Our venue uses Normandie Bakery! The cake tasting was fantastic! We even brought home some pastries and bread. Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. We did cookies and pastries for each table as well. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely use them again!

We used Normadie Bakery as they were included with our venue package, but I am very glad it is included because this bakery makes great cakes with great taste and looks in one package. Ralph and his staff were so nice and were great during the tasting to make our cake just as we envisioned. We wound up with a chocolate cake with cannoli and raspberry mousse filing. The cake tasting amazing and so many of our guests loved it! I would highly reccomend for your wedding or any other event!

Let me start off my saying I HATE bakery cake. Being a baker myself I always prefer the homemade stuff, but our wedding cake absolutely blew me away. We got white cake with lemon and raspberry preserves. I remember thinking the tasting was nothing special, (the cake came with our wedding package so we weren’t being picky) but the cake itself was outstanding. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated, exactly the way we asked. We brought home the extras from the wedding, and we ate it the day after. I remember wishing I could take it on our honeymoon lol! We already can’t wait to eat the small 1 year anniversary cake waiting for us in the freezer. I highly recommend.
