A Flawless Experience

I recently had the pleasure of working with the talented makeup artist Pam and her team Cyndi and Claire for my wedding, and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was. Pam and her team were not only punctual but also meticulously organized, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for everyone involved. They took the time to listen to each person's unique requests and preferences, and it was apparent that they genuinely cared about making every individual feel their absolute best.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Pam, Cyndi, and Claire's work was their ability to strike the perfect balance between enhancing our best features and ensuring we didn't look overdone. Definitely recommend!

I really trusted Pam's expertise! I felt so confident going into my wedding day after our makeup trial. As someone who doesn't usually wear much makeup, I really appreciated how Pam listened to my concerns and created a look that made me feel like me. She also did an amazing job with my wedding party! Beautiful Work!!

Pamela was wonderful - she doesn't have a minimum which is great for those brides with small wedding parties. She listens to what each person wants, takes her time and is open to suggestions. Pamela cleans brushes between clients and uses disposable items when possible so I was very comfortable with her cleanliness methods. She made me feel like a princess!!

Beautiful Makeup and Hair!

Pam and Clare were so amazing to work with! Pam did my makeup and I looked so much better than I ever imagined! She was so easy to work with and made everyone feel super comfortable on my wedding day. Clare did my hair and she was so incredibly quick and flexible to change it based on what I wanted or my bridesmaids wanted.

Their prices were also pretty fair and cheaper than most of the "big makeup/hair" companies here in Raleigh.

It was so fun to work with both of them and I HIGHLY recommend working with Pam and Clare for your wedding =)

Perfect in every way

Pam was wonderful on my wedding day! She was a source of calm for me, the anxious bride, and she worked well within the happenings of our beach house on a very busy morning. Exceptional Artistic Talent and Current Techniques!

Pam is an exceptional makeup artist! She was quick to make my thirteen bridesmaids and me feel pretty, while also being receptive to input, personalizing looks, and treating each glowing face as a work of art. She also uses current techniques. Her long-lasting airbrush makeup felt weightless and reduced oiliness, and her individual eyelash application accentuated eyes in a careful/natural way. Aside from talent, Pam was a joy to work with before, during, and after my wedding day! She was organized in setting up/finalizing bridal portrait and wedding day services.

My Wedding Makeup was Perfect

My husband and I had a small ceremony, so I was a bit nervous about spending several hundred dollars on makeup alone. However, it was 100% worth it. Not only did I look amazing, I felt like a princess getting pampered on the day of my wedding. I told her the colors I wanted and she took care of the rest. Saved the day!

Pam was literally my hero on our wedding day. Our scheduled hair and makeup artist did not show up for the wedding due to a clerical error on her end, and we were terrified we would not get anyone for our very popular October wedding date while calling on the day of.

Pam not only dropped everything and came to our rescue, but also did makeup for 7 PEOPLE in around 3-4 hours! Talk about some skill. She did a beautiful job and I am so glad we were able to have her as a part of our big day!

Pam is amazing!

Pam and her partner are simply FABULOUS. I was a bridesmaid in my sister-in-law's wedding and she did a phenomenal job on my make-up. She really knows how to bring out your natural features and make you look stunning, without the feeling that you're wearing any make-up at all. She even did my make-up 7.5 years ago for my own wedding, and the look she gave me then was timeless and classic. I can honestly say that both times (my own wedding as well as my SIL's wedding), I have never felt more beautiful. I always joke with my husband that I need Pam to come live with us so that she can do my make-up daily :). She really is a genius at what she does! I will continue to use her for any special event and have recommended her to countless friends for special occasions. Like me, they've all given her rave reviews! It's also important to mention that both she and partner are extremely kind and professional, which is just icing on the cake! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Pam - she is a true artist!

Just what we needed

Pam is great at tailoring your look to what works best for your features and preferences. After our trial run, I had a couple of tweaks, and she flawlessly accommodated to get exactly what I was going for. On the day of our wedding, she was even able to fit in an extra bridesmaid who hadn't originally signed up for makeup, which was a huge help. Great perk - she leaves you with each of your lip colors / glosses so you can continually touch up throughout the night. Would definitely recommend!

