Brought the vibe!!
Cesar was so great during out wedding! Everyone was dancing, not a single person in their chair!!! He also worked with our space as we had a flip and he was able to work it and make it all happen for us!! -

Perfect DJ for Our Wedding Day
DJ Escence absolutely delivered on our wedding day. The energy was perfect from cocktail hour through the last dance, and he read the room incredibly well keeping guests of all ages on the dance floor all night. He was professional, easy to communicate with and The sound quality was excellent and every song transition was seamless. Highly recommend to any couple looking for someone who truly cares about making your day unforgettable. -

Best Dj ever!
Dj essence was absolutely phenomenal! From the ceremony to the reception he nailed it all !! Before the wedding he did an amazing job of communicating/ responding and made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for!
Our wedding was perfect and he played a huge part in that! Multiple people made sure to take the time to tell us how amazing the dj was !!
If you are looking for an affordable, get the party started and keep it going dj .. he’s your guy!

Best human being ever
I absolutely cannot recommend DJ Escence enough! He did my friend's wedding a few years ago, and our own experience with him was five stars!!!! Cesar is extremely professional, excellent and prompt at communication, incredibly easy to work with, and just an overall awesome human being. He went above and beyond and has all the necessary skills, equipment, and personality to make your event super smooth and memorable! He is also incredibly detail oriented and well-prepared, I was so impressed with him from the get go. You will not regret hiring him, he was an amazing vendor and one of my favorites!!! The Best wedding DJ
Cesar was amazing from the moment i got in contact with him to DJ my wedding to the very end! He was very attentive to everything I wanted for my wedding playlist, always responded quickly, and had all of my guests on the dance floor, including my in laws who don’t dance! Cesar always went the extra mile for my wedding. I’m so glad I booked him for my wedding and will definitely be giving his info to all of my friends and family looking for a great DJ. -

Best Dj/MC hands down!
My wife and I hired Cesar for our wedding recently and we couldn’t have asked for someone better. He has every piece of equipment you could ask for, is bilingual, and has tons of experience. He kept our wedding lively and the dance floor was filled all night long. Long story short, Cesar went above and beyond our expectations and we’re confident he will do the same for you too. -

Cesar is a fantastic DJ
Cesar was our wedding DJ and he is fantastic. He was communicative, very responsive, professional and kind. He took an interest in our specific wedding vision and worked to help us bring it to life. He has great music IQ and is skillful at reading a crowd and getting them to the dance floor. He also provided our Uplights and monogram which he tailored exactly to our liking. These provided for a very fun and special evening of partying and fun vibes. Thank you Cesar for being a part of our best day ever. -

Cesar was flexible in how much information he needed for each part of the wedding; he's able to either take a full playlist or create his own based on genres. He was a great MC and kept the dance floor full all night. Great to work with. -

Dj Essence was such an amazing dj to work with! From the first phone call, my husband and I knew that he would be our top choice! Best Hype Man!
Cesar was the best DJ we could have came across! He not only recommended music and was MC on our big day, he was also our wedding coordinator and gave us ideas to do the day of! I also want to add that he came very professionally dressed, huge plus. You don’t want a vendor to show up in jeans and a tshirt to your very fancy wedding!
The day we met to go over details he immediately became our friend! My husband and I felt so comfortable with him. Knowing that he has a lot of experience and was knowledgeable with weddings was another plus. We knew he would take care of our event and make sure it ran smoothly.
All we did was tell him the genres we liked, told him we wanted to add (dancing in the clouds, a monogram, up lighting), gave him the time line and didn’t worry about a thing the day of! BEST HYPE MAN! Jump in!! -

