If i could describe Novella with one word it would be Professionals. The connection and relationship they build with their brides goes beyond anything you can imagine. They take the time and dedication to understand your vision, design it and bring it to life. They are extremely honest when it come to budget. But at the end is your decision as a couple with what you want to go with. The three ladies are an incredible team, they are the perfect combination to the excellent service they provide. If close to your wedding date you feel stressed or nervous, dont be, they will solve it “TRUST ME”.
I left every single detail of my wedding on their hands and i can say im extremely thankful for their service.

Exceptional !!!

First of all I would like to say I loved Novella team!!! From beginning to end they helped my dream wedding come true. My wedding was over the top beautiful and I would do all over again in a heart beat. Carlota is the owner she is very knowledgeable, passionate and a blessing, she looks out for you and wants the best for you and has your best interest at heart always. For that I appreciated her so much through all the stress that comes with wedding planning. She was always their to answer my questions. Secondly her team assistant Mariana wow what a sweet, funny and easy going person she was, she helped coordinate my wedding food menu, drinks, some decor,music etc, she was like the missing puzzle to ease my nerves when I felt overwhelmed with the planning process she was truly a life savor! Thirdly the most amazing and talented Liza, decor manager wow she brings your vision to life to the max just beyond beautiful a true work of art! Next, the most sweetest and I mean the most patient wedding coordinator I’ve ever meet in the world named Naomi, not only she helped me from the start when I was getting ready at my bridal suite, she carried my dress, viel, helped me change into my second dress we laughed because she even dried my sweat behind my hair ( we all know DR heat is no joke) from all the dancing lol she was just all around amazing. Lauren amazing as well she helped the groomsmen keep in order she also helped me at the reception a true sweetheart and patient! And lastly Gabriela who made sure of the finishing touches of my wedding decor was perfect thanks so much ❤️. I wish honestly I can relive my wedding again, in 5 years I will renew my vows and I plan on calling them again. I wanted to let you all know from the Novella team how much I appreciated your dedication, your passion and incredible talent you have for all you do, my wedding would have not been so special and spectacular like it was if it wasn’t for you guys. We love you, Novella!

My husband and I got married on 2/26/2022 at Pearl Beach Club. I first reached out to Novella in December 2021 and knew instantly that Carlota was a true professional and someone I had to work with. Living in the US, I was nervous to plan a wedding in the DR as a Type A planner myself! The process is certainly different in DR (much more relaxed and less time needed to plan larger events) but TRUST THE PROCESS! Everything with Carlota and Liza was more than I could ever have imagined. I was able to meet Carlota at our decor trial and food tasting and I immediately felt as ease and calm just being in her presence. She is the best in the business and was very clearly respected by all of our vendors from photo, video, hair, make up, lighting, music, etc. She has your BACK! - She constantly was negotiating for us and suggesting the very best options for our day. It made all the difference being able to connect with her before our day. The day of our wedding she was constantly by my side with her team making sure everything went to plan. Liza for DECOR was AMAZING!! I can not say enough about her. What she brings to life on your wedding day is something I have NEVER seen before - it is absolutely STUNNING and you will be so PROUD and HAPPY!!

Our wedding was an absolute blast and party. We brought 125 people from the US to celebrate with us. People could not stop telling us how it was the best wedding they ever attended from start to finish and just how elegant and stunning everything was. The dance floor was electric and Novella has everything to do with keeping the day flowing as perfectly as you envision it.

I am so sad the planning is over as Carlota is such a joy and gave Patrick and I such a celebration that we and our guest could never forget. Thank you to the entire Novella team. I know it is not an easy job, but your hard work certainly does not go unnoticed by your clients. WE LOVE YOU!

Novella planned and executed the wedding of my dreams!

Thanks to Novella, my new husband and I got to celebrate the wedding of our dreams this past weekend! Novella’s team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, organized, thorough and so, so creative. They helped take my ideas and turn them into an amazing event and provided advice and tips that only experts like them to would be able to. Their guidance and support during the planning process was indispensable- I felt so supported from the day we booked them to the very end of the wedding day. I highly recommend their services!

