The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate was an exceptional wedding venue, offering excellent service, beautiful spaces, and seamless planning experiences. Marissa and Michelle made the planning process stress-free and personalized. Our guests are still raving about the venue, delicious food and their stay. The convenience of having both ceremony and reception in one location is great! Additionally, the resort's amenities, such as pools and golf courses, added to the overall guest experience, making it a highly recommended choice for any couple's special day.

Our wedding at the Omni was an amazing experience! From the start Marissa was very informative and available for any and all questions. We felt confident in her team to help us along our planning journey and they did not disappoint. Both Marissa and Tina were amazing with helping us along the way and making things happen with ease. They went above and beyond and made our whole weekend feel so special. I can’t recommend the Omni enough, amazing venue, food, activities, atmosphere and the list goes on and on. Highly recommend the Omni for your wedding/event!

I cannot get over how beautiful the Omni was and how perfect the wedding turned out. Right when I reached out to tour the venue, Marissa was wonderful. She was even more wonderful when we met in person for the tour and the venue really wowed us. The package was everything we were looking for and was a lot more bang for your buck than other venues we looked at. We worked with Megan, the catering manager, for everything venue related. Every question, request and idea I had was executed to the best of her ability. They really know how to cater to the wedding couple and in a very stressful time before the big day, they give you a lot of comfort knowing they’ll take care of you. The hors d’oeuvres were phenomenal and the reception dinner was just as great. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely choose the Omni every single time!

Having our wedding at the Omni was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything about the planning process and the big day itself was seamless and stress-free. One of the first things that stood out to us when deciding on the Omni was how welcome they made us feel. From our very first meeting, they went above and beyond to show they truly wanted to host our wedding. Their enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine care made it clear we were in great hands, and it gave us so much confidence in our decision.

One of the standout perks of hosting our wedding here was that the DJ and cake were included—such a thoughtful touch that made our lives so much easier. It was one less thing to plan, and both turned out to be amazing.

There is truly nothing better than having both the ceremony and reception in the same location. Not only did it simplify the flow of the day, but it also allowed everyone to fully relax and enjoy themselves without worrying about traveling between venues. On top of that, the majority of our guests stayed at the hotel, which made it incredibly convenient for everyone. Knowing that our family and friends were just steps away from all the festivities added an extra layer of ease and enjoyment to the entire weekend.

Every question we had throughout the process was answered promptly and thoroughly, leaving us with a sense of confidence and ease. The communication between us and the venue was flawless—there wasn’t a single detail lost in translation. It was evident that the team truly cared about bringing our vision to life.

The staff at the Omni was beyond incredible. They were not only professional and organized but also so warm and kind. From the moment we arrived until the very last detail was wrapped up, we felt supported and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to make our day special shone through in everything they did.

Omni Resort Orlando at ChampionsGate was the last venue that we toured in the Central Florida area and we honestly didn’t think it would be the top choice prior to visiting; we thought it would be out of our budget and we weren’t sure it would match the vibe of what we were looking for. Little did we know that the moment we stepped out of our car at the valet that we would be wowed around every corner.

We met with Marissa who we had been corresponding with via email to set up the tour. She was the utmost professional, showcasing what she felt would work for our event. We were in awe of the gorgeous spaces available and were immediately drawn to the beautiful Grand Salon. The way that Marissa described the spaces helped us to envision exactly what we were looking for in our event. The personalization of the venue tour alone had us sold.

As we got closer to the event, Marissa and her Coordinator, Paige were phenomenal. They clearly set expectations, went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and even gave us some very helpful advice to make the planning process easy. We also loved that they over communicated to make sure that everything was set the way we wanted.

One of the most fun parts of the planning process was the tasting. It was here that we continued to be enamored by the service level that the entire team at the Omni provided. The chef prepared personalized dishes and even came to speak to us about any changes we wanted - and quickly took any and all feedback for our big day.

On our wedding day, the venue was true perfection, looking exactly as we had envisioned. The catering team was phenomenal, efficient, took specialized requests, and the food tasted amazing. The food quality was truly one of the biggest highlights for our guests. We had a friend with severe allergies who said that her dinner was superb and loved that it came out with everyone else’s; something that she has not seen happen at many other venues or restaurants.

Even beyond the event itself, our stay at the Omni made us feel like royalty. The staff at every location we visited went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay, adding unique personal touches and providing over-the-top service levels around every corner. Special shoutout to the bartenders at the Trevi’s Terazza who expertly handled our welcome event the day before the wedding.

We highly recommend the Omni Resort for your wedding or any special occasion.

**ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VENUE & STAFF**

I don't even know where to start. My now wife, Monika, and I didn't know whether we wanted to get married in New Jersey (closer to my family) or in Florida (closer to her family) so we decided to do tours of venues in both places. We were having a South Asian Wedding so we definitely needed a lot of space and a place that could accommodate a lot of guests.

Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate was the first venue we decided to tour. Walking in, we didn't know what to expect. We knew it was beautiful from the pictures but pictures don't do the venue justice. Immediately upon walking in, I think we both said "WOW". We toured the venue with Stephany and she made everything so easy to understand. We left thinking, "This is somewhere we can get married but let's go see some others. We don't want to make an impulse decision for one of the biggest days of our lives." We did countless tours of other venues in both NJ & FL but our minds kept going back to the Omni. We ultimately decided to pull the trigger and signed our contract with the Omni. And we do not regret it one bit.

Megan was our matire'd and when I tell you she was there for us every step of the way, she was there for us every step of the way. Every question, every phone call, every detail that we wanted to talk about, she (without hesitation) was willing to discuss from the time we started planning to the time we left the venue after the wedding. She made the planning process SO SIMPLE! And the venue was absolutely gorgeous! The entire staff at the Omni was so helpful and so friendly.

Our guests also absolutely loved the venue. There was so much to do between the events. From the lazy river, to the family pool, to the kids pool, to the wave pool - no one was bored in between events. Any chance they would get, they would be in one of the pools with a beer just enjoying their day. It was like a mini-vacation for them and I can't count how many times they said "thank you for choosing this venue".

My wife and I joke, "If we ever decide to get married again, we're doing it at the Omni again." And honestly, I can't wait to go back for a few days one day and just enjoy the resort.

If you book the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate for your wedding, you will not be disappointed.

The Omni is the absolute best wedding venue!! From the first day that my, now husband, and I toured, we were greeted with professionalism and the highest level of hospitality. Marissa M and her team made us feel special before we even booked our venue! After booking, they were always on top of what needed to be done. Their semi-inclusive package makes is extremely easy to be a bride that likes things organized but is not a full type A personality. Some of the things included in their wedding package were a wedding planner, cake, DJ/MC (which included cold sparklers and a Photo Booth that our guests LOVED!), food, bar, linens, and so much more!! On wedding day, our guests RAVED about all the food and service that was provided. Everyone got to enjoy a full weekend out at the resort swimming in their phenomenal pools and lazy river, playing golf, hanging out by the bar, and enjoying all that the Omni has to offer. Throughout the entire weekend, the Omni went out of their way to truly make me and my husband feel like guests of honor! If you're even considering it, go tour the Omni for your wedding and I'm sure once you've seen it, you will have a very hard time saying no!

The Omni was the absolutely perfect venue for our Indian wedding. From start to finish, Megan B and the Omni Team worked with us to plan every detail of our wedding. They accommodated our many requests and helped us bring our vision to life. During the weekend of, we were so impressed by how organized and seamless everything was. The Omni took care of it all, and much of that was a testament to Megan’s professionalism, responsiveness, and eye for detail. Our guests enjoyed the food catered by the Omni and all the property had to offer, from the golf courses to the lazy river. I couldn’t recommend the Omni enough as a wedding venue, especially for an Indian wedding that has multiple events across multiple days!

I highly recommend getting married here. The staff is very nice, they work very hard to give you your dream wedding and they nailed my vision of a wedding. The Omni is nothing shy of perfect and my husband and I had the BEST day of our lives thank to them!

We loved everything about the Omni! They were very efficient and it was a beautiful day! Best day of our lives, words cannot explain our gratitude and appreciation. Our wedding project coordinator, Marissa, was a godsend as well as our day of coordinator, Jordan, both did an absolutely incredible and amazing job. We cannot thank them enough and we would highly recommend the Omni to anyone and everyone looking for a great venue in the ChampionsGate/Orlando area! They made our special day possible with all of their hardwork and dedication. 100/10 rating!

