We are so glad we chose Novella's as our venue. Bryce was wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond to any question we had. The weather had seemed clear enough for us to have our ceremony outdoors but took a turn just before it was supposed to start. Fortunately, Bryce and his team were able to quickly set up space indoors. Everything turned out beautifully! Food was excellent. All our guests loved it. -

Novella's was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married. We could not be more please with Bryce and his staff. Bryce was very responsive to all of our messages throughout the whole process. He was also extremely flexible while helping us. My husband and I lived in Lake George when we started our wedding process, he allowed us to do a virtual tour before we did one in person. We felt, throughout the whole process, we never felt pressure to do things a specific way. During our wedding, Bryce made sure we were a priority. When we arrived to the wedding venue, he had antipasto set up in the room and champagne. After our ceremony, he made a plate for us from the cocktail party and during dinner he made us plates from the buffet so we could eat first. His bar tenders were amazing and many of our guests were very pleased with them. His venue was the perfect fit for our 115 guests and could have easily fit more. I wish I could get married again to spend more time at Novella's! -

Dream wedding! Excellent service!
I had my wedding here on June 18. And it was absolutely amazing! It was my dream come true! I couldn’t thank Bryce and staff enough! The food was delicious (one of the main reason why I picked Novellas). Bryce’s communication was excellent. Anytime I had a question he was quick to respond. The day of the event was perfect and anything I needed he was quickly there with answers. The whole day went so smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for better! The event room inside is beautiful and the outside patio is absolutely the best place for a ceremony. Our wedding guests can’t stop talking about how great/ beautiful our wedding was. I would highly recommend having your wedding here! -

The staff and venue made our wedding beyond anything we could have dreamed. Cannot say enough about how they bend over backwards to accommodate their couples. Food, accommodations, and venue are out of this world. -

Perfect. Wedding. Venue.
Novella’s was the perfect venue for our wedding! After numerous tours at other venues, Novella’s was the one we enjoyed the most. Megan made the planning process so easy, clear, and not overwhelming. The day of the wedding was even more perfect. The staff made us feel so comfortable and welcome from the minute we walked in at 7am to get ready until leaving at midnight. We had some unique changes to our day and they were happy to provide suggestions and accommodations to make it happen! They set up the reception room like a beach-themed fairy tale! It was stunning to walk into! The service our family and friends received is still being talked about by our guests. They loved the food, the staff, and (of course)...the drinks! There are not enough words to express our gratitude for everything Novella’s did to make our day the most perfect wedding day! Thank you Novella’s!!!! -

From the second my husband and I arrived at novellas, we knew it was our “place”. I was not originally looking for a traditional venue. I had my heart set on a farm wedding. When this fell through, my heart broke. On a suggestion from my father and law, we decided to pay Novellas a visit. Well, that was the best decision we could have made. Megan, the event coordinator, welcomed us with open arms. She immediately put me at ease. All my anxiety literally melted away during our initial meeting. I told her our ideas, which at that point were pretty scattered as I had planned for a different type of venue. She helped us narrow in on the perfect scenario for our event, through multiple meetings and just really getting to know us as a couple. She was more like a Close friend than an planner, and that made it so much more enjoyable! Every question, every concern, no matter how trivial, she took care of it.
Our event went off FLAWLESSLY! They only do one a day, and we were fortunate enough to be able to do our rehearsal on the gorgeous bluestone patio ceremony site the night before. Unfortunately the day of our wedding it rained, but the fabulous Beth (day-of Coordinator) and her kick-ass staff worked so hard to move everything inside and set up a beautiful ceremony site in the ballroom. By the time cocktail hour was over, the ballroom had been reset for the reception and it was BEAUTIFUL. The food was unreal, as well as the service. My guests are still raving about the “5-star service” and how absolutely professional and classy everything was. I cannot say enough about Novellas. From beginning to end, it was the greatest experience possible!! -

My experience with Novella’s was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredible & they made my wedding venue look beautiful!
I would 100% recommend this venue. Everyone working was incredible and did anything my husband and I asked of them. We were able to set up days in advance and Megan was on top of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. One of my favorite parts of the venue was having the DJ booth off the dance floor. It gave so much more room and looked awesome! Also, I still have my wedding guests complementing how great my wedding day was!! Novella’s is definitely a MUST for a wedding venue!! Megan is incredible!! -

Novella’s made our dream wedding come alive!! The ballroom alone was breathtaking. Megan and Becky listened to everything we asked and set up our room beyond what we wanted. The chandeliers made the room shine! And everyone LOVED the fact that novella’s has the DJ booth up top! That was definitely a plus because our photographers went up there and got amazing pictures!! I would recommend this venue to EVERYONE and ANYONE! -

May 4th Wedding
Finding Novella's was a dream come true. Megan was very professional and passionate about taking the time to get to know us and make our vision into a reality. Before touring Novella's, we had toured over 12 other venues and just couldn't find the right fit for our budget, food choices and overall needs. But at Novella's, the moment we walked in, we knew this place was the one. All the staff the day of the wedding were professional and friendly. The food was amazing. -

Jessica Sent on 11/15/2016Holy cow, this place is amazing. Dawn and her crew are truly exceptional (Especially Becky - we love you!). Dawn is so great to work with - she almost made me feel like I had a built in wedding planner. She is honest and fair, yet easygoing and will do whatever she can to make you happy. The food -OMG THE FOOD! De-flippin-licious. And yes, we made sure we had the time to eat these culinary creations. Her staff is phenomenal, the service cannot be beat, and did we mention the food??? We also didn't find any other venue that was priced this reasonably and felt we got the most bang for our buck possible. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with Novellas in a heart beat. I want more special occasions in my life just so I can book here. Please do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will want Dawn to be your best friend and you will have the time of your life, I promise!