Exceptional Wedding Planners

The Novella team is exceptional and the best investment one can make planning a wedding in the Dominican Republic. Carlota and Liza are both extraordinary wedding planners with great interpersonal skills and impeccable taste. We started working with them about a year before our daughter’s wedding which took place in Casa de Campo in November 2021. The bride and our family lives in the U.S. and the groom lived in Europe where his family resides. Although we were initially a bit nervous about planning a wedding in a third country, Novella made the wedding planning seamless. Carlota has strong communication skills (her English is very good). She is confident and connects well. Her experience is priceless. Carlota worked with our vision and wishes but provided invaluable suggestions. She would let us know when she thought something would not work or if there was a better option. We greatly appreciate her patience and guidance. It was especially challenging to plan a wedding during a pandemic. I don’t know how we would have achieved such an incredible wedding without Carlota. She remained on top of safety guidelines but maintained a very positive attitude that we could still achieve the wedding of our dreams.
Carlota did a great job suggesting catering options and vendors for music and entertainment. I strongly suggest that if possible you hire Novella before booking a venue or vendors. In our case, we had already signed a catering contract but Carlota still took on the challenge and managed to negotiate lower prices. Fortunately, we booked our musicians, entertainers and most other venues after booking Novella and had a great experience.
Liza, the decor designer is out of this world. She is extraordinarily creative and has exquisite taste. Liza had my daughter (the bride) share the style she had in mind then took it to a whole new level. We actually could not make it to the decor unveiling where Liza would provide a decor sample table. Liza adapted and provided her decor presentation via zoom. I was blown away with all the unique table arrangements, cake/ dessert room, fabulous bar and many other details she tied together and eventually magically brought to life on the wedding day!
I was impressed by how passionately the Novella team worked especially during the last two weeks leading to the wedding. Carlota has a very admirable work ethic and is extremely committed to making sure everything is perfect. If anything went wrong on the wedding day, I still do not know about it! Carlota and her team were present throughout every minute of the wedding day orchestrating every detail. I cannot thank Novella enough for their extraordinary effort which resulted in a spectacular and incredibly fun wedding definitely worth traveling to!

Better than I could have ever imagined!

I was never the type to dream about my wedding day. From the beginning I truly entrusted the whole process to them from start to finish. They gave me the options and I chose which one I thought suited us best. It really could not have gone more smooth. They helped me create a vision and make it reality. Looking back there is nothing I would have done different the day was just perfect. I had the best time and will cherish that memory as one of the best days of my life forever!

Incredible wedding experience!

La mejor elección!

No puedo terminar de agradecerle a Novella por la entrega y dedicación para nuestro día más especial. Luego de muchos cambios por la pandemia, nuestra boda terminó haciéndose en tres semanas, con una reducción de invitados (incluyendo dos tandas diferentes) y, realmente, no pudo ser más perfecta. Carlota y Mariana fueron las mejores acompañantes en este proceso, y puedo decir con firmeza que no hubo absolutamente nada que quedara mal. Tanto mi esposo, como toda mi familia, y yo quedamos gratamente sorprendidos de cómo el día fluyó, apegándonos al horario y cumpliendo con cada uno de nuestros deseos en ese hermoso día. Todas las reuniones previas valieron la pena, Novella supo exactamente lo que queríamos para este día especial y cuidaron hasta el más mínimo detalle, conociendo a perfección nuestros gustos y deseos.

True Professionals

I highly recommend the services of Novella. They are true professionals. I first wrote to them on a Sunday asking for more information about their wedding planning services, and 2 hours later Carlota had already contacted me by phone and had sent me initial information via email. Within a week we scheduled a time to discuss their offerings. Carlota and her team met with us via zoom for almost two hours and went over every detail of how we envisioned our wedding day and how they could help us achieve our goals. What distinguishes Carlota from other planners is her responsiveness and professionalism. She was always available to answer questions, was mindful of our time, and brought her passion for her work to every meeting. We really enjoyed meeting her and working with her team. We had a great Experience!

