    Absolutely Wonderful

    Norman Weddings & Events is absolutely wonderful. I had spoken to 4 or 5 event planners before I spoke with Jenya about my wedding. Upon our first phone conversation, I knew she was the perfect planner for us. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, creative, and has the best suggestions for both design and vendors. If she makes a suggestion, you can be certain that it is right for your event. This was especially important for us since we live out od state. Jenya was able to suggest the absolute perfect venue for us when the one we wanted initially was way out of our budget; it turned out to fit us as a couple and our vibe much better than the other one. The florist she recommended was a true artist. Her assistant, Violetta, was phenomenal day of and both of them truly made our day magical. I cannot recommend this planning team enough.

    Jenya helped us to plan and organize our 10th Wedding Anniversary. She went above and beyond to make our day special and memorable. The event turned our to be very beautiful and classy. Our friends and family were deeply impressed!

    Work with the Best!

    Planning a wedding is stressful, especially if you don't know where to start. That was me several months ago. I hired Jenya because after our initial introductory call, I was blown away by the knowledge she has and by her creativity for making my ideas and vision boards come to life. She chose the best vendors for me and my venue, and the whole time I never doubted her. She is very connected to the wedding industry and knows vendors for everything. I went with all of her vendor recommendations and was not disappointed at all. They were amazing as well. On the day of my wedding, she made everything come true, and I was speechless when I saw the space. She has a knack for beauty and making the space truly magical. During the wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything because she was so attentive and on top of it. I am so happy I had the opportunity to work with Jenya and cannot thank her enough for everything she has done.

    Worth every penny!

    I can’t begin to tell you how much I loved working with Jenya and Violetta. Besides the location and beauty, we chose to get married at Alta Peruvian Lodge because we could select any vendor we pleased (even BYOB!) which was helpful in cost control. I had made decisions on most of the big vendors but needed someone to help bring it all together (day of coordination, flowers, decor, etc).
    I met with Jenya to talk about my vision and then met her and Violetta at the venue to understand the intricacies of it. She made a vision board and was adamant we were on the same page before she coordinated the theme with the florist and accessory vendors.
    The day of the wedding came swiftly and before I knew it, I was getting ready with my girls upstairs at the venue. I was able to sneak down and take a look before everyone started arriving and was fully blown away! The vision I thought I had was brought to life but 100x better than what I could have imagined. Violetta texted me a picture of various things throughout the day (dessert table, sweetheart table, bar, etc) to make sure I liked the look, which was much appreciated. The flow from ceremony on was perfect and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Our food was plated for us and I always had a drink in my hand.
    Jenya and her team are down to earth, professional, and trusted advisors for your big day.
    I’m so glad I was able to find Jenya and Violetta and will recommend them to anyone I know getting married.
    If you’re getting married and on the fence about paying for a coordinator, I promise this will be your best spent money.

    Jenya is AMAZING!!!!

    We had a destination wedding in Utah at a place called the Castle at Wadley Farm. Since my wife and I work, we had little time to plan the details of our wedding. We thought we had everything planned out pretty good, so we wanted a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding. When Jenya asked us about the details, it was very clear we didn’t know what we were doing and we definitely need more than just a day of Coordinator. We hired Jenya as our wedding planner as well, especially since we live out of state. She did SO much for us. It was a huge relief knowing someone who does this for a living will make sure our wedding will have no problems.
    The wedding was on June 18th, 2022 and it was legendary thanks to Jenya. Without her, our wedding would have been a complete Catastrophe.

    Don't think, just do! Hire Norman Weddings & Events for your special day!

    I cannot say enough positive things about Jenya, her assistant Violetta, and their team for helping with our wedding day. My best friend was married last summer and she hired Norman Weddings & Events to assist with her wedding. Once I was engaged, I knew right where to turn to help with our big day. Planning a wedding is stressful, Jenya took the time to listen to my ideas and gave me her recommendation on decor, seating, lighting, catering, timeline etc... You name it!! We hired Norman Weddings & Events for a month of coordinating. They did so much to assist with our day. Between helping set up, meeting the vendors, cleaning up so we could continue to enjoy the party, and all the small details, hiring a wedding planner was the #1 best decision I ever made. You will not regret working with Norman Weddings & Events for your wedding. Thank you Jenya, Violetta, and your team for helping my wedding dreams come true.