Pam is the best make up artist

Pam provided make up for myself (mother of groom) and my 2 daughters (bridesmaids). We could not have been happier with her air brush technique and her eye for the colors that worked so well with our complexions. Pam is definitely a pro. She was quick to respond, timely, relaxing to be around and a lot of fun. She can make you look flawless, natural and beautiful with make up that lasts all evening. She is a master of her craft. Covid clean, fun, friendly, professional

We almost made the mistake of not hiring a makeup artist for the wedding! I’m so glad someone recommended OnloKtion! Book pam and her team - you’ll be so happy you did!

Pam and her team are AMAZING!!! I literally can not recommend them enough!!! Every single bridesmaid said that this was hands down the best they’d ever felt about their wedding hair and makeup and we all received compliments all night long! Not to mention our makeup and hair still looked FLAWLESS at the way end of the night, despite the fact that we had all been dancing/sweating during an outdoor wedding in NC in JULY!! Pam was also so sweet and willing to work with us during the pandemic. She implemented special safety protocols to ensure the safety of all of the girls! Pam and her staff were all so incredibly genuine, professional and talented!! Book her for your wedding, I PROMISE you will be so happy you did!

Perfect makeup for wedding day!!

I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup for my wedding day! Pam and her team were fantastic. Everyone was really happy with their overall look for the day and evening. Our hair stayed in place and makeup looked fantastic throughout. Overall I recommend Pam for any wedding or other occasion. We had a lot of incredible vendors for our wedding - Pam was one of our best! Morgan (hair) was top notch as well! They were both able to create exactly the look I was going for on my wedding day, and it held up all night. I was personally going for a natural look but still wanted to look special and they did a beautiful job - I even changed up some things after my trial run and they were able to execute everything perfectly. I also have a severe nut allergy and Pam was sure to read all ingredients labels which was really considerate and what I think was above and beyond. They also did hair/make up for a few other members of my bridal party and they looked great as well - she really highlighted their natural beauty. I was originally going to hire another vendor in the area with rave reviews but I had a really hard time getting in touch with them - and I'm really glad I did because that's the last thing I wanted from my wedding vendors! Pam and Morgan were both professional, positive and a calming presences throughout the entire wedding process (which is super stressful!) and on the wedding day itself. Hoping I have another big event in the triangle so I can hire her again! You won't regret it!

Mother of the Groom

Pam is very professional and knowledgeable in make-up application. She responds very quickly and answers all questions. I did a trial run a few months before my son’s wedding. She kept notes and we tweaked things on the big day. Her fee included travel to the hotel, (which was a godsend since it was so hot and thunderstorms), airbrush and lash application which are usually add-ons for other make-up artists. And even after the wedding I had questions on some of the products she used that I wanted to buy and she was very helpful. I would highly recommend Pam. She’s worth the money!

I would highly recommend Pamela and her staff from OnLoKtionMakeup Artistry for makeup and hair for your wedding! Amazing service at a competitive price

Pam is the best! She is so kind and is very intentional with all she does and communicates while you work with her! She explains what she is doing while she is doing it, and I loved that she asked me about my normal make-up routine to use that as a baseline! Her hairstylist Morgan is also the sweetest and made sure I completely loved my hair before letting me out of the chair. They also did an AMAZING job on my bridesmaids and mom. Their prices are super competitive, and I highly recommend Pam and OnLoKion to any bride!

Pam literally saved my wedding day!!

When circumstances required that I find a new makeup artist only 3 weeks before my wedding, Pam was miraculously available. She took over 3 hours with my trial run, and made sure I was happy with everything we did. My wedding day was amazing! People kept saying I looked stunning and fit for a bridal magazine ☺️ Everyone who got makeup from her looked amazing. The very last guests I was chatting with at the end of the night commented on how flawless my makeup still looked after many hours, tears, and dancing. I am SO grateful to Pam for coming through for me when I was desperate and for doing such an incredible job on everyone. She was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Wonderful experience!