Ante todo agradecer a Dios habernos puesto en el camino el equipo de Novella, pues nos hicieron sentir en todo momento como si estuviéramos planificando el evento más importante de nuestras vidas en familia, pero con el profesionalismo que caracteriza estas chicas tan capaces e inteligentes! Novella no es una compañía de eventos cualquiera estas mujeres no tienen como prioridad vender un evento más ellas hacen que tú sueño se convierta en realidad y lo viven contigo, eso es lo mágico de ellas!
Nosotros jamás vamos a olvidar el amor y empeño que les pusieron a nuestras 3 actividades ( rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch) tuvimos un fin de semana épico hasta el staff del hotel nos felicitó por el desempeño de nuestro team! Como la novia les puedo decir que jamás me dejaron sentir estrés, nervios ni nada que se le parezca, fue todo lo contrario Gracias a ellas me pude disfrutar todo el proceso de mi gran día en perfecta paz porque sabía que después de Dios ellas tenían el control! Cuidan tu dinero y te cuidan a ti! Son mujeres muy aterrizadas y no te permiten gastar dinero en cosas innecesarias un día antes de mi boda me enfermé de gripa y me cuidaron tanto que sentía que tenía una enfermera conmigo! Nunca tendremos palabras suficientes para agradecerles tanta entrega y empeño en cada uno de nuestros eventos! A quienes me lean pueden estar seguros de que si ponen sus actividades en manos de estas mujeres jamás van arrepentirse y estarán tan agradecidas como lo estoy yo!

Todo mas que perfecto

Ame cada detalle, desde el servicio de wedding planner hasta el servicio de decoración. Liza, carlota, daniela, laura y todas las chicas son la mejor definición de que un buen trabajo en equipo da resultados sorprendentes. Nuestra boda fue justo como lo queria pero superando mis sueños. Han pasados 3 meses y aun recibo mensajes felicitandome por tan hermosa ceremonia y recepción. Desde los suplidores, el montaje, la comida Novella es 10/10. Cuando cumpla 10 años Dios mediante de casada deseo que ellos me hagan nuevamente la celebración ☺️

Thank you so much for putting together our dream day, it was literally perfect and we could not have wished for anything different.

Liza - Thank you for your vision, the look and decor far exceeded anything we could have ever imagined. We had so many guests comment on how impressed they were with the tablescape, bar, and flooring.

Mariana - Thank you for attention to detail and organization during the three days of the events. You helped keep everything on a tight schedule and it was evident in how seamlessly everything flowed.

Carlota - The professionalism you showed on the day of the wedding was incredible. You put me at such ease and made sure I didnt get nervous about anything. Your positioning of us and our family during the photo poses showed just how much experience you have at this, perhaps even more than the photographer and videographer themselves - you knew exactly which moments to capture.

I still cant beleive it was my wedding!! It was magical, pure, exactly what i had dreamed of!!! Novella really took my vision and brought it to life!!!! No existen palabras suficientes palabras suficientes para describir el increíble trabajo de Novella. Durante el proceso de planeación fui varios tipo de “novias”, la novia “indecisa”, la novia “con deseo de ser diferente” y por ultimo la novia “loca” que la mayoría terminamos convirtiéndonos. Pero algo que siempre fue constante fue el apoyo del equipo de Novella incluso con el horario estricto que mi esposo y yo teníamos en el momento de la planeación de la boda. El equipo de Novella siempre buscan la manera de acomodarse a nosotros, tuvieron una atención increíble y la verdad es que cuando los nervios y estrés querían apoderarse de mi, solo necesitaba una llamada de Carlotta para sentirme tranquila y confiada. Cuando llego el día de mi boda no podia creer el trabajo increíble que el equipo de Novella realizo! Sobrepaso mis expectativas y las de mis invitados. Meses después aun recibo comentarios de lo hermoso que estaba todo y de lo amable que fue el equipo. Debo decir que Carlotta, Liza y su equipo hacen de todo! Hasta arreglar vestidos en el ultimo momento. La verdad es que son el mejor equipo de wedding planner que puedes tener y estoy tan feliz de haberlas escogido para planear este día tan importante.

We were recommended Novella last year as we set about planning our wedding in the Dominican Republic. Living in NY it was important for us to find a company that would make us feel supported and in control as we went about planning our big day. Thanks to Novella - It was our dream wedding in every single way - and we can not recommend them highly enough.

The team listened to everything that we wanted, and they delivered in every way. They never pushed their points of view on us. They simply asked us to trust them, and to leave the job in their hands. We were beyond happy that we decided to work with Novella, and it was easily the best decision we made when planning our wedding.

Owning my own hospitality business in NY, I truly understand how difficult this work is.. (I have three full-time Events Managers that work with me). The Novella team define the word "professional". We have never felt as supported, organized, and cared for in our lives... and it was all thanks to The Novella Team. Their team should 'take a bow' for the incredible job that they did for us on our special day.

