  Trinity and Amber are EXCELLENT! Trinity Reed is the most organized, kind, funny, spectacular woman. In addition to that, she made all of us at the Hughes/Martin wedding feel totally at ease as she guided us through an almost flawless day. Mother Nature had her way a few times, but then the Lord opened up those skies, the sun shined upon us. Through it all Trinity remained calm, which calmed the bride and her Mama! I'll admit we were a little nervous when we had to answer all the questions on the timeline. I totally understand it now, it made the day run like well oiled machine. If you want your wedding to be all you ever imagined, hire this woman, you will not be disappointed.

  Trinity was the best part of our wedding! I am extremely Type A and had everything planned almost a year in advance, but I knew I wanted to be calm and relaxed on the wedding day, so I hired Trinity, and it was the best decision we made. She was very thorough in the weeks leading up to the wedding, but it was only to make sure our day went off without any issues. She kept everyone calm and happy, and was completely professional throughout the entire process. Thank you, Trinity for making our day absolutely perfect!

  Best money ever spent! Trinity was a lifesaver for the month before the wedding at the Charles Morris Center . I had no idea of details and behind the scene jobs that needed to be done. She was so very patient and professional. I was so naive about all the things that need to be done at the last minute. She was the most thorough and organized person that you could hope for. She truly was the absolute best!

  Trinity is the definition of professionalism and efficiency! She was the "day of" planner for my cousin's wedding. She was so helpful with the millions of questions we had regarding vendors, etiquette, and just general wedding concerns. She is so easy to get along with. She's amazing when it comes to the details,and the "flow" on the day of the wedding was seamless! Our family and guests were very impressed with how smoothly everything went, and most important of all my cousin and her beau were virtually stress free because of Trinity's dedication to making their wedding the best day ever!

  As a wedding/event planner myself, I knew that I was going to need the BEST OF THE BEST on my special day. I needed someone that would help make sure that my destination wedding in Savannah, GA was perfect. After all, my friends and family would expect nothing less!
  
  I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Trinity Reed until the day before my wedding. Most would be freaking out but I was 100% confident that she understood my vision. Our wedding day was that of a fairytale!

  There are not enough words to describe how fantastic working with Trinity Reed at Occasional Celebrations really is. She is a wealth of knowledge and always available to help in any way possible. Having a wedding planned for the weekend after a major weather event (Hurricane Matthew) was an absolutely nail-biting and anxiety filled experience. But although Trinity (and just about all of my other vendors) were dealing with their own issues, she was STILL reachable, and doing anything and everything that she could to reassure me and keep everything on track. She was amazing, my wedding was perfect, and I would recommend her to anyone for any type of event!!

  Would recommend Trinty Reed and Ocassional Celebrations to anyone. We drove 7 hours to "let's elope Savannah style". They took the worry and head ache of worrying and we relaxed and enjoyed our wedding day. Also, we want to mention Jamie Weaver of Dream Weaver Photography, Michele Wadas and her hair and make -up stylists of Amazing You and Dewey Hooper the officiant who performed our ceremony. We told them what we wanted and they produced. These individuals took care of everything. Would highly recommend!??

  Occasional Celebrations went above and beyond for us. I contacted Trinity the Saturday before, September 18, 2016, and asked her if she could help us pull together a wedding within a week. Trinity never even missed a step. Within 24 hours of my first email, Trinity had the photographer, officiate, location and florist in place. Other than Trinity checking in to ensure I had been in contact with everyone, I literally had nothing to do for this wedding, but to show up. On the day of the wedding, she had everything set up and ready to go when we arrived. She even used her wedding planner pull to orchestrate the church bells to ring and motorcycle club to ride by at the perfect moments (just kidding, but it did happen). Occasional Celebrations made what was an overwhelming and spur of the moment thought a reality within 24 hours notice. I am forever grateful!

  From start to finish, my elopement was just what I wanted. Trinity made it very easy for me from the very first phone call. She took care of everything and made my very simply elopement, something I will remember forever. You really get a lot of bang for your buck. Flowers were more than I expected, our Reverend Dewey was perfect, and the photographer Jamie Weaver with Dream Weaver Photography had a great personality and I am so happy with my pictures.   Trinity helped make our special day easy and stress free. Even when the groom forgot two boxes of decor for our designation wedding Trinity made magic happen. We were so happy with the outcome of our special day that we are currently trying to come up with ideas for future celebrations just to get the chance to work with Trinity and Occassional Celebrations again!

