Cooper was one of the first vendors we hired and our first thought after getting off the phone with him was — we just want to be friends with this guy!! But on top of his friendly and engaging nature, his professionalism and talent are unmatched. He made the whole process so smooth. His handy planning app made it easy for us to think through the musical show flow of the wedding and save songs as we thought about them throughout the year. During the actual wedding, many commented on how great he was and how he kept the dance floor crowded. He brought energy through the music, but also added fun surprises like sparklers at key moments. We had international guests and Cooper included music from their countries — fitting it in at key moments that felt natural, but also kept the energy going. Book him NOW. You will not regret having the best. -

We are so thankful for DJ Chase and the entire One Above Entertainment team! Chase made all parts of our wedding so easy and so much fun. He is an excellent MC and did a great job at keeping things on schedule and keepig our guests entertained. We had a meeting shortly before the wedding where we laid out the exact time schedule and picked songs for all of the important events. Chase is great, and we loved talking to him during our planning sessions. We also used their photobooth that was just the icing on the cake of the best party of our lives. We would 1000% recommend DJ Chase and One Above Entertainment! -

DJ Chase was amazing to work with. We met with him twice (via Zoom) to talk about what we wanted for our wedding. Not only did he play everything we wanted, he helped suggest things to help with the flow. So many of our guest said that they had so much fun and that the music was on point!

We were planning on having a small family dinner to celebrate our wedding, but someone suggested I hire an MC to bring some life into the evening. There was some skepticism about why we'd hire a MC/DJ at such a small event. In the end, everyone involved in the planning agreed it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. I can't count how many people have told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to!
The evening flowed and was on time. Cooper was funny. He made people feel comfortable. He helped facilitate a "Newylwed" game which everyone loved. We threw a few last minute revisions into the evening, and he just rolled with it! Everything was so organized, and he kept us smiling all night!
Because of social distancing and our small guest list, we didn't originally plan on having a dance party, but Cooper encouraged us to give people the option to dance. It worked out wonderfully! People spaced themselves out on the dance floor according to their comfort level and we all had such a great time! Slow dancing with my husband and dad.. and then going nuts with my siblings and girl friends will forever be a highlight of the wedding day!
If you want to have a wedding that's unique, fun, and memorable, you won't go wrong by booking Cooper. I'm so thankful for his passion for his work, and for caring about our wedding as much as we did. Thank you, thank you! -

Cooper is the absolute BEST and that’s no exaggeration! He was the DJ/MC for our wedding and he made sure that everything ran smoothly. He worked really well with the rest of our vendors to make sure we were on schedule. We did a very customized procession and he was totally on board from day one and made sure it went off perfectly! He’s very detailed, so anything you can think of, he’s probably thought about it too and has addressed it with you. We also did a customized introduction at the reception for us and our bridal party that Cooper made so much fun and such high energy!
Seriously, if you want someone that you know will have your back and will put time, effort, and love into your wedding, choose Cooper! You can’t get better than him! -

Absolutely loved having DJ Cooper be a part of our special day! I wish I could give him 10 stars! I wanted people to come to our reception and to have a good time. I knew a DJ was a must. I'm so glad I discovered Cooper online. The night was perfect. Cooper has a gift for engaging a crowd and creating an energetic atmosphere. People who were planning on leaving early just couldn't do it because they were having too much fun! He met with us personally and made our celebration customized to us and our personalities. He even secretly worked with my Mom to play a special audio recording from my grandparents who were not able to make it. Such a memorable time for everyone. If you want your wedding to be exceptional, DJ cooper is the man to hire. -

This man was amazing! At first I was not confident that we needed a DJ for our wedding and only searched for one because my father was emphatic trying to convince me to have one. After looking online and calling/meeting with other DJ's I was under the impression that this would not be worth while, until I met DJ Cooper. He was so wonderful and helpful with setting up the plan for the reception and helped capture the best moments on film by coordinating with the photographer and videographer. He had wonderful ideas on how to execute performances throughout the reception and was fantastic at keeping the party alive for hours. He is more than willing to work with you and any last minute changes. I am convinced that without him as our DJ our wedding would have been another boring and droll event. If you want your wedding to be special and memorialized, I would insist you give this man a call. -

Wow! Cooper Brown completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding and reception. From the moment we started planning the event to the final send-off, Cooper was great. He did a great job integrating our ideas in with some of the other fun things he suggested for the evening. The first part of the evening was an intimate dinner for close friends and family where we shared talents, gave toasts, and threw several impromptu curve balls his way. Cooper handled the surprises masterfully. The last part of the night was what many of our friends and family called the best reception they had ever been to. The dance floor was packed. We wanted to provide a memorable experience to say thank you to so many people who have a positive impact on our lives and Cooper really helped up deliver that. I would highly recommend working with Cooper as a DJ and Master of Ceremony for any event. -

I can't tell you guys how happy I am that I booked Cooper for my wedding! Definitely one of the best decisions I made. I cannot say how much we LOVED having Cooper as the DJ for our wedding! He was extremely professional and organized from the first moment we met with him - months before our wedding. He helped us schedule the whole day and worked with our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. He did an absolute perfect job and made our wedding spectacular for everyone that attended. Even the waiters commented on how much they loved Cooper! We also booked his closed photo booth. His photo booth attendant was just as personable as he was and did a great job. Book him now! -

Best wedding decision we made!
Oh my goodness!! We could not have asked for a better DJ on our wedding day! I was first drawn to One Above Entertainment by how professional the website was and the helpful highlight/meet the DJ videos. I then met with Cooper via FaceTime and we chatted for a bit about my vision for the wedding. He was so professional and friendly, I instantly knew then that this was going to be great fit! As it got closer to the wedding, my husband and I met with Cooper in person to go over the final song lists/speeches/ect. My husband instantly liked Cooper as well and we both knew the wedding was going to be in great hands. Cooper was in constant contact with our vendors making sure everyone was on the same page and he made sure the night flowed seemlessly. Not only did Cooper incorporate all the songs we wanted but the way he mixes the songs had all the guests on the dance floor for hours on end! We also added Cooper's uplighting to the reception walls that changed colors throughout the night, a monogram spot light, an open Photo Booth and a sound system for our cocktail hour! All 4 were last minute add ons and we could not have been happier with them. Our guests couldn't get enough of him! They loved him as much as we did! Do yourself a favor (and your guests) and use Cooper Brown as your wedding DJ! -

He met with me several times to capture my vision and was always supportive of any ideas brought to him. If I was ever unsure or needed suggestions, Cooper never hesitated to share his thoughts. You can tell he knows what will and won't work. I most appreciated his organization. When it came time to turning it over, I felt extremely confident in him. I loved the way he ran our reception. He was on time, kind to everyone, and did everything asked of him and more! Cooper is truly the best of the best y'all! -

We worked on the script together before the show and he had some great ideas to increase audience engagement. He was easy to work with and clearly defined expectations, questions and ideas. He's a natural entertainer and kept the show flowing with ease. We got a lot of compliments after about how professional and entertaining the MC was. I'd definitely recommend Cooper for future events large or small. -

We had an amazing turn out and all in attendance commented on how much fun they had; that it was the most fun event they've attended since the start of the semester. Cooper was a huge part of that success. Through his amazing skills on the turn tables, he created the perfect atmosphere for the perfect party. Unlike others who simply run through a playlist, Cooper actually mixes the music and makes any event that he is at 10x more fun. To accompany his amazing taste in music, the ultimate goal is to make and keep his client happy. And to finish it off the prices are just right. I can promise you that you won't go wrong when hiring One Above Entertainment!!