I literally could not ask for a better DJ!
From planning, to set up, to covering every single thing we didn’t think of, Cesar is a true professional.
He listened to our ideas about music and ran with it.
He mixed music from different decades and cultures. The dance floor was full all night!
He came on time and prepared. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Everyone Danced, Everyone!
From someone that is a DJ himself and had a couple of DJ friends that were guests at our wedding, we can tell you that Cesar did an amazing job at our wedding. Everyone danced, EVERYONE!
Cesar has an effective approach to consulting how you want music to be played at your wedding. He asks what songs to be played for the key moments such as bridal party, bouquet toss, etc. and you can have fun with it. He knows when to transition out of songs people might not be feeling (he knows how to read a crowd like a real DJ). What is really important that helps even more is knowing what YOU want for your wedding, ask questions and even know what you don't want. I am 27 years old and about 80% of the guests were too and one thing we don't like is hearing club DJ's play songs such as Yeah by Usher or easy-to-go songs that are outdated to us, BUT with the other 20% being older family and being Latino, Cesar knew how to balance both songs that can hype the younger crowd and the classic Spanish bangers that could make everyone dance.
He played I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas as the ending song and I don't think me and my friends have ever been that happy dancing to a song that both reminded us of our youth when we first heard it in high school to now celebrating as adults growing up with one of the most memorable events we could experience, getting married. Great price, great music, great memories - that's what you'll get from DJ Escence!-

Cesar is amazing! Feel like we made a friend for life!
So appreciated Cesar. Covid made us reschedule 3 times and he was right there with us every step of the way always encouraging and accommodating! Thankful for the pre-gaming of all the songs and scheduling. Made our day! He totally made the ceremony flow perfect and oh what fun we had at the reception! From the up-lighting that set the mood to the monogram of our name of course music never stopped and his personality bringing everyone to the floor! I would do it all over again....exactly the same! Best and Most Ethical DJ EVER!
I don't have enough words to describe how AMAZING Cesar is. Truly some of the best words to describe him as is ethical and awesome. We had previously booked him with a security deposit for our 110 people wedding (ceremony and reception) and COVID happened. First we thought we were only going to do a small ceremony on a different day and last min notice. This meant we would have only needed him for like an hour or so, we were thinking it probably wouldn't be an option because we were reaching out too late. Being the ethical person he is, he said he was available and happy to do it! At the end, we ended up having a 25 people wedding ceremony and reception and I can promise you it would not have been as perfect if we would've had a different DJ.
For the ceremony- I sent him the different songs I wanted, they were mostly cover versions of songs, and LITERALLY every single one was EXACTLY the one I wanted.
For the reception- the vibe was amazing! His love and effort he puts into his craft and our wedding was like no other. Honestly, it feels like we would've known him for years. He really is outstanding!
If you are wondering whether to book him or not, don't think any longer- DO IT! He is worth every penny! Such a cool, respectful and responsible guy.
Thank you SOOOOO much Cesar. Our 25 people wedding felt so full of life and happiness and a lot of that is thanks to you!! Forever grateful! -

He is professional and great at communicating via text or email or voice which is something extremely important. He was also flexible and joined us for our venue walkthrough to ensure all went well. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to get to know my husband and I and delivered just what we wanted on our wedding day in terms of music and vibe. Cesar DJ'd our wedding. It was a pleasure to work w/ Cesar from day one. Cesar was responsive, patient, and professional from the first interaction we had online, to meeting up in person to go over what services he was able to provide, to walking us through each step towards having a successful wedding music playlists from per-ceremony, all the way up to reception dinner. There were times where we couldn't respond in timely manner, but Cesar was patient through it all and still delivered. Cesar worked great w/ our coordinator, venue, and even our live singer. Bueno Wedding
Let me say you can plan all you want but the DJ makes the party and gets everyone involved. Cesar set up for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and killed it. He was on time and very professional. He always answered all my questions. He worked well with my coordinator and venue. I can honestly say it was the best wedding I ever went to. Awesome DJ
My husband and I just got married on July 6 and were worried about how to hire a DJ. We heard about Cesar from our wedding coordinator. We were looking for someone that could mix and balance Latin Music and American music well. He did not disappoint! We didn't even know where to start with what type of music but Cesar provided a template to help us get started. We sent him our lists of songs we wanted and he made the night flow well by adjusting the playlists to keep our guests on the dance floor. When it came to our introduction for the evening he made us feel comfortable and was there personally to help us through. Cesar did a great job of adjusting when we deviated from our schedule. At the end, he he handled our "send off" and it was the most magical and warm way to head off into our honeymoon. Overall it was a pleasure and comfort knowing we had someone professional and warm to handle something as important as our music. Cesar was professional and really knows what he is doing, he is great at his profession and made our special day even more special. Providing the samples and timelines was very helpful. Once we have him our playlists he knew exactly what to do. Alll of our guests were very happy and enjoyed the night. I would definitely recommend Cesar to anyone. -

