We are so grateful for Maisy Cline and the On Cloud Cline team for helping make our wedding reception run so smoothly! Maisy was incredibly attentive and organized from the very beginning. She had several phone calls with us to go over every detail, and she coordinated directly with all of our vendors — managing arrival and departure timelines so we didn’t have to stress about a thing.
Maisy’s attention to detail truly shined on our wedding day. She made sure our memorial table was beautifully set up — something that meant so much to me as a way to honor my parents who have passed. She even arrived at the venue before we did to ensure everything was perfect — from the bridal and groom suites being ready to making sure we had everything we needed while getting ready.
Maisy stayed with us from the start of the reception all the way to the end, checking in often to make sure we were eating (we’ve heard too many stories of couples missing their own dinner!) and even helping adjust the toast schedule at the last minute without missing a beat.
Her professionalism, warmth, and care made all the difference in making our day truly special. We’re so thankful for Maisy and the entire On Cloud Cline team for their hard work and kindness throughout the entire process. 💕 -

We can't say enough amazing things about Maisy and her team at On Cloud Cline. When we were picking a month-of coordinator, we met with a few, but Maisy was the only one who set up a video call to meet us and who we felt genuinely cared about us as a couple and about our unique wedding day. I felt infinitely more confident in how our event would go from the moment we hired her, because she was always there for us, no matter what. Any questions we had, she answered, even if it was about the tiniest of details. She handled vendor communication so well, and it was really nice not to have to worry about it in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Through the rehearsal and our wedding day, Maisy handled everything efortlessly, and brought our vision to life with the help of her hard-working and kind-hearted team. If there were any fires, Maisy handled them without us having to be involved, which was such a gift to be able to be in our wedding bubble and just focus on each other. Our decorations were beautifully placed, every detail was in place, and it was so lovely to feel like we had a friend in our corner, cheering us on and making the magic happen. Using On Cloud Cline as our full-service wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding process. Maisy was instrumental in the early days of touring venues via zoom as we live out of state, to recommending and managing all vendors and follow up communication, to quickly responding to countless messages from us and always offering great suggestions, to executing the most perfect wedding day from set up to break down.
Our big day was completely stress free for ourselves and our families due to Maisy and Morgan. If anything did happen behind the scenes we never knew about it, and still don't!
We cannot recommend Maisy enough. Not only is Maisy professional, but has a great attitude and humor - she is the type of person you want to work with AND be friends with!

I am a type A, people pleaser. Through out all of my wedding planning, Maisy was there to help calm me down and make sure I didn't freak out over tiny things! She was only my month of coordinator, but she ended up being my ultimate hype woman, problem solver, and even helped calm my pre-wedding nerves. Without Maisy and Caitlin, I would have been a wreck the day of. They both made sure that my wedding day went according to plan, kept me from having to worry about my family stress, and made sure that everything was perfect. I don't know what I would have done without her! Thank you so much for making sure I had the best day ever!! -

I hired On Cloud Cline as my day-of wedding coordinator and they were absolutely perfect. There's not enough room to share just how much they did to make my wedding day flow seamlessly, so I'll take this time to highlight just a couple of things. First, Maisy was quick to make a last-minute change to the schedule when needed without causing any delays or disruptions. I am so grateful that she was there to keep us on schedule so that everyone in the wedding party could just focus on enjoying the day. That may seem like a small thing but it really makes a huge impact on the entire day when you don't have to worry about where to be and when to be there. Second, and perhaps the most impressive in my mind, Maisy and her assistant were instrumental in breaking down all the wedding decorations at the end of the night. Our venue rental agreement required us to be out by 11pm on the night of our wedding (a fairly common stipulation for wedding venues in our area). We ended the wedding at 10pm, which gave us only an hour to pack up. Maisy and Sara began breaking things down for us so that by the time we had changed out of our wedding wardrobe all that was left for us to do was to load up the cars (which took about 15 minutes total). I cannot begin to describe how much relief I felt at the end of the night thanks to their hard work. If you are thinking about hiring a day-of wedding coordinator, do not hesitate to hire On Cloud Cline. They are the best at what they do, and they will make sure your wedding vision comes to life. Just make sure you reach out to them early so you can book them before someone else does! -

Maisy is absolutely amazing! No matter how many times I texted her leading up to the wedding with questions, she always got back to me in a timely manner. Maisy communicated with all of my vendors to make sure everyone was set. This was a huge help and a lot of stress that I didn’t have to worry about. When Maisy and Sara arrived on wedding day I could not believe how fast they got to work. I showed them the boxes, told them my vision and poof they did it and they did it better than I could have ever imagined! My wedding day was 100% stress free and it’s because of Maisy and Sara. They did more than I could have ever asked for. I could go on and on about how amazing they are, but I want everyone to be able to experience all the help they brought to my wedding day on their big day too! YOU WILL NOT REGRET BOOKING ON CLOUD CLINE!! -

