Erica and Shane of Oak and Fig Floral did an exceptional job for our international destination wedding. When I approached them with the idea for our castle wedding in Scotland, I already knew they were going to be the perfect fit. Their creativity, passion for floral design, and impeccable eye for detail ensured that they were the perfect fit. The process was seamless and they went back and forth with me before we settled on the picture perfect design. Their digital mockups were immensely helpful for the two of us to visualize what our ceremony and reception florals would look like when brought to life. I never once worried about the floral process, even though they were executing in a foreign country with different wholesale growers and even unique floral types. On the day they were professional and efficient and everything turned out better than our wildest dreams. Our guests were oohing and ahhing over our florals all day and night. I couldn't dream of a better floral team. Do yourself a favor and hire them immediately! -

Shane and his team at Oak & Fig Floral are absolutely a joy to work with. They are very very reasonably priced and so fun to plan flowers with. I am not very good at picking things or making decisions, so Shane really helped coordinate a lot more than just flowers which was above and beyond.
My husband and I originally planned for a May 2020 wedding. With the pandemic, we had to push back our date by a year. Shane was the first one to respond back to the new date. Over the next year, we kept in touch and made decisions about adjusting the florals from our original plan of 25 tables down to 15 tables. He knew our venue very well and so it was easy to coordinate with my wedding planner and venue coordinator. They did these beautiful tall arrangements and actually helped decide on a few table linen choices that would make my wedding an absolutely stand out. Shane and his team listened to all of my wants and needs and executed them better than I could've imagined. The other flowers for the bridesmaids and groomsmen were also spectacular. I was so in love with my bouquet I actually sent it off to be placed into resin so that I could keep the flowers forever!
In addition to doing our wedding florals, my mom and I are regular customers, ordering for big holidays like thanksgiving, Christmas, mother's day, etc.
I would HIGHLY recommend picking Oak & Fig Floral for weddings, events, basic floral needs, and etc. because they are the best in the business. -

They’re awesome to work with!
They did my wedding bouquet’s and boutonnière’s and they did a beautiful job! I am beyond pleased with how they worked with me since I had to reschedule my wedding because of COVID reasons. I’m so glad I went with a small business because they really care! Worth every penny! -

Excellent Quality and Design
I’m so glad we worked with the Oak and Fig Floral team. I shared a few inspiration pictures for our wedding, and they created the most stunning design that was one-of-a-kind. We loved everything and received many compliments from guests at the wedding. Their work is impeccable and very high quality down to every detail, including a hand-died ribbon for the bridal bouquet. They were also very accommodating when we needed to change locations. I’d highly recommend Oak and Fig Floral. -

Exceptional, Breathtaking, Magical
Shane is a magician. Hands down. We lost our florist a few months into wedding planning and were referred to Oak and Fig through a mutual colleague. We couldn't be MORE thrilled with what he came up with for our elopement this year. I essentially gave Shane a few pinterest ideas along with a general color scheme and when he asked if I trusted him, I said 100% yes. He was so easy to work with, very quick with communication and such a dear. Brides, when you give your florists loose guidelines and let them be passionate about what they do, they can put together some of the most beautiful arrangements you will ever lay eyes on. We are so blessed for Shane and can't wait to work with him next year for our big wedding. -

My New Dream Come True
We had to re-plan our entire wedding due to COVID, and Oak and Fig were recommended to us by our photographers. I reached out and they were excited to work with me and make my new dream happen even though we were 3 months away from our date. They listened to what I wanted and gave me a detailed look at what flowers would I would be receiving (I wanted flowers with a lot of color and texture including proteas [one of my favorite flowers] and a huge bouquet). My parents picked up the flowers on our big day and they gave great recommendations on how to place the flowers on our arch. Everyone was in awe of the flowers at our wedding and they looked stunning and just as I had asked for. They made my day even more magical and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. My sister got engaged this Spring. With COVID-19 and fears of the future, she pushed the wedding to be as soon as possible. Unfortunately, living on the east coast, I could not attend, but found Shane on the internet to help arrange her flowers. We did this all through email, last minute, and Shane made it as easy as possible. And they were positively beautiful. He was a pleasure to work with and my sister could not have been happier with the finished products. -

Working with Shane at Oak and Fig Floral was a DREAM! Not only did he provide amazing florals for my wedding, but he even provided recommendations for other vendors and miscellaneous wedding advice throughout the whole planning process. He is incredibly easy to talk too and so attentive to details. He has the most unique and fresh style to really spice up any wedding venue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but him. Adventure elopement flowers
I was literally lost for words when I saw the wedding bouquets Shane put together for us. I have never seen more beautiful arrangements! Seriously above and beyond the sample photos I gave him. The bouquets were very reasonably priced and actually much less expensive then other vendors I researched. They traveled in a car on a 2 hour road trip, hiked up and down and mountain and remained perfectly intact.
As if I needed more of a reason to be thankful, Shane sent boutonnieres and small flowers for my hair without charge! They completed our wedding look and made for stunning photos. I would highly recommended seeking out Shane for any floral needs. It was such a pleasure working with you, thank you for helping make our special day perfect! -

