  Fantastic Photographer

  Recently, my husband and I had Dan as our wedding photographer and we are very glad we chose him! We got married at the Three Chimney's Inn in Durham, NH. He knew great spots to get pictures and was very attentive to the light in the photos, always making sure it was just right! He helped us feel comfortable and natural during the photos with each other and family. During the reception he was busy taking so many photos but we never once really noticed he was even there! He is extremely professional, genuine, and kind. He was timely and even stayed past the time we asked him originally in order to get a few of the last special moments from our reception. We can't thank him enough for helping make our day one to remember!

  Beautiful Photos!

  Daniel photographed my friend's wedding and came highly recommended from her, so we booked him for our wedding this past fall. He was fantastic to work with! He was very responsive and answered all of our questions before the wedding, and was incredibly flexible on the day of the wedding. He literally told me to feel free to "boss him around", which we appreciated amidst all the other day-of wedding planning stresses! We ended up just booking him (versus a whole team) and we were amazed at how many different angles he was able to get, especially during our ceremony! He must have been running around, but he was so unobtrusive we had no idea! We love our photos and highly recommend Daniel!

  Dan is the man!

  Dan is so professional and so easy going. He sure knows his craft and has pure talent. After he sent the photos I felt like I got to relive that day but from a totally different perspective. He got pictures of everyone from everywhere! He is a one man team but you would think there was five people taking photos. He is absolutely amazing and I want to have him take any professional pictures I have in the future.

  Daniel was wonderful!!!!! Professional, kind, affordable - and our wedding photos are GORGEOUS! He has photographed for three of our family weddings at this point - and we keep coming back for more because the photos are just stunning! A perfect mix of more "traditional" wedding photos and fun pictures of friends and family enjoying the big day. I also love that we have unlimited access to our wedding photos for printing, download, etc. without any watermark. Not all photographers offer that service! Thank you, Daniel, for everything!!! Highly highly recommend!!!

He makes it easy to access all of the photos and his ability to catch great candid moments is really unique! He was a great combination of professional and personal - making sure that we got the perfect photos that we wanted, without being overbearing. We are obsessed with our wedding photos!!! And would highly recommend Daniel!

  Dan is a very talented photographer and we strongly recommend him for wedding and perhaps for other events! We chose Dan after looking at his portfolio online as we really liked his photojournalistic style and rather unconventional and candid photos. Two weeks after our wedding, we received our wedding photos (that is a very fast turnaround by the way), and we are very happy with how our photos turned out. So much so that we are considering making an album with him.
  
  On the wedding day, we had a snowstorm even though it was April! Both my husband and I were initially pretty frustrated with the weather condition. But Dan turned this into a completely fun and memorable photo session. He encouraged us and the wedding party to be brave, that is, taking outdoor pictures in the snow! We ended up having a lot of fun and the pictures came out very beautifully.
  
  Besides his talent as a photographer, he was super easy to communicate. He responded to our emails very quickly, and thoroughly addressed all our questions even when the list of our questions got a bit long towards the wedding day.

  Dan is an amazing photographer that we used for our wedding in July of 2016. On the wedding day, Dan managed to capture every single moment one could want to remember from our wedding day. My wedding guests mentioned to me after the wedding that they had never seen a wedding photographer be so "there" at each and every moment. Dan manages to capture these moments without being "in the way" - as a matter of fact, I look back at the photos and don't even remember him being there to capture them! This is a great quality to look for in a photographer, as you hear stories of wedding photographers who are rude, pushy, and too much "in the way". We had an extremely quick return (just under two weeks) with a link to a large number of our photos that were edited so wonderfully- Dan's editing eye is amazing. On the day, he was sure to include many of the more "posed" photos that one will want in a wedding album, but also took so many candids of us, our wedding party, and our guests which are so absolutely amazing. The candids that he captured really help to illuminate the pure bliss and elation that filled everyone present on our wedding day. He ensured that all of the photos that we wanted were taken, including a "no-look-sneak peek" before our ceremony. I should also mention that it rained on our wedding day and Dan made every single effort possible to make sure we had our outdoor pictures! Dan's photos so expertly paint the beautiful picture of the story that was the best day of our lives!

  Daniel is wonderful to work with. He made everyone feel comfortable on my wedding day. He asks questions about what you want and that's great. He is very personable and can be reached easily. He was so thoughtful when he gave advice. I couldn't have picked a better wedding photographer.

  No one deserves higher praise than Dan Nystedt! He is amazing!
  
  We had a few requirements when choosing a photographer. We wanted to find someone who made us feel comfortable, we didn't want to take a bunch of staged photos, and we wanted to make sure that we did not miss any part of our cocktail hour or reception. On all fronts, Dan was the answer! From our very first meeting, he was professional, easy going, down to earth, and friendly. He listened to our vision and was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions in a timely fashion.
  
  We can't say enough about how easy Dan was to work with. On the day of the wedding, he arrived on time and stayed until the very end of the festivities. He seemed to really understand our desire to limit the number of staged photos, and made a point to get all of the "classic" wedding party/family photos we needed in a very short time. He has a photojournalism style and an incredible eye for capturing the moment, without being in the way. The day after the wedding, I actually commented that I felt like I did not see him at all. But after seeing the photos, he was everywhere! It's hard to believe he was just one person.
  
  A sneak peak of 500 wedding photos were available to us online within 2 weeks, and three discs filled with all of our photos were delivered less than a month after the event. They are all incredible. He was able to take pictures of every part of the day and made sure to photograph each and every one of our guests. He is extremely talented. You need him to be your photographer!