    Stress handled!

    I knew I wouldn't be able to coordinate my own wedding, and I didn't want to assign the job to someone I would invite to enjoy it, either. Jenya helped mitigate a lot of the stress, and made things run smoothly, from giving ques for when to walk, or dance, to the grand exit! She even gave us a ride when our other plans fell through!

    Followed my vision to a T!

    Jenya was amazing!! I was not typical in the way I wanted to approach my budget and in figuring out what I wanted.... she helped to guide me, and listened so well! She was clear and up front and ran the whole day beautifully!

    Highly recommended!

    Working with Jenya to plan our mid-pandemic backyard wedding was such a fantastic experience. She went above and beyond with planning support, vendor recommendations and communications, and was the ultimate cat-herder on the actual day of our wedding. It ended up being the most beautiful and magical event of our lives!

    Jenya's services are well worth the investment, and thanks to her recommendations we actually ended up spending less than our full budget for our amazing wedding.

    Hands down best wedding planner!!!!

    Jenya and her assistant were beyond amazing!! There is no way that I could have done it without her. She executed the wedding of my dreams and kept the day running smoothly. I loved the suggestions that she gave and how organized she was. There is no wedding task or dream too large for Jenya! She is very responsive and was always on top of it. You won’t regret hiring her!!!

    The absolute best!!!

    Oh my gosh, honestly, I don’t even know where to start with all the WONDERFUL things there are to say about Jenya!! She is incredibly professional, super helpful, and talented!! She brought my wedding vision to life while simultaneously handling a number of delays and issues that arose on the wedding day. She certainly knows how to work under pressure and stayed always kind, patient, cool, calm and collected through it all and made sure everything was handled and got everything back on track.

    We hired Jenya for the day-of-coordination but she was always responsive if I had questions or shared information, she was mindful of checking in a couple weeks before the wedding and then again the week of, asked detailed questions to make sure she understood our needs/wants, took over vendor communication I believe either a few days or the week of the wedding which was incredibly helpful, was happy to be looped into communications with the venue to make sure she gathered all details and could follow up if needed, honestly the list goes on and this is all just leading up to the wedding!!

    The wedding day itself would’ve been a complete disaster had Jenya not been there! First, she completely and totally brought my vision to life - a vision I shared through screenshots in a powerpoint aka a makeshift “concept board” and multiple spreadsheets, which I am sure for most, trying to understand what I was going for, might have been too much but Jenya is a genius and an artist!! Everything looked amazing and even better than I could have imagined!

    The day was already tightly packed, because we had a fusion Hindu-Catholic wedding which meant two ceremonies and multiple outfit changes which was then also disrupted by the MULTIPLE delays (including the Hindu priest arriving an hour and a half late), a rain shower, guest hold ups and probably much more that I may not even be aware of because Jenya was on it!! From sorting out the catering, working with the priests to get the ceremonies back on track, adjusting the timelines by working her magic where despite everything we were only like 45 minutes behind, and then continuously checking in and keeping me updated… and there’s so much more to say and I could ramble on and on because Jenya is amazing!!! Simply put, we would certainly hire her again for a large event and anyone in the market for a wedding or event planner should go with Jenya because you will be working with an amazing person and get outstanding service!!! Hire her!!!

    Simply amazing!

    Jenya was so helpful from day 1! She really made the planning process fun and not stredsful. She handled things I didn't even know to think of. She's a blessing to me! A late minute weather problem was not a problem at all for her! She figured it all out for me and it ended up being even better!!! She was absolutely perfect for me! Love her!

    Absolutely Perfect!

    I don't think I can properly explain how wonderful Jenya is. She reminded me of all of the things I would have completely forgotten, the small details like a cake cutter and server. She was organized, creating a vendor contact sheet with everything we needed to know. She took over with the vendors so I didn't need to do anything the month of the wedding. We had already purchased decor and selected the venue, but Jenya took care of all of the set up and made sure everything looked perfect. The caterer gave us a few issues the day of, but Jenya handled it all leaving me stress free. From beginning to end, I can't recommend her enough.

