As a plus size bride, they made me feel beautiful and were even helpful ordering my size to try on of a specific designer I wanted ( which ended up being my dress!). Their alterations recommendation was also top notch (although a bit pricey). I am thankful for them making my experience positive and helping me find my dream dress! -

As a plus size bride it was so hard trying to find a boutique that wouldn’t make me feel self conscious. I am on the larger size about a size 28 in street clothes and a size 32 in bridal. These ladies made me feel so beautiful even though they are all supermodels! The largest size they carry is a size 28 in bridal and it was such a good experience. I found my dream dress! -

What a dream!
I couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience! I would One & Only Bridal to everyone! Its a beautiful shop with so many options/styles to choose from as well as a wide price range to fit your needs. The shop is extremely clean and perfect for all the cute pic moments. We went on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy and we had the whole place to ourselves. They allowed 6 guests to come with me and there was plenty of room for us all. Vannesa took the best care of me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She had answers to all my questions and plenty of suggestions for me. She even took the care to look at my Pinterest board ahead of time which I really appreciated. I am so grateful to her and her help. I was nervous at first but all the nerves left once we started. I felt like an absolute princess the entire time. Thank you so much, Vannesa!! -

Stephanie was my stylist, and she kept up with the craziness of people I brought, because family can be a bit overbearing and emotional but she played along perfectly! she let my sisters help pick out dresses and I think that is the main reason I was able to find my dress at their store -

My Dream Dress!
I had Stephany as my consultant when I came into One and Only and she did an absolutely AMAZING job! She made me feel like a friend and comfortable which made the process that much better! We found my perfect dress and I am so thankful that she was the one I worked with! I cannot recommend One and Only enough for Brides-to-be. They have an amazing selection for all price ranges and they have knowledgeable consultants who help you find what is perfect for YOU! The ability to make someone so comfortable while making such a big decision is a hard quality to find and they definitely cultivate that there. -

seriously brides, I wasted so much time visiting 4 store sent he orlando/winter park area and they did not compare to One and Only at all. I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey. I cannot recommend One & Only enough! The boutique was very busy when I walked in and I honestly was a bit worried I would not be given the time and attention, but Kelsey immediately made me feel at ease. From beginning to end of our appointment she was attentive and listened to what I was looking for. I tried on 6-7 dresses that I found and the last one Kelsey picked out for me was the one! I had my "say yes to the dress" moment and couldn't be happier. I do wish they did alterations on site but they recommended a wonderful seamstress (Thread and Needle). -

One & Only Bridal should be your One & Only stop! These ladies are the most professional and kind women out there. They will truly make you feel like a princess and it doesn't matter what size you are. I'm sure many of you just like myself have dreamt about trying on wedding dresses and selecting the one that will make your day feel so special, however, the only fear I had was that I was going to have to squeeze into all the tiny sample sizes. After some research of local bridal shops, I came across One & Only and they let you know that they carry curvier sample sizes. So right then and there I decided to book an appointment. I didn't just book One & Only but made a day of it also visiting other Bridal Shops, but I am here to tell you that none of those experiences held a candle to One & Only. First of all, the shop is beautiful and secondly, the ladies are just a joy to work with. I was lucky enough to work with Stephanie and I just can't say enough great things about her. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and guide me in the direction of price and style. Stephanie also never made me feel like I was too big or shouldn't be trying on a certain style, she really made me feel confident and beautiful. I could go on and on but if you take away anything from this, I hope you give them a chance and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Thank you One & Only and thank you, Stephanie! -

I have been so blessed with finding such wonderful places to make my entire wedding planning experience easy and seamless, but O&O surpassed every expectation I had! I worked with Stephany, who I am proud to call my dress angel! She helped me over the course of 3 total appointments, and trying on about 12 dresses. It was one of the dresses she actually picked out for me that I ended up falling in love with. She understood what I was looking for, and my style, before I even did. I was so grateful for her patience and kindness while picking out the one and only dress for me. The price and the experience you get at O&O are simply unbeatable. I only wish I could go back in time and do it all over again. -

