From the moment of our introductory call with the staff at Ocean Hawks, we knew we were in capable hands. They took the time to listen attentively as we bounced countless ideas off each other, and with their expertise, they helped us refine and solidify our concept. The best rental company!
I am so happy we went with Ocean Hawk for the majority of our rentals! They were absolutely amazing to work with and everything came out beautiful! They were very professional and super helpful with all the minute changes I kept asking to make. I even had the horrible experience of breaking my welcome sign a few days before the wedding and without hesitation OHR was able to create a beautiful sign in short notice for us. I also had a very specific vision for what I wanted our seating chart to be, and they created it PERFECTLY! It was the library seating chart of my dreams!!
We really can't thank them enough for making our wedding as beautiful as it was! -

I had an unique unusual wedding with all black decor and let me just say it is hard to find a vendor that show their spooky Halloween 🎃 vibe. Within the first call with Stephanie, I just told her my theme and she blurted all my ideas out of my head before I can even say it. She was so easy and fun to talk to, I felt like she was reading my thoughts. Her team did so amazing walking us through everything. I was amazed when I saw the decor, everything looked so dreamy. Stephanie seriously was heaven sent. Right from the beginning she was so patient, kind and spot on with every detail and request. She’s def a rare breed, because EVERY request regarding placement of the rentals were accomplished. The most important thing to me was to have a memory area for my family. She transformed a portion of the venue into a heart felt place where guests could reminisce and reflect on past memories of my family who aren’t with us today. She also made a lounge area in the most perfect location!! I’m so obsessed with my wedding because all the decor was so elevated and stunning. I have no words for how amazing it was to have Ocean Hawks Rentals for our wedding day! They came as a recommendation from every vendor we were working with at the start of our planning. We had a pretty clear vision of what we pictured for our day, and when I saw the gorgeous photos of their work I knew I had to work with them.
The process was so seamless and completely stress free. I genuinely loved chatting with Steph and seeing our vision come to life. She took the time to get to know my husband and I, our style, and what was important to us. Any and every question I had was answered in detail. By the time our wedding day came, I had absolutely no doubt they would nail it for us.
Ocean Hawks is more than just a rental company - their talent and eye for design is absolutely incredible! They truly care about the couples they work with and will go above and beyond to make any vision you have come to life. When we walked in and saw the space on our wedding day our jaws were on the floor.

After my first phone consultation with Steph, I felt like I had just had coffee with a friend who not only cared about what I wanted my wedding to look like, but who seriously understood my vision and wanted to make it happen! From the professionalism to the sincerity, Steph and Robby truly care about their couples. Every email and interaction I had with them was so pleasant and easy-going. I had two main areas I really wanted to focus on with them, the diamond "arch" for the ceremony and a hedge wall with neon sign and seating area for photos for reception. Steph made it her mission to make these two areas feel special. The first thing I saw when I entered my venue was the seating area with the neon sign and immediately burst into happy tears. After dreaming about something and truly having vendors you can trust, it meant SO much to see it look better than I could've dreamed. We also got some other pieces, which were amazing, too! Even when I added things in closer to the wedding, they made it seem like a breeze. You will NOT regret working with Ocean Hawks! I'm so truly grateful for their genuine care, level of hospitality and dedication to excellence.