I was gunning for hiring a coordinator a few months before our wedding. I was getting a little overwhelmed even thinking of how everything was going to get done on the morning of our wedding- but my now-husband was not quite convinced. After Maisy and her team knocked my sister's wedding out of the park in November 2022, we knew we had to have them at ours, too. Maisy helped in so many more ways than I anticipated, and it was so appreciated! She helped us pull the venue details together, she pulled together our day-of schedule and made sure all the other vendors had a copy in their emails. Maisy frequently checked in with me the month of, reminded me of the loose ends I had to finalize, and was there to run our dress rehearsal. Instead of spending my wedding day worrying and running around to ensure everything was taken care of, I was able to relax and enjoy my morning with my hair and make-up team and bridal party while Maisy and Sarah set up the venue (it was so beautiful!). They were there to help us get ready, keeping us on schedule and hydrated, making sure vendors were there for set up, coordinating my husband and I's movements so we wouldn't see each other before the ceremony, and more and more- the list goes on! I will forever be absolutely thankful for the work she and her team put in for us from beginning to end. Hire the coordinator- especially if it's On Cloud Cline! It was beyond worth it! -

DO NOT WALK..... BUT RUN OR EVEN SPRINT TO HIRE ON CLOUD CLINE FOR ALL YOUR WEDDING PLANNING!!!!! You will not regret the investment (and quite honestly.... just save yourself and hire them for their full wedding planning package). I came across Maisy on Instagram and was feeling very overwhelmed about planning a wedding myself while also working full-time and going to grad school. I knew I needed her help for the whole process because my now husband and I were completely clueless when it came to knowing what to do. She was very responsive and beyond helpful the entire time. If I had a question, she responded so quickly. Then, she and her Sarah sidekicks were present on the day of the wedding and both my husband and I could not have asked for a better day. Everything flowed so smoothly. I can usually be very anxious and some stranger actually approached me at the venue and asked if I was the bride to which I replied yes and she told me I was the calmest bride she had ever seen. I have to thank Maisy and the Sarahs for making me the calmest I have probably ever been. I don't think we would have enjoyed our day as much if we had to plan anything ourselves. Maisy and her team coordinated everything with all the vendors and venue so my husband, myself, parents, and in-laws did not have to worry about a single thing. They even set up the decorations at the ceremony site and the reception area and helped take everything down. I wanted to help in the worst way at the end of the night with clean up but Maisy and Sarah demanded (in a very polite way) that I get on my bus to the after party with the wedding party and they can handle everything. I truly have no clue what my husband and I would have done without them. I also have gained a new friend out of the entire process and that in itself is priceless!!!! (: So, what are you waiting for??? GO BOOK THEM! -

I work at a wedding venue, so there was never a doubt in my mind that I was going to book a day-of coordinator. With my fair share of planner experiences, I was pretty picky when looking for someone for my wedding day. Maisy not only exceeded every expectation I could of have, but BLEW my expectations away. She was great at providing feedback and recommendations leading up to my wedding, even when she was only day-of coordination. Day of, she made sure I felt calm and confident in the details and kept me away from set up (which was a CHALLENGE because I'm so used to being a part of the set up process). I never had a moment of concern or stress thanks to her and her assistant, Summer.
I can't thank Maisy and Summer enough for all of their help! YOU NEED A DAY-OF COORDINATOR AND IT SHOULD BE MAISY!! Following my experience, my sister also hired Maisy and her team for her wedding as well and I can't wait to share Maisy's information with more friends and clients.

We love OCC!
10/10 highly recommend on cloud cline for any and all planning needs! I hired OCC for day of coordinating. My main concern was setup and breakdown of decor, I wanted this day to be as least
Stressful as possible especially for my mom as she is a perfectionist so I knew she would be wanting to make sure everything was setup and broken down properly. Well when I reached out to Maisy, she was booked. But she said her other associate Sara was available, and that Sara had actually coordinated Maisys own wedding for her. I figured if Maisy trusted Sara so could I! That was so true! Sara was truly amazing. While I booked for day of coordinating, Sara was there every step of the way from the day I booked. Offering any and all assistance and just went above and beyond. Fast forward to my rehearsal and then the day of the wedding, Sara exceeded all expectations and blew everyone out of the water. She sent me pictures all day while setting up, but I wasn’t even worried because I knew she had our backs! Everything turned out absolutely perfect thanks to her, and everyone LOVED her. She was a blast to have at the wedding and we’re so thankful for her. Her assistant the other Sara was also amazing! The entire team here is top notch. Thank you OCC we highly recommend this amazing company! -