The Best DJ
Cesar was the best DJ we could have asked for. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and made everything really easy for us. He is very professional, and knows how to make everyone at the party have fun. He is a master at his craft, so all you need to do is tell him a little of what you have in mind, and he will finish the rest and exceed your expectations. The uplighting, custom monogram, and the fog machine came out so beautifully. You will not regret choosing Cesar as your DJ at all. -

Cesar (DJ Escence) definitely helped our wedding be a success! Even before our special day, he was very professional, personable, and helpful. We knew once we first sat down with him, that he cared about making our vision come to life. The quality of his work is outstanding.
Not only did he do a great job DJing and MCing for our reception, he also provided services for uplighting, gobo monogram, slideshow, and a "dancing on the clouds" effect for our first dance (we were so surprised how awesome that turned out!).
Everything flowed smoothly at our reception, and during all the dancing, the floor was always full! He definitely did a good job playing to the crowd, with different generations and genres, and we were very impressed that he fit in the songs that we requested. So many people stayed until the very end and had a great time. We would definitely use him again and absolutely recommend DJ Escence to friends and family! -

Cesar was a pleasure to work with. One of my friends recommended him to us, and we are so happy we went with him. We worked with Cesar to put together custom playlists for our wedding - a culture clash of vibes that included middle eastern music, cuban music, and hip hop.
Our guests were on their feet all night and we have continuously been told it was the best wedding they've ever attended.
Cesar took care of us and went above and beyond for our night! We highly recommend Cesar for your next big event. -

I cannot express what an amazing MC And DJ Cesar is! His lighting transformed the venue and made the venue look magical. I honestly could not have asked for the more perfect set up. Cesar was absolutely professional and responsive to my emails. Also, he was flexible to answer any questions I had via text. My wedding reception and ceremony ran so smoothly! Cesar really knew the theme and music my wedding was going for. It was really important to incorporate both Spanish and English music in my wedding. As far as MC he was the best as my wedding incorporated English and Spanish. Everyone was having a good time and dancing. My family keeps asking when is the anniversary happening to make the dancing train happen again. I would hire Cesar in heartbeat for another party or event. I can't wait until the next big party so I can hire Cesar again! He played at my wedding and I was so glad that he did. My family is mostly Spanish speaking so I was a little stressed about having a party that would get everyone mingling and dancing together.,enjoying the same music. Well, I had nothing to worry about because there was not one song that played that did not have people dancing on the dance floor! He played all types of music and really played what the crowd was vibing too. Not only were his DJ'ing skills good but he made the perfect MC for the wedding and helped with the timeline and announcements. He spoke both spanish and english so everyone knew what was going on. He was very professional, responsive to emails and at the same time had a cool, laidback personality. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks Cesar for making my wedding the most unforgettable day of my life. My family still keeps telling me how much fun they had dancing. Ps. Even my grandfather who is very grumpy and a total antisocial person danced. That was a miracle!! -

Cesar was absolutely fantastic. On point with every detail we provided him and even handled some last minute curveballs we threw at him from changing our first dance to adding a traditional dance he had never done before. He was extremely flexible and made sure he accommodated all of our requests. Everything from the lighting to the music to the sound was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Cesar to any of my friends or family and would definitely be at the top of my list if I needed a DJ for any other event.