OnLoKtion Makeup did makeup for my wedding on May 4, 2019. She accommodated me asking to book her last minute and was so professional from start to finish. I had a practice round with Pam about 2 months before, and she captured exactly what I wanted. By the time my wedding came around, I had gotten some sun and my hair was a lighter color and she still provided the same look I wanted while changing some stuff up to make it look natural! Pam and her daughter were wonderful and they did makeup for 9 bridesmaids, my mom, and myself. They made sure to touch up everyone's makeup, right on schedule. They worked with everyone provide a look they would love. I also could not have been happier with my makeup and it stayed all night long, I never added anything. Pam and her team are true artists and will be able to perform exactly the look you want! Pam even saw where I had some fabric bunched up with my dress and helped fix it before we left for the ceremony. I highly recommend booking her for your wedding or any event you want to look your best for!

Beautiful makeup with professional service!

I was interested in working with Pam and her team after a close friend of mine recommended her to me. I knew she was a great fit after our initial consultation at a coffee shop near my office (she came to me!), and it seemed Pam really understood the "enhanced natural" look I was going for. Pam does the makeup (sometimes with an assistant), and she partners with another woman who does hair (if you're interested in that; not required). I really loved that she does not require a minimum number of girls, as I had a small Bridal Party. I did my Trial for hair and makeup at her house, and was able to schedule this for the morning of my Bridal Shower. I got tons of compliments on the look at my Shower, so had literally zero concerns about it going into my wedding day! Pam was very responsive in the weeks leading up to my wedding as we set the schedule for the day, and she wholeheartedly alleviated any concerns I had about timing for the day. Me and my bridesmaids had fun hanging out with Pam and her team on the morning of the wedding - you want to enjoy your team, as you spend a lot of time with them! My hair and makeup turned out perfectly, and it held up amazingly well throughout the (long) day. I would definitely recommend Pam and her team for your wedding, or any other formal events where you want to look and feel your best!!

“Oh my … – we’re hot!” (our reaction after Pam’s services)

My bridesmaids and I could not stop laughing, and still joke about the moment, when we determined that after our makeup was applied - we’re all actually very pretty (if you put the time and effort in which on a daily basis we clearly don’t to our employers chagrin).

All joking aside- I cannot praise Pam and her team enough. They are organized, considerate, funny and overall a pleasure to work with. No one felt rushed which was most important to me. So many weddings you hear about the girls who are “last in the lineup” hate this and hate that because they were hurried through the service due to a timeline.

If someone wanted a minor alteration to their makeup, without hesitation, Pam and the girls would assist them to make them feel their best.

I would absolutely recommend a trial. Pam gets to know you, your style and then uses you as her canvas to create the look for your day that you want. I was and am so pleased.

She’s just a great person, really. She even made time for a mother of the bride trial (which we sprung on her relatively last minute, sorry Pam but thank you again!). I appreciate her and I would recommend her to friends, coworkers, even strangers if the topic arose.

Pam if you’re reading this, thank you, I don’t know if I was able to convey how grateful I am to have had you on my wedding day. Anyone who goes with OnLoKtionMakeup is a lucky bride! :)

I cannot say enough about Pam and her very talented team. I originally found out about OnLokationMakeup over 5 years ago when my sister booked her for her wedding. Pam was so professional and easy to work with, I knew I wanted to work with her again in the future. She was one of the first vendors I booked when I started to plan my own wedding. Pamela and her assistant did an amazing job with our makeup. I’m not really a makeup person and Pamela made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. During the trial, she knew what questions to ask and how to help me pinpoint what kind of look I wanted. Her hairdresser was also very accommodating and let me try out a few looks. At the wedding, I felt so beautiful and got loads of complements. I cried a lot during the ceremony and speeches and my makeup didn’t smudge at all. Overall, it was great experience.