We were lucky enough to get to work with Ocean Hawks Rentals as part of our package with our wonderful wedding venue (Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall). At first, we weren’t planning on sourcing any rentals or additional decor, but we are SO THANKFUL that we met with Stephanie and Robby and learned all about their incredible business. They are some of the kindest, most personable vendors imaginable, the work they do is creative genius and they are so much fun!
On our phone consultation with Steph, we were blown away by the beautiful ideas she brainstormed on the spot, how well she interpreted our vision and how she made sense of our chaotic Pinterest board! She was so patient while working with us, answering all of our questions and being such a joy to work with in making our special day memorable. Steph also was so helpful in breaking down the process and possibilities to make it all so simple and customized just for us. We quickly fell in love with so many of the one-of-a-kind pieces built by Ocean Hawks, especially the wooden circle arch and champagne flute hedge wall we ultimately selected! We were wowed with how many unique options they’ve built and customized. Steph and Robby were so generous in sharing ideas that we could incorporate into our special day—they even helped make some Christmas-y magic and extra special touches happen for us!
Steph and Robby are so friendly and fantastic; any time we ran into them at a venue visit or wedding event, we were so excited to get to chat and laugh with them. Every time a friend and/or part of our bridal party met them, they absolutely adored them, too! And that goes double for all of the fellow vendors that coordinated with them. Our florist, caterers, coordinators and everyone else found Steph and Robby so helpful and generous with their time and resources. They made it so easy and worry-free for us as the bride and groom, and that meant the world to us come the wedding day! When our photographers arrived, they took a look around, and immediately started gushing about the decor from Ocean Hawks and how they’d never shot anything else like it.
We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about the stunning pieces from Ocean Hawks, and we were blown away by the incredible value of their rentals, as well as how convenient they made it to have eye-catching, original decor on our special day. Thank you so much, Steph and Robby, you two and the Ocean Hawks team are a dream! -

Amazing, Beautiful, Professional & Great Energy
Best Experience Ever! If it weren't for Stephanie and Robby (owners) we would have canceled my daughters wedding. We were discouraged initially because of the pandemic and how it had impacted our original plans. After speaking to Stephanie we were re-energized and felt assured that everything would work out. Ocean Hawks saved the day and created a truly amazing atmosphere for the ceremony and small reception. Steph is AMAZING. All capital letters for a reason.
Our vendor and a friend recommended that we used Ocean Hawks, and by recommended I mean they told us "oh my god you need to hire them, trust me, you'll see why."
In our initial consult, Steph asked us what we wanted, what our style was, and about our wedding ideas. We really weren't sure, and she still managed to walk us through what she thought we'd need without overselling, offering specific suggestions. It was incredible.
Unfortunately, because of the virus, we needed to cancel our wedding. Steph was great with this, too. She offered us a credit for what we'd already paid (which she did NOT have to do, because it was a non-refundable deposit) and said whenever the time is right, she'll be ready to help us throw a kick-ass party.
These guys are legit, and it's so much more cost-effective and stress-reducing to hire them than to try to rent or purchase everything yourself.
Hire them. They'll give you the most beautifully-decorated wedding, baby shower, birthday party, you name it, that you could ever imagine! -

Just for context: our wedding was out of state, I'm a perfectionist, I had a bazillion decor ideas for the wedding, I'm indecisive, and I have difficulty delegating things to people. Stephanie & Robby were there every step of the way!
I remember my first phone call with Stephanie, she walked me through my venue (Bella Collina) and finally it just seemed like everything was coming together. I wanted a winter woodland wonderland, and she totally understood that vision (which I imagine at the time was a complete scattered mess) and pulled everything together. Even as that vision evolved month by month until right before the wedding, it turned into something beautiful. I felt so comfortable texting her about things I wanted for the wedding, she would text me ideas as well. The best part is that they are so passionate about what they do and are genuinely excited for their couples!
Going into the wedding, I knew I didn't have to worry about how the ceremony and reception was going to look and Ocean Hawk Rentals exceeded my expectations. I trusted Stephanie with her guidance when she recommended that I needed more of one thing, but maybe not the other, and she was 100% correct. She respected our budget and kept it real. She knew our florist already- Orlando Flower Market and it makes such a huge difference when the vendors not only know each other but enjoy working together! When I asked for the impossible and needed a last minute wintery seating chart not even 1-2 wks before the wedding (yep this happened, sorry Stephanie & Robby!)...Robby created copper piping framing a frosted acrylic masterpiece and incorporated a neon sign I had bought, but didn't know what to do with it and turned it into something magical. There are few times you can put your complete trust in someone's creativity and I felt no hesitation in doing so with Ocean Hawk Rentals. -