Cesar was the dj/mc at my wedding. We had 134 guests, and a 6 hour reception/ceremony. Cesar was extremely responsive and always had answers for our questions. He eased both our anxious personalities on the day of by makin sure he not only communicated with us, but made sure he worked very closely with our planner. With very little direction Cesar was able to make our day unforgettable with the choice of music based on the dancing crowd and providing unique experience that he knew we would take and run with, for example on the garter toss, he had me do my best magic mike impression when walking up to my wife, and though I was embarrassed, everyone couldn’t stop talking about how awesome it was. His discretion for how long each slow song should go on was amazing, my wife and I both agreed that he ended the songs on point. I highly recommend him for any and all events. -

Cesar came to our rescue after we faced immediate regret over hiring our intial DJ. From the beginning, Cesar was so accommodating to us and it felt like talking to an old friend. Cesar takes pride in doing a great job for his couples and his work shows. We were so relieved from the very beginning after our first phone call with him. He was very communicative with us throughout the entire process, something we severely lacked from the first guy. We later met with Cesar to discuss timeline, music, etc., and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, we submitted everything to him. The day of, Cesar worked with our DOC to help our day run smoothly and as on time as possible given it's a wedding day! We had a small wedding and I was worried people wouldn't be out on the dance floor and I wanted to DANCE!! Well, I had ZERO to worry about because combined with our music selections, Cesar had everyone out there the entire night. The dance floor lights gave a great ambiance as well. We are so grateful to have met Cesar in this process and should any future events come up for us, we will turn to him first! Thank you for making our day so much fun! -

Cesar was our DJ for our wedding in September. He did an amazing job and we are extremely happy we picked him. Made everything easy on us and reminded us on certain things we needed to finish and pick out for our wedding. I loved that I got to pick music out on Spotify and our symbol on the dance floor was exactly what I wanted. There was a few things I spaced out on the day of the wedding and Cesar adapted very well in front of our guest and totally rocked it! We loved the service that Cesar provided for our wedding! He kept our guests on the dance floor all night! He plays everything from flashbacks to spanish to current hits but was also accommodating to our requests and incorporated them so well. I have known Cesar for the majority of my life. In addition to being an outstanding DJ he is also a genuine person, family man, and good friend. It is my belief that all these personal attributes filter into his services and make him the best DJ out there. For some, it is their first time getting married so it can be hard to know how to start and what to do once everything has begun. Cesar was with me every step of the way. He is very organized and will send friendly reminders in advance letting you know about what needs to be accomplished and the time frame involved. In addition, he also sends you examples and ideas of his own. He was my rock during this whole wedding process and made sure the wedding of my dreams happened. If you’re looking for a DJ that is fun, upbeat, and will keep the party going all night, DJ Escence is who you need to book for your wedding. It was such a pleasure working with Cesar. He is professional, passionate about his business, and great with communication. It was easy to schedule in-person meetings with him and he promptly responded to our emails. Cesar sent us friendly reminders for our song choices for the ceremony and reception, which we definitely needed during our busy planning process. He suggested we create Spotify playlists to help keep track of specific songs we liked, which made it easy for us to share with each other, as well as him. When there were certain activities (i.e. cake cutting, money dance, etc.) that we were not sure what song to use, he offered great suggestions. Cesar also helped establish the perfect ambiance of our reception room with up-lighting that matched our color theme and he displayed our custom monogram on the dance floor. I've known Cesar for several years. As soon as I got engaged I hired him as the DJ for my Wedding. He spent a good amount of time reviewing the music list as well as the lighting selection for the wedding. Cesar went above and beyond in coordinating my music during the ceremony and throughout the reception. There was not one moment where the dance floor was empty, everyone danced the night away. I just got married on 11/5/2016 and I hired Cesar as my DJ and lighting guy. I couldn't have asked for a better job or entertainment for my wedding. He was so easy going and helpful with creating playlist and walkout music for me. My ceremony music was perfect. Even when my dad and I raced down the aisle to the alter (out of nerves ) he made sure to fade our music perfectly to keep the mood and flow of things. Our reception walk out music was perfect, everything was played at the perfect time and flowed nicely into each couples introduction. Same goes for my first dance, father daughter and mother and groom dances. Reception music was amazing ! He had everyone up and dancing the entire night. And I've had so many compliments on how great the DJ and music was. It was the best party/wedding I could have hoped for. We also had Cesar do our uplighting for our wedding. Without that I don't think it would have felt or looked as romantic and magical. Hands down, best entertainment/DJ/guy you could hire for an event. We actually found DJ Escence at another friends wedding. We had so much fun at this wedding that we made sure that when it came time for us to plan our own wedding, he was the only person we called to DJ. He was super helpful and always available during the planning process. He did a great job playing a variety of genres, country to hip-hop and never once did I have to think about asking him to change this song or play this song. I can't say enough how happy we were to have Cesar work our wedding. Cesar was professional throughout the the planning process and was very accommodating with our last minutes changes/requests. We were very stressed about selecting a DJ since the music at a reception will either make or break the party. As huge music fans, my fiance and I were very particular about the music we wanted played at our reception. So we gave Cesar the task of accommodating several different musical genres (funk, Spanish, Top 40s, Flashback 80s, hip hop, etc) to appease us and both families. Cesar took this task and helped us have the party of lives. We had a huge wedding with 300 guests and the dance floor was packed the entire night. We even had my fiance's 92 year old Grandmother dancing. At the end of the night we had family members give us the thumbs up on the great music we had at our reception. One last note, our reception hall allowed us to keep partying for an extra hour (til 2AM!) and even though Cesar had completed his contracted time he was more than happy to stay and keep the music going for us. Now that is customer service! With all that said we highly recommend Cesar for your wedding music needs.