Planning a wedding is work within itself. With being Indian you would have to multiply because of multi day events. Then to top it off we had to accommodate over 600 guests! Omni surely helped us tremendously with our wedding planning dilemma!

We have had the pleasure to work with Jennifer Smith during the early phases of the wedding planning process of March 2021. Jennifer had over 20 years of experience in her Role at the Omni and was noted by my vendors that she was indeed the best to work with. Our vendors added how easy it would be for them to execute our vision and stood by Omni's reputation. Our vendors also pointed out that our guests would have the best experience in comparison to the other properties we were touring. Within a weekend of touring the Omni along with many other venues we were happy to confirm the booking.

Months later we learned that Jennifer was up for retirement and Stephany Fawcette was going to be taking over. At first we were nervous because Stephany was new to the property, however within a few e-mails and a call we were able to make our transition from one director to another seamless. Shockingly enough I have had earlier conversations with Stephany when she was at her previous property and her communications were exceptional and her excitement to work with us was genuine. We did not choose her previous venue because it couldn't handle our capacity of 600+ guests.

I guess it was destined for us to work with Stephany. Stephany did everything in her will to ensure that we had an amazing experience at the hotel. She had an amazing rapport with our vendors and exceeded all of our needs. I highly recommend working with Stephany as she is truly someone who loves what she does. She is passionate and does whatever is needed to meet her clients needs.

As a whole Omni was a phenomenal hotel and we wouldn't change a thing. Our guests loved the amenities of the resort and the staff was very inviting and considerate to our guests throughout the weekend. Our guests were blown away and enjoyed themselves at the golf course, restaurants, bars and pools. Our guests felt as if they were away at a destination wedding.
As for the banquet halls we were blown away with the grounds for our photos and our processions. We used the International Ballroom for our Hindu Ceremony and National Ballroom for our Reception. It was amazing and a dream come true! The service was amazing, the bartenders were great and the hotel kept up with our heavy drinking crowd for the 5 hour bar we contracted.

Overall we highly recommend Omni as the place to have any wedding. We plan to redo the whole thing upon our vow renewals in the future. The staff at the venue was super communicative, uplifting and accommodating to our needs. In particular it is indeed one the best places in Orlando to host a large, multi event, Indian wedding with guest counts ranging upwards of 600 guests.

We had the perfect wedding at the Omni. My husband and I wanted a Disney adjacent wedding in a magical place where we could have everything all in one location, and the Omni was incredible! Marissa and Megan went above and beyond to make the planning process smooth and special (they even made some magic happen on numerous occasions that really helped make the steps to our "I do" even better). They were the best! Try to get them if you can!

In checking out venues to choose for our wedding, what really won me over was the guest service, the beautiful resort, the ceremony location with the waterfall fountain, and - la piece de resistance- the Grand Salon's gorgeous chandelier. All the other venues we visited had mundane lighting with dated, unattractive carpets that drew the eye. I couldn't really tell you what the carpet in the Grand Salon looked like because that swarovski crystal floral chandelier pulled my focus every time I entered the room. I knew right away I wanted the Omni.

The food was spectacular! First of all, it made my planning life so easy that the food, beverage, and cake for the whole day were included in the package. I couldn't imagine the time loss on having to deal with 3 additional vendors for those elements. I did want a specialty cocktail with specific mixers I had to bring in myself, but it was a relatively easy process to work with Marissa and Megan on making that happen. Second of all, my guests have been telling me that it's the best food they've had at any wedding by far. They were raving about it for weeks after, and one friend just told me he made a point to find and shake the hand of the chef! The Mahi Mahi was life changing, and I don't even normally like fish! Also Marissa and Megan made our food tasting experience an unforgettable memory that I will cherish! ( a wedding coordinator is also included in the package, which helped us out a lot)

The resort is gorgeous with so many incredible places for photos. It is also MASSIVE. And if your guests aren't staying at the Omni, tell them the wedding starts an hour earlier than the actual start time. There were almost no guests at our ceremony location at the scheduled start time because A) traffic getting there is always a nightmare on I4, and B) my ceremony location was very far away from the resort entrance so those who arrived "on time" to the entrance still had a 10+ minute walk ahead of them. They had golf cart shuttles that helped, though. And signage everywhere guided our guests who walked.

The honeymoon suite was wonderful! We didn't get to spend much time there because we did the Disney Parks in the days after the wedding (I would never recommend doing a park the day after the wedding, my feet and back regretted it). I wanted to stay longer, but it's quite pricey per night. Hopefully for an anniversary we can splurge on it one day. The spa and 5 pools give you and your guest plenty to do without ever leaving!

Something I really appreciated was them keeping David's Club open late after the wedding for our after party! It was great to have a place to go in the same resort for a more low key hang out with our guests post formal festivities.

There was A LOT going on at the Omni at the same time as us, so it may not be the spot for you if you want to be the only event happening at your venue. They did a good job keeping our event separate from the dancer event happening next door to us. There were hundreds of soccer kids there for a competition, so it was crowded! The main downside was during check out time when there weren't any luggage carts available and the wait for the elevator was 20+ minutes. We had to extend our check out time by an hour and sometimes use the stairs to bring our bags down. The crowds also meant our photographers had to navigate crowd control for photos in certain locations, but they made it work! I would definitely recommend going with vendors that already know/have worked with the Omni a lot to make your day as smooth as possible because, again, it's a huge resort and time is never on your side on your wedding day. One thing I wish they were able to do, but I understand why it might be difficult, is to give our welcome bags to the guests as they checked in at the front desk. We had to pay for each welcome bag to be delivered to each guest room (which is nice too but just added to our inflating budget).

The Omni has many other offerings I wish I could have afforded to include in our special day (i.e. fireworks), but we were very happy with everything we chose!

I had my destination wedding last month at Omni. I could not be happier. I had two main events and two smaller events. The resort was so accommodating towards our 310 guests, the different venues we had at the resort were different and unique, and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Stephany for being amazing throughout the whole process!!!

We had an excellent experience hosting our wedding at the Omni. From the initial meeting, Stephany was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive and helped us to organize a seamless event. She helped recommend vendor teams to us and knew so much about Indian wedding traditions. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning outdoor and indoor event spaces. Our guests loved our venue and enjoyed resort amenities between events. We highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

One of the biggest factors for us that stood out at the Omni was the fact that one of the options for dinner for our wedding was "stations" - we have a big Italian family and we wanted more than just a buffet or plated dinner. Not only that, it included cake and a wedding coordinator for day of. They recommended other vendors that they have used before (which we hired each one because they were awesome!) and truly made it a great experience. Every interaction with them was great, leading up to the big day. They were very responsive and accommodating and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. Putting all that aside, the most memorable piece for us what the day after the wedding when all of our guests told us how amazing the staff were (bartenders, servers, etc) and how everyone at the hotel was friendly and nice - that's unmeasurable for us! We also were treated like royalty and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

If you need a venue for a wedding, I would highly recommend the Omni and look at the Celebration Falls area at the hotel :)

We just had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding weekend at the Omni and it was beyond our expectations! We had 250 guests who spent time before and after the wedding here. The facility/amenities offered makes for a wonderful place to stay! Rechelle helped with managing our wedding events and she was so attentive to our needs. Last minute we had to move one of our events indoors due to a rain forecast and she worked with our decorator after hours the night before to make sure our plan B event space would be just as spectacular! Lauren helped us with our room block and she was beyond helpful with our large room block and number of guests staying. She personally helped accommodate some last minute room reservations/extensions to make sure our guests could all enjoy the resort during our wedding weekend. I would recommend the Omni to anyone who is looking to host a wedding without hesitation!

We had our daughter's wedding at Omni and their service was phenomenal! We picked the venue because it was very elegant and massive. The halls were big enough to hold our 550 potential guests over multiple days.
When we got there three days before the festivities, the wedding coordinator went out of her way to give us the breakfast lounge a day earlier than asked. Ours rooms were spectacular with gorgeous views. The service was quick if anything was wrong in the rooms. Housekeeping came to look at it in 5-10 min from calling the front desk. Our guests were able to check-in earlier if their rooms were available without additional charge. They helped place groups of families together if rooms were available and updated me constantly as soon as rooms were available. Our guests had the best time and actually thought they were placed accidentally together on the same floors. The room provided for guests to hangout was massive so everyone could be situated in the same area and we had our own private room to stay up and party without disturbing the rest of the guests at the hotel.
This was a destination wedding for my family and when my other kids get married, I would hope to do it at the same venue again.