    We could not be more pleased with our decision to use Norman weddings!  Jenya helped ensure that my wife and I could enjoy our wedding day rather than worrying if vendors were there.  She helped us plan, organize and execute the 4 day long experience that was the wedding of our dreams.  She was flexible with logistics and timing.  Her advice was spot on and she is a genuinely kind person who only wants the best experiences for her clients.  If marriage wasnt a one time gig, we would use Norman weddings again.  Wish we had contacted her earlier in the process.

    So so helpful!

    Jenya was incredible! It was so nice to have someone managing the details leading up to the wedding. The day went off without a hitch and I didn't have to worry about anything getting done! She managed all of the vendors and ensured that the timeline ran smoothly. We were planning from out of state, so she was very flexible and helpful in planning. Her prices are beyond reasonable, we are so grateful we found her! I highly recommend working with her!

    The Best Decision!

    Evgenia brought her experience to the table to help us make good decisions in planning our special day down to the smallest detail. Her work also allowed us to enjoy our day knowing that she was looking after the plan, managing the other people involved, and keeping her eye on the clock to make sure we have time for everything. Best value-for-money out of everything in our wedding! ( Other than my wife's beautiful wedding dress of course 😁 )

    Evgenia was wonderful to work with.
    She help me pick out the plan that was best for me.
    We went with day of coordination, as well as set up and take down of our decorations.
    She was always very prompt when I would text and email her questions.
    She was wonderful to work with, and kept us on schedule from the ceremony to the reception she made sure that we were on track for what we wanted to do.
    I loved that she listened to what my husband and I wanted, making a very detailed plan, and also allowing time for unknowns (which I'm glad she did, you never know till your wedding happens that you want to spend more time doing photos, or that I would change my mind and no longer want to do the garter or bouquet toss!) She was amazing.
    The only hick-up we had was on the wedding day my family did the set up as her car had broken down (it happens, and she was on top of letting me know and keeping me in the loop )
    I highly recommend her, she will take the time to make your day amazing, and listen to your needs and wants!
    She ensured that we could have the wedding we had dreamed of, and made sure that we could relax and not stress.about making sure that things would get done. I highly recommend day of coordination, and couldn't have imagined what it would be like if I didnt have her.
    She will make a plan that works with you and your budget, and make your day awesome!

    Stress Relief

    Wonderful! She really executed our vision when it was even a bit muddled since I had no idea what exactly we wanted just a feeling of it - even with our vague ideas she really created a work of art from an empty venue and made me totally relaxed day of. She even helped when our catering fell through and had to DIY everything. Perfect day, also great price!

    Worth every single penny! Using Jenya was the best decision I made

    I was not paid for this review. I found Norman Weddings on Facebook. Hiring them for the everything package day of event coordination (no planning) was the best decision I made. All of the vendors were good but I absolutely cannot overstate the fact that Jenya saved my life as the wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding.
    Every single thing I needed no matter how big or how small, how last minute or quirky or nit-picky, she was all over it in seconds.
    As the mother of the bride I was able to actually participate in the reception because I knew that Jenya had it completely under control. She communicated by text and email, came to my house to meet with us, asked me the right amount of questions, helped set-up and decorate, put Ikea stuff together, offered her opinion but supported me and my daughter in our decisions, was super organized and responsive, communicated with all of the vendors and between key persons for me. She even made sure that I took my medicine on time and got me a Rockstar with a straw!!!
    When I think back about what made my daughter's wedding so fun and so wonderful, honestly Jenya being there for me as wedding coordinator is one of the top 5 reasons. I would never do another wedding without her and I would recommend her and have recommended her to all of my friends and family in Utah for weddings. She is tremendous!

    Day-Of Wedding Review

    Jenya kept everything running smoothly and on schedule to ensure we didn't have to worry about any logistics on our big day. She provided several helpful and experienced suggestions prior to the wedding, and we did a thorough run-through and practice the day before. She checked in with us just prior to big transitions during our reception to verify the timing and pace of events, and she kept everything organized for us and our various vendors. She provided exactly the service we needed day-off to ensure we were able to concentrate on each other and our guests. She went above and beyond helping us pick-up the venue and return everything to our home the next day. We are very happy with her day-of services.