Stunning, elegant, creative and worth every penny. Shane had a large venue to work with and he knocked it out of the park! With the large arbor to the sweetheart table, the brides bouquet to the flower girls crown of flowers, we were left speechless. Shane has that artistic eye that made my daughters wedding look like a fairytale. I can’t thank him enough! If you haven’t decided on a florist, I can’t recommend him enough. -

Two words: MIND BLOWN! Where do I even begin? Shane and his team far exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding day. We first saw Oak and Fig Floral's work at the Weddings in Woodinville event in January 2019 and were completely blown away by their talent. I highly recommend you attend this event if you are getting married! It is such a wonderful way to find wedding vendors and is a great excuse to get together with your bridesmaids and have a spectacular time! I am so glad I did because this is where we met Oak and Fig Floral! When we first met, we had so much fun chatting with them and getting to know them on a personal level. They were so wonderful to work with, professional, and they really seemed to genuinely care about their clients. I showed Shane and the team my vision and they completely took it to the next level! Shane had so many amazing ideas and I knew I could completely put my trust in him and his team and boy, they did not disappoint! I got SO MANY compliments on our wedding flowers. People continued to come up to me throughout the day and ask if they could take a centerpiece home with them after the event! I cannot recommend Shane and his team enough. Shane and his team exceeded anything we could have dreamt up for our wedding day. Our venue was a little hesitant about having our ceremony inside their pavilion, if rain occurred ( usually inside plan B is the chapel onsite, which was not what we wanted for our ceremony). However after seeing how Shane , transformed the pavilion into the perfect warm, picturesque wedding scene, the venue coordinator said that they had never had the location look so beautiful/perfect and would have no hesitations in the future if parties could provide this level to flower and decor. I am truly at a loss for words when trying to describe the greenery, incredible flowers that matched our vision for colors, candles/ natural decor and detail that was put into the arrangements, tables and decor around open spaces such as the fireplace. After Shane was done decorating, I was actually GLAD that it was too wet to have our ceremony outside, as the inside even exceeded the beauty outside in the garden. This honestly is hard to do being that we picked our destination venue and site based on the natural beauty the area has up on the San Juan Islands. Shane was terrific to work with, provided detailed quote of type of flowers, numbers and price. Pricing was completely reasonably for the professional, again exceeding expectations job he did for our wedding day. Hiring Oak and Fig Florist was one of the BEST decisions we made in planning our wedding and I without a doubt would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Shane for making our fairytale wedding come true! -

Amazing!
Shane and his team made my floral dreams come true! Originally, they were unable to do my wedding because they had another wedding the same day, but they were super accommodating and were able do both weddings without sacrificing any of the beautiful details. They took into account all of the details I envisioned for my wedding and offered alternate ideas to make the decor even better than I imagined. Shane and his team were AMAZING! When we first met, I showed him my vision and he took it to the next level! I walked into my venue for photos right before the ceremony and my husband and I were BLOWN AWAY! Everything that he had described to me in our consultation was done and even better than my imagination.
Hiring a floral vendor was the most difficult part of our wedding. It is the one vendor that you can't see they are planning to do for your wedding until the day of. I was struggling to find someone who was professional and would actually respond to emails! However, when I met Shane and after his immediate response, I knew I was in good hands! He emailed back so quickly, had amazing ideas, and also was so detailed orientated! I can't say enough amazing things about Shane and his team.
Another tip for brides - follow Shane on Instagram! His daily posts are so amazing and allow you to see just how amazing he is!! Any future event we have will be done by Shane. No questions asked! -

I absolutely loved Oak and Fig! Shane was the nicest vendor I had for my wedding and was my most important vendor! I was clueless when I was trying to figure out what I wanted and what my budget was. However, Shane walked me through it all with such patience and kindness. As a bride, I appreciated these qualities so much while planning the wedding! His patience and willingness to work with me was so appreciated. Also, the day of my wedding he was so sweet and excited with all of us and was there if I needed anything and I thought that was amazing! I can't thank Shane enough for creating the most amazing wedding for our daughter! Shane is just pure genius! We were in awe when we walked in and saw the incredible champagne wall, along with all the stunning floral arrangements! Madeline's and the bridesmaid's bouquets took our breath away! Beautiful and creative!
Oak and fig floral created the most beautiful arrangement and decorations for my wedding on July 20th!
We worked together to find something that was within our budget and Shane was SO knowledgeable about every different option.
We ended up changing up the table center pieces a few weeks before the wedding and it turned out amazing!! So much variety in greenery and flowers. We didn’t even need decorations at our wedding because all the arrangements were so beyond gorgeous. Would highly recommend. -

Shane outdid himself on our wedding day. I had wild dreams of Washington foliage, simple and classic boutonnieres, and a giant, loose and unwieldy bouquet. He delivered on it all. His team came in to set up hanging foliage for our wedding tent as well and it looked extraordinary. I was even able to order an extra dozen roses last minute without any issue. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you! -