We had a 150 person Indian destination wedding at the Omni ChampionsGate resort. We picked the property for its beautiful outdoor event spaces and amenities. Our guests had the best time using the wave pool and other amenities at the property. Stephanie and Jennifer were the leads for our wedding. I want to give a big shout-out to them. They were amazing to work with. They are so responsive and knowledgeable about Indian weddings traditions. They went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend wonderful. I also wanted to give a big thank you to Melanie who was our room block coordinator. We had so many changes that need to be made to the room block list over the one-year planning period. Melanie was so patient through all the changes and would respond so promptly to each request. I would highly recommend working with the Omni ChampionsGate resort team for your big day!

The Omni was an amazing venue and resort for my daughter's wedding. We were coming from out of state and the staff were so helpful connecting pieces for my daughter. The staff from start to finish went above and beyond to ensure the newlyweds had a memorable day. The grounds were stunning and the food was great! Could not have asked for better.

Like so many other couples over the last 18 months my husband and I decided to postpone our 2020 wedding. While wedding planning during a global pandemic isn't something I ever expected to do Omni Orlando made the whole ordeal amazing. From the very beginning their only concerns were making sure that we had a memorable event. The beauty of the resort speaks for itself, but the staff put out wedding over the top.

The custom vegan menu the chef put together was incredible. The entire staff remained flexible at the ever changing pandemic climate. We worked with several different managers during our extended wedding planning period, but each was as dedicated as the last. They are true professionals.
While our wedding looked different than we initially envisioned--us deciding to lower the guest count to 15 out of the original 110 guests--it was nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much to the Omni Orlando team! My HUSBAND and I cannot wait to visit

Jennifer and Miriam from Omni Wedding and Catering were absolutely fantastic! They worked with us for over two years, ensuring that we had every little detail in place for our special day. Throughout the whole planning process, both Jennifer and Miriam were so professional and knowledgeable with respect to the offerings of the Omni and other items we may have needed from outside vendors. They were so easy to work with as we customized our menus, scheduled our multiple events (rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, and wedding), and finalized all the details. They were very accommodating with ensuring we got each venue location that we wanted. The week of the wedding was such a special time. Jennifer, Miriam, and the entire Omni staff ensured that we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. They were involved with each event as the days passed. Miriam was always available for any last-minute questions or set-up challenges. John (the day of catering manager), was also at each event and made sure we had everything we wanted. He made sure that we were actually able to eat, packed me to go-dinners when I wasn’t able to eat at the rehearsal dinner, and kept the tempo of the events on track as we had envisioned. When everything was said and done, we couldn’t have imagined a better wedding weekend, and this was really due to the wonderful work by Jennifer, Miriam, John, and the entire Omni staff. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and just an overall joy to be around. All the venues that the Omni has to offer are absolutely stunning (especially the chandelier in the Grand Salon), and the wonderful staff at the Omni were really just the icing on the cake for our perfect wedding weekend.

The Omni was where my dream wedding happened. Every single staff was very accommodating to all our wedding needs, from big to small. During Covid, they know exactly how to execute a flawless and safe wedding. We integrated Vietnamese/Christian and Jewish cultures into a harmonious wedding that was actualized exquisitely with the help of the Omni. The level of professionalism of everyone we came across is impressive. Throughout the planning process, our points of contact were super responsive and helpful in every step from big to small details. They go above and beyond to make sure our big day was what we pictured. Having our wedding at the Omni took a lot of stress away from the planning process. Jennifer is a miracle worker who was so patient with us and an expert in everything Omni/wedding hosting. She is the mastermind behind the well-oiled system of wedding service at the Omni! Miriam really smoothed out our wedding day and was very courteous/hospitable! She is beyond amazing! The resort is beautiful, classy, elegant, fun, and elevating! All our guests speak very highly of their stay and wedding experience here. Everyone was happy in every way with the Omni! There is not enough words to say about how perfect our experience has been with them. 100% recommended for your events here!

My wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate was a fairytale!! From the first time I met Jennifer Smith and toured the gorgeous hotel, my mind was made up! All of the other venues we visited could not compare!
Jennifer and the entire Omni team were amazing to work with. We always felt like VIPS, and I swear it felt like I was their only bride! That is how much attention Jennifer and the team gave us. The tastings, the ballroom (hello Swarovski chandelier!) the honeymoon suite, the FOOD, everything was so perfect. All of our requests were taken seriously and we always felt taken care of. On my wedding day, I did not have a single worry because I knew the team could handle anything! If you are looking to have a gorgeous wedding with zero stress and have the most amazing team to support you, the Omni is your venue!

I cannot thank or talk more highly of the Omni, Jennifer Smith, and their staff. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on the property to tour the venue we knew this was like no other. We had went to view over 20 venues from Clearwater, Tampa Bay, to Orlando and could not find the right venue. It wasn't only the space for us, it was the people too. Jennifer and her staff treated us like family. I cannot tell you all the crazy messages I sent her and she did nothing but reassure me that everything would be perfect and she was not kidding! I was so blessed to have my wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate! It was everything I could've dreamed of and more. Jennifer Smith, Director of Catering Sales, was the absolute best to work with. Made everything so easy for me as bride. All of my guests went on and on about the delicious food, service, and beautiful aesthetics of the hotel. I could not imagine my wedding being anywhere else. We made our wedding a whole weekend event, with my husband and I and our family and friends staying at the hotel, and that was such an amazing experience. We got to enjoy all of the hotel's amazing amenities and their newly renovated suites and their villas. Best experience ever and is a weekend we will never forget, thanks to the Omni and their amazing team. We can't wait to go back! Forever thankful for the Omni and team!

We had the privilege of working with Jennifer Smith at the Omni. We had originally planned our wedding at a different venue, but due to COVID we had to change venues, and quickly. We had right about 2 months before our date, and I reached out to the Omni to see if they happened to have our date available, and they did! Jennifer helped make it the easiest transition in such a short time, and was extremely responsive. We felt like we were her only couple, even though she had multiple weddings a weekend going on. Jennifer helped us plan our dream wedding and made sure our entire weekend was everything we had hoped for, even with a pandemic. She setup cabanas for us on the weekend, and got all the tee times set for the guys to head out to the course. She helped me plan my rehearsal dinner and kept it within the budget, with amazing food choice and drink tickets. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day, and it was PERFECT! I cannot recommend having your wedding at the Omni Championsgate enough, you truly will have an amazing stay and wedding. From the rooms, to the pool, to the service, and the venue itself, everything was amazing! Almost all of our guest stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the resort so much! We arrived on Thursday, for our Sunday wedding, and Jennifer Smith greeted us in the lobby to run through our weekend before we got the weekend going. Jennifer made sure we had everything set to enjoy our weekend with family and friends, as well as making sure our vendors were taken care of. Again, I highly recommend having your wedding at the Omni Championsgate and working with Jennifer Smith. She will make sure your day is all you have dreamed of. I am so thankful that we moved our venue because I cannot imagine having a better day. We cannot wait to go back and stay at the Omni Championsgate, as we truly had an incredible time here.

The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate was the absolute perfect place to host our wedding reception! The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, patient and kind... basically all of the qualities you would want when planning your wedding! We took our engagement pictures here the previous year! With the current situation, we moved our wedding from NY to Florida and the Omni was there, to help make our day the best it could be and more! Where to even begin?? I planned my wedding with the Omni for over a year. My main contact was Alyssia. She was so incredible. I emailed her daily with, what I would consider, “stress questions” and without hesitation she had an answer. I absolutely loved the planning process with the Omni. They made me feel like I was the only Bride they were working with. Everything was so organized from start to finish. My wedding was planned for March 21, 2020, but COVID-19 had other plans. It was definitely heartbreaking but the Omni, once again, took care of me. They were so accommodating and took away all the worry and stress I had. July 31, 2020 was my new date and it was everything I dreamt of and so much more. From March to July I worked with Jennifer at the Omni. At first I was sad that I couldn’t communicate with Alyssia anymore but after a few emails, Jennifer knew every detail of my entire wedding. How amazing is that?! I don’t know what type of wedding I would’ve had without these wonderful ladies, and I’m glad I’ll never know, because nothing will ever come close to the sheer perfection that July 31, 2020 was. From this past year, to the week of the wedding, to the week after the wedding, pure perfection. The service, ballrooms, resort, rooms, people, absolutely everything was incredible. I will recommend the Omni at Championsgate to every Bride I come across.