Cesar was amazing! He is very professional and gives you the right advice. He answered all our questions within a timely manner. We absolutely loved all the music he played at our wedding! Our guests had a blast and he kept them dancing the whole night! He was also very flexible! I made a mistake before the bridal party entrance into the reception and he was so quick to make the change. -

We wanted someone who would listen to our request as well as the guest, at our duaghters 18th birthday party, needless to say a crowd of teenagers can be very hard to please, Cesar managed to keep my daughter and her guest dancing the whole evening through. I would highly recommend him for any event you are planning. -

Cesar with OneLove Entertainment was the DJ for my graduation party. The music and lighting was absolutely perfect and helped to make the party so much fun! Cesar is highly professional and easy to work with and I highly recommend him as a DJ. I would certainly use Cesar with OneLove Entertainment again to DJ my next party! -

Cesar is a professional in this field. He is well prepared, flexible, and honest. We loved how he got almost everyone to be on the dance floor. Along with being a great DJ, he was just as good as an MC. There were no awkward hiccups while he was our MC. All of the bridal party's names were said correctly and the timeline ran smoothly. Do yourself a favor and book him! -

Cesar has been our DJ now for five events, including a wedding reception, high school reunion, 40th birthday, and even two elementray school jog-a-thons and he is PHENOMENAL! He's completely versatile and that is hard to find. He is very professional, his equipment is top-notch, he does a great job on the mic controlling the entire event, he made an amazing slideshow, he stayed extra late for an event, is fully flexible and I would hire him for every event I have going forward. He does a great job responding quickly to e-mails and texts, he arrives early, stays late and has a great attitude throughout it all. I HIGHLY recommend him! -

Dj Essence was an absolute pleasure to have at our wedding. Our guests found his music, flow, and “fun" was beyond compare. We have had him at many family functions prior to our wedding at Coubtry Garden Caterers. He was on time and showed so much passion for what he does. We had our 180 guest wedding at a golf course in Cypress, CA. Cesar was amazing! He was so easy to work with in the planning process and was always quick to get back to me when I had questions. Our guests were on the dance floor all night and everyone told us they loved the DJ. He also did a great job with the uplighting and custom monogram light. I highly recommend him! -

Cesar was awesome!! He was fun to work with, professional and offered us great advice in choosing music to be played throughout the ceremony and reception. We also had karaoke during the reception which was a huge hit among our guests which provided great entertainment and priceless memories. With the recommendation from Cesar, we "pre-screened" our guests as to what songs they might want to sing and dance to and all our guest's loved his music choices. He helped us develop a timeline that worked well and made the entire event run smooth. The DJ can make or break an event and he definitely made ours a success! Many of our guests commented on the good times they had, saying it was by far, the most fun they ever had at a wedding!! I would rate him an A+++++ on all accounts and HIGHLY recommend him to others!! -

OneLove Entertainment is awesome. Cesar is very professional and knows what he is doing. He was very good with making sure all my request were made.