Everything was perfect... the organizing, the decor, the entertainment, the food, the drinks... all of the small details. It could not have been more perfect for us. The entire Novella team were patient with us and they understood and worked with the constraints of our budget. Ultimately they were over generous and gave us EVERYTHING that we wanted ... despite the budgetary constraints.

On the day of the wedding they were calm and fully in control. One of our guests mentioned that while the Novella team were everywhere - they were invisible. We had every need and worry catered to every second of the day.

I recommend Carlota, Liza, and all of the Novella Team to anybody looking peace of mind, professionalism, and perfection on the most important day of their lives. You will not go wrong with them. Just leave the task in their hands, and you will not be disappointed.

For my family this was the second time working with Novella as my oldest sister did her wedding with them as well. l have no words to express how magical my wedding turned out to be, and how much it had to do with Novella's work and effort. From the selection of vendors to the ability to negotiate the best deals and of course their impecable taste, Novella for me was the absolute best choice. They have outstanding team that will make you feel attended at all time. Apart por decoration (which was breathtaking as commented by all my guests), for me, being a destination wedding logistics was the most important thing to watch for, this team did a great job coordinating with the hotel and everything else that i needed that day to the point that the day of my wedding i wasn't stressed at all, i was happy and taken care of the whole time. 100% recommended.!!!!!. Mi experiencia fue excepcional y puedo decir que a nivel de profesionalismo, decoración, logística y cariño súper todas más expectátivas. Hice dos viajes antes de la boda y todo lo pude hacer perfectamente gracias a la increíble organizscion del equipo. Fue un cuento de hadas, todos mis invitados quedaron alucinados con lo mágico que fue todo. La decoración fue de morir, más de uno de mis invitados dice que fue la mejor boda de sus vidas. Todo fue gracias al equipo de Novella por hacer cualquier detalle por más imposible que sea, una realidad para el día de mi boda! Con los ojos cerrados, las mejores planners del mundo!

El equipo de novella, en especial Carlota y Liza, hicieron de la experiencia de preparar mi boda una maravilla!! Validaron mis ideas y me ayudaron a volver realidad todo lo que había soñado y más. Su guía en todo momento me permitió tomar decisiones acertadas de las cuales me sentí muy tranquila, con mucha paciencia y amor me ayudaron a entender y ver cosas que ellas mejor que nadie conocen del mundo de eventos. La personalidad de estas dos mujeres cuadran a la perfección haciendo de Novella el mejor equipo para planificar bodas. Carlota es enérgica, organizada, atenta a todos los detalles, resuelve todo y te hace sentir que NADA es un problema, a todo le busca la vuelta y encuentra las soluciones o alternativas. Para Carlota todo es posible!!! Siempre dispuesta y disponible, transmite mucha confianza y tranquilidad de que las cosas están bajo control.
En el Caso de Liza, que es algo opcional la decoración con ella cuando eliges a Novella, al no conocerla no era mi primera opción, pero de verdad siento que tome LA MEJOR DECISION, Liza es una artista!!!!!!! wow! Impresionante la capacidad de interpretar y recrear a la perfección algo que se plasmo en papeles y a través de ideas de fotos. Es tan dulce y al mismo tiempo con la fortaleza para transmitirte la seguridad que necesitas para tomar decisiones.
De todo corazón haber elegido a Novella fue desde el principio mi mejor decisión. No las cambio por nada!! Gracias por tanto!!!! Las quiero!!!!

Planning my destination wedding with Novella was truly a wonderful experience ! They make sure you go over every single detail and offer all types of different options and services to make your day perfect ! Their entire team was great to work with and being that I was not in the DR, communicating with them was very easy. I was not worried at all previously to the wedding day as I was confident they would do a great job and they really did ! Everything turned out to be exactly how I wanted it if not better ! Overall I would recommend to any bride planning a wedding in the DR to go with Novella, whatever your budget may be they will definitely accommodate you and give you a wedding you will forever cherish !