My husband and I were set to get married in May but had to reschedule due to the pandemic, the Omni resort worked with us every step of the way and helped navigate the stressful time. When the day came it could not have happened any smoother or better, and a special thanks to Jennifer Smith that was on top of everything. They include a wedding coordinator in their package, we had McCall, who was absolutely amazing and made great recommendations on vendors. They also include a wedding cake made by Sugar Sugar which all of our guests complimented us on! Overall exceeded our expectations.

There are not enough kind words to try and possibly explain the experience we had hosting our wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort. From the moment we arrived to tour the venue, we knew this was where we were going to get married. After we made the decision to have a destination wedding at the Omni Resort, the team made the planning process seamless. Planning a wedding during the 2020 pandemic was no small endeavor. Jennifer Smith, Director of Catering and Sales, was there for every twist and turn during the planning process. Her flexibility, creativity, and willingness to roll with the punches made my job easy AND enjoyable. Thankfully, her positivity and professionalism kept us on the right track for our big day.

From the moment we arrived on-site for our wedding weekend, EVERY single team member went above and beyond their call of duty to make our day spectacular. The reception food was delicious and the event spaces were breathtaking. I was so glad we decided to hold both ceremony and reception on-site. It made for the perfect transition, from our outdoor ceremony to our ballroom reception. Eddie Mercado and Sergio Cipriano were excellent reception hosts. Emily Schumaker and the team at David’s Club, who hosted our rehearsal dinner, were also fantastic. They were willing to assist in every detail, from making the paper menus to providing us a place to showcase our “pre-wedding” video, we had no doubt that they would nail it. It was so refreshing to work with a team that is trustworthy.

We truly mean this when we say, the second best part of getting married, was getting to work with the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate. We HIGHLY recommend this vendor to host your wedding and your guests because they have IT ALL.

The best place to have your wedding

Jennifer and her team did absolutely everything they could to make sure we had the wedding day of our dreams. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to switch venues and were fortunate enough to hear that the Omni had reopened and was willing to host our event just three weeks before it was set to happen. Since we had been planning for a year to put on the event at another venue, the Omni team did everything they could to accommodate us with the plans we already had in place. For example, we had a fish and type of beef on our menu at the other venue that the Omni didn't serve. The Omni found the same fish and beef, brought it in for us and served it on our big day so we didn't have to change plans and go through another tasting. They also did this with several items we served at cocktail hour. The Grand Salon Ballroom was stunning, and the terrace was the perfect location for cocktail hour. Our guests loved the resort itself and how much it had to offer for both adults and families. And weeks later, no one has stopped talking about the food and how tasty it was. If we were to plan our wedding all over again, the Omni would be our #1 venue choice from the start. Thank you guys for the perfect day!

Not only was the Omni a beautiful venue for our wedding, but the team was incredible! Our main point of contact was Jennifer Smith (Director of Catering Sales), who was a privilege and pleasure to work with. Jennifer's prompt, professional, kind, and detail oriented nature was a key factor in our decision to go with the Omni. We came to find that the rest of the team was equally friendly and helpful during our short engagement (3 months) and seemed genuinely happy for us! The catering team patiently worked with us through numerous food station menu iterations, and at our tasting we not only got a preview of the delicious food but also of the impeccable service we could expect on our wedding day. The chef even made a gluten-free, sugar-free groom's cake that was amazing! We chose an unconventional setup for the ceremony layout, and the team executed it exactly as planned. The ballroom for both the ceremony and reception looked so nice that we didn't even bother with room decorations. We can't overstate what a positive experience we had working with the Omni!

The Omni gave me my dream wedding. It is a super special place for me because I have been coming here for 12 years to play golf at the David Leadbetter academy with my father. I lost him to cancer and the Omni couldn’t have been a more special place to have had my wedding. Everyone was nice and welcoming and made the stressful planning process easy! It was the wedding of my dreams!

We were married at the Omni in March (2019). We worked with Michelle Arguetta and her team. We felt like we were working with family. This was a destination Wedding as we were coming from Ohio. We couldnt have felt more comfortable with the whole process. The grounds were perfect for picture taking, our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The Hotel and their staff made us and our guests feel very special. We would highly recommend the Omni for your Wedding

We had the most amazing wedding at the Omni, we planned our wedding from Scotland and all the staff we were in contact with were so helpful and made it so easy! We started of planning with Taylor and when she left Michelle stepped in and everything was so smooth! Michelle knew everything as if we had been planning with her the whole time, every question was answered quickly a d if there was anything she didn’t know she made sure the correct person was copied in to answer!
The venue itself is stunning, we flew over to specifically look at venues and nothing compared to the Omni it had everything us and our guests could need!
My parents stayed a few nights earlier and they were treated so well by all the staff they were really made to feel special!
When we were staying there were so many surprises and extra touches that just added to our perfect experience!
On the day of the wedding all the staff went above and beyond, Kevin and I were never without a drink or something to eat everything was set up and displayed so beautifully!
I do not have a bad thing to say about the Omni or any of its staff and would definitely recommend anyone considering the Omni to book!

What a great experience. Lindsey and Rebecca were amazing to work with to help create a memorable weekend. Having busy work schedules they were able to coordinate with our wedding planner, our guests needs, and went the extra mile to make an incredible time. It’s hard to adequately put into words how much the Omni’s team exceeded our expectations!! 100/10 hands down the best weekend of our lives. The day we toured it, we were presented plenty of options that fit right into our budget. They listened to our vision and took it to another level. The booking process was simple- the team ironed out every detail for us so we felt comfortable with our decision. We had dedicated contacts for room reservations, rehearsal dinner, catering, you name it. Although I’m organized, they were even more on top of it with friendly reminders for upcoming deadlines; I received frequent “just checking in on you” emails and calls. We had a world-class tasting with the catering staff, our fantastic planner from Blush by Brandee Gaar, and 4 guests. I felt like royalty- they pulled out the red carpet and the food that day & wedding day was out of this world. Take it from me - my mom is an Executive Chef and she was beyond impressed. The month leading up to the wedding was made easy because of them. The wedding week was amazing surprise after surprise - we had so many treats delivered to our rooms, we had check-ins from everyone to let me know everything was going smoothly, and the staff pulled it all off with no issues. Look no where else if you want a 5-star experience on your big day, with the best staff around. I would book them again in a heartbeat no questions asked. Our daughters wedding at the Omni champions gate would not have been nearly as pleasurable and memorable had it not been for Lindsey Kurtz, who was with us from the very beginning of reserving the Omni, all the way through the end of the night of our daughter’s wedding. Although issues will always arise and some cannot be avoided, Lindsey was always immediately responsive, professional, and went beyond the extra mile to a sure that everything possible was done to mitigate any circumstances or issues that we were having. The Omni staff made planning a wedding seem easy. They kept us on track every step of the way and every single vendor they recommended and we used was top notch. We will definitely come back when our other children get married.

Words cannot even begin to describe the experience my husband and I had with the Omni. We recently got married on January 6th, 2018 and our day was truly a dream come true : ) From the time we walked in and met with Lindsey for our tour we knew right then that we had found our home! Lindsey, Amanda and their team were absolutely amazing from start to finish and we could not be any more grateful. They were excellent with communication (which is hard to find nowadays) went over and beyond to work with our budget, accommodated us like VIP’s on our big day and took care of everything, man the list can on and on – I could be here for hours lol. I cannot say enough about The Omni Resort at Championsgate! Our wedding was perfect form start to finish! The staff at both the convention center and hotel were perfect and fixed any problems right away. Pricing was definitely more then worth it and they were able to work with us to make everything just the way we wanted and needed it. I would consider having another event here in a heartbeat! I would truthfully tell anyone to go and look at the venue and if you do not fall in love with your vision instantly I would be shocked. My husband and I cannot thank The Omni enough for making our special day so unbelievably amazing!

