    My husband and I highly recommend OneplusOne Cinema. Ryan and Sheri were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I honestly barely noticed that they at the wedding after I first said hello when we arrived because they were so unobtrusive. They captured every beautiful moment of our wedding. The highlights video that they created was perfect. My husband and I have received so many compliments about the film from our friends and family. It brings us so much joy to relive that day. Their video is something that we will always treasure. We are so happy that we hired them. It was truly one of the best vendor decisions we made.

    Ryan is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Very professional, talented and so friendly. I knew the moment we met Ryan, that I wanted him for our videographer! He was so passionate about his work and when I saw a video he had done, I was floored and knew that we were making the right choice hiring him. He is so talented! When he posted our wedding highlights, I was so happy! It was everything and more. In just a short few minutes, you got to see just how magical the day was for us. I highly recommend hiring OnePlusOne Cinema. You will not be disappointed.

    Not to brag about our wedding video but it was the best wedding video I have ever seen. Very creative and the music brought tears to our eyes

    OneplusOne cinema did our engagement pictures and engagement video that was featured on our wedding day. Our photos were awesome; the team was so creative and easy to work with.

    Our video was something I'd never seen for a wedding before. My husband and I were interviewed separately and asked to talk about our relationship. It was heart warming, funny, and so perfectly done. It's a memory that we'll be able to cherish forever.

    We used One Plus One Cinema for our wedding videography a year ago and basically regretted the decision. Initially everything went great. They were really nice to us and everything went really well on the wedding day. It was when we tried to get our video, everything went down hill. We contacted them after 3 months (contract said up to 4 months) just to get a status update and got no response. We waited for 2 weeks and contacted them again, and again no response. We called and messaged them and still nothing. It wasn't until we finally drove into their offices that they felt obligated to return our calls.

    A professional company does not treat their customers this way. They indicated that they had health issues which we understood and didn't bother them for another two months. Afterwards, we asked again and again was met with silence.

    When we finally got our video, we really liked the short video (3 mins long). We felt that they did a great job on it. When we saw the full-length (20 mins long), we were really disappointed with the quality. It was basically the short video with a different audio + 30 secs of additional clip + the entire wedding ceremony tacked on. We don't see how this long length video was worth the extra money we paid for. Even the wedding ceremony had plenty of weird jumpy clips. It just didn't feel professional.

    I am sure without the health issues, things might have gone better, but in the end, we felt like we didn't get what we paid for.

    We hired One Plus One Productions to film our wedding on 6/22/14. The package we paid for included: 8 hours of total filming time, a full-length wedding video, a highlights video and 3 DVD discs.

    According to the contract we signed, we were supposed to receive our final video copies (DVDs) “within 120 days of our reception date” – which would have been 10/22/2014.

    All we have received so far is a link to the highlights video on Vimeo.com, on 7/28/14.

    Our problems began shortly after this, when they became completely non-communicative. We tried emailing and calling every couple of weeks, but got no response. We finally received a reply from Ryan on 3/16/2015 telling us that the video was finished and he was sending it in the mail soon, but then that never happened.

    Both the wedding day and the planning leading up to it with Ryan were a great experience. At the venue he was very focused on being there for all the key shots. He did a great job of staying in the background while also capturing the big moments. Our family and friends commented on how friendly he was. We were so excited that we would have a video that captured our wedding day in a fun and contemporary way.

    It’s now 10/1/2015 and we have not heard from him since March. We’ve had friends and family members also try to contact him on our behalf, but that has not gotten a response either. It’s frustrating that it’s been over a year since our wedding and nearly a year since the date we should have received our DVDs.

    We’re very disappointed and wish we could get what we paid for.