Carlota and Jessica were my wedding planners. They did an amazing job from decor, food, music, crazy hour to the smallest details. Working with them was easy, especially living in the states and having a destination wedding. A plus was they were present on the day of the wedding to help with any unexpected or last minute decisions. Communication was also easy as they kept me up to date with e-mails every day and through Skype. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Mi experiencia con Novella fué maravillosa, yo vivo en México junto con mi esposo (él es Dominicano) y nuestra boda fué en Punta Cana así que desde un inicio tuve la necesidad de encontrar a alguien que me ayudara, orientara y asistiera remotamente y Novella sobrepasó mis expectativas. Desde un inicio todo fue muy claro, nosotros empezamos con el servicio de asesoría y todas las opciones de proveedores que me sugirieron fueron excelentes y quedé muy satisfecha de mi elección y de la calidad del servicio de todos los vendors. Algo que me llamó la atención fue que los proveedores reconocen la posición de Novella como wedding planners en el país y el hecho de que Carlota y su equipo los recomienden significa mucho para ellos y por ende su trato y servicio es incluso mejor. Planear una 'destination wedding' remotamente es una de las cosas más complicadas que me ha tocado hacer y yo soy una persona bastante fatalista así que siempre esperé el "algo va a salir mal, y es normal" pero no, NADA salio mal! (o bueno, que yo me enterara!) y yo creo que eso es el corazón del trabajo de un wedding planner, que aunque tras bambalinas todo pueda ser un caos, tu no te des cuenta, disfrutes plenamente tu día y todo sea tal y como lo soñaste! Muchísimas gracias a Carlota, Daiany, Jessica y Domingo por hacer realidad mi sueño #makeithappen =)

Novella organized and executed my dream wedding week. Not only did they provide high quality options for rentals, venues, themes and vendors, but they helped me make decisions based off of my personality and exceeded my expectations on all fronts. That to me is an invaluable service that reflects the experience and know-how of a seasoned event planner. Whenever an issue would occur, Novella would always have a solution. I was never presented with problems and no way out, only solutions after they had solved the issue themselves. Me hacen faltan las palabras para hacerles entender la felicidad que me ha causado tener a Novella a mi lado durante los 9 meses que tomo planear mi boda. Carlota y su equipo entero (Jessica y Liza son lo maximo tambien) fueron las personas mas detallistas, exigentes, amables, generosas, serviciales, y en todo sentido las mejores wedding planner que existen. Mi boda fue un sueño hecho realidad y no hubiese ocurrido sin su apoyo (corregimos el presupuesto varias veces, cambie de idea otras mas, pedi miles de cotizaciones) y todo salio al pie de la letra gracias a Novella.

No saben como las quiero, especialmente a ti Carlota, y cuantas veces le doy gracias a Dios por haberte tenido en mi vida. Yo me case en los Altos de Chavon (afuera) y recepcion en una villa en Casa de Campo y Novella no solo se encargo que todo estuviera PERFECTO, pero estuvo pendiente de mi, de mi familia, de los invitados y de que todos los proveedores estuvieran ahi y hasta ayudo con situaciones familiares inesperadas.

Las recomiendo 10000% y ojala todas las novias cuenten con la hermosa experiencia con la que yo conte.

Maravilloso!!! Desde la quimica hasta concretizar todo el proceso fue 1A! Desde que conoci el equipo y comenzamos a trabajar me senti segura y tranquila de que todo quedaria perfecto! Fui una novia intensa y decidida pero ver como me orientaban y me llevaban el ritmo fue increible! Novella no solo fue capaz de captar los minimos detalles que siempre habia sonado sino tambien de marcar en nuestra vida un momento unico en nuestra historia!
Una boda unica y hermosa, solo gracias a ustedes, cada aspecto fue trabajado a la perfeccion decoracion, calculos de bebida, bufet, animacion y mas que todo se disfruto al maximo esto sin mencionar la gran habilidad de resolver y manejar cualquier situacion que se puedo presentar, gracias el expertiz y buen gusto de este equipo.

Todos los invitados quedaron encantados de este evento y lo mejor de todo es que la serenidad y tranquilidad que me brindaron me permitieron disfrutar este dia al maximo.

Encanta de trabajar con un equipo de profesionales de tanta calidad humana, en donde hoy no son Novella sino amigas que estuvieron y estan en cualquier momento.

Mi esposo y yo nos comprometimos en abril del 2015 y decidimos hacer la boda en noviembre de ese mismo año. En ese momento me encontraba viviendo fuera del país y en un viaje que hice en junio aproveché y me reuní con varias wedding planners. Cuando me reuní con Carlota supe que había encontrado a la mejor. Cuando conversamos con ella sentimos una confianza y tranquilidad increíble. Como la mayoría de los invitados venían de fuera del país, teníamos una presión muy grande por el gran esfuerzo que iba a ser para ellos viajar para ir a nuestra boda y aparte de eso solo nos quedaban 6 meses para planearlo todo!

