Absolutely Extraordinary
I can say without hesitation that Kadri was the force behind one of the most beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled wedding weekends I’ve ever experienced.
From the very beginning, Kadri was attentive, calm, and deeply considerate of every single person involved..from the bride and groom, to family members and strong opinions, to a big bridal party. He was always in control, yet never overbearing. He took charge when needed and anticipated needs before they were even voiced, which brought so much peace of mind to the bride. Truly a breath of fresh air and exceptional attention to detail.
Kadri never made it feel like all of the logistics were taking over the magic..he protected the joy and solved problems without ever letting stress touch the rest of us, especially the bride and groom. Which is such a gift on an important day!

Great Experience in the Bridal Party
I was a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding, and we had a GREAT experience at Camp Lucy! Kadri was our wedding coordinator, and he is everything anyone would want on the days leading up to your wedding and the day of your wedding. He was attentive to details in every way. He was flexible and accommodating to the bride, and showed professionalism the whole time. Although he DOES know how to have a good time and help us enjoy the day! The facility was clean and well-equipped to serve the party and create a beautiful event.
I highly recommend having your event at Camp Lucy! -

These guys are THE BEST!
Kadri and his team were amazing planning and organizing my sister’s wedding. I have been in many weddings, and this was by far the most organized and efficient wedding I have ever been a part of. Not only is he great at his job, but he is kind, thoughtful, and hilarious. He thinks of and handles every detail. I cannot recommend him more! -

I could not have been more impressed! This team was absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were attentive, organized, and truly on top of every detail. Their calm and professional presence made such a difference on the big day, and it was clear how much care and intention went into everything they did. They helped create a day that was not only beautiful, but also completely stress-free — which is no small feat! It was such a joy to see my best friend so happy and relaxed, knowing everything was in expert hands. Highly, highly recommend! -

Amazing company!
I had the opportunity to assist Kadri with a wedding and I had such a good time! Kadri gave clear, supportive expectations and carried himself with professionalism and always had an answer when a vendor, guest or the venue had a question or needed a problem solved. On top of that, there were many moments throughout the day when Kadri or myself were receiving compliments by how well he executed the event and how wonderful he is to work with. Anyone would be lucky to hire Olive & Oak for their big day! -

5 Star Coordinator!
I had the pleasure of being in a wedding this past weekend, and I can honestly say the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly (or been half as enjoyable!) without the incredible work of the wedding coordinator, Kadri. From start to finish, he was calm, organized, kind, and completely on top of every detail.
He handled everything behind the scenes so gracefully, allowing the couple and the bridal party to just relax and enjoy the day. Whether it was keeping the timeline on track, helping with last-minute needs, or coordinating vendors with ease, he did it all flawlessly—and always with a smile.
If you’re looking for someone to help bring your vision to life and take the stress off your shoulders, I can’t recommend him enough! -

Kadri was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to make our wedding day beautiful and seamless. From picking up last minute items, thinking of the things I forgot, setting up and staying on top of details - he worked hard and did it all! If you want a perfect & stress free wedding day, hire this man ASAP
I cannot say enough amazing things about Kadri and his work. His attention to detail and willingness to do whatever you need to make your day exactly the way you envisioned is worth every penny. He thought my tablecloths looked too wrinkly for his liking and personally steamed them because he desires perfection. There is not one thing that didn’t go as planned on the day and that is just a testament to the work Kadri requires of himself. You don’t need to tell him anything twice, he will get it and make it happen. If you want a worry/stress free wedding day without giving a second thought to vendors, drop offs, tipping, set up, ceremony structure etc then you need to hire Kadri IMMEDIATELY. -

Kadri is absolutely amazing at what he does. The wedding process for my daughters wedding was well organized and stress free thanks to Olive & Oak Wedding Co.. Any question we had or problem that needed to be solved, Kadri was there to handle it all. He is personable, stays well in touch with his clients, and was very professional while also making an effort to get to know the guests of the wedding. I cannot recommend them enough! -

When you need someone who will be an advocate for you and your best wedding, hire them!
Simply put he was very consistent and organized with everything that me and my wife needed from a year out. Gave us consistent guidelines and deadlines so we wouldn’t be stressed the day of. And when it came to dealing with vendors who were out of line or order, he took care of it immediately. We didn’t have one care or worry about any of the wedding, it was like we just showed up and got hitched! He’s the best and I’d use him if me and my wife got married 100x over. -

Driven and adaptable.
Friend’s wedding went great. Plenty of bumps in the road, as with planning any wedding, but the difference here is that Kadri was always ready to adapt to changes, new requests, and issues with vendors.(looking at you chicken caterer that I will not be naming.) Why would anyone order cold chicken for a wedding? Doesn’t matter. Kadri fixed it. So hard to make a vision come together the right way these days, but he finds a way because he cares about doing things the right way, no matter how many times he has to pivot when other fall short. -

Best Wedding Planner Ever!!
When Kadri and ai got married I was so excited, but quickly overwhelmed with all the things that are required when planning your own wedding. Lucky for me, Kadri had planned multiple weddings by the time we got engaged and took on the role of wedding planner. He provided me with as much voice and freedom as I wanted, while shouldering the majority of wedding tasks. I told him my vision for our special day, and he made it happen. I remember being stressed about the “small details” closer to the wedding and he told me not to worry about it because he had already figured it out. He turned my ideas into a beautiful reality and made my dreams come true. I know many brides who have felt stressed and overwhelmed leading up to their wedding, but thankfully, I can’t relate, and that is all thanks to Kadri!
Outside of our own wedding, I have attended several weddings Kadri has planned. He is efficient, professional, hardworking, and so much fun. He isn’t afraid to get things done and ruffle some feathers if it’s needed. His priority is always the couple and making sure they and their dream wedding is prioritized above all else. He is personable and gets to know everyone involved in making the day happen. You seriously could not find I better person to plan your wedding! -
