We had our wedding reception at Once and cannot speak more highly of the team there! The owner was always quick to answer our countless questions via email or a phone call. We live 6 hours away from the venue, so this was invaluable to us.

The bar service Once provided was fantastic, and our specialty cocktail was a hit! We really lucked out with the weather, so the tent overlooking the lake was the most beautiful setting for the night. They also made all vendor communication seamless, and allowed all of our key vendors to come see the space, answer questions about power, noise ordinances, etc.

Overall, I think the value Once provides is extremely hard to find in the Finger Lake region. The team there is top notch, and we are so happy we went with Once to host our reception.

My husband and I held our ceremony and reception here in the middle of October. The weather was not what we pictured for a fall wedding. It was cold and rainy, so we had to completely change plans for the ceremony to be held under their tent. Even the clouds and rain drops couldn’t hide the spectacular view of Seneca Lake. The entire evening went off without a hitch. Yvonne is a dream for any couple looking for a stress free, amazing experience. We did all of our planning from about 3 hours away and we could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and accommodating team. She, and the owner, Antonio were always five steps ahead of us. Every detail was perfect and their wine selection is to die for. Not a single guest complained of a headache the next day! Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

We are so excited to have our rehearsal dinner here. Antonio is the most responsive, helpful and kind vendor we have come across and are so excited to see our conversations come to life. Booking this venue is one of the decisions I feel best and most faithful with when it came to our wedding planning! Book, book, book!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks for our son and daughter-in-law at ONCE Finger Lakes. The evening was perfect! The venue and views were beautiful, the staff did a fantastic job, and everyone enjoyed the food and the experience of tasting several fine wines from the Finger Lakes region. Many thanks to Antonio, Yvonne and their team for helping us plan our special event. They went above and beyond to create the personalized experience we were looking for. Everyone raved about the food prepared by Chef Samantha. We highly recommend ONCE Finger Lakes for your special event!

Antonio and his staff at ONCE Finger Lakes were simply outstanding. The tented area was perfect for our event. We had a beautiful view of Seneca Lake, were sheltered from the sun, and enjoyed a nice summer breeze. The service he and Yvonne provided was exceptional. His attention to detail prior to and day of the event made the event so much better. Literally all of my guests commented how nice it was. Thank you Antonio!

Very knowledgeable staff that offers helpful, personalized service and wine recommendations to fit your needs and budget. Gorgeous lake views. Contemporary, airy feel in the tasting room, and open air deck with lake views at the back, very private.
