We recently had our wedding reception at The Oak Brook manor and they were so great to work with! The staff was very professional and very organized, no detail was spared! Monica really made sure our dreams came true and made our day special! The food was excellent, all our guests loved it. This venue team was so easy to work with, they are highly experienced and also worked great with our other vendors throughout the night. I couldn’t be happier with how our day went, I would highly recommend them! PS- the bridal suite is also AMAZING for photos! The venue itself has plenty of photo ops but the bridal suite is chef’s kiss! -

Beautiful Wedding Reception Hall
I can’t say enough amazing things about OBBT. Marianne and the rest of the team were amazing to work with by always going above and beyond, promptly answering emails, giving suggestions on layout and decor, and coordinating with all of the vendors on the big day. The layout made for the best experience for every guest with a picturesque formal dining room for dinner, a separate room for our photo booth/snacks, an outdoor area for the dance floor and cocktail hour, and another area as a rain contingency. Guests that don’t love dancing were still able to be outside near the dance floor and feel like they were a part of the party. To top it off, there were three bars making it super easy and fast for guests to get a drink, and there was a beautiful pond in the back for family photos. Amazing location, super private, and stunning reception hall for any event! -

Gorgeous venue, wonderful staff!
Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Club was the perfect place for our reception. All of the staff during pre-planning and the day-of were amazing. Marianne has good experience and always offered good tips/things to think about. The venue is gorgeous on its own, but with the tables and florist it was magical. The pond and fountain in the back are a fantastic backdrop for photos too! The staff did a great job setting out the decor - it was just beautiful. We could not have asked for a better way to celebrate and would recommend! -

This venue is AMAZING! Marianne and her team played a key role in making sure my day went smoothly. She answered every question I had not only quickly, but with the most information possible which I loved. Additionally, having a backup rain plan that wasn’t 100% inside was a big bonus for me when it came to choosing a venue. They layout was perfect, the time available was perfect, the communication was responsive and professional, and I got many comments that my wedding was the most beautiful our guests had been to! -

Marianne and Lee were more than helpful throughout the whole process. Our situation was a little different than most people's for weddings and they were more than accommodating. They helped me day of when my Bride brain got in the way and I forgot some things. Many guests made sure to tell me how beautiful the venue was. -

We just got married at the Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club on 10/8/21. When we walked in for our first tour we both felt comfortable and knew this had to be our venue. Elegant and understated, nestled in the middle of the woods. From beginning to end, they were helpful, responsive, and professional. The venue is stunning. We loved the tall ceiling with chandeliers along with the large windows. The venue does not need too much decor, and they have amazing flowers and landscaping. We loved that we were the only wedding on our night. Marianne and her team were so helpful with rescheduling due to covid and they have great communication with Tasty Catering which is makes it so easy. Everyone talked about how beautiful and comfortable the venue was for our amount of guests (111). The only minor issue we had was people playing tennis during our ceremony which was outside under the covered veranda. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend this venue. -

Great Venue & Team
My experience with Oakbrook Bath and Tennis was great from our first Zoom meeting for introductions and questions through the end of my event. Marianne and Jordan were a pleasure to work with, they were very responsive, friendly and professional. They answered all questions in a timely manner and Jordan was there helping me with every last detail the day of the event. All in all, everything was perfect! -

Oak Brook Bath and Tennis was the absolute perfect pick for our day. The venue is simply gorgeous, not inside and out. The entire staff was incredibly helpful with all of the ups and downs we had of planning a wedding that we weren’t certain would be safe to have. In the end, everything went off without a hitch! -

Marianne was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. Sadly, we were not able to have our dream wedding as planned at Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club due to COVID-19. Marianne was understanding, and a supportive. We are very pleased and highly recommend this venue. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with a fantastic lay out. -

Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club was the first venue that we visited. We immediately fell in love with the place. It has a beautiful indoor and outdoor space. The pictures just don't do it justice. From the very first day, we felt very welcomed by the staff, and the communication with everyone there has been very easy and pleasant. Due to COVID, we unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding twice. We had a very difficult time deciding whether and when to postpone our wedding since my fiance and I also had job changes that required us to move out of Chicago. However, Marianne and her team were very responsive and supportive during the process. Marianne talked with me a few times on the phone giving me updates and offering a lot of great advice. We can't imagine doing this without their tremendous help and support. The catering company, Tasty, is also extremely pleasant to work with. They are very flexible and offer great food selections at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club to host your wedding or any other event! -

2020 has proven to be an incredibly difficult time to plan a wedding, but we are so grateful to have the Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club Staff, especially Marianne, guide us through these unprecedented times. We have had to reschedule our original wedding date due to the pandemic and we have been treated professionally and with great empathy every step of the way. Marianne has been upfront and transparent about the phases of reopening and how these measures will affect our plans for our wedding. Our event changes were easy and done quickly, and the preferred vendors have been accommodating as well. I know that we will be able to have a safe and special event in 2021 and I cannot imagine how hard this postponement would have been without their support. They have worked so hard to help us and have been so understanding of our unfortunate circumstances. I strongly recommend Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club to host your wedding! They are the best! -

We reached out to this venue while they were in the middle of remodeling. Even with all the craziness going on within the venue, the staff was very accommodating and let us see the space and explain what changes were being made. Lets be honest, no one wants to book a venue without going in and seeing the space. We fell in love instantly, picked a date and put down a deposit. The staff was friendly, responsive, professional and extremely helpful. They helped us along with their wonderful catering company, step by step to make the process smooth and stress free fro everyone. I would definitely recommend the Bath and Tennis club to anyone looking for an amazing, reasonable and stress free venue. -

