We used Normadie Bakery as they were included with our venue package, but I am very glad it is included because this bakery makes great cakes with great taste and looks in one package. Ralph and his staff were so nice and were great during the tasting to make our cake just as we envisioned. We wound up with a chocolate cake with cannoli and raspberry mousse filing. The cake tasting amazing and so many of our guests loved it! I would highly reccomend for your wedding or any other event! -

Let me start off my saying I HATE bakery cake. Being a baker myself I always prefer the homemade stuff, but our wedding cake absolutely blew me away. We got white cake with lemon and raspberry preserves. I remember thinking the tasting was nothing special, (the cake came with our wedding package so we weren’t being picky) but the cake itself was outstanding. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated, exactly the way we asked. We brought home the extras from the wedding, and we ate it the day after. I remember wishing I could take it on our honeymoon lol! We already can’t wait to eat the small 1 year anniversary cake waiting for us in the freezer. I highly recommend. -

Couldn’t be happier with how our cake turned out! We went to the tasting a few months before the wedding and I was initially very skeptical because we had no idea what kind of cake we wanted and how we wanted it to look. We left the tasting feeling very full and excited with our decision. The cake turned out amazing at the wedding! We had a 4 tier cake that was beautifully decorated and was absolutely delicious! We are so lucky to have had Normandie make our wedding cake! -

We were always treated with courtesy and respect and they always made time for us-- no matter how many questions we had. Our tasting gave us lots of options and they were really accommodating when we wanted to mix and match fillings, etc. The cake itself was moist and delicious; everyone enjoyed it. Ralph also gave us several bits of advice about making our planning process easier-- for one thing, he suggested a dance lesson or two to prepare us for our first dance and we're so glad he did!! -

He knew we were on a tighter budget and was so easy to work with to make sure we got what we wanted for our wedding. We decided on a mini cake and cupcake tower. They were all beautiful and delicious! Our friends and family loved them and wanted more! -
User2598802 Sent on 05/06/2016My cake tasted amazing and looked beautiful. Everyone asked and raved about it. My guests said "most wedding cake is nasty, where did you get yours?" "Normandie Bakery!" Great customer service. I'm a pain in the butt about cake because it's my favorite dessert but Ralph was awesome and understanding and really listened. I ended up choosing red velvet and vanilla cake layers with strawberry and cream cheese fillings. It sounds weird but tastes awesome! -
User924468 Sent on 09/06/2012My wedding cake was absolutely fabulous thanks to Ralph and his team. I had a vision of what I wanted and they delivered. Not only was the cake a piece of art, it was delicious! Even my Brazilian friends thought so. At the begining it was a little hard to get a hold of the owner but once I did, the process went very smoothly... Ralph allowed me the flexibility of designing my own cake and gave his professional input. I would recommend Normandie Bakery.
