Duuude. If you are considering booking a videographer for your wedding, look no further than this hubby-and-wifey team!! Mark and Joann completely blew my husband Adrien and me away, not just for the wedding video, but for the entire experience!! When we were looking for videographers for our San Diego wedding, we were not happy with our consultations with other businesses in the area. I won't mention any names, but a lot of them were either way too overpriced, or didn't have the cinema-style we were looking for. Luckily, my bridesmaid referred me to Nineteen Studios, and from the moment I talked to Joann on the phone and her excitement to bring our upbeat/fun vision to life, I was sold and booked them right away. Adrien and I really wanted our video to capture our crazy personalities as well as our families/friends who love to party, and maaan did they deliver! I have to say, up until the big day, I was a little bit nervous about what the final product would turn out like because their past work is very romantic (a characteristic my husband and I are not), and this would be their first upbeat/crazy video. I'm proud to announce, however, that I shouldn't have worried at all! The video is not only very fun and captures our personalities perfectly, but it also has a lot of sweet notes in it that remind the viewer that it's still a beautiful wedding day, not an all out rage-fest. I'm not really sure how they were able to find that perfect balance between showing our love and our craziness, but damn, they did it and they did it so GREAT!

We really feel that Mark and Joann went above and beyond for every aspect of videography. From brainstorming and executing fun ideas for our pre-wedding shoot, for being super slick recorders on our wedding day (I still don't know how they got some of those amazing shots!), for guiding us when we didn't know what to do in front of the camera, and for making the most amazing video ever, we don't know how we can thank them enough!!

I cannot describe my joy/happiness/elation/adoration with the Nineteen Studios team.

My dear husband signed a contract with them not even really knowing what he was signing up for. It was after our first initial brainstorm meeting that he said 'Okay, I have a better idea on what to expect now." But honestly, I don't think either of us were prepared for the ridiculously flawless final piece.

Joann and Mark put their entire heart into each project. They went so beyond what a typical videography does. They scoped out our pre-wedding video shoot location to make sure we'd be able to hit all the ideal spots within our limited time frame. They kept in constant touch and were so thorough in learning so much about us leading up to the wedding day.

On the wedding day, the floated around like the friendliest ninjas. Never seen, never heard, but somehow captured every moment beautifully.

But the editing. Holy moly, the editing. I've watched my video probably 15 times by now and I still tear up each time. I still can't wrap my head around their ability to seamlessly condense 10+ hours worth of footage into 5 lovely/charming/delightful minutes.

Thank you, Joann and Mark, for this incredible video. I cherish our video immensely and cannot wait to show our children one day. **HUG**

Joann and Mark are simply amazing, they know exactly what they are doing. Joann and Mark are very professional and engaged throughout our wedding. They are just simply the nicest people to work with! Very attentive during video shoots. provided relief from heat in their car until the cameras were set up. Very positive attitude during shoots and meetings, and my favorite they use a drone which shoots amazing video! Overall video turned out amazing. highly recommended.

Joann & Mark are an amazing team. They made us feel comfortable during the video and went above and beyond during both the wedding pre-wedding shoot and wedding day. It was great working with them and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Joann and Mark were one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with. We decided to book a Videographer team later in our wedding planning, as it was not top on our priority list and we are SO glad we did! Joann and Mark are not only amazingly creative and professional, but they are the sweetest couple. They were with us every step of the way on our wedding day, capturing every minute, but also making sure me and my (now) husband were taken care of. Talk about going above and beyond their jobs. Once we got our highlights video back we were blown away. They captured our personalities and the emotions of the day so spot on–it's pretty incredible. We got so many compliments on the video, even people saying "this is the most beautifully creative wedding video I have ever seen". This video will truly allow us to relive our day for the rest of our lives and that is so special. Joann and Mark are so gifted in what they do!

My wife and I went through numerous wedding videographers before we found Joann and Mark. What was important to us was that our wedding video tell a story and it needed to have some meaning other than just to show the wedding. It needed to be something that could tell our love story and make you feel as if you were part of it.