Stephanie was my consultant and Gabby helped me try on the gown once it came in. Both were so amazing and accommodating! The owner of the boutique was happy to hold my dress for months until I could pick it up.
Stephanie listened to what I was looking for and helped me find THREE dresses I loved! She helped me make a pressure-free final decision on the one I chose and then listened to vulnerable feelings about having gained weight due to an illness I was battling (and have now recovered from!). It was tricky because I wasn't positive how much of the 25-30lbs I had gained would be gone by the wedding, but she gave me expert advice and we picked the perfect size! I felt absolutely gorgeous on my day and got a million compliments on my amazing dress.
Highly recommend this beautiful boutique for anyone who wants an amazing dress and a professional/celebratory experience selecting it. -

O & O Bridal had a flash wedding dress sale and I was able to snag an Essence of Australia dress that was originally $1,929 for $852!!!! The first dress I tried on I fell in love with! Every other dress I tried on after could not compare. All of the ladies were so helpful and my associate Caitlin who helped me get in and out of my dresses was so helpful! I would recommend O & O to any bride, they have dresses for every bride’s style! -

I had somewhat of a loose vision as to what dress I was looking for but with the help of my bridal stylist I was able to find the perfect one. All of the girls that work at O&O are amazingly patient, helpful, and overall just as excited for your day as you are! I had the pleasure of working with Allison, where I came into the studio to narrow down dresses prior to having family and friends come with me the second round. I thought I possibly found THE dress, but didn't want to make a final decision without family/friends in the Fall. Allison informed me that the dress might not be around then since it was hitting a second season - no pressure - but wanted to ensure if that was THE one, I didn't miss it the next time I'd come in and be disappointed. The next time I came in, THE dress was still there, but I was shown a new release that came out that day, somewhat similar, which I fell in love with even more! It was fate with the dress I ended up with, truly one of kind and am excited to rock it on my day! You can't go wrong with O&O - take my word for it! -

I thought I wanted a dress from another shop. Also, someone else told me One and Only was too expensive and most dresses were over $2,000. Anyways, before I walked in, the store had a nice personal touch where they had a list of brides on a sign and at the top it said, “We can’t wait to meet you.” When I came in, Stephany helped me out even though I was 20 minutes early to my appointment. I told her my budget was somewhere between $1,000 and $1500 and she made it seem like that would be no problem. Stephany was very considerate of my budget and whenever I would look at dresses, she would let me know if it was out of my budget. I also liked that this place is for women of all sizes. They have a section for plus sizes. And their sample sizes for average women are also great! I never felt like I was struggling to fit into a dress, which could make someone feel insecure. I tried on a few dresses and Stephany would go over the details that make it stand out. She would ask me what I liked and disliked about each dress and if I would change anything about it. Well, after talking with me and getting a gauge of what I was looking for, Stephany asked me to try on a dress she picked out. I ended up loving it and so did my mom and best friend! It’s a quality dress that even comes with padding inside and everything! As I was trying on the dress, I asked Stephany how much it cost. She told me, “It’s $1700, but I’ve already talked to the designer, and we were able to get it down to $1500!” I loved that! After I said yes to the dress they made a personalized sign for me and gave us a champagne toast. I honestly can’t think of another place where I ever had better customer service. This place really is all it’s hyped up to be! -