Because of Ocean Hawks Rental, and Stephanie & Robby, I was able to give my daughter her dream wedding! Thank you just isn't enough to show my appreciation and gratitude to both Stephanie and Robby! From day one, they understood my daughter's vision and not only offered their expertise but their friendship. From the very beginning, Stephanie began designing and creating Katie's vision. She quickly became our wedding guru, always there to answer any questions we had, offering her suggestions and passing on any information she thought would be helpful. Stephanie's generosity with her clients goes beyond the working relationship and we quickly regarded her as our friend. We were so excited about the ambiance she created, with the beautiful table pieces, furniture and structures for the perfect outdoor wedding we planned together for 18 months. BUT, within 3 days of my daughter's wedding, it became apparent that the weather was not going to cooperate with our original outdoor plans. We began to panic, but Stephanie was there for us literally every step of the way. She made herself available any time of the day, creating Plan B. We face-timed, called, emailed and texted, up until the very last second, knowing we had to recreate Katie's vision to an indoor ballroom. I can honestly say that it would not have been possible without the vision, support and love that both Stephanie & Robby provided. She was the only one that Katie put her trust in and the only one Katie would listen too! I felt so confident with Stephanie's dedication & talent to re-create (in just a few short days) the ambiance of the vision Katie had for her wedding from outside to an indoor space. She knew exactly what was needed and not only put me in touch with other vendors we would now need, but even went so far as to contact many of them (the lighting and the flowers) herself to make adjustments that she knew would be necessary. We took her advise, her guidance, her suggestions and her expertise trusting her along the way. The overwhelming support, love and assurance she continued to give us didn't end until we saw her and Robby the day of the wedding. Hugging this amazing, energetic and beautiful women made us feel as if we were part of her family. They personally worked tirelessly to do whatever was needed to bring Katie & Bryan's wedding vision to life. Like I said at the beginning of this review, there really aren't enough words or gratitude to say THANK YOU enough... for both Stephanie & Robby and the entire team at Ocean Hawks for going above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding even more spectacular then we could have imagined. But a picture says a thousand words. The picture I have of Katie and Bryan seeing the Ballroom for the very first time, before we allowed the guests to join in their amazing celebration of their fairytale wedding. My daughter literally dropped to her knee overwhelmed by the sheer beauty they created exclusively for their wedding.
I have read the other reviews and this is just who Stephanie & Robby are! You will not find a more dedicated couple in the industry, or a more amazing company like Ocean Hawks that will work tirelessly to create your vision. Thank you just isn't enough for what they do! -

The best rental company out there! Steph and her team helped me for over a year to make sure every detail of my wedding looked exactly how I envisioned it. It was hard as a bride who has only been to 1 other wedding to explain exactly what I wanted, but this team truly helped me design the most perfect day. They were always a text or phone call away. They built me a BEAUTIFUL custom seating chart and knew that was something important to me. They got the exact candles my fiance wanted and all their pieces were absolutely gorgeous. I recently got married on 01/26 and booked Ocean Hawk Rentals as my decorator. I visited my venue a few months before my wedding, and saw beautiful wood panels set in the reception area. I had to find out if it was the venue’s decor or not, the venue provided an Ocean Hawk Rental’s pamphlet. I later spoke with Stephanie on a phone consultation. I was impressed with how thorough she was, she brought up decor ideas that I never thought about. Fast forward to my wedding day, I was blown away by the decor that was already set up before I got there. The decor pieces added an elevated elegance that tied everything together. Brides to be please incorporate Ocean Hawk Rentals into your big day. Ocean Hawk Rentals also recommended Gather and Grace Desgins for a florist. With Ocean Hawk Rentals working with Gather and Grace Designs, my wedding was truly beautiful. Thank you!