We absolutely love Maisy. We hired her for our day of coordinator but she did so much more. She was there to answer any questions I had and needed advice on the entire year before our wedding. She's so personable and friendly and we are so happy we went with her. She was fast to respond to all of my emails even when she was out of office. She got on a call with us and our photographer the week before. She handled so much with our vendors the month before with what time to be at the venue and all that stuff so I didn't have to. Day of her and sara were FANTASTIC. We had so many people show up to help that morning but didn't even need to. Her and sara had it no problem. I didn't get to meet sara but my husband did and said she also was so nice. Break down was also a breeze. They had everything done so fast! We couldn't believe it. I didn't have to worry about anything all day. She would checkin with me while I was getting ready seeing if I needed anything. At one point after we cut the cake I had asked her what we were supposed to do with it now and she told me I wasn't supposed to do anything now. She worked with our photographer and videographer to get our first look together and get our family to us for family photos before the ceremony. I just can't believe how little we had to worry about. Everyone loved maisy. They are truly fantastic and I'm so happy we had maisy as a part of our team and sara with her on wedding day for set up and breakdown. If you're on the fence about a coordinator just do it! And if you're located in the maryland area near on cloud cline consider them for your wedding! You won't regret it! -

You absolutely need the OCC Team on your wedding day. From the start, Maisy (the owner) was wonderful. I hired her as my day of coordinator but she was so much more! Throughout the planning process whenever I had questions that I couldn't answer through a google search, I would email Maisy. She always answered promptly with enthusiasm and kindness, I never felt like a pest! She's the best. For the rehearsal and the day of, Maisy's team was there, the Sarah's, who are both so wonderful. Where do I even begin. Maisy and her team were absolutely amazing at my sisters wedding in April of 2021, so I knew when it was my turn she would be helping with mine as well. From the beginning I knew what I wanted, I wanted to design and have fun with a lot of the elements of my special day -- I did NOT want to worry about logistics. My go-to sentence during the planning process was "Whatever you think". I knew that I could trust Maisy and the team to have my best interest in mind and suggest what they actually thought would work best for the day. The team was incredibly organized with all paperwork, they coordinated with all vendors seamlessly and they set up everything so beautifully (I got my Pinterest board moment). Maisy really became like a close friend to me in the process. She was there to answer any silly questions I had and even helped me plan some secrets within my timeline. Because of Maisy and her team I was able to surprise my mom with a special dance. I can't say enough good things about Maisy and her team. My husband and I have been married for almost two weeks now and we have been spending a lot of time reminiscing about our wedding day. In retrospect, hiring a day of coordinator (specifically On Cloud Cline), was probably one of the best decisions we made for our big day. We hired Maisy & Sara Squared after we had already found most of our vendors. I had no idea how to tie together the loose ends and make sure that the final details came together. On Cloud Cline made sure that that happened for us. Maisy even got legally ordained when we had a last minute officiant scare! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Sara & Sara worked with us the day of our wedding, and they were incredible. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The amount of stress they took off of our plates is invaluable. They checked in with every vendor, made sure everything ran smoothly, and made sure our vision and wishes for our wedding were followed. Everything was perfect. Not to mention, Sara & Sara are so much fun and you could tell the excitement they had for us. We’re actually going to miss them! If you want a stress free day, you should absolutely 100% hire On Cloud Cline. Not only do they make sure everything is perfect, but they clean up afterwards for you too so you can keep partying stress free. They were the best, thanks for everything!!! -

Maisy and her team are the BEST!
When we first started our wedding planning, I knew I wanted a Day of Coordinator, specifically because of the location of our wedding; Barn on the Creek (check them out!). I knew the day of our wedding I didn't want our family or friends running around like crazy trying to keep everything straight; so I reached out to a friend who also had Maisy help with her big day and she could not say enough good things.

Maisy and both Sara's are so amazing, so responsive, so in tune with your ideas and visions- they listen, and they care so so much about helping you have the best day of your life. Anytime I felt overwhelmed; a phone call, a zoom meeting, or a text with Maisy instantly had me feeling relieved. They are your hype people, they are the ones who think of all the things your brain can't possible think more about during the planning process. They are more than "Day of Coordinators", truly they are the best team to work with, and I could not be more thankful for them being a part of our wedding day and helping it become the absolute best day a Bride and Groom could ask for! -

