We are taking the time now to reply to this review all these years later. We didn't know it existed until recently, but we did know you were unhappy with your experience after receiving the in-house survey you took after your wedding. However, when we reached out to you, you wouldn't reply to us to share your thoughts. I guess some people prefer to write ugly lies on the internet than to have a real constructive conversation! I have gone through all of the receipts of your wedding, and its an absolute fabrication that we take "at least 1 day" to respond. The girl who worked for us at the time was always very prompt and kind in responding to you, even though you cancelled and rescheduled appointments multiple times. As for when you requested a last minute walk-through and we didn't drop everything to come show you the venue again on a SUNDAY, this is also extremely misleading. Kellie was not able to do a walkthrough with you, and we don't require our staff to be available 7 days a week, no matter who the bride is, no matter what they paid. From what I can recall, my husband and I were out at the venue with our children and friends, having a family day on a Sunday. We aren't required to drop everything for a last minute request when we're spending time with our families on a Sunday, and it's actually very common for venues to not schedule appointments on Sundays. We don't have any horses, and I'm not sure why you would fabricate that detail to prove your point, but that's pretty strange. It's pretty clear from how you wrote this review that you believe you are the exception to everything, including "just showing up" and doing whatever you want even though you were told no, and I'm sure anyone who's read it can see that as well.