Over a year ago, we began planning my daughter’s wedding in Orlando. One obstacle was that we live in South Carolina and my daughter and her then fiancé lived in Alabama.Late one night, I was browsing different event planners on Wedding Wire and I came across Ocean Hawks Rentals. I immediately sent her a message because everything that I saw on her site appealed to me. The next day, I spoke with Stephanie and it was the truly the start of something amazing. EVERY detail that I spoke with her about, she was able to bring it to life. She and her husband Robbie are amazing. The one thing that stuck out was when we visited Orlando several months later was the fact that Robbie told us that if we could dream it, he could build it. We were able to easily go on the site and pick out items that we wanted to use for the wedding. If I didn’t see and item, Stephanie went and got it.I received our “look book” or design board, with ideas a few days later and it was everything that I expected and more. I knew without a doubt that we had made the right decision and I didn’t look any further. One of the travel globes that she selected had parts of my wedding vows on it, so we felt that it would be a nice touch at our daughter’s wedding. My daughter was born in Kansas and she loved that there were sunflowers featured on one of the tables. Stephanie leaves no detail overlooked. Over the past year, I’ve seen different weddings that Stephanie has done and each one is amazing. She has a great eye for detail and takes into consideration every component of your wedding to ensure that it is amazing. We spoke with Stephanie a couple of additional times during the year prior to the wedding and we had a walk through at the venue with Robbie. He answered all of our questions professionally and offered valuable tips on placement of items.As a Type A personality, I was able to feel at ease knowing that they were taking care of all of the details. For me, there is no better choice. On the day of the wedding, they arrived promptly with everything that we ad ordered. Everything looked exactly as I had pictured it...just better (if that is possible). My guest raved about the fact that each table truly represented the country/continent/city for our travel theme. There were tears shed for our memorial wall. I believe that there is nothing that Stephanie and Robbie can’t do. No matter how weird my ideas were, she rolled with it and I can not thank Ocean Hawks enough. -

Beautiful Setup
These guys... Stephanie and Rob.. they are the sweetest and the most transparent couple/vendors I hired. mishaps happened (like in most weddings) and they honestly were so professional and found solutions.. what they offer to rent is beautiful. I was able to trust her with my vision and set up, which was awesome because unfortunately I didn't have the best wedding planner. I cannot recommend Ocean Hawks Rentals enough! When we started planning our wedding, we didn't think we were going to need to rent many items because we were told from another vendor that they had a ton of props and decor for us to use, which long story short, turned out to be a nightmare and left us with not much time to find alternatives. All I can say is, I am forever grateful to have found Ocean Hawks Rentals. Steph and I immediately clicked when we had our first consultation call. We had so much in common, it was like she was in my brain and completely understood my vision. I am a very detail-oriented person (and also quite obsessed with design and prop-styling), so the fact that Steph was able to help me pull everything together and bring our vision to life meant so much to me. You can tell that her and Robbie are passionate about what they do and really care about their clients. Not only are their rental items absolutely stunning, but Steph was so easy and kind to work with. Also worth mentioning that our entire interaction was through text and phone calls since we live almost 2 hours from Orlando. Ocean Hawks helped make our wedding that much more special and again, I am forever grateful. Highly recommend Steph, Robbie, and their amazing team. You will not be disappointed! -

How do I even condense the extent of love and gratitude I have for these two amazing people and team?

Let's start with the beginning: I was frantic, lost, and completely unaware of how intimidating rentals can be. I was on my way from seeing items from another rental company when I received the best call! I was on a super tight timeline and had stumbled across OHR through a recommendation. BOY, did I get lucky. Stephanie called me after I emailed for a consultation and met with me the same day. We sat and brainstormed for 2 hours (which isn't nearly as bad as it sounds). It felt more like I was sitting and chatting with a friend. Stephanie was such a pro - really putting my vision into words. She understood my dream wedding right off the bat and did everything she can to give me that. I left that first consultation so relieved, like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

Throughout the process: Stephanie and Robby were fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They diligently answered all my emails/texts/phone calls with patience and kindness (and answers!). I added a last minute item to my rentals list and they made it happen. I was so impressed by their artistic vision and resourcefulness that I really felt like I was in good hands. We met up once more before my wedding to finalize details - and lemme tell ya - it put my mind in such ease. There really isn't anything like knowing your vendors have your back. My husband (then fiance) met them for the first time during that meeting and LOVED them as much as I did. In his words "their creativity, ability to customize/add that personal touch, and genuineness make them amazing people to work with."

