Nute is AMAZING. Not only did our photos come back flawless, but he really has a talent for making you feel comfortable and enjoy your wedding day. Our pictures were beautiful, and I am so, so happy we went with Nute. Hire Nute if you want the best experience for one of the best days of your life!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nute Nicholson. The entire process of booking Nute as our wedding photographer was stress free, partially due to his ability to create a customized package. We got everything we wanted and more!

Nute was the first and only photographer that we met with when we were trying to find a photographer to shoot our wedding. He is very laid back and personable while still being extremely professional. Every one looks beautiful, our wedding pics look like an Editorial out of the pages of Vogue.

Nute was just a great photographer to work with. He was very friendly, was somehow able to get my new inlaws to cooperate and got some great results. We'll have some amazing pictures to remember the start of our lives together.

I am so glad I hired Nute for our wedding. I've been to three weddings in the past 2 years and my own was the first where the photographer didn't have something go wrong. His shots were amazing, he got along great with all of the guests, and the prints I got were astounding. I'm truly impressed and highly recommend.

Nute did an amazing job with our engagement photos, him an his assistants got along great at the reception, and all of the photos of our wedding were incredible. I couldn't be happier and I strongly recommend him to everyone.

Nute is a perfect example of a real photographer vs some weekend hobbyist with a nice camera. So many amazing shots, made us all look fantastic. Courteous, professional, Nute did really well at putting us at ease and capturing perfect moments for us to someday share with our children and grandchildren. If you're looking for a photographer for your wedding you've found him!

When my daughter was planning her wedding I wanted the absolute best. Nute came highly recommended by our caterer and I was very pleased with his service. Professional, very high quality photographs and I was simply delighted with the whole experience.

Nute was a dream come true for our wedding. He was so helpful, it was obvious this wasn't his first rodeo and his experience shined through. He helped us find a great DJ, him and his assistant were professional and polite even when my niece wandered into one of the shots. The photographs were incredible. If you're looking for a photographer then Nute is definitely the man!

Nute is just amazing, his assistant was adorable and they just did a fantastic job. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of it, Nute was just so friendly and helpful. I loved the black and white photos he did he managed to make us all look fabulous. Now our wedding album is a coveted treasure and we make sure everyone who sees it knows who to use if they ever tie the knot.

I was recently searching the Asheville area for a creative artist for some self promotion shots , I searched the web over and to my dismay there were less than a hand full of creative professional photographers that would actually fit the bill and style that I was after , keep in mind this is my living and I have a good idea of the images I was after. I narrowed it down to 3 locals and reached out and called them ( yes I rang , I like when clients call me so I rang the photographers up front )
Long story one was too expensive for my budget , one had a personality that did not mesh , and the last I felt was just not professional enough nor had experience to make me feel comfortable in laying down a deposit , even the images she used to represent herself were great , I just felt she needed more time behind the camera.
This was an eye opening experience for me ! It made me understand what a daunting task young couples must have choosing their photographer. Its easy to be blinded by the light and simply overwhelmed by the choices at hand in the
end I chose Nute Nichoson , yep thats me !
In the end I walked away with outstanding creative images , a whole new understanding of my clients and perhaps best of all two new photographer friends , one of which is second shooting with me and that expensive guy , gaining that experience , and the other ( that expensive guy ) we talk shop over beers weekly , he is still footing the bill.

It was a tough decision trying to find just the right photographer for our wedding. We asked some of our friends who were married recently and one of them suggested Nute. We found his profile here, loved his photos so we went for it. We could not be happier. Professional, experienced, helpful and easy to work with. I don't know how he did it but everyone just looked great, and the quality is like something you'd find in an art gallery. We highly recommend Nute and sincerely thank him for the wonderful work.

We got married in May, and the photographer we booked with only a week and a half left canceled. Thankfully we found Nute. He helped us through the chaotic last minute arrangements, and was so easy to get along with the whole family loved him. Him and his assistant were so professional and so efficient with the setup and the photos are incredible. The other photographer backing out was probably the best thing that could happen, and we highly recommend Nute to all of our friends and family. My cousin is getting married in the spring and she's already booked with him.

This guy really showed his experience. He helped us with scheduling, squeezed us in for engagement photos last minute, had so many lighting and coloring options, everyone who's seen our wedding album has been amazed. He's very easy going, has an great sense of humor, and did everything to make us comfortable and happy and the result is incredible. Very highly recommended.

Nute photographed our engagement pictures and will be photographing our wedding this April as well. The quality of the pictures is 100% outstanding. He really has a way of making you feel comfortable and getting the shots that count. He really made us look great, better than we could have ever imagined. People who see our engagement photos comment all the time on how great they look. We also got a ton of pictures! It is more than obvious that Nute is a professionally trained photographer and not some kid that takes photos part time on the weekends. The quality of the photos speak for themselves. I can't wait to see what he does for our wedding!

Nute and his team went above and beyond expectations, his camera capturing the beauty of every moment. I've dealt with other photographers before for my sister's wedding and different events and he is the only one I've dealt with worth reviewing and recommending to others.

NUTE TO THE RESCUE. My only jobs were to secure the dj and attire for the groomsmen. But when we ran into problems with our photographer, I asked my brother for the info on the photographer that he and his wife used for their wedding a few months ago. Shelly contacted him and everything worked out. Plus, now, she just cant stop talking about the pictures and that's what is most important. As they say, happy wife, happy life. GREAT PHOTOGRAPHER. I found Nute's website on theknot.com. I took a look at his pics and decided to call him. He was very personal and quoted a reasonable price. On our big day, Nute was prompt and professional, but almost more importantly, he some had great ideas for beautiful shots that I am looking at now. :) If you are looking for someone who is personal & professional, I'd recommend giving him a try. info@nutenicholson.com.

I enjoyed working with Nute and his team! He was professional and definitely knew what he was doing. I received SO MANY beautiful photos and the online site he uses easily allows you to choose your favorites and then download the printing quality ones easily. Nute worked well with our coordinator and was able to help keep us on track. He was nice, easy to work with and helped us relax so our pictures didn’t look stiff. I would definitely recommend him!

As a bride, I was very concerned with finding the right photographer for the big day. I wanted everything to be perfect and caught with the right emotions on camera. Nute Nicholson did just that. He made me feel very comfortable working with him and was SO easy to get along with! He helped schedule the day, and was very timely and orderly. I was so nervous and stressed at first, but his professionalism and background (he has over 15 years experience!) really helped to calm me down.

After we got our pictures, I was speechless! They turned out so amazing. They weren't just pictures of my wedding, but rather he was able to capture every emotion and excitement of the day. Everyone in my bridal party loved Nute. I felt like my pictures could be on the cover of a fashion magazine they were so good!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Nute to any bride! He is the best!

Nute never showed up. He was happy to take the deposit. Now, we can’t get in touch with him. He’s a thief.

Wish I could say that Nute was amazing, but since he decided not NOT SHOW UP for my sisters wedding on 9/28, I can’t really say anything about him. On the wedding day, after MULTIPLE attempts to contact him via phone and Facebook messages, we had to ask all of our guests to please take pictures for my sister. He easily could’ve ruined her most important day, but luckily she is a resilient and calm woman and said the show must go on. I am still so angry that there has been no attempt from Nute to contact as of yet. I know the other reviews here are wonderful but be aware, the photos are only amazing if the photographer shows up.

This is a scam!!! Do not book this photographer for your wedding. My sister got married in Asheville and booked this photographer and he never showed up and his phone is not reachable. Very disappointed that anyone would do this to someone.