Arrancamos con la planificación y todo fue fluyendo de manera muy organizada. En ningún momento sentí nada de nervios ni mortificación, al contrario, me divertí muchísimo. Las reuniones con los suplidores y los tastings fueron la mejor parte :). Cada uno de los suplidores que Novella nos recomendó fueron de la mejor calidad y personas con el más alto servicio al cliente.

Novella no solamente se encargó de la planificación, sino también del diseño y la decoración. Aunque unos meses antes de la boda me hicieron una presentación de cómo iba a quedar todo y luego una prueba en vivo de los centros de mesa, nunca me imaginé lo ESPECTACULAR que iba a ser. No solo supieron captar exactamente lo que quería sino que dieron la milla extra para que fuera aún mucho mejor! El equipo de diseño de Novella es excelente, sumamente creativo y con un buen gusto de primera.

El día de la boda, para resumirlo, todo salió: PERFECTO, no hubo ningún contratiempo pues el equipo de Novella tenía bajo control cada detalle e inclusive se aseguraron que durante la recepción hubiera un buen ambiente en todo momento. Tanto yo como mi esposo disfrutamos muchísimo, y al día siguiente los invitados no dejaban de felicitarnos por lo bien que había quedado todo.

Estaré por siempre agradecida con Carlota y todo su equipo por haber logrado que tuviera la boda de mis sueños!

Thanks to them our wedding week was everything that we could have hoped for and much more. We could not have had a more memorable and enjoyable time, and we could not have wished for a more perfect start to our married life.

Sin duda hoy podemos decir, que encontramos el lugar adecuado "Casa de Campo" para que nuestra hija tuviera su cuento de hadas con su príncipe azul. Pero gracias al maravilloso equipo de Novella, logramos que ese cuento de hadas, fuera más allá de lo planeado, por su excelente organización, coordinación y planificación, se logró el mejor de los eventos planeado sin detalles con los mejores resultados y comentarios. Nos brindaron mucha seguridad y estuvieron todo el tiempo acompañándonos y guiándonos, tanto que, al final del evento nos sentimos como familia de ese equipo maravilloso.
Estamos totalmente a la orden para cualquier duda o recomendación que de nuestra parte pudiera ayudar a quien necesite o desee contratar a este gran equipo.
Espero que continúen sus existos laborales, como los personales, al día de hoy las extrañamos ojalá y podamos reencontrarnos.

The Novella team is simply amazing. Magical!!! They really took our idea of our dream wedding and made it a reality – a rather difficult task as we were a very picky couple with exquisite taste and fixed budget who wanted to organize a wedding in Casa de Campo remotely from the U.S. for guests from 15+ countries from all over the world. Working with Novella was the best decision we made! A decision that almost wasn't made. Being originally from the DR and living in the U.S., I feel I had a bit more access to information and the ways of the land back home. One thing about the DR is the everyone claims to be something that they are actually not. After experiencing a friend's wedding and the poor service she got from a " so-called" wedding planner, we decided we couldn't make the mistake of going with anyone else other than Novella. They have the years of experience, they know the best venues, the best vendors and have great negotiation skills. But what most impressed me and my now husband, was the human touch and understanding the team brings into the process.

They are very knowledgeable and are able present you with tons of vendor options. Amazingly creative in the way they interpret your vision. Flexible and understanding when it comes to making the tough decisions or pleasing a very demanding bride.

They are able to keep you calm, before, during and after the storm. Novella is the true essence of what a Wedding and Event Planner should be. Is more than just a title under their logo, they embody the meaning of what a professional who offers this service should deliver.

Destinations weddings can be fun, exciting and inexpensive in the DR if you are working with the right people. And for us that was Novella. Thank you for making our crazy concept come to live in the DR.

