  Surprise Birthday Party

  They arrived exactly when they said they would. The food and presentation of it were both excellent. They came back to clean up exactly when they said they would. They whole experience couldn't have been better.

  We used Northern Colorado Catering for our son & daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner and could not have been more pleased. The fajita bar was a huge success---everyone raved about the food; the portions were generous and delicious! There were so many options to choose from--perfect for our vegetarian and other dietary restricted guests. The servers arrived, set up and cleared on time---and were pleasant to work with! We were considering doing one of the Mexican fast-food options, but for a little more we got MUCH better food, 2 servers, set-up & take-down, paper products, drinks and the best cheesecake you ever tasted. SO worth it. Thank you, Nenita!

  Paul and Nenita of Northern Co Catering catered my daughter's wedding in Fort Collins recently; they were wonderful to work with and very patient with all our changes. We used them for both the Wedding Rehearsal Dinner as well as the Reception and both were fabulous! The food taste delicious and the presentation was perfect. Their staff was attentive, helpful and polite. Being the mother of the Bride I was pulled in a million directions but Paul took special care to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the night. I would highly recommend them for any event small or large!!

  Paul and Nenita were amazing and great to work with! We booked Northern Colorado Catering for our wedding and were definitely not disappointed. They listed to exactly what we wanted and were very flexible. The food was delicious and we received multiple compliments from all of our guests. We also ordered our wedding cake through them which was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

  Nenita and Paul were great to work with! They did the food and desserts for our wedding reception with 100 guests. They were very flexible on the menu and willing made change after change for me. We had a baked potato bar with various toppings, salad, and bread. The desserts were a mixture of fruit bars, chocolate covered strawberries, and chocolate mousse. The food was amazing! Our guests raved about it. The staff at the event were wonderful.

  My husband and I live in Aurora but decided to have our wedding in Fort Collins. After receiving a list of suggested carters and checking out their menu on-line we decided to make an appointment with All Occasions. We arrived, and the chef we had our appointment wasn’t there and I guess he forgot about it. The other chef that was there agreed to help us with our menu. After a few minutes the owner Nenita (sp?) walked in (not knowing she was off that day) the chef referred her to help us with our menu. She was very kind and very flexible about changing their menus into what we wanted; we mixed and matched a lot of things. The day of the wedding, they set up our tables beautifully; the staff was very friendly and helped us when our bartender showed up late. The food was excellent! The only complaint that I have is that they seemed to go around to tables and try and take our guests plates too quickly. Aside from that I would highly recommend them, just be sure to call ahead of time to make sure someone will be there for your appointment.

  While their food was great, and I wasn't aware of any issues the day of the event, All Occasions was frustrating to work with at times. I had a very hard time scheduling a tasting with them. They wanted me to come to one of their monthly tastings, and then postponed it another month. I wanted to make a decision for a caterer sooner than that, but they would not schedule an individual tasting for us. If we had not had a recommendation from a friend to use them, I would have stopped trying to schedule with them. I also had a hard time getting responses when I was emailing back and forth to set my menu, I definitely had to keep on top of them, which was not something I felt I should have to do with a professional while planning a wedding.

We had our event booked with them months in advance and two weeks before our event they called to tell us they booked a bigger event and were not able to do ours (and ours was for 100 people!). They also told us they were closing down but two weeks later their website is up and they still answer their phones! They tried pawning us off on two other caterers that had terrible reviews as well. I would not reccommend them at all--no business integrity. If you do go with them you should revise the contract to be two-sided and protect you in the event they bail.