  I was EXTREMELY picky when it came to choosing a photographer. I couldn't seem to find the style I wanted anywhere, until I stumbled upon Dan's website. He offered a wide variety of packages and options for very reasonable prices. We didn't book until really late, and miraculously we were able to get his last available date in October. I was nervous about sending in a deposit without meeting first, but when we did meet with him I knew we made the right decision. He's laid back but also very informative and personable; he asked us a lot of questions so he could make sure we had exactly what we needed on the day of the wedding. He was also very accessible by email so it was easy to reach him if we had questions leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding he showed up early and made sure to check in with me to see what he could do. I requested some shots of the reception site before people were in it, and he was more than happy to accommodate. I have to say he was the most unobtrusive photographer I've ever seen, which was AWESOME because I wanted mostly candids. He did make sure to get all the important formal pictures, and he was able to get through them quickly (it was pretty chilly out), and everyone appreciated that because we were anxious to go inside and get the party going. He checked in with us at the end of the night to make sure he got all the shots we really wanted. A couple of weeks later we had the discs in hand; it was such a nice surprise to get them so soon! Every shot was perfect, and he got a ton of really interesting and unexpected ones. Our friends who had attended our wedding were so impressed with his work that they booked him immediately for their upcoming wedding. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dan welcomed these suggestions in a friendly and open manner. We had an awesome photo shoot at Great Island Common and then had some great photos on the grounds of the golf course at Wentworth by the Sea Country Club. Everyone LOVED the pictures that he released on his site, especially us!
  Dan mailed our prints and discs of our photos just 2 months after our wedding, and he was very helpful in answering all kinds of questions we had throughout the process.
  We would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a reliable, easygoing, and creative photographer.

  Dan is a talented photographer who gave us exactly the photos we wanted. He is professional and was more than timely in responding to emails. We were shocked to arrive home from our honeymoon to see that Dan had already edited and posted our photos online.

  I would HIGHLY recommend Nystedt photography to any couples looking for a wedding photographer; he is fantastic. I live in Atlanta, GA and had my wedding in NH in August of 2010. Dan Nystedt was incredibly responsive and made it easy to coordinate my wedding from so far away. Besides having a great style, he is so easy to work with. He instructs and guides you with picture taking on your wedding day in a way that keeps you relaxed and stress free. Dan did a wonderful job of capturing the moments and all of the pictures that I requested. Even members of my wedding party commented on how easy Dan was to work with as he wasn\'t overbearing at all. All of my pictures came out beautifully. I am VERY pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend Nystedt photography to anyone.

Even members of my wedding party commented on how easy Dan was to work with as he wasn\'t overbearing at all. All of my pictures came out beautifully. I am VERY pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend Nystedt photography to anyone.

  When picking a photographer we literally checked out over 30 photographers recommended by girls on the Knot Boston message board, and we liked Dan's style the best. We wanted beautiful photos, but didn't want someone who was stuck on only taking traditional formals. We were interested in having quality candids as well. Photos that you couldn't necessarily tell were taken at a wedding.
  Dan was very professional and easy to work both on the wedding day and beforehand. He is super friendly. His prices are very reasonable, and we loved the fact that we got hi-res DVDs with all of the photos, and that his packages included edited photos. The day of the wedding he had a list of some of the photos we wanted and did a great job making sure we got everything we asked for.
  
  He was very unobtrusive, and always moved out of the way if our guests wanted to take their own pics of us--without any complaint. Before he left for the night he asked if there were any last minute "must take" shots--which was great. He doesn't book more than 1 wedding each day. And he gives you the option to decide to add additional time the day of the wedding if needed--so if the party is running late or things are still hopping, you can pay for additional shooting time.
  
  His editing eye is awesome and when we got back the set of edited photos, we LOVED every single one! He was very timely, posting the edited photos online with a link exactly 1 week after our wedding, and sending the hi-res DVDs of the pics within 2 weeks.
  
  We highly recommend Nystedt Photography if you are looking for an amazing photographer, and are interested in more than just traditional posed wedding photos.

  I'm so happy that Dan was able to work with me for my wedding. His work is amazing (as you can see on his website) and his prices are so reasonable. Best of all - he gives you a digital copy of all the pictures from your wedding day (both edited and un-edited). Dan was always available for questions and responded quickly to emails. He is so nice and laid back - I didn't have to worry about anything when it came to the wedding pictures. I basically let him have free rein over choosing the photos and layout for my wedding album because I would have been overwhelmed going through all the photos. When the album came to me in the mail (within 2 months of the wedding...since I asked him to put it together without my input), I was ecstatic! He could not have done a better job of capturing the day, and I was blown away by all the candid shots he took that made my husband and I look not too shabby! Do yourself a favor and have Dan do your wedding. He's awesome!

  We got so many artistic, romantic, creative photographs from Dan. He took so many shots and angles that highlighted the beauty of the wedding and my daughter, the bride. I have already recommended his services to several people that have asked. I believe he is a professional and highly talented photographer.

  Daniel did a fantastic job and knew just how to get pictures w/o being in the middle of everything. He was very flexible and accomodating. My only regret is not giving him more instructions for group photos ahead of the wedding. As the bride, I was not thinking clearly the day of the wedding, so I didn't let him know who to focus on for photos. The pictures were beautiful though. He does photojournalism style wedding photos and is great with the technical editing aspects. I can't recommend him enough!

  He will provide you excellent photography for your big day. One suggestion would be to have a few ideas for poses in mind already come wedding day, so you don't waste any time.