  Most professional and knowledgeable coordinators and so very thankful for every detail handled. Very reasonable yet elegant and class only found in event planners such as Occasional Celebrations due to experience and creativity. Using this group was easy after others used them and raved reviews.. We ditto all other great comments.

  Trinity was amazing! From the day we hired her to the very end of our day! Above and beyond! I enjoyed my day because she took care of all of the details! I even had a dress malfunction and she was at my rescue immediately! I felt like I made a lifetime friend! Couldn't ask for a smoother or less stressful day! Thanks again Trinity!!

  Words cannot justify how truly amazing and professional Trinity Reed with Occasional Celebrations is for your wedding planning needs! My husband and I were married at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel in August 2016 - It was a larger than expected reception and ceremony of 150. Literally more guests arrived than RSVP’d and without my Groom or I knowing, she added in an extra table at last minute for our unseated guests! Trinity and her assistant, Kaitlyn, made sure that the entire night went off without a single hitch. She means it when she says that her main goal is to make sure that the newlyweds are 100% happy and know nothing of any mishaps or malfunctions! Even when I threw my bouquet into the chandelier at the Chapel (for the first time ever!) she made me feel completely calm and relaxed about it! She immediately made me laugh and told me not to worry, within minutes she had already called the Chapel coordinators to make me feel at ease about landing flowers two stories up. Above all, that was the best thing about her wedding planning style - you are her #1 priority above all else from beginning to end. We had decided within seconds of meeting her that she was the right choice for all of our wedding planning needs. She just knows how to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. She was uber prepared, which a Type A Bride needs when scheduling an out-of-town wedding. I like a lot of options, well man did she ever deliver! I had so many amazing vendor choices at my feet and we were so pleased with the choices we landed on thanks to her guidance. We learned quickly that she is an excellent listener who cares very much about giving the client what they want no matter what. She got to know us and was able to make excellent suggestions based on what was important to us and to our budget.   I would rate Occasional Celebrations 10 stars if I could!! The best money I spent for our whole entire wedding was on hiring Occasional Celebrations to be our day of wedding planner. Trinity was my Fairy god mother of wedding planning. With out her service I would of had no clue what to do. We planned our wedding from Michigan and the whole year she was so helpful with any questions I had. She executed everything I had asked of her perfectly and put 110% into it. Trinity is a truly a sweet, genuine and kind person!!

  I would rate Occasional Celebrations 10 stars if I could!! The best money I spent for our whole entire wedding was on hiring Occasional Celebrations to be our day of wedding planner. Trinity was my Fairy god mother of wedding planning. With out her service I would of had no clue what to do. We planned our wedding from Michigan and the whole year she was so helpful with any questions I had. She executed everything I had asked of her perfectly and put 110% into it. Trinity is a truly a sweet, genuine and kind person!!

  Trinity was an answered prayer for our destination wedding in Savannah, GA. From the first time I spoke with her, I had a great feeling that she was going to help make our day amazing and give me peace as I’m a type A control freak. During the planning process she was very responsive and had great recommendations. For our wedding, she had a detailed timeline that was very detailed, but very easy to follow. She made sure that all the little things that were important to me were taken care of and that I was able enjoy the day and not worry if things were getting taken care of, because I knew she had it taken care of. Hurricane Joaquin decided to make an appearance on our wedding day so we had to tweak a few things, all of which she handled like a true professional. Our cake fell on the way to the venue (but shoutout to Cake-a-licious for taking care of it and creating a miracle) and I never knew about it until after the wedding. That’s what Trinity is there for – to take away any of the stress and handle any issues that could come up so I could enjoy the day, stress-free and full of wedding bliss. I could go on and on about how great she is, but as soon as you speak with her, you’ll know you’re in good hands. Thank you Trinity for helping make our dream wedding a reality and becoming a friend along the way!

She answered all of my questions and helped with suggestions well before the day of. She met with us before the wedding and we hit it off. She was exactly what I was looking for as a bride and exactly what my husband was looking for as the groom. In the middle of the Savannah heat, she was running all over the place on the day of the wedding to make sure every detail was perfect. And it was. We owe this all to Trinity.
