we still weren't off to a great start. As we got closer to the wedding, her responsiveness slowed. There were two instances where I went 10 days without a response. Now, the second time this happened, she had gone into early labor and obviously could not have emailed me back. Again, understandable, but as a business owner, it is important that you have emergency plans in place especially because pregnancies are unpredictable and you never know when you'll have to go the hospital. After that, we had scheduled a trial for my sister who is in a wheelchair. Before I booked Brooke, I made it clear that my sister was in a wheelchair and would need special accommodations. When we got to the studio for her trial, there was no wheelchair ramp. The girls who were there to do the trial said that Brooke had reminded us to bring our own ramp since the studio was wheelchair accessible. This was not the case. Luckily, I had a tiny ramp in the car and the girls were super resourceful and scrounged around for plywood in the back so that my sister could get in. When I contacted Brooke about the snafu, she said that she thought I knew about the accessibility since I had been there before with my mom so she decided not to say anything. That is a valid point, I had been there before, but the parking lot did have a wheelchair parking spot and I assumed that there was another entrance besides the one we went in that was accessible. I also could have double checked with her before we came, but again, as a business providing a service and especially a service to a bride who is undoubtable more stressed out a overwhelmed than a girl getting her makeup done for prom for instance, it is their job to make sure that they don't add anything to their customers plate. I send reminder emails to my clients all the time, I remind them to bring things to their session, I remind them if we are doing anything different that day. It is my job to make their lives easier. That's why I was so frustrated by the mixup. As the client, I shouldn't be doing the reminding. Also, in this case, it wouldn't have been enough to just remind me, Brooke assumed that I had a ramp that would be tall enough to get us in to the studio (which I didn't). As soon as I scheduled a trial for my sister, she should have asked if I thought the studio would be accessible to her and if not, where would be most convenient for us. I had also sent her a few pictures of what I wanted my hair and my sister's hair to look like and at the trial, the girls didn't have those references. When I asked Brooke about it, she said she normally doesn't communicate that with the artists. I wished she had told me that when I sent her the images- I thought I was being productive, but that I had to do that work all over again when I got to my trial (I had the images saved to my computer, not my phone, so it wasn't a quick fix). The last thing that was frustrating was that at the very last minute, Brooke told me that one of the girls had quit and that she would actually be coming in her stead. This was frustrating because the point of having a trial is partly so your artist can practice on you and see what works. Luckily, Brooke is talented and adaptable, so like I said before, the day of was fine. Overall, it was a stressful experience for me. I felt like I had to do a lot more work than I should and even though the end results were great, these miscommunications did seem to effect the energy and mood of Brooke and her artist on the day of. Very happy with how we all looked in the end, but I would not want to go through this experience again. -

I would NOT suggest booking your hair and/or makeup with Brooke. I read the reviews and several people made comments on her responsiveness. I did not listen and I REGRET it! I am a persistent person, so I figured no big deal. After all is said and done, there is enough going on during your wedding - having to email, call, and text several times to get an answer just adds to the stress. Don’t do it!
Besides this fact, she doesn’t follow her own contract. I moved my wedding from 2020 to 2021. Minus the “covid cleaning fee” it specifically stated we’d stick to 2020 prices, which she did not.
The artists did a good job. I think my makeup looked great! However they were 15 minutes late and we got behind schedule. Two of the bridesmaid had to get their eyelashes glued back on before they left and I had to redo one of mine after the ceremony cause it was halfway off. We had to re-curl the bridesmaid’s hair after photos/before the ceremony because it was coming out. Out of all the vendors, OnSite Beauty by Brooke was the only one I was unhappy with and wish I could have gone with someone else. -

After two years of having this vendor on the books due to covid I still never got a quote and would have to write several emails to get a response. Then when I had the trial run it didn’t turn out nearly close to the inspo picture and they charged me $275 but never quoted me! Absolutely terrible service was highly disappointed. Also the tease in my hair was so bad I had to go to my hair dresser to untangle it. The owner Brooke doesn’t seem to care because she has too many clients to bother replying to people. Was very stressful so I ended up going elsewhere and they were amazing!!!! -

UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review Brooke emailed and called me to explain that she had thought she had sent my contract to me. She did not see my emails and feels it likely got lost amongst the many emails that flood her inbox. She was apologetic and immediately sent me my updated contract after the call.
My experience was similar to the 1 star reviews below.
Short version: Took my deposit then stopped communicating altogether for the past 4 months.
Details:
Had to reschedule my wedding to a new date due to COVID-19. I had already paid the deposit. Brooke was initially responsive and understanding, our communication was smooth. She confirmed that my deposit was non-refundable but that she could re-book me with a new deposit for my future date which she confirmed they would be able to do. I agreed and she said she would send me a new contract. I never got a contract. She stopped responding thereafter. No response to my three follow up emails or my two phone calls to her business in the subsequent four months. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt -- busy with all the wedding date changes, , financial difficulties in light of COVID-19 -- maybe they had closed altogether! .... but then I saw that someone posted to their instagram account 5 days ago.
Clearly she is not interested in working with me anymore. Would have been nice to get some communication back that they could not or would not be able to accommodate my wedding. -

To say that I am disappointed by both the service and the morals of this company is an understatement.
I am a local emergency medicine provider, and in the time of the COVID pandemic, Brooke’s reaction was dismal. First and foremost, their COVID rebooking policy for the same day of the week next year (a Saturday) was an additional $250 fee for no reason. When I asked for a refund (given that the number of people contracted to get hair and makeup done would, by law, be an illegal gathering), she argued that I could have a gathering of 50 people without any issues. I was so appalled by her lack of social dignity, blatant disregard for human wellbeing, and illegal activity.
Eventually, she spoke with me over the phone, and agreed to a 50% refund which felt fair to both parties (in the middle of replanting a wedding, I just wanted this to be off my hands). After confirming it via email (see attached photos), she NEVER refunded me. I sent follow up email after follow up email and tried to call at least 15 times with no response. I had to contact my credit card company to start a claim against her and am still awaiting a response.
Please do not book with her as there are so many amazing vendors out there who are more socially conscious and deserve your support!! Every other vendor I had for my small elopement was so fantastic and downright amazing, so please do NOT book with Brooke! -