OBBT is such a beautiful wedding venue, indoors and outdoors, with amazing staff. From our first email requesting a venue tour, Marianne and her team were responsive and helpful with every detail. COVID forced us to change our plans and they were accommodating and empathetic throughout the postponement process. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! -

Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club was a great pick for our wedding venue! The space itself is beautiful and very open. It is set off the main road and only hosts one event a night which makes it feel very private and secluded. The team at OBBT handled our day of schedule and our vendors for the day of the event. They also helped us get our decorations and table numbers set up. -

Elegant, Seamless, and Unforgettable
We absolutely adored everyone we worked with at OBBT! They were so helpful an accommodating. They allowed us to bring our family members to check out the location on a couple different times. The vendors they provided were fantastic. Together, they all made everything move seamlessly. The venue is gorgeous! All of our guests raved about it. We were able to utilize both inside and outside of the venue. Our pictures were fantastic because it was such a beautiful venue. They have brand new bars and flooring. I highly recommend contacting OBBT for your wedding! The price is fair, the venue is beautiful, and the staff is great! -

Fantastic Staff and Venue
The staff at Oak Brook Bath and Tennis were fantastic. They were friendly, creative, helpful and responsive. They offered great suggestions and were always considerate. The venue itself is beautiful. It lends itself to being casual or formal with lots of flexiblity in between. We loved having the main area, a bonus room and outdoor patio and grounds to move freely around throughout the reception. It was also great to know there were no other events taking place in our space. -

My husband (!) and I had our wedding reception here a week ago and we were sooo impressed. Everyone we worked with throughout the planning process (Marianne, Jordan, and Lauren) was incredibly helpful and responsive. Jordan even came to the venue on the morning of the reception (the same day as her graduation party!) to receive items for the reception later in the day. The venue was stunning and we got so many compliments on the space. The setup of the decor was phenomenal (even better than I imagined!) and everything ran so smoothly the night of the reception. Even though there was a bit of misting rain during cocktail hour, people were able to mingle inside without feeling crowded. When the skies cleared, people were outside on the patio and lawn as well as inside, which was exactly what we had imagined. When I saw pictures of Oak Brook while we were in the beginning stages of planning, I fell absolutely in love. I'm happy to say that Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Club exceeded all of my expectations and made our wedding day a dream come true. -

Marianne and her team were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They were happy to answer any questions, they were very professional and organized, and they were very kind and easy to work with. The venue itself was exactly what I was looking for. The wood ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the amazing light fixtures created a gorgeous setting for our reception. The patio was a perfect spot for cocktail hour. The grounds provided amazing backgrounds for pictures. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride!

Marianne and Jordan are a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond for us. I found this venue back in May of 2016 on Weddingwire. I emailed the venue and had a response within hours! As soon as I found out that the had D'masti catering as their preferred vendor I knew we had to have our wedding here. We were able to set up a time to view the venue within days of contacting them and signed our contract the day of our visit. This venue was everything I ever wanted and dreamed of! -

This venue could not have been any more perfect! There was so much space (inside and outside) for our guests to spread out and enjoy the evening. There was a lit covered veranda off of the room we used as our dance floor (right off of the bar) that our guests were able to use later in the evening to take a break from dancing and enjoy the fresh air (despite the fact that it rained during the reception). My favorite part of the OBBTC was the beauty of the venue. I loved the wood elements, high ceilings, chandeliers, beautiful stone fireplace, and of course the floor to ceiling windows on two sides. We received SO MANY compliments from our guests about being able to see the beautiful flowers, greenery, and landscaping while sitting inside eating dinner instead of staring at bland walls like your typical venue. Not to mention the multiple updates that were done even after we had booked our event including updates to the bar areas. The staff was very attentive and organized. They also exclusively work with Tasty Catering (AMAZINGGGGGG) so it relieved a lot of stress trying to find a caterer for the event and knowing that they have worked in the space before...no need to worry about coordinating the little details between vendors! Just note, communication can be a little slower on the weekends due to their attentiveness to clients/events occurring on those days, but that's a good thing if your event is that day! Again, my husband and I as well as our guests couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you OBBTC! :) -

Melissa Sent on 10/22/2015Our wedding on October 11, 2015 at the Oak Brook Bath & Tennis club was as close to perfect as we could've hoped for. Tammy was great to work with and was usually very timely with her responses to email. She was flexible and allowed time for us to visit the venue a few times over the course of the year and a half that we planned (I was planning from out of state), and was able to answer questions and help as much as possible.
The venue itself is GORGEOUS. Pictures certainly don't do it justice - the vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, landscaping, etc. are all amazing. We also loved that the space makes it easy to have both the ceremony and reception in one place. We had a brunch wedding, and were pleased to be able to use the lawn for yard games to give our guests other options aside from dancing.
The value is unparalleled! You can't find anything as beautiful as this space for this price anywhere else in the suburbs! I would highly recommend anyone consider the Oak Brook Bath & Tennis Club for their wedding day! -

This venue is really great. Although the walls and bathrooms can use an upgrade, they recently upgraded their bars and they look FANTASTIC! This was a really nice surprise right before our wedding day.
We fell in love with this venue because of the high floor to ceiling windows, the private magical drive-up and secluded space, the gorgeous pond, and the flexibility of the space.
We were really lucky to be able to have the ceremony by the pond but there were also a lot of backup options like a ceremony indoors, covered outdoors, or on the patio. We loved the flexibility of the cocktail hour and interior space as well and it was really nice to have our dance floor open the whole time.
Marianne was absolutely amazing and one of our best wedding contacts. She answered my 10,000 questions in a timely manner, sent me a million pictures, and was willing to help whenever she could. -
