NYLO Hotels Irving/Las Colinas Reviews

This place was a dream for our wedding, plus very accommodating. We got a package deal that included catering, cake, drinks, of course with venue. We also got a percentage off of rooms for our out of town guests (which were a lot!) & a complimentary suite. Everyone was so nice and helpful which made my special day relaxing and free of worry. The bar and pool area were very nice and lively for our guests. They had jenga, corn hole, and TVs by the pool as well. The location has everything you might need. If you are traveling - the shops and restaurants are great, plus its not far from Dallas. Thank you Nylo/Las Colinas for your attentiveness and hospitality!

We were recently married at the Nylo Hotel in Las Colinas. And although we had 2 Coordinator changes between signing our contract and actual wedding day (a year and a half in between booking and event), everything turned out exactly as we hoped. Staff I encountered was very professional. Brianna was great in making sure we were comfortable with the last coordinator change, which happened a week before our wedding. We really wanted our guest to be able to go from ceremony to reception in one location, and not have to worry about anyone drinking and driving. Having it at the hotel, one that follows our decor style, was perfect and checked off all the requirements we had for our wedding. Not to mention, everything was included in the rental fee (napkins, tables, utensils, etc). Food was delicious, Chef was accommodating in making changes to preset banquet menus to fit our request. We also asked the chef to make mini hot dogs for our cocktail hours because my husband is a hot dog freak, and he obliged. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for whatever their needs may be (vacation or event).

Ricky is the most awesome person to work with! He always responds quickly and makes sure we are happy! The venue is gorgeous and I cant wait for my wedding day there!

The entire team at the NYLO was AMAZING! Laura in particular went above and beyond at every turn to ensure every detail was perfect for our big day. Additionally, she worked really hard to give us everything we wanted and keep it within our budget.

Laura did a beautiful job! Food was different and the best! Definitely not typical cold bland wedding food!! I just loved the atmosphere and location!

Staff is very responsive to all matters. Pricing for food selection is steep but not abnormal for hotel reception. Alexis is great!

Despite the abrupt change in onsite coordinators 2 months before our wedding, NYLO provided us with an awesome wedding day! Brooke was AWESOME to work with and was able to get us an amazing deal on booking our ceremony and reception. Laura was also nice to work with, but she was still getting her feet wet at the time of our wedding and we didn't get to work with her much.

The venue is unique in every way, which I loved! The food was....eh...could have been a lot better. We had hot hor devours served COLD, like freezing. The plated meal was definitely not what we expected after our tasting (except for the lobster bisque, which was amazing!) Most of the plates were either room temp or the proportions were not what was in our contract. We had an open bar, and they ran out of a specially requested liquor that we paid extra for - and later I found that they actually had more in the back. Super disappointing considering how much we spent...

I definitely don't recommend doing a plated dinner here for ~200 guests, but I am sure their buffet/carving stations are good. The rooms were super clean and nice, and their overall service was good.

I WOULD recommend NYLO to anyone looking for a ultra unique venue with very inexpensive rooms for your guests! Thanks for the memories, NYLO!

What a beautiful venue for a wedding. The staff was very helpful but did put out much effort to direct the rehearsal and day of schedule. No one knew where they were suppose to be or what was going on. The food was incredible and the hotel was a perfect fit for us.

I was a bit upset on the quality of customer service from most of the staff, specially the DAY of the wedding. I liked the space and food was great but of course with bad waiters and staff, it really does leave a bad taste at the end of the day.