Where do I begin with Maisy? She is freaking AMAZING. when I hired her she had just started her wedding coordinator business and I never worried if she was "too new" because this girl knew her stuff. She would answer all my questions, helped me transition things over when my wedding had to be postponed due to covid and would always calm my worries. She was pregnant when I got married and you would not know it because she was climbing on chairs getting things done and not letting anything stop her. Aside from her devotion to her brides she is also just such a sweet genuine person, I felt like she was literally part of the bridal party and could go to her for anything and at the same time she was like a ninja bc you wouldn't even know she was there making things happen. Sarah is also super sweet and so much fun, I could def see myself hanging out with them lol. These 2 made my wedding day so easy and I was truly able to enjoy my day without any worries thanks to them. -

Amazing Wedding Day of Coordinator
Maisy and Sara were just beyond amazing. They helped us so much in getting all the final details from vendors together and executing our wedding. They did a great job juggling so many moving pieces and still get the time to check on us and keeping us hydrated and well-fed. Don't think about it - book them!
If you are hesitating to book a day of coordinator, please take it from me and book On Cloud Cline NOW. They were so involved, even ahead of the big day, and stayed so connected with myself and the other vendors. Sara made sure that everything was taken care of the day of, she even ran around town picking up items that we forgot, and never once made me feel that I was inconveniencing her. Looking back, I can't even imagine getting through the day without her. I didn't have to think about anything but getting married and having a good time. She even made sure I always had a drink in hand at the reception :) It was amazing to be totally in the moment all day and that really made it special. Thank you so much to Sara & Maisy! -

Maisy was one of the first hires for our wedding and our only regret was not hiring her before we got engaged. She was very professional and proactive with every step. Planning through changing restrictions she was flexible and full of ideas. She was proactive in addressing to us her news of her maternity, and assured us there would be no drop in support and backed that up through our wedding day. In the planning process, Maisy was helpful in providing ideas for vendors when we we couldn't find ones ourselves, and was on top of organizing the team for us prior to the day of the event. For our wedding, her skills shown the brightest, from walkthoughs, to the day of setup, through a last minute change in location of our ceremony due to the weather, all the way to the organized clean-up. The entire time Maisy was great with answering our questions whenever we needed and reassured us that we were on track for any deliverables she needed. I can't give enough praises for Maisy and how much she helped me during wedding planning. There were times where I would be so overwhelmed with all the decisions and was able to pluck her brain about various things and make the decisions I needed to make. She was always responsive to my emails, and if she had a big weekend ahead with multiple weddings she was always communicative of that so I knew she hadn't forgotten about me.
On our wedding day, her and her assistant Sara were absolutely amazing. They worked so incredibly hard to set up the reception just as I had envisioned. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I owe that to both Maisy and Sara. I completely trusted their abilities. My Husband & I were married at Kylan Barn on February 20, 2021. When we first got engaged I was on the fence about whether or not to book a Day of Coordinator for our wedding. I like to stay in control to ensure things are done to my liking, for the most part. I was introduced to Maisy by a family member and I immediately knew she had our best interest in mind while talking about the wedding. She made sure to get certain details that were important to us and put them at the top of her list. I started a new job in October and it has been VERY demanding leading up to the wedding. This left little time for me to do all the things that needed to be done. Maisy took care of contacting all of my vendors and setting up their day of arrivals, she made sure I had everything that each vendor needed, she organized our rehearsal (there were 19 in our wedding party), organized our timeline, set up, cleaned up, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct time, among other things. She was EVERYTHING. We can not express how grateful we are to have worked with her. I can't image ever going back and not having Maisy there to help us with everything that she did. Maisy did an amazing job! We hired her as our day of coordinator and she did more than just show up for the day of, she emailed me consistently and was very responsive. She showed up to tour the venue a month before the wedding. The day of the wedding Maisy was on time and immediately went to work. There was a problem with the venue, she immediately came to talk to me and was able to handle everything from there and had the problem sorted out. She also would not leave until she cleaned up even after the time we had hired her for expired. She was worth every penny we paid, in fact I should have hired her to plan the wedding.
She is a must hire! I did make sure we gave her a generous tip as her husband came to help with everything! -

Maisy was the ABSOLUTE BEST addition to our wedding day. I booked her in quite a frenzy, 2 weeks out from the wedding after struggling to find someone to coordinate our big day in the midst of COVID. I had self-planned a wedding with 100+ guests and several different vendors that needed to be directed. Maisy was super responsive from the very beginning and worked her schedule around my busy Med student schedule to make sure we had ample time to meet and talk about all the details. She was extremely organized and sweet, and from the very beginning took such a weight off my shoulders. On the day of, she showed up early, helped all of our vendors get acquainted and move seamlessly together, and made sure I didn’t have a worry in the world. She was on top of every detail— even details I hadn’t thought of. She was always around and Available when she was needed. She checked on me and my fiancé just enough throughout the night so we felt secure but not bothered. At the end of the night, all of our things were already in our suite and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
