  Engagement & Wedding Photos

  Brandon is amazing to work with, he is super nice and easy going. He always knows where and how to get the best shots to capture your special moments. He is worth every penny and we are so in love with photos he has done for us. We can’t wait to get our wedding photos back. If we lived in the area we would use him anytime we needed photos done.

  The Oak and Barrel team, simply put, is fantastic. Both Brandon and Kaila were so friendly, welcoming and professional. Not only were they the easiest of my vendor team to work with, Brandon provided stunning photos. Scheduling was a breeze and super accommodating too. Our engagement shoot was exactly two months prior to the wedding (cutting it close, I know). He surprised us with video footage and edited photos less than 48 hours after the fact. SO impressive. We were completely at ease and felt like we became fast friends. He captured our wedding day perfectly. He documented the details I was too overwhelmed to catch and accurately caught the vibe/atmosphere we wanted to provide. Kaila helped make sure that pesky strand of hair was in place, brought a blanket, champagne, appetizers...I never had to ask for anything from either of them. They were already on it. They put out fires that were definitely not their responsibility. To say they went above and beyond expectations is an understatement! I feel like I made out like a bandit with the value of their service...I would have paid tenfold. Thank you, thank you, thank you. See you in a couple years for a maternity shoot ;)

  Brandon was the photographer for my June wedding and I can’t imagine anyone else doing as great of a job as he did for all our photos!!! Picking a photographer for your wedding is one of the hardest decision you make- I mean the photos are with you for the rest of your life- and I can say with the utmost confidence that we choose the right one! Working with him leading up to the wedding during the planning process was so easy - he is prompt, receptive, easy-going, and willing to help in any way possible. We were based in San Diego- but got married on the central coast, and he was so easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. We took time to meet with us beforehand and give us an idea of what he can do, he was very clear in his direction and was open to any suggestions or "must have" shots that we wanted. His organization and good communication were hugely helpful. Things can get really chaotic the day of your wedding, but he made sure he had all the information he needed leading up to it to make it as smooth as possible. Additionally, he is extremely hard-working and dedicated to making the day everything you hoped for. Follow up time was super fast! I think we had some sneak peak photos on our way to our honeymoon the following day. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Brandon and his team for ANY of your needs.

He captured perfect moments throughout our day and was awesome at getting us organized for our family and friend pictures. He had professional and perfect poses but also did a great job capturing candid moments. He was reliable and affordable. I love the way he captured our perfect day. I would highly recommend him! We were able to be silly at times and serious as needed. He was fun, relatable and well prepared.