Amanda Demore and my day of wedding planner provided by Blush by Brandee Gar made the already convenient venue absolutely perfect! The staff at the Omni were always professional and ready to lend a helping hand whenever they could. The Omni has everything you could want at one site. It was a beautiful venue for both my ceremony and reception. We are still receiving compliments on the food, service, location and elegant ballrooms!

From the moment I toured the venue, I knew the Omni Championsgate was the perfect place to get married. Not only is it beautiful, spacious, and elegant, but the hospitality was unmatched. Amanda and Lindsey did a fantastic job of making sure all of our needs were met and were SO responsive, which is really important when you're planning a wedding :) We had an Indian wedding comprising of three events in three different ballrooms over the course of two days, with 360 guests. Everything was flawless! Amanda went out of her way to ensure we had separate food for children at all three functions, and the team was present and attentive to all of our needs. They even arranged for a helicopter landing we requested. There was nothing they couldn't handle and the staff was so kind, that after all the stress of planning we truly truly got to just enjoy the moment (and a few of our signature drinks)! I would get married at the Omni again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

From the moment we met with Savannah, one of the catering coordinators at the Omni Championsgate Golf Club, we knew that we found our reception space. When we walked into the Golf Clubhouse, to our surprise, Savannah had set up a mini tasting with one of the executive chefs. Amanda our catering coordinator was excellent. She provided us with menus from both the Golf Club House and from the Omni. We were able to mix and match as we pleased between the 2 menus so that we could truly customize our day. Working with Amanda and her staff was a pleasure. The day of the wedding was AMAZING. The Staff at the Golf Club House truly saw my vision. Our guests arrived and it was awesome to have the whole parking lot to ourselves. My guests absolutely loved this as the view was stunning overlooking the golf course and lake.
As we walked around and spoke to our guests everyone kept saying how delicious the food was and how gorgeous the room was. My family from NYC kept saying how they thought we spent a fortune because of the exclusivity of the location and how we had the whole place to ourselves. The floor to ceiling windows provided a great backdrop that is absolutely stunning at sunset. The way that the sun glitters off of the water and casts dancing shadows on the walls of the room is perfect. It works as an additional lighting feature.
From the setup staff to the wait staff and bartenders everyone was very professional and they treated our guest very well. . Amanda was also there the day of our wedding she oversaw everything and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. There is a saying Location Location, Location, Location and this rings true to the Omni Champions Gate Golf Club House. If you are looking for an amazing view, excellent food, superb service, and to leave your guests in awe you have found the wedding venue of your dreams.

This place is phenomenal and offers a beautiful ceremony on the golf course as well as a gorgeous reception in their ballroom. We got married at the Championsgate Ballroom, which included an outdoor terrance and elegant wall decor; this made it easy to decorate, all we added were table centerpieces and drapery behind the sweetheart table.
We loved the attentiveness of the staff, the convenience of having our guest stay on premises, everybody bragged about our food- it was all delicious!
From the very beginning, my husband and I were wowed by the professionalism and responsiveness of Lindsey (director of catering sales), to the accommodations provided by Amanda (catering service manager). We were welcomed with a detailed presentation on what is offered by Omni, including everything from available ballrooms to display of menu options. Omni truly has an incredible team that work well together to make your big day flawless!

We had our wedding at the Golf Clubhouse. We absolutely loved it as we had lots of privacy as it's about 1/2 a mile away from the resort. Amanda is absolutely amazing. She worked so hard on making everything perfect for us, and really worked with us. They're very accommodating. The food they provide is amazing, people are still coming to me and commenting on it. The service was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I don't have a single complaint about this location.

Our wedding was planned for the Amelia Island, FL and was relocated to Orlando, FL 3 days before the wedding due to Hurricane Matthew. The Omni at Championsgate was unbelievably accommodating. We had spent over a year planning not only a wedding at the Omni Amelia Island but a week long vacation for us and our friends and family. We had not on a rehearsal dinner, a ceremony and a wedding reception but dozens of rooms booked, a hospitality suite, spa appointments, and tee times booked at Amelia Island. In a moments notice, the Omni Orlando, in the middle of a hurricane, was able to accommodate everything. They blocked us off rooms for all of our guests, found me a wedding coordinator, made me spa appointments, booked tee times, and then planned an entire wedding... in three days!!!

The resort was unbelievable in three days, I can only imagine what they could do with a proper amount of time to plan a wedding. We could not be happier with the service we received from the Omni Orlando and would 100% recommend this resort to anyone looking to plan a wedding!

Choosing to have our wedding at the Omni was a no-brainer after comparing numerous Orlando-area wedding/reception venue options. For a couple who initially desired to have a small/intimate wedding, we were both a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of planning. Many thanks to the Omni staff, as our Hollywood Glam wedding of just over 130 people was planned with much greater ease than I could have ever dreamed. Amanda Demore was truly exceptional. She communicated with me in a timely manner, offered great ideas/suggestions, and also genuinely seemed to want our wedding to be glorious. Our visit to the Omni blew us away (we live out-of-state), and I cannot say enough about the staff. The level of professionalism, care/consideration, thoughtfulness, warmth, and sense of welcome were phenomenal. We wanted to do the wedding all over again and never leave the resort! We are so, so happy that we chose the Omni. I never felt like I was in the dark about anything - in fact, for a type-A person, I felt like the catering staff were more on top of things than I was at times - and at no point in the process did I doubt that our wedding was going to be anything short of awesome. From beginning to end - booking the venue from out-of-state, countless emails sent and received, visiting the Omni for our tasting and tour, the wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and of course the reception - we were beyond impressed with the service. The staff met our needs and more! Best part - there were fireworks at our reception (part of the Memorial Day celebration), which made for a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Amanda and the staff kept this as a sweet little surprise. Also, the food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, and the culinary staff were wonderful and very responsive. We had our own personal butler who gave us such a nice wedding blessing! Overall, I love that everything felt organized. Everyone was so calm, cool, and collected, which in turn put us at ease. My husband and I were amazed at how happy Omni Resort made us throughout the planning process and our wedding weekend. The team I worked with was outstanding with communication, kindness (even during my bridezilla moments), and professionalism. Lindsey, Lexie, and Amanda were always on point with their service. The package they offered was the best bang for your buck and worth every penny. They were so helpful with a multitude of changes with budget, guest count, and date change; their flexibility was honestly a surprise with how high quality of a resort they are. The food was delicious and all of my guests raved about it. The Omni team treated Juan and I with such care and attention that we felt like royalty, if I had to plan a wedding all over again I would choose the Omni Orlando resort in a heartbeat!

We recently celebrated our daughter's wedding at The Omni resort and what a great day it was.

Everything about the place was perfect, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the food and reception were spot on. Even the weather was ideal (although I don't think the hotel could influence that).

Our contacts during the booking process, Lindsey and Amanda were most helpful and attentive - I live in United Kingdom so most of our correspondence was via e-mail, but the service and support we received did not suffer because of that.

The food was of the highest standard, both the canapes and dinner could not have been better, not could the service that all the guests received during the cocktail hour, the dinner and at the bar.

It really was a perfect occasion at a perfect venue.

I can't say enough about how incredible the staff is at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. From the second my husband and I set foot on the property, we were treated like the most important couple they have ever worked with. The level of service, professionalism, and care from all the staff, from catering staff, to the front desk, to the valet team, is unparalleled and catering director, Lindsey, went above and beyond for us every step of the planning process. Our event, both ceremony and reception, was flawless and all the details went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. The catering chef at the Omni is also spectacular! I have never had wedding food so top-notch and all of our guests raved about how the food was creative, delicious, hot, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. If I had to choose a venue over again, I would choose the Omni at ChampionsGate everytime!

Lindsey Kurtz and Lexie Knittel were AMAZING to work with. The packages at the Omni are great from the start and definitely customize-able! We customized a lot of the appetizer options and the food was delicious. Looking at the other hotels in Orlando at this level, the Omni is more reasonable and just as beautiful and classy - not to mention an overall fun and warm environment. We are thrilled with how our wedding at the Omni turned out!

The only thing to look out for is working with the reservations department was a bit difficult when it came to the room blocks for the guests, however, once everyone got to the hotel the hospitality provided by all of the staff was fantastic!