Pam was one of the first vendors who I made sure to reserve after I selected a date for my wedding because she & her daughter, Brittany, had done such a beautiful job with the bridal party's makeup at a wedding that I was in in 2014. Pam & Brittany use high-quality products (I know my way around a Sephora a little bit too well so I knew that they were legit when I recognized many things from my own collection in their arsenal!), airbrush foundation that makes your skin look flawless, & setting sprays that help your makeup stay on & prevent oiliness all day (something that is very important when you are going to be photographed after being out in the sun, eating, dancing, etc.!). They are also total pros at applying false lashes in a way that made everyone's eyes look glamorous without being over the top & prevented the uncomfortable stickiness that often results from the buildup of too much glue in one specific spot. Pam was so pleasant to work throughout the process of coordinating everything & was kind enough to accomodate my request to reschedule my trial not once but TWICE due to unexpected circumstances :) I was very grateful for how well Pam & Brittany helped my mom, aunt, 6 bridesmaids identify which colors & looks would suit their facial features & complexions to help them feel their absolute prettiest! I also loved the hairstylist with whom they work, whose name is Morgan. I can be pretty particular about my hair & was absolutely delighted with how she styled it to look just like the picture that I showed her AND how nicely the style held up (my hair was curled & mostly down but pulled back on one side with a clip) over the course of a long evening (my worst fear was having gross stringy hair that fell down after a while but that did not happen at all!). My bridal party also loved all of their hairstyles & were super impressed by Morgan's ability to replicate the images that they showed her. Overall, I can't recommend Pam, Brittany, & Morgan highly enough!

I was planning my wedding from California and she was able to schedule my trial right before my bridal shower. I looked like a model! The day of the wedding she moved quickly and was flexible despite our wedding being at a non-traditional venue. Some of my bridesmaids were very particular and she made sure we were all happy with the finished product. I recommend her to anyone needing professional makeup done in the Raleigh area.

Pam and her team were such an essential part of our wedding day! The work she does is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and she is so willing and knowledgeable enough to work with all style preferences and skin types. Pam did an absolutely fantastic job doing my makeup for my daughter's wedding! She was a joy to work with! I also needed someone to do my hair and Pam introduced me to Morgan! Both Pam and Morgan were miracle workers! They listened to my desires and knew exactly what I wanted. Both did a trial run and made adjustments to make sure everything would be perfect on the wedding day. As the Mother of the Bride, I chose to get my makeup and hair done at home which was a different location from my daughter and bridesmaids. Pam and Morgan were willing to take me on by myself which surprised me because other artists would only do the entire wedding party. I really appreciated that very much! I was not an easy client of 61 years and thinning hair! Pam's application of makeup was absolutely perfect! She made my eyes look incredible! The makeup lasted the whole day until I went to bed. I didn't want to take the lashes off as they were beautiful! I know I wasn't an easy client for Morgan. However, she transformed my long thin hair into a gorgeous updo that looked thick and classy! I was amazed at their talent! My makeup and hair was exactly what I wanted for the wedding! They were always on time and arrived with all the necessary tools to make an incredible transformation! These two talented women made me feel so confident and beautiful on my daughter's wedding day! Thank you both for bringing my dreams to life on such a special day!

I cannot say enough good things about Pam and OnLoKtion Makeup. Pam and her staff did my hair and makeup for bridal portraits and then hair and make up for bridesmaids, my mom, and myself day of. She was so easy to coordinate with and I loved being able to do a complete trial during my portraits. Pamela Hung was wonderful to work with. She worked around an out-of-town bride's schedule to arrange a trial and went way out of her way to accommodate my daughter's special skin issues (she is gluten intolerant and suffers from eczema, requiring special products and extra skill). Her hairdresser, Morgan, was very patient with my daughter's efforts to convey her ideas on hairstyle and ended up getting it exactly right. We had a lot of ladies needing services on the day of the wedding and a very hectic location for performing the hair/makeup services. Pam and her associates not only handled all calmly and efficiently but made it fun! Everyone was very happy with the results. They are real pros and we would work with them again in a heartbeat!

My son recently got married and the OnLoKtion team was the Makeup Artist/Hair for the entire Wedding Party.
The bride was stunning and the Bridesmaids and Mothers looked gorgeous. It was a GLORIOUS DAY!

