Heather Hamilton (General Manager) & her Ocean Cliff Negril Team have been an absolute pleasure to work with . She leaves no stone unturned. The property is absolutely breathtaking and intimate with only 18 cottages perfect place for a wedding or intimate party . Although this setting is in place it would be nothing without the right team of people in place . From the grounds keepers to the restaurant staff to the bar to the office to the spa each and every person working here is service minded and people oriented and that made the difference for my destination wedding. Heather was thoughtful and never lost sight of what was important. She ensured the special touches were in place and got to know each and every guest name before the wedding weekend arrived. I was impressed with her work ethic and openness to feedback . She took any note provided and exceeded expectations to enhance our experience. I asked that a microwave be available and she ordered one ! It's sometimes just the little things . The food is absolutely amazing at this property. So many special touches that my guest were able to enjoy and add to the wedding weeding experience. I could not have chose a better place to say I DO!!!! Don't hesitate to book here and allow her and the team to treat you like a priority every step of the way ! Heather is a Boss Lady !!! -

The Most Amazing Wedding Experience!!!!!
I don't have enough words to describe how amazing my experience was at Ocean Cliff Hotel. Heather (Manager/Wedding Planner) and her amazing staff did not miss one detail. From planning to execution, Heather worked closely with me to make sure my wedding day was epic!
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by Heather. We hugged each other so tight; it was a beautiful moment. Heather took us to our room, the "Bridal Suite". The bed was beautifully decorated with "Here Comes the Bride" and there was a bottle of champagne in ice waiting for us. The bridal suite was beautifully crafted; there is a freestanding tub on the balcony, a swinging egg chair that seat two people, and a dining set for mealtime.
On the days leading up to the wedding, Heather and I would meet periodically to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. On my wedding day, Heather and Rochelle (Wedding Coordinator) checked on me constantly. Shortly before the ceremony, Heather brought the bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids.
Heather held my dress while I took the path that led to me to where I would walk down the aisle. Everything that happened after our vows was magical. We decided to have a tent in case of rain. The tent was so beautifully designed with drapes of our wedding colors and chandeliers. The wait staff that serviced the reception was so friendly and warm to all my guests. Everyone in attendance had all great things to say about their experience. We are all looking forward to our next visit. If you are looking for a unique, beautiful boutique hotel to host your special day, Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril is a perfect choice. Thank you, Heather and your team, for doing an amazing job! -

Exceptional
I cannot express enough how much my wedding at Ocean Cliff exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was helpful and accommodating, they fulfilled every request that we had. We asked for lots of lights to accentuate our event, and boy, did they deliver !!! Heather made the experience pleasant and Rocky was the man behind all the magic. The bridal suite was fit for a king and queen and can we talk about the fire dancer for a moment??? Oh my Goodness. Phenomenal. Super pleased. Makes me want to get married all over again 🤩 -

Expectations Exceeded
I cannot speak highly enough about Heather and the staff at Ocean Cliff. Heather immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable with the entire process. As with any occasion, you are bound to have a few hiccups along the way, but Heather ensured me everything would be fine. It was! I love the tranquility of the property. It is an amazing place. -

We looked at a number of locations in Negril and after a visit to Ocean Cliff and a conversation with Heather it was a no-brainer. She worked with us to stay within our budget, was incredibly organized, a strong communicator, and we had to do very little planning outside of all that she arranged for us. My guests all stayed at the hotel and with lots of gathering areas, a beautiful pool, cliff-side swimming, and a beach, it was the perfect spot for our big weekend. The food was top notch, bar run efficiently with reasonable pricing, and the staff all helpful and quick to offer help. I would recommend Ocean Cliff to anyone planning a wedding in Jamaica. -

We had our wedding and honeymoon here and it could not have been more perfect!! Heather is an amazing Wedding Planner and the Resort is just absolute Paradise !! Our Cottage was amazing , we had coffee every morning on our patio , overlooking the cliffs and water and then snorkeled in our own “backyard “ . The day of our wedding ceremony we had massages in the morning , outside next to the Cliffs. Just Ana Amazing Resort and Heather takes care of everything!! Can’t wait to go back . -

I wanted a rustic yet ocean view and the Ocean offered that. With the panoramic backdrop of the Caribbean Sea in the background coupled by the magnificent stone walls, it needed little or no decor . Simply beautiful.
Our wedding planner Heather Hamilton and her team did an excellent job in making our wedding absolutely memorable.
I recommend Ocean Cliff. -

Best decision we made when we decided on the space. Heather knew exactly what we wanted and the team worked with us to get to the wonderful wedding we ended up having. The food, the cake the drinks 🤌🏽🤌🏽 on point. We had no complaints there and it can be tricky cooking for large groups but let me tell you everything was spectacular. We got married at Ocean Cliff in may 2024 and it was a gorgeous wedding from A to Z, however, we have since found out how shady they are.
Because I had referred many brides, the manager offered me the "industry standard" commission if I kept referring brides. Once it came time to pay me, she made every excuse in the book to not pay. I then found out through difference sources that the vendors prices were massively inflated and pocketed, and employees did not get their fair share of tips. If you tip, hand it directly to them (not to the manager to distribute or the shared tip jars!). Really disappointed by this shady-ness and will not be recommending to other brides.