My husband and I got married at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate this month. We would without a doubt recommend this venue to anyone looking for a weekend getaway or better yet, their wedding! For me The Omni Orlando Resort was love at first site. The location is away from all the craziness of Orlando (Disney, Universal and Downtown) and it's an easy drive right off I4 for all your guests. The city itself is beyond gorgeous. It's brand new, clean and as you enter you drive under the "Championsgate" signs with a beautiful view of the Omni in the background. Past the city, the Omni is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever visited. It's so stunning driving up the winding driveway with the golf course and flowers... it literally takes your breath away. The Omni staff is also top notch. I cannot express enough gratitude to Lindsey Kurtz and Amanda Demore for all the personal attention, guidance, organization, attention to detail and the countless hours of extra time dedicated to making my dream day a reality. They are so unbelievably professional, precise, organized and willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. I don't think they ever said No to any request we presented (and we had a lot). This venue is HANDS down the best Orlando has to offer. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. There is absolutely not even one negative thing to say about this venue and our entire experience. We were treated like gold and had the best overall experience when it came to all aspects of our wedding weekend. Our parents and families were also so pleased as Lindsey and Amanda went out of their way to make their experience one to remember as well. Everything was absolutely PERFECT. Best day of our lives. 5 stars really does not do justice to the overall experience my husband, myself and our guests had at our wedding in May. We wanted to have the wedding somewhere that would be easy to access for guests coming in from out of town and that would be a destination in and of itself so that if our guests did not want to leave the hotel (for food, drinks, entertainment, etc.) they would not need to. The Omni Orlando checked off both boxes and so many more. When we selected the Omni we knew it would be a beautiful setting for our black and white themed wedding. The ballroom we chose has black and white ceilings that went perfectly with our theme. Also the outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous and was very private so that we did not have to worry about random hotel guests looking on. In fact, it felt like we had rented out the hotel just for our wedding. Even though they have many different ballrooms and there was a prom being hosted the same night as our wedding we felt as though the hotel was all ours. When we got to the hotel it was amazing how relaxing the entire weekend actually was. I expected to be stressed out and running around but that is really hard to do when you are hanging out by a gorgeous pool, floating in a lazy river and having dinner and drinks and truly exceptional restaurants. Also the rooms are very nice and super spacious-- My husband had to pry me away from our honeymoon suite- I would still be living there if we could manage. The Omni truly prides themselves in making sure that ever single detail from start to finish is taken care of. I cannot think of a better venue to host a wedding!

I must end by mentioning that Lindsey Kurtz has to be the absolute best in the business. You can tell she is well loved by all of the staff that works with her at the Omni and made the year and a half of planning an absolute breeze. I cannot say enough about Lindsey or our wedding planner, Brandee Gaar, one of the hotels preferred vendors! HANDS DOWN THE BEST!

My husband and I got married at the beautiful Omni Orlando in March 2015 and we could not have asked for a better venue, or better staff to help us along the way. From the first time we contacted Lindsey Kurtz, director of sales and catering, she was prompt, accommodating and wonderful to work with, and that continued throughout the 15 month planning process. The room rate could not be beat ($99/night plus taxes and fees) and the resort was a perfect location for us to feel like we were surrounded by our family and friends all weekend. The food was delicious (we had the buffet) and the staff accommodated any requests we had for the menu. While you hear stories from other couples that they didn't get to eat or drink at their own weddings, that won't be the case at the Omni- their staff made sure we had a drink in our hands all night and brought us plenty of appetizers and food. Included in our wedding package was an amazing day-of coordinator separate from Omni staff, a custom wedding cake, a stay at another Omni property of our choice during the year after the wedding, get-ready rooms and a beautiful wedding night suite.

Two things to note- make sure you ask lots of questions about the reservations/room rate process. We had a couple of snags with their reservations staff, but that was quickly taken care of by the awesome catering & sales staff. The other is that a room is reserved for brides to get ready in, which is wonderful, but it is more of an empty meeting room than a traditional hotel room. If you're looking for a more comfortable place to get ready and take pictures, I would see if you can use your wedding night suite for that purpose instead.

All in all, we couldn't be happier with our Omni experience! It was everything we could have hoped that our wedding would be.

One of the best decisions we made for our daughter's wedding was choosing the Omni Resort at ChampionsGate. When we narrowed it down to three vendors, Lindsey Kurtz made the decision obvious. Not only is the resort amazing, but Lindsey's professionalism, wedding knowledge and presentation was well above all the others we had interviewed. Our initial impression was spot on! Lindsey was amazing to work with as well as all the Omni staff.
Over half our guests were from out of state and they all commented on what a wonderful vacation they had at the Omni. They didn't want to leave the property. We had every single wedding function on site. A pool party with a cabana, rehearsal dinner at Piper's ( excellent food), welcome party at David's (again, amazing food), bridesmaid breakfast at Trevi's (great), ceremony and reception (both amazing, beautiful and excellent food). The day after we had a breakfast at Trevi's amazing buffet. Every restaurant has excellent food and top notch service. Chico, our reception catering captain, could not have done a better job. It was absolutely perfect!
The rooms are immaculate, roomy and very comfortable. The Villas are stunning. Pool with lazy river was so much fun!
Only negative was problems with front desk. They were really, really friendly and polite but disorganized when it came to putting the breakfast vouchers in the key packets and getting the welcome boxes delivered to the room. I had wanted the boxes to be handed out at check-in but the Omni does not handle them that way. They have to be delivered to the room which did not turn out well. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the delivery fee. If we hadn't had the welcome boxes or breakfast voucher difficulty it would have been 1000% perfect and then some.

Where do we begin? We met Lindsey over a year before our wedding and were amazed at her professionalism from the very start. We were introduced to Lexie later in the process who assisted Lindsey and she as well was a great help to us. We can not speak highly enough of all the people at the Omni at Champions Gate! Everyone was helpful, courteous, and accommodating. We were treated like royalty throughout the entire process. The rooms were beautiful as well as the get ready rooms. The get ready rooms were very large and accomadated all our needs. All of our guests were so pleased with all the facilities from golf, pools, spa, restaurants, bars..... The food at the reception was out of this world and we had compliments from everyone about the quality of the food and service. The private cocktail hour between the wedding and the reception was a real treat. Lindsey and your staff at Champions Gate, We Love You All!! What a great job!! We highly recommend this Venue!!

So many great things to say about the Omni! We had our reception here only, as the ceremony was at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Lindsey was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all emails (Amanda, too!). Their catering & events teams really bent over backwards (understatement) to help us create a cocktail style reception with some traditional touches. We had butler passed apps and a buffet with open seating. The food was plentiful & tasty! We were in national ballrooms C&D and the space was perfect for our set up and 175 guests. I didn't get ready in the provided "get ready" room, as my family had a 3 bedroom suite which was plenty of space for my girls, hair and makeup. It was also nice to have a full kitchen. My groom used the provided room for the guys and it was perfect for them. He also golfed with his guys and they enjoyed the course. Our guests loved staying at Omni and most stayed multiple nights to a full week. Majority of our guests traveled from around the US, so coming to a beautiful resort is comforting. Can't thank this resort & team enough for a memorable day!

We are SO happy that we chose to have our wedding at the Omni! It was truly the best experience for us and our guests! Not only is the hotel and reception/ceremony venues beautiful but you absolutely cannot beat the customized service! Our wedding included an on site coordinator as well as a real wedding planner and day-of coordinator! We highly recommend the Omni at ChampionsGate to anyone looking for a reception/ceremony venue and we can't wait to come back here every year to celebrate our anniversary!

The omni is absolutely beautiful and our wedding was so much more then we could have dreamed of. The service and food was phenomenal!! I can't express how impressed I am with the Omni at ChampionsGate!! Lindsey Kurtz, the food and catering director, and primary contact for wedding was amazing!!! My fiancé and & I decided to get married at the Omni after looking at numerous resorts in Disney, Orlando, Tampa, and even the beach at St. Pete. We had les than 4 months to put it all together, and número use personal issues developed which required so much of our attention. With my family needing so much attention, I wasn't able to spend much time on preparing and planning the wedding. In spite of all my LAST minute changes, additions, etc, Lindsey & the Omni went above and beyond to make everything perfect! I can't express enough how much they did to make our wedding day amazing!