Also, a few days before the wedding, Pam CAME to my house and gave the Bride, Bridesmaids and myself spray tans. We had a “spray tan” party complete with Champagne and Appetizers. The fellowship was wonderful and we all had questions for Pam which she answered and put our minds at ease.

Not only are Pam and her team incredible makeup artists, they are AMAZING and wonderful human beings who made me feel so relaxed (and beautiful :)) on my wedding day. Pam is extremely professional and accommodating, but she's also a super down-to-earth and hilarious person who took the time to get to know me before the wedding, which I appreciated SO much. Pam was so easy to work with. She responds quickly to email and phone contact. We were working from NJ for a Durham wedding so responsiveness was key. Her goal was always to give us the look we wanted - in our case, natural but enhanced. Close up and in photos, everyone (mothers, bride, bridesmaids, flower girl) looked wonderful. She did individual lashes and air brush make-up - light, natural, fast and perfection! I woke up the morning of my daughter's wedding with a black eye (!) - who knows - probably from rough eye makeup removal the night before. No problem - covered perfectly - no one knew unless I told them! The trial run was at Pam's house and my daughter was able to get exactly the look she wanted without being rushed. The girls who do hair with her are also incredible - fast! - and so skilled. We ranged from short fine hair to long thick curls and they put them all in up dos that stayed! You will be in great hands using Pam and OnLoKtion Makeup!

Pamela and her team were absolutely amazing. We met for a hair and makeup trial a few weeks before the wedding and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was 110% happy with what they did. On the day of the wedding her team beautified my bridal party and several family members. We all had so much fun and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous! She uses great products that really have staying power (even through many hours of sweating, crying, and kissing), but are so light they don't feel like you're wearing anything. Pam and Morgan are one outstanding team! Through the planning process Pam always responded to my questions right away and was so sweet. After showing them two ideas for my hair and only knowing I wanted neutral colors for my make up they came up with a look that I absolutely loved. On the day of the wedding they took the time to talk to us and did not just rush to hurry up and get us ready. My hair and make up stayed all night, even through the dancing, without any issues. Pam Hung is by far the best, most experienced, and talented makeup artist in the area. I loved working with her, and seeing the unique and individual look she created for each of my 10 bridesmaids. She made me look flawless, and it lasted all day! The weather the day of my wedding was terrible - a hurricane in fact - but the makeup and hair did not fade.

The best thing that Pam did, however, was go way above and beyond for me. Because I didn't get any outdoor pictures the day of my ceremony due to winds, rain and flooding, Pam agreed to come back to Fearrington the following day, do my hair and makeup again, and allow me to get some pictures taken in my dress with my husband. The fact that she comes to you is beautiful enough, but the fact that she offered to come back a second day was such a blessing. If you want someone professional with great talent, there is not a soul better than Pam.