Wedding day: They knocked it out of the park! From the moment I stepped onto my venue site, Stephanie gave me the biggest hug and reassured me that everything would be fantastic. Of course, I trusted her 100% but when I saw what they had done to transform the space - I was BLOWN AWAY. It was stunning, so much better than I could have ever envisioned. We got so many compliments that day - the small touches and intimate details they included were so...us. They seriously went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me my dream wedding. I remember at one point in the night, I closed my eyes for a second then looked out and saw the hanging globes and candles. Everyone was laughing at their tables, the beautiful runners cascading off the long elegant tables. The glittering glass globes dripping from the overhangs. The gelato cart peeking around the corner. And I was just so overwhelmed with gratitude.

Absolutely obsessedddd with Stephanie! Can't say enough amazing things about her and her husband. She answered every call, text and email and was there every step of the way. She completely took my vision and ran with it. Robby is also very talented and made our circle arch specially for us to make sure it fit the elevator of our venue. Awesome couple, stunning work, and beautiful decor. Highly recommend! -

Ecstatic with Ocean Hawks!
Ocean Hawks Rentals were wonderful to work with and created the “piece de resistance” of my wedding!! I had always imagined some sort of “reveal” when guests would see me in my dress for the first time with my dad by my side and for when I would see all our guests for the first time with Jason at the end of the aisle waiting for me. With our wedding being outdoors, I knew we would need to find some sort of portable doors to rent to make this “reveal” happen. The problem was that there were very few doors in the area available to rent and my slim options did not fit the rustic chic theme of our wedding. My planner raved about Ocean Hawks, who we were already renting beautiful wooden tables and other pieces from for our ceremony and reception. Without expecting them to say yes, they agreed to build and design custom doors from scratch for us! They were able to not only create my vision to make it a reality, but they built the most stunning and detailed doors I could have imagined. My guests say that the opening of the doors was the most breathtaking moment of my wedding, and I could not be more grateful for a company that takes its clients’ visions to the next level. Ocean Hawks worked seamlessly with my other vendors to make my wedding absolutely stunning, and I’m so thankful! Highly recommend them! -

YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED! If you are looking for the PERFECT vendor to help you with décor rentals & designs, I encourage you to go ahead and request a quote for pricing before they book up! Not only did they provide the perfect rentals for my bridal shower in November 2018, they were incredible for our wedding! Their execution for our Bella Collina evening wedding on 2/1/19 was FLAWLESS. Stephanie and Robby are the most genuine, helpful, and sincere vendors in this industry and this was evident by their commitment to executing our vision and bringing it to life and keeping things cost effective. If you can envision a design they will work to bring it to life, all while keeping budget at the forefront of the planning – which is a rarity in the wedding industry. Stephanie and Robby met with my mom and I who were doing all the planning for the wedding not once but TWICE because the first time I didn’t have my vision clear and Stephanie was the perfect person to be direct and help me channel my vision. Stephanie was available via text and phone when I needed her and in addition to our two meetings, we had a pre-wedding conversation the day before just to revisit all the details and ensure nothing was left out of place. Stephanie and Robby went above and beyond the day of our wedding to ensure our vision including items out of their scope were perfect for us and we can’t thank them enough! Made my day truly Magical
When I met Stephanie, we instantly clicked. Her and I hit it off from day one. She truly listened to me and had the best ideas and suggestions to make my day truly one of a kind. She was my wedding angel that made my wedding truly magical. She thought of details that I wouldn't have ever thought of, and was so detailed oriented she never forgot a conversation or anything we ever discussed. She even would text me when she was out and about shopping for ideas if I liked certain items which I loved!! We got married at Bella Collina and I kept saying I wanted sooooo many candles, and boy did she deliver, her and her husband lit over 400 candles on my special day, it truly was a fairy-tail and felt so romantic. Stephanie and Robbie were amazing from start to finish when it came to all of the small details for my wedding. I ended up meeting them at a pretty last minute time before the wedding and I am so glad they squeezed me in. At that time I was feeling so overwhelmed with rentals and linens and chargers and all of the things and I immediately felt at ease when I met them and we started to piece together our vintage travel themed wedding. Stephanie says that her vision is to give her brides a wedding straight off of pinterest and I really feel she does that and so much more. She completely captured my vision, was so consistent with reaching out, and made the entire experience so fun and so special. I highly highly recommend Oceanhawks. Every guest at my wedding commented on how intricate their items were and how it all came together and really showed who we are as a couple.