Other than the outstanding personnel and service the Omni provided, there are so many other reasons, you should chose to have your wedding at the Omni atChampionsGate.... There room rates for guests in unmatched (I compared with at least 10 other resorts), they have tons of activities for the whole family, including babysitting, arcades,basketball and tennis courts, and pools restricted for adults. Their spa Mokara, is impressive as well as their world renowned golf course. They also have multiple onsite bars and restaurants with Italian, Japanese and American cuisines. For those who guests coming from afar, everything one needs is right on the premises, and for those picky high maintenance guests, a Publix is only a quarter mile away.

I am still receiving compliments about how amazing the wedding was, and I have to agree, I couldn't have asked for a better day (or weekend)!

Fantastic venue, weather played up a bit but they helped to change from outside to inside and again outside when the sun came out as this was our dream to get married in sun!

We have the best memories from this wonderful hotel and will certainly return for anniversaries etc.

The venue really made our day. The wedding co-ordinator at Omni worked with my new husband and I and our wedding planner to ensure we had everything we needed to make our day extra special. My only criticism was the amount of food and by that I mean there was so much :-)

I was so nervous planning my wedding in my hometown of Orlando, FL while living in NY, but the Omni made every step of the planning process easy (and actually enjoyable!). Their wedding coordinating staff and catering staff was exceptional throughout the process (especially Lindsey Kurtz, Director of Catering and Sales and her assistant Summer Roberts). They were always helpful in every aspect from general vendor questions/suggestions to details about food selections and contract details. Everyone you meet at this hotel from the valet service, bell service, catering/wedding coordinating staff and restaurant staff is SO NICE and helpful, it is like they all excel in customer service. We had an adults-only wedding, and the on-site kids babysitting service Camp Omni was easy for our guests to book, included dinner and endless activities for the kids. The kids LOVED their "kids' party" at Camp Omni! Our guests are still gushing about how kind everyone was at the hotel, which was really important since we had so many guests from out of town. My aunt even said she was so impressed by the one-on-one service at each table throughout the wedding day...it made her feel so special!

The venue is beautiful, modern yet timeless. I loved enjoying the pool and lazy river for some relaxation before my wedding day (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) and we even used the on-site restaurant, Trevi's, for our rehearsal. Food at the rehearsal and the wedding day was AMAZING; our guests are still talking about how delicious everything tasted. Our wedding cake was included in the package and from Party Flavors, and it was simply gorgeous and yummy tasting.

We could not have chosen a better venue. Throughout the entire planning process, my groom and I gushed about how exceptional the Omni staff is and how we could not have chosen a better venue. My husband and I got married at the Omni on March 3, 2013 and we have to say that it was absolutely the best choice for us! We absolutely would not have been happier anywhere else the Championsgate Ballroom was the absolute best space for our wedding reception. The site is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and did so much to make sure that our wedding weekend and day were amazing. Lindsey Kurtz was by far the most helpful coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything we needed and wanted was accommodated for. The food was amazing and our guests were beyond pleased with everything they were served as well as the bar service. If you are looking for a coordinator and a location where your emails and calls are replied to in a very timely manner and everything is catered to you then Omni at Championsgate is the place for you! Also the wedding suite was amazing and so spacious and comped on your wedding night so excellent perk!

We couldn't be happier that we chose to celebrate the best day of our lives at the Omni ChampionsGate. We got married at my hometown church, but the Omni was base camp that weekend and we had our reception there. Lindsay Kurtz, our contact there, provided exceptional and professional service throughout our contacts. One of the reasons we love this venue is because everyone is always so polite and friendly working there. I have never encountered a rude front desk worker or a surly valet driver. The people working there truly seem to enjoy their jobs. There are alot of beautiful locations for photographs both inside and outside the hotel. Setup went seamlessly and I thought that the food was exceptional. We couldn't have been happier with the service at the wedding reception. Waitstaff continously made sure that all our guests were satisfied and cared for. I recommend the Omni to anyone planning a wedding without hesitation.

Omni @ Championsgate runs a first class operation not only with a wedding, but also the resort itself. When my wife and I stepped foot on grounds for the first time in our wedding venue search, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married!! We felt so comfortable from beginning to end and a big part of that was our coordinator, Lindsey. Lindsey listened to what kind of wedding we wanted and guided us through the process with ease. She stayed in communication with us before, during, and after the wedding (even communicated with us on her days off and after hours), and we always felt like we were her only wedding!! She was fantastic and I can't say enough!! The big day came and the Omni performed well above expectations - they were just absolutely flawless. Many of our guests raved about the resort, the service, and the food. The food for the wedding was perfect (honestly don't know how many times I heard the filet was unbelievable). When we wanted to extend the reception an hour, all it took was a 5 second chat with the Omni and it was done. Obviously, no wedding goes off perfectly. We had a major glitch with our florist and I told Lindsey we need a new florist immediately (3 hours before the wedding). She got on the phone with her contacts and had a new florist call us within 5 minutes asking how he could help. We also had the rehearsal dinner at Piper's Grille (highly recommend if you have a lot of out of town guests) and the food and service there was excellent too!! Overall, I just can't say enough good things about the Omni, it was worth every penny and more!!!

We were married at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate. It was absolutely beautiful, and their entire team was superb! I highly recommend it for a wedding venue. We had guests from out of town that stayed and had a little vacation at the Omni - and they loved it. The venue is gorgeous and their main ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows which let in so much amazing natural light (we had a morning wedding). Our guests commented on how great the food tasted and how beautiful the venue was. It's a perfect spot for any wedding - large or small.

We had the pleasure to deal with Lindsey Kurtz, Director of Catering Sales. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to her as she was the person that made it all possible! From the moment we met, she was an absolute doll she made us feel as she had known us for years and that is the kind of rapport you want with the person that can make or break your day.
I know I must have drove her crazy with all the emails I sent but not once did I ever feel I was being a bother. She would even answer after hours and on her days off! She always went above and beyond the call of duty.
We expressed our concern with our budget and she worked with us to customize our menu and offered alternatives to keep the cost down. She was always prompt, courteous and professional simply AMAZING!
Our banquet manager Chico was awesome as well. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and everything went without a hitch! We were blessed to have great vendors but Lindsey tops them all!

After searching numerous venues between Tampa and Orlando, we picked the OMNI as our perfect location. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good start when our catering manager left but Lindsey Kurtz (our new Catering Manager) was just phenomenal and extremely attentive to our needs. They have a few locations for the ceremonies, all very intimate, and we had our reception in the ChampionsGate Room - the best room ever if you don't want to be in a ballroom. We had window all around and it was just great to witness the sunset with all our guests. The food - simply to die for! The chef was awesome when we went for our food tasting. And really, all the staff involved gave us excellent service. We would definitely recommend this venue to others!

The Omni at Championsgate is PICTURE PERFECT. I am SO thankful that we found The Omni and Kathryn! We were constantly blown away by the professional service and how the staff always went above and beyond. The grounds of the resort are phenomenal. I didn't want a Disney wedding and I didn't really want to get married in Orlando. However, this site changed it all. The Championsgate ballroom has huge picture windows and doors that lead out to a balcony overlooking the golf course (much better than an inside ballroom--why have a Florida wedding and have no windows?). The food was to.die.for. Our guests raved about ever aspect of our wedding.

Note: we also held our rehearsal dinner at the golfclub. Omni took over the golf course a few months ago and this was also coordinated by Kathryn. They did golf cart shuttles over after the rehearsal and the guests thought that it was such a fun little touch.

Finally, we had a brunch at Trevi's the day after (they do have a room that holds up to 30 but we had about 70 so we used part of the restaurant too) and a pool party.

This venue is what I had always dreamed of for getting married! My husband and I had a small wedding of 40 guests... we were treated as if we were VIPS... the staff was amazing ESPECIALLY JENNIFER SMITH!!!!!! we loved every minute of it and our families had a ball... the grounds here are gorgeous for a outdoor ceremony and photog ops!

My husband and I were very specific on what we wanted when we were looking for a venue. We wanted an outdoor ceremony/cocktail hour site and an indoor reception with an outside patio to fit 130 guests. The Omni fit what we wanted perfectly!! The staff was amazing from the event coordinators to the bell men. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect and beautiful setting to get married!

The Omni was a perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. Jennifer and Andrea responded immediately to any question asked during the 10 month planning period as well as offered suggestions. When compared to other resorts in the area the value was exceptional. The food was delicious and the service prompt. Extremely easy to work with and very flexible. The guests loved the pool and other amenities on-site. As a mother of the bride, I would highly recommend this resort.