I can't say enough about Pam and her professionalism, talent, and artistry! More importantly, Pam is a wonderful person and incredibly thorough, honest, empathic and approachable. As a woman who struggled with sensitive and acne prone skin, choosing a makeup artist for my wedding was something I really dreaded. Pam was absolutely wonderful! She listened to all my concerns regarding my makeup and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. I'm not a big makeup wearer normally but I wanted to look special for my big day without looking too overdone (I did want my husband to recognize me when I walked down the aisle!). My son was married on May 21st & PAM provided a wonderful service to the Bride, 5 bridesmaids, the Mother of the Bride & me. She made everyone look amazing.
The make up looked very natural & everyone was gorgeous which lasted & did not require any touch ups. She has a wonderful eye for color & listened to the request of each person she worked with. Pam is very passionate about her work & it shows!!! Not only did PAM provide the makeup artistry, she made the getting ready period before the wedding very calm, stress free & gave a soothing positive attitude to all. At one point in the getting ready process, a bridesmaid & I said "we wished we had thought to bring our toothbrushes" and would you know Pam had extra toothbrushes with her & offered them to us. That is just one example how Pam went over & beyond servicing us all. She was very caring & professional at the same time. Oh & she traveled out of town to provide the services too. Pam did the bridal party's make-up at my little sister's wedding and SHE IS FANTASTIC. Each girl had a different style/make-up preference and Pam catered to all of us!! She listened to what we wanted and delivered on all of her promises. I sobbed at my sister's wedding and NONE of my make-up was runny or ruined. She is a miracle worker. Book OnLoKtion Make up for your wedding day - Pam is absolutely the best and you won't get the same quality of service with anyone else. Pam was the artist for my sister-in-law's wedding last year and I knew I had to have her for my wedding this April. There are a few things that set Pam apart from other vendors I've had experience with in the past: 1) she is personal and flexible. She will come to you and do an in home organic spray tan before your portraits and wedding and it's AWESOME. 2) she includes air brushing and fake lashes for all of your girls as a part of their make up package - no extra charge. Almost every other wedding I've been in, you have to pay extra for lashes and no one air brushes every bridesmaids. 3) she sends every bridesmaid with whatever she uses on their lips free of charge (again this has always been an additional fee in my experience). Pam's daughter Brittany is her #2 and she is just as wonderful and gifted as her mom. These women are so personal, fun and comfortable to be with on your big day. Pam goes the extra mile to ensure you look your absolute best. When I went in for my trial before my portraits... I was running about 20 minutes late by the way.... Pam took her time and did not rush me (even though I'm sure I had put her behind schedule). She re-did my lip twice because she wanted it to be completely perfect. She then walked me outside to get a look at my face in natural light. Once outside she noticed one area she wanted to hit with the airbrush one last time. She then did my final touches right there on the sidewalk so that we knew what I would look like in my portraits (which were outside). All of these extra touches were so appreciated and memorable. I could not say enough amazing things about Pam and her team. You can be confident that you're in great hands with her!!

Pam was an absolute please to work with. She has a fun personality and kept everyone laughing and calm right before the wedding. She does a great job listening to the look you want and customizing it to your skin and features to make it into something special. My makeup got so many compliments and lasted well after the reception even through hours of pictures in the sun and dancing. I highly recommend OnLoKtionMakeup for your wedding, photoshoot or special event.

Pam took care of the makeup and hair for the wedding party and some guests for my daughter's wedding and did a great job. Everyone looked so pretty! She knew just what to do for my daughter so that she looked like herself-so pretty! Low stress as she was on time and worked everyone in. It was fun and everybody was pleased with her makeup services. I have already recommended her to other people.

Pam and her daughter did a wonderful job!!! Everyone in the wedding party looked gorgeous and loved their makeup! They were so easy to work with and made us all feel extremely comfortable! They were also flexible! I had a final number of girls wanting their makeup done and then at the end one girl decided she really wanted it. Without hesitation they made this happen!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Loved working with Pam! We had our ceremony and reception on two different days, and she worked with me on both. I wanted a classic, elegant look for the ceremony (which was just us and our families), and something more fun to go with my outfit for the reception (a sequined, short, party dress). She was able to create two flawless looks that still made me feel like me. Would recommend her to anyone, and hope I have an excuse to work with her again!

We can't say enough great things about Pam, owner of OnLoKtion Makeup! From our very first phone call to the finishing touches of the bridal party, Pam was efficient, responsive, professional and just a really nice person to work with! We would use her services again in a heartbeat! Every one of the bridal party, and most especially, the bride, looked beautiful! Pam and her daughter did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding day. Leading up to the big day, Pam was always helpful with questions about timing, adding girls to get their makeup done and also providing a pre-wedding makeup consultation. The day of, Pam was on time, extremely friendly and professional and made everyone of us look are absolute bests. She listened to what each girl wanted and really delivered. She also supplied all of us with blot pads (for the eventual tears) and mini lip glosses to match the gloss she put on each of us. I have never felt so beautiful and comfortable after getting my makeup done. I would recommend Pam to anyone getting married in the area!

Pam was make-up artist for my early October wedding and I could have not been more pleased.