I was pleasantly surprised when we stepped inside to find a place so friendly and bubbly (along as an incredible display of gowns!) From the moment we entered with our little girls they greeted us with such a huge smile and warm welcome! I could feel from their energy how genuinely excited they were to receive us in their beautiful boutique! It was my first time ever in a boutique! Everything was so neat and organized which was perfect because I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted so that organization made it super easy to narrow down which ones I wanted to try on. They were so patient with me and it truly was the best purchase experience I have ever had! They truly care and are so passionate about helping find the perfect dress it felt like I was with my besties shopping. I could go on and on for hours about how amazing they were! Without a doubt if you are shopping for your wedding dress One & Only Bridal is the way to go!!!!! It’s an experience that should be handled with so much care and love. Jordan Sent on 05/09/2018This was the one and only place I went on my dress search and I'm glad I did! It was a calm and stress-free experience and Kirsty was incredibly patient and great. I picked a few dresses (I thought) I liked and she chose a few as well and I ended up loving the ones she chose way more than the ones I picked. The dress I ended up getting was one I would have never grabbed off the rack if not for Kirsty, she never tried to sell me on anything out of my price range or push for something I didn't love she listened to what I liked and nailed it. I'm so excited to wear my dress on the special day! I would definitely recommend going here because it is appointment only and you receive one-on-one attention in a shop that isn't crowded with people. The girls really care and listen to what you want and made sure the whole experience was positive. If you follow their Instagram they are always having special trunk show events that would be really fun too if you just started your dress search. My main advice is listen to whatever they say because they are always right.
I haven't gotten all of my photos back but this is the dress I swore I wouldn't like but Kirsty had me try it on and I'm so glad she did and she picked my veil on the first try too, YOU ROCK KIRSTY!! -

They not only made me feel like I was super special but also like I was the one and only person in the shop. Now I know why that’s the name of the boutique. Lol Their attention to their clients are perfection and their connection with the dress designers are amazing. They were able to talk with the designer and see if they could customize the size of the dress since I’m a plus size bride and the sizes weren’t fitting right, as well as needing a corseted back instead of zippered. They were able to make all the desired changes and the team at the boutique kept me in the loop through out the entire process!! My wedding was made extra special because of my experience with you all. I love my dress and so does my husband and guests! It was perfect!! -

I was introduced to O&O by my wedding planner and I am so thrilled to be an official O&O bride. Also to top it off, to have the dress of my dreams be even better than the one I had my heart set on prior is a feeling that is unexplainable . Kirsty was my consultant and she was the most sweetest, patient, and knowledgeable person to work with. She showed me styles that were exactly what I was looking for and that were budget friendly to me! Most of these dresses are affordable (in my opinion). The designers are absolutely gorgeous and there is a wide variety in silhouettes. Also the ambience and environment was amazing! So modern, chic and just great to be in, I went on a weekday so I basically had the entire store myself which made everything so much more intimate. Loved every minute! Thank you Kirsty and team!! -

I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. The prices are excellent as well as the selection. Also, I loved the fact that they spaced the appts out so that when we were there we were the only ones in the store. I was worried that due to it being a Saturday the store would be full of STB brides clamoring over dresses, but that was not the case. That made the experience that much more special! Great Location Gorgeous Dresses, But Had Measurement Issues
I found the dress of my dreams here and it was the first dress that I tried on! I was a quick and easy bride in that regard – I found my dress immediately at this location. My dress was a Martina Liana 1321. The quality of dresses here are just phenomenal and the staff is very attentive and professional.
My only complaint was that I felt like my measurements were taken incorrectly, as my dress was ordered in a MUCH larger size than I normally wear. I was assured that this was normal, and that wedding dresses typically run small, which I knew prior to coming to my appointment due to some research. However, when my dress finally came in it was BIG on me (mind you, I was keeping very close track of my measurements and weight because I was so paranoid to lose or gain any weight leading up to the wedding day). I had to hold the dress up to walk out of the changing room otherwise it was sliding down my body. Soooo I had to pay a pretty penny for alterations. Otherwise, my experience was great and like I said, my dream dress was acquired here and I got SO many compliments!