Let me start off by stating that I'm very picky and demanding ?. My wedding had to be PERFECT. So it took me long hours of research before finally choosing Novella for my destination wedding.
I was extremely pleased with the services, Carlota and her team understood my vision and made my dream wedding become a reality. We loved every single details about our wedding. Novella had everything under control, they even planned for the unexpected, all we had to do was show up.

or mi experiencia diría que es imposible lograr tener el día de tus sueños sin un WP. Novella fue mi mejor descripción, de un día tranquilo, organizado, en paz y mi resultado fue que todas las ideas y detalles quedaron a la perfección en sus manos. Desde que me reuní con Carlota y el equipo de Novella por primera vez supe que con ellas tenia que hacer mi boda. Es difícil de explicar, pero tuve un sentimiento de tranquilidad y comprensión que hicieron que se fueran todas mis preocupaciones y ansiedades de planificar una boda. Ellas hicieron que el proceso de planificación fuera divertido y placentero. En ningún momento tratan de venderte nada- ellas están ahí para guiarte, buscar los suplidores que se ajustan a tu estilo y tu presupuesto, y lograr que la boda con la que sueñas se haga realidad. Sabía que estaba en buenas manos y que podia confiar 100% en todo lo que me aconsejaban.

Lo mejor fue el día de la boda en sí. Me quedé esperando el momento en que me pusiera nerviosa o ansiosa pero nunca pasó! Y creo que en gran parte fue porque ese día no tuve que preocuparme por NADA- la ceremonia quedó bella y Carlos y yo gozamos la fiesta hasta más no poder. Cuando entré al salón se me aguaron los ojos de lo bello que quedó todo. Todo fluyó perfectamente y nuestros invitados quedaron encantados. Sin duda el mejor equipo para el día de tu boda!

Where do i begin?? If we could rate Novella we would give them a 110.. Our experience with them was just extraordinary.
Since the day we first met over Skype (we live in Los Angeles) and until the last hours of the night on our wedding day, the whole team was just magnificent.
The exceeded our expectations and made us feel so confident and secure, they gave us peace of mind, and that's all we were looking for. We will forever be in debt with them for giving us our SO perfect and magical day :)

Contratar los servicios de novella fue el mejor gasto de toda la boda. No solo se encargan de todo y cuando digo todo es todo. Sino que hacen que ese dia sea realmente inolvidable, sin preocupaciones y sobre todo tal como lo soñaste. No hay palabras!! No se que hubiera sido sin ellas en mi boda! Yo goze mi boda entera no pare de bailar si algo salio mal ni se .. de eso se encargo el team de novella!! Pero para mi lo mas importante es que el team de novella te hace sentir tan comodo que es como si planearas tu boda con una amiga, se vuelven tu fam, siempre estan pendiente de lo que TU quieras sin imponer nada! Carlotta and her team were great. If we had to do it over, we would definitely work with them again. Our guests had the best time saying it was the best and most fun wedding they had ever been too. Liza and the decor team have a great eye for details and creating an ambience, and Carlotta knows every vendor in DR and who would be best to get the type of wedding or event you want. They were super helpful and flexible with dealing with budgets and moving things as needed, even at the last minute. The only (potential) critique is they are so popular and busy with events every weekend, so book your weekend fast! ;)

Trabajar con Novella para la organizacion de nuestra boda y los eventos que tuvimos alrededor de la fecha fue una muy buena experiencia en general; haber tenido al equipo (Carlota, Liza, Mariana) en el lugar, encargandose de todo, es algo que definitivamente no tiene precio. Es un equipo muy profesional y con mucha experiencia, que logra orquestar el dia de la boda a la perfeccion y es capaz de resolver cualquier tipo de eventualidad cuando se presenta.

Adicional a esto, el cariño y apoyo brindado por Mariana en todo el proceso de preparacion, hizo que la organizacion de nuestra boda se convirtiera en algo aun mas especial. Mariana se convirtio en una amiga muy cercana para nosotros, y nos hizo sentir como si fuese alguien de la familia encargandose de todo. Su alegria, corazón y experiencia nos confirmo que habiamos hecho una buena elección.

Es importante que los novios que tengan claro el/los evento(s) a realizar con las fecha(s) estimada(s), presupuesto general y expectativas, para comunicarlo con anticipacion al equipo de Novella, y asi garantizar que todo ocurra tal y como se lo esperan.

Algunos se dejaron a última hora en donde andábamos con el estrés de la proximidad de la boda y se nos exigía pagarlos urgente y en algunos casos no se tenia la cotización o el monto era mayor, aún habiendo pedido en muchos casos las cotizaciones y datos de transferencia para pagar lo más próximo posible.

A veces es un poco difícil con el volumen de proveedores que tenías en tu boda y los requerimientos de los bancos locales para recibir determinados montos de manera continua, pero trabajaremos para que estas situaciones no sucedan.