From our initial consultation to the day of the wedding, Pam was warm and friendly and extremely professional. And despite my own relative lack of make-up adroitness, Pam was able to put me at ease and answer any questions and concerns about make-up for the big day.

I met with Pam about a month beforehand for the make-up trial and it went swimmingly. I was able to communicate effortlessly with Pam about the "look" I was pining after and she was able to listen effectively and delivered.

For the actual day of the wedding, Pam was punctual and was ready-to-go. She made me and the others in my bridal party feel like a million bucks.

If you're searching for a talented and amiable make-up artist for your wedding, I'd definitely recommend getting into contact with Pam.

Pam and her team were absolutely incredible to work with. Our original MUA changed our agreement the week of the wedding and I had to find someone else at the last minute that I could depend on for my daughter’s wedding day. I called Pam and with some rearranging of her schedule, she was able to accommodate our timeline, and agreed to work with us. She also took the time to meet me beforehand, just to talk about what the bride and the girls liked. She nailed it on Logan’s wedding day and everyone’s makeup was beautiful and lasted all night. She was definitely the silver lining on that day and it was meant to be. My only regret is not calling Pam from the beginning. She is extremely talented, very professional and her work is amazing. I highly recommend Pam, you will not be disappointed!

I chose OnLoKtion based on review from 2 brides I know in the area. I was really nervous about having my makeup professionally done since I don't like to wear a lot and I wanted the "natural" look, as so many brides say they do. What I see so often is brides not looking like themselves on their wedding day, and I was really worried! But Pam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We tried several different looks and despite me being SO particular, she was patient and encouraging. The end result was me looking and feeling exactly like I always wanted to on my wedding day - natural but the best version of myself. My bridesmaids all looked beautiful and I know my mom was happy with her application too. Even my sister who HATES wearing makeup loved her look for the day, and she is tough to please! All in all, you really can't go wrong working with Pam. Her staff was amazing and incredibly efficient the day of. A few tips - don't be shy about what you like wearing. If you are picky, Pam can work with you to perfect your look, as she did with me. And another one - she recommended a fantastic stylist to come in and do our hair. I loved mine, it was again exactly what I always pictured it would be. I've never felt more glamorous and beautiful than on my wedding day and I give all the credit to Pam and her team of amazing ladies!

Pam did my makeup for my engagement photos and wedding and Liz did my hair for both events as well. I could not have been more happy with the result. During my engagement photos it started to rain and my hair and makeup both stayed perfect despite the weather and I was sure they would do a wonderful job for my wedding. They did hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. Both Pam and Liz were very knowledgeable on what would work for the different ladies with skin type and hair and listened to each of their special requests. The ladies all looked lovely from the start of the day until the end of the evening and the photos turned out great! Pam is very detailed, attentive, and very easy to work with and I would recommend her work to anyone interested in looking for a truly talented makeup artist! She also coordinated all the hair appointments with Liz and everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. Thank you so much for helping us get beautified!

Pam is absolutely amazing! She did my makeup for my engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding and made me feel so beautiful for each one! She was so flexible with my schedule and always responsive when I needed to reach out to her about a question or scheduling. She also did my mothers makeup, as well as my bridesmaids and made the entire process so much fun and relaxing. Everyone looked stunning and all the makeup stayed in place even though we were all crying and it was about 100 degrees outside. I would recommend her to any bride!

Thank you to Pam and OnLoKtion for being such a wonderful part of my daughter's wedding! Pam is a total professional artist, works with everyone individually, and presented a very subtle but stunning 'look' for the bride and bridal party. If you are looking for a cohesive appearance which will hold all the way through the day - and the pictures - you should definitely talk to her. But do so early because she is busy! And, by the way, she's just a whole lot of fun to be around too.

Pam Hung and her assistant did an AMAZING job with our make up. It was great to get to know her for my engagement session and after that experience I knew that my make up on my wedding day would be beautiful! She is very easy to work with and is so fun to work with. Kim, a hair stylist, blew me away with her talents! My hair was beautiful and with very little instructions from me she did an amazing job with me bridesmaids hair. They were fabulous!