Omni Champions Gate is First class all the way! When my husband and I went to see the Omni as an option for our wedding, we knew the minute we walked into the hotel that this was our location! The room we had our reception in is absolutely beautiful, unlike any room I have seen in any other facility in Central Florida. Full Length windows with doors that go out to a balcony that over looks the sunset view golf course and sparkling pools! Breathtaking! when you meet Jennifer who is the wedding coordinator you will feel all your stress melt away! I NEVER once stressed prior nor the day of with her taking care of all the details! I must of sent a 100 questions and each time she promptly got back to me with the best answers! Even had a signature drink! The day of walking into the room was more than I could have hoped for! At that point the Wait staff took over and treated me like a princess! At one point they held my drink to allow me to sip out of the straw! seriously, does it get better than that!?! The next day we had a cabana and all of our guests stayed and spent the day out by the pool and lazy river...truly magical way to spend the day after your wedding! We would not have changed one thing about our experience and have found a new place for reunions with family and friends! Our guests are still raving about the entire weekend claiming it was the best wedding they have been to! All of my thanks goes to Jennifer and her team for taking such amazing care of every detail and making this the time of our life!!

A 5.0/5.0 is not enough of a rating to give the Omni. The staff here went above and beyond what I dreamed of for my wedding. From the food to the decor, everything the day of my wedding went perfectly. There is not even one thing that I would have changed from the ceremony or the reception. This resort embodies class, elegance, and they really made sure that everyone had a fantastic time. There are no words to fully describe how incredible my wedding was at the Omni. True perfection!

The Omni is a venue that speaks for itself. The setting, food, and staff are exceptional. Working with Jennifer and Andrea was a pleasant experience. They were attentive to our needs and provided outstanding assistance in planning our wedding. Choosing the Omni was one of the easiest decisions we had to make while planning our wedding. From the second we walked into this gorgeous hotel we knew that this would be the venue that we would hold our wedding festivities. The entire staff was helpful and extremely kind. Our guest raved about the food and service. The Omni is definitely an A+ Venue and I recommend it, with no exceptions.

From the first time I visited the Omni Resort I knew it would be a special place to hold a wedding. I had spent the weekend relaxing with my sister and taking in the lazy river. By the end of the weekend I realized how perfect the setting would be for my wedding. The location was beautiful. You could relax by the pool or enjoy the lazy river. The families could enjoy the kids pool and slide. There was golf and a full spa. Plus there were restaurants and a very nice bar, so I couldn't find anything that was missing. I decided I needed to bring my fiancee and let him see how perfect a location it would be.

When I came back to the Omni with my fiancee we made an appointment with Jennifer Smith. She gave us a tour and described the different spots we could have the ceremony and reception. She was more than happy to answer all of our questions regarding the different wedding packages. In talking with her you could tell how much she truly enjoyed her job and how much she wanted to help make it the very best experience for each couple. That was a nice change because we had looked at other venues, where the couples wedding experience was not the top priority. We spent the weekend taking in the resort. We had an incredible dinner at Zen. The next morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Trevi's. I mention these because at both restaurants we had incredible service. The staff was very attentive and made us feel very welcome.

Throughout the weekend we noticed how all the staff members were courteous, polite, helpful, attentive and always smiling. So when we thought about the staff, that we would be working with Jennifer, that we would have a beautiful location and all the amenities the resort would offer, we decided that the Omni would be the perfect location for our wedding.

As we started to plan our wedding from Virginia, we would make many trips over the next few months to not only meet with Jennifer but to meet other vendors in the area. I should mention that both of our families did not live in the Florida. It was a destination wedding for all parties included. The was the most wonderful part about working with Jennifer, how easy it was to work with her. Any question I had, she was always quick to respond. Even when I called more than once or happened to send five emails in a day, she didn't mind. Her experience and knowledge of the vendors in the area was tremendously helpful. While a wedding will inevitable have stress, Jennifer helped take away some of that stress. She was truly invaluable. Each time we were in the area planning we stayed at the Omni. The resort is so relaxing and the staff so wonderful, once you stay you will fall in love with the resort.

Fast forward to the day of the wedding. As Scott and I were both getting ready in separate locations friends and family would pop in to wish us well. When asking how they enjoyed the resort, the comments were always the same. "WE LOVE THE RESORT, the staff is so wonderful, the staff is so polite, the location is beautiful, the lazy river is amazing "... and so on. Hearing that from family and friends, really made us feel good. We knew that it being a destination wedding we wanted our family and friends to really enjoy themselves, and hearing how much they loved it was very gratifying. As we finished pictures our guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers on the lawn, and at sunset we began our ceremony. Jennifer and her staff had everything covered. When the music started everything just fell into place. All the months of planning and waiting and then having the wedding unfold and be far beyond my expectations. It was so much more than I had pictured. So much of the credit has to go to Jennifer and the staff for making everything run smooth, so we didn't have to worry.

We moved on to the reception, where the food was incredible. My husband and I are very adamant about the quality of food. That was something very important to us. We had been to so many weddings where the food wasn't of high quality. We loved the dinner, and so many guests during the reception came up to tell us how much they loved the dinner as well. Instead of having a cake, we choose to do different flavors of cupcakes. They were spot on and everyone enjoyed them. We were in the Championsgate Ballroom and it looked beautiful. The dj kept our whole party moving and out on the dance floor. It was so nice to see both the young and old dancing together and having a great time. All the things you hope will come together to create this beautiful moment did. Not only was it incredibly special for us as it was our wedding day, but it was special for our family and friends. We took great care to make sure that if they were willing to travel that far to be apart of our wedding day that they would enjoy themselves. I cannot emphasis enough how much the staff went beyond expectations and really wowed not only us but our guests. If there was an option to put 10 stars next to quality of service I would.

Finding Jennifer at the Omni was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. She is wonderful to work with and we couldn't have been happier for choosing the Omni Orlando Resort.

Once you visit this venue, you will be convinced it is the perfect place to have your wedding. Beyond that Jennifer Smith is a delight to work with and delivered exactly what she promised for both our wedding ceremony and our reception. Her staff was extremely friendly and helpful both before and during the events. We felt that we were in good hands throughout our wedding weekend, and since most of our guests were from out of town we were pleased to hear that they had a fabulous time staying at the hotel as well. Weddings can be stressful and overwhelming, but by choosing a great venue like the Omni ChampionsGate you realize how important the venue decision is in helping to create an amazing experience.

We had our entire wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort and it was wonderful. They're staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that everything we needed/ wanted happened. If you're looking for a wonderful hotel to have your wedding at in Orlando, I would definitely recommend the Omni. I am from Orlando and have been to many in the area growing up- this hotel is one of the most high class hotels in the area. My husband also loved the golf course at the Omni and the pool with the lazy river was great for the families that came to our wedding. It's a wonderful hotel and you should definitely consider!

The omni was a great location to have both our ceremony and reception. Jennifer was great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Our friends and family enjoyed all the amenties the hotel offered. It really felt like a weekend event which we got to enjoy rather then the stories we hear from our friends that their weddings went by too fast to enjoy.

The Omni Championsgate was the perfect place for our wedding. We had over 400 guests and utilized two of their ballrooms for various ceremonies. It was beautiful and the staff took fantastic care of us. I would highly recommend it to anyone having a very large wedding. All of our guests loved staying there and said they felt like they were on vacation while attending our wedding.

Beautiful venue, wonderful staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived for our first visit until we checked out the day after our wedding. That sounds cliche, I know, but it's 100% true.

We did our rehearsal dinner at the golf club on Friday evening, welcome drinks at David's Club on Friday night and an outdoor ceremony on Saturday night immediately followed by the reception. All of the venues were awesome and the staff couldn't have been more dedicated and attentive. Truly an amazing experience!

The food was very delicious and the wedding Carter's were very friendly and easy to work with.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. They have a great team and were very accomodating to my requests. The resort is beautiful; however my only complaint is that during rehearsal we were required to pay for parking. Overall, I was satisfied with this venue.

My guests can't seem to stop talking about the venue where my wedding and reception was held. From the lazy river, to the balcony view of the beautiful golf course, to the spacious suites. The wedding consultant, Jennifer Smith, was more than accommodating. The only criticism I have was with some the servers at there restaurants, which were at times slow to serve, and not so catering. But the other amenities made up for this small shortcoming.