Beth Sent on 05/04/2017I did not buy my dress through this shop, but truly enjoyed my bridal shopping experience! I was incredibly anxious about my first-ever dress appointment, and not really sure what to expect. I had a relatively modest budget, and as someone who toes the line between standard and plus size clothing, I was nervous there would not be any dresses that fit both my body AND my budget. To top things off, I was 5-10 minutes late for the appointment, and feeling very frazzled by the time I finally located the shop.
I was immediately put at ease by Kirsty, my consultant, who took a few minutes to talk about what I wanted, explained the layout of the shop, and set me loose to pick out a few dresses. The shop was gorgeous, as were the dresses lining the walls. Kirsty and I picked out a few dresses and set about trying everything on. Everything we tried was beautiful and true to the vision I had for my bridal look. In the end, there were two dresses I really liked, and was very seriously considering one of them as THE dress. The only thing that prevented me from pulling the trigger was the price. It was a little bit higher than my max budget, and would have needed some costly alterations.
My only minor complaint is this: Because it is a small boutique and not a large chain store, there did not seem to be sample dresses in multiple sizes, which meant a lot of the dresses I tried on were too small. It was hard to envision how I would actually look in a dress my size, and I was a little sad that one of the prettiest dresses I found was too small to even pull all the way over my hips. I still felt beautiful and had a wonderful experience, but it bears mentioning since the shop is meant to provide the couture experience to women of all sizes. It is a newer shop, so I'm sure they will have larger samples in stock as things progress.
Overall, I had a great time and felt truly welcome and beautiful while shopping and trying on dresses, and would absolutely recommend stopping by! -

💕I just moved to Florida a month before visited this bridal shop for their flash sale in August. Everything was organized and selected dresses were marked down with prices of $200-$800. I went in knowing the kind of style I wanted from their selections and Allison was so helpful in helping me with my decision. I said "Yes" to a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress originally cost $1250 marked down to $400..so happy about that and can't wait to wear it. Now I can splurge on something else for my big day 👰🏽4/11/21💕. -

First, let me say that I love the store and the atmosphere, the ladies were all lovely and they were all about the experience, truly could not have asked for a sweeter group of people, however, I actually had a problem and I’m not sure if it has happened to any one else, it doesn’t seem like it has. I range from a street dress size 8-10 it just depends, I know wedding gowns run smaller and the sizes are different. But, the woman who helped me I can’t remember her name while she was so nice and so helpful-she really just wanted to see me happy- I was put into and picked out dresses that were too small, I couldn’t fit in them, the majority if not all were too small, it wasn’t how I wanted to feel on that day, I went home and cried and I’d say I’m an averaged size woman. I found my MOH and my mom saying “just imagine it in your size” but I couldn’t, I didn’t want to, it’s always easier to clip a dress in the back to make it smaller than to put an average sized bride in small garments. It’s no ones fault really, they are amazing at their job I just found the sizes to be disheartening and I wanted to leave a review. If you’re a solid 8 and under you can try on any dress on the floor -

If you're in it for the 'gram, go ahead and stop in. I was in it to shop for a wedding dress and would not recommend stopping in for that. Upon walking in, I was barely acknowledged and also had nowhere to stand because the shop was incredibly crowded with guests. Crowded stores are generally unappealing to me but especially during COVID-19. Masks were not enforced and there were large parties accompanying certain brides. The selection process was terrible. You get a walkthrough of the store and just walk around and pick whatever you want to try on. No help or guidelines. Pretty overwhelming in my opinion. My consultant was very friendly but incredibly inexperienced. She was not helpful in selecting gowns, she was not skilled at clipping the gowns to allow me to visualize them, she was overly chatty, and she kept disappearing to chat with her colleagues. The setup of the shop is terrible. My mirror section (which was not at all private) was toward the front of the shop and the dressing room was in the back of the shop so I had to trip across the entire store, nearly running into other customers and bridal consultants in the narrow hallways, often in gowns that weren't clipped or zipped properly, to show it to my party of two. We were there in the late afternoon and the sun was shining directly into the mirror. Not fun for the eyes and not great for taking photos of the gowns. The selection of form fitting gowns was lacking. Overall, a super disappointing experience and a waste of time.