Pam is incredible at what she does. I was floored at how amazing my makeup looked! And the best part was that it never wore off and I couldn't even feel that the makeup was there. She works with you to know how much makeup you actually want. I'm a fan of the "natural look" and that's exactly what she did for me. My bridal portraits and wedding pictures turned out perfect. I would recommend her again and again!

She is an incredibly talented makeup artist and was able to provide a ton of guidance and advice, while still being very respectful of each individual and her input and requests. Thank you a thousand times to Pam for your part in an incredibly memorable day for my daughter's wedding. You treated that group of high-powered young women to a day they will never forget. My daughter felt like a princess already, but your touches capped it all off perfectly. They all looked so natural but consistent, in spite of any differences. Pam with onloktion makeup artistry did my make up for my wedding just a few weeks ago and I would recommend her to everyone! She absolutely made me look so beautiful on my wedding day!! You can tell she loves what she does and enjoys seeing her brides light up when they see how amazing they look! I had the nest time at my wedding, danced all night and it was warm in our tent and I still looked so great at the end of our night! Pam not only is fantastic at what she does but she is an amamzing person as well. She always made me feel welcome and answered all my question and concerns that I may have had with such confidence that it kept me at ease! She was so helpful and flexible with my wedding, even when she had already committed to a larger wedding she still managed to work it out to where she could do mine as well! She is just wonderful!!! I first met Pamela Hung when she did my daughter's makeup trial two months before the wedding. We had never met before and she immediately put us at ease as she talked to my daughter about how she would like her makeup. Pamela had an array of cosmetics, professional lighting, and equipment. She was patient, helpful, and fun as they planned makeup colors, etc. for the wedding. We had such a good time that afternoon that the mother of the groom and I both decided we had to have her do our makeup for the wedding as well. The day of the wedding, Pamela arrived at the venue early, set up quickly, and did makeup for the three of us. She spent three hours with us before the wedding, staying for final touch ups before the ceremony began. Her great personality kept us all smiling and at ease. I felt pampered and beautiful and I loved how natural our makeup looked. I highly recommend OnLoktionMakeup Artistry!

Cannot recommend Pamela highly enough; she was a breath of fresh air in the midst of the stress of planning a wedding. She was flexible, welcoming, and completely open to my concerns and needs. She has amazing skill and I was so very happy with the final product on both the run-through AND the wedding day. I plan to have Pamela do my makeup again in the future for head shots for work - I know I can 110% trust her to do an incredible job.

Pam is an AMAZING makeup artist. I chose her because she did my makeup for a friend's wedding when I was a bridesmaid. I got married on the outer banks and she was willing to drive all the way from raleigh and spend the night to do makeup for my wedding. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who asks. Hopefully my sister will use her for her wedding when she gets married one day! I have really never felt more beautiful then when Pam has done my makeup!! THANK YOU PAM!!

Pam did a great job with the makeup for our daughter's wedding. She was willing to accommodate our schedule and needs - which wasn't easy with 10 bridesmaids and 2 Moms! Wedding day was busy, but Pam got it all done! Not everyone wanted makeup done, but many did and everyone wanted something different. She was very professional, as was the hairstylist she brought. I would recommend her highly.

Not only did she complete my makeup but did all of my bridesmaids (one of the best decisions I made). It does take quite a long time to get everything done. My makeup took about one hour and fifteen minutes.... however it was TOTALLY worth it! Her assistant was also fantastic. Both very professional and very genuine good people.

Pamela is literally the best. My whole bridal party and myself all felt flawless and beautiful. Pamela is GREAT to work with and is so attentive to detail and what each individual person would like their look to be. I had 10 bridesmaids and they all had individual and PERFECT looks for the wedding. I wouldn't use anyone else for professional makeup. She really knows what she is doing and is so sweet and kind and really becomes your dear friend.

I had a wonderful time working with Pam! Not only is she talented, but she is such a nice person. She also helped me find someone to do our hair the day of the wedding. I have to say, Pam made me feel like the best version of me, which is wonderful especially the day of your wedding.
