  The best in greece

  Sophie & Helena, we cannot thank them enough for their hard work on our wedding. We appointed Olive Hearts in 2023 for our 2024 Syros wedding and we were thankful for all of their efforts co-ordinating our special day. They challenged and countered any problems that arose. They succeeded and delivered when other wedding planners said the ideas we had, were not achievable. They flexed to our UK timings and held meetings when it was appropriate. Their communication was clear and concise and for anyone having an abroad wedding in Greece, my wife and I recommend Olive Hearts so highly. Thank you for assisting on our special day Sophie & Helena.

  Best planning experience, best wedding day

  Sophie and Helena from Olive Hearts were accommodating and open from our first meeting.
  
  They listened to what we wanted and accommodated our conservative budget, never going over and always being transparent about costs and payments.
  
  They brought our vision to life in a way that went far beyond what we could have imagined and found just the most perfect local, special venue and island for our wedding that we could never have found on our own. Our guests all loved it.
  
  They have a relaxed but clear/direct way of communicating which we appreciated as we felt on top of things/ in control even from a far. They were very communicative and always responded quickly when we reached out. They gave us really good advice/ pointers on various details which I’m so glad we listened to.
  
  We planned the entire wedding with them remotely, from South Africa meeting them for the first time just a few days before the wedding, and they coordinated everything the day before, on the day and after the wedding on break down day too.
  
  Their vendors were all also professional and warm hearted people - we feel very lucky to have worked with them all.
  
  Do not hesitate to reach out to them for your special day, you will not be disappointed.

  Greek-Italian wedding

  Amazing beyond imagination! My wedding was a bit complicated because many of our guests were from abroad and we wanted a “theme” wedding, uniting Italian elegance with Greek passion. Olive Hearts, managed it to perfection, with impeccable taste, attention to detail and they kept me relaxed and well-informed, from the start till the very end! The wedding was perfect, everyone had a great time and it really was the best day of our lives! Thank you girls, I wouldn’t have done it without you!

  Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.

  Olive Hearts have offered us a memorable event and a stressless journey. There is no better reward then all our guests highlighting how uniquely beautiful everything was!
  What was impressive was that they were keen on listening to us and organized us a completely tailor made event. Since we live in Paris and the event happened in the beautiful island Hydra, Olive Hearts took care of literally everything. From the theme recommendation, to the venue and menu selection, personalised thank you gifts, decorations, vendor management, budget management, etc. They were on the top of everything. Spotless organization and execution. The attention to details though, was what gave us the perfection. Couldn’t thank them more!
  Tailor made, destination event, with A to Z project management and thoughtful attention to details! High class experience.