Here's what made Joann and Mark special. At the end of our initial interview, they became our new friends. And from that moment on, they treated us as if we were important to them, and not just another paycheck. They were very accommodating and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible. We never felt as if this was business; it felt like we were doing a video shoot with some friends for fun. They complemented each other nicely as a team to create those perfect shots (and it helps that they're married). Whereas most wedding videographers only shot the wedding, they took the time to have a separate pre-wedding shoot in order to tell our story and were willing to do as many that was needed to tell that story perfectly.

The end result was something more than we had hoped. And it wasn't until we were watching other wedding videos afterwards that we realized how special Joann and Mark really were. You can tell that they truly care about what they do and the people they work with. I can overwhelming recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding videographer.

It was very fun working with Joann and Mark. They love what they do and the results of each videos they create shows it well. Our wedding video is absolutely great. It was more than what we had expected and I'm very happy we hired them for our wedding. I love how our wedding highlight video tells a story, instead of just a video compilation of things that happened at our wedding. Every person whom we shared our videos loved it and always had great things to say about the videographers work. I know it's gonna be years from now before we can show this video to our kids, but I'm excited to relive one of the best day of our lives with them and we got Mark and Joann to thank for, for capturing one of the most memorable time our lives.

I'm glad we chose nineteen studios as our wedding videographer. They were professional, patient and are great people to work with. Once you give them an idea of what you want, they take off with the idea and work with you to create an amazing movie. From the very start, Joan and mark make you feel right at home and guide you through the process. Joan is a great acting coach. During our pre wedding shoot, she made you look like you knew what your doing on screen when in reality I was clueless and felt awkward at times. Their attention to detail is impressive. They captured every single moment throughout our wedding. It's hard to come across people who are as passionate about their work as nineteen studios is and it shows in their work. I already was expecting a great 5 minute trailer but that wasn't the case with our video. Our trailer was ten times better than what I expected. Watching the trailer had me relive my wedding day and fall in love with my wife all over again. (Not that I ever stopped loving her or anything. Lol) thank you nineteen studios.

Nineteen Studios content and quality of their videos is one of a kind. As our wedding story tellers they do just that. They tell a story which is portrayed in their product. We couldn’t be more happier of our video and felt very comfortable sharing it with our friends and loved ones. Mark and Joann are masters in the craft of cinematography! My wife and I have seen dozens of wedding videos, and trust me when I say their work is among the best. The attention to detail, quality of work, breathtaking drone shots and storytelling (an important aspect that few videographers can truly pull off) make Nineteen Studios a MUST-BOOK vendor. They also work very well with photographers, and are non-intrusive (no flash/lights/bulky equipment). If you aren't videogenic, Joann's directing will help you feel and look like natural movie stars! The pre-wedding shoot makes the value of the packages that much better, and ties in with the overall wedding video. The result is a film that you can share with your friends and family for years to come (especially those who are unable to attend the wedding).

Videography was one of our top priorities when it came to planning our wedding. We honestly watch wedding videos as a hobby, and knew exactly what we wanted--a cinematic, emotional, beautifully edited video (with some drone shots!). We came across Nineteen Studios from a friend and knew they were the perfect fit! After being unhappy with a previous videographer we had booked, we were so ecstatic when Mark and Joann were willing to work with us and find a package that best fit our needs. Thankfully everything fell into place and we never looked back after that!

The wedding pre-shoot included in their package was one of our favorite parts of the wedding planning process. It was the first time we met them in person, and they made us feel so comfortable as if we were lifelong friends. It was so fun, just like we went on an awesome date and it so happened to be filmed! We shot from sunrise to sunset, and we were so impressed by Mark and Joann's hard work and dedication to get the footage they needed. On the wedding day, Mark and Joann were the first vendors to show up and immediately got to filming. They were so professional, and at times I felt like Joann was a part of my bridal party because she was so attune to all the details-- making sure that I was alright, asked if I needed water, and fixed my hair and dress. They stayed with us the whole day, and never once did I worry about where they were. In the middle of the dance floor, my 3-year-old nephew was the cutest thing showing off his moves and when I looked up, Mark was already there with the camera!

We just received our highlights video and are completely blown away! It's everything we dreamed of and more. I just can't express with enough words how amazing Mark and Joann are. Aside from being the cutest husband and wife team ever, they are so incredible at what they do. The quality of their videos is unmatched. If you want something different from the traditional wedding video, you need to book with them!

When planning our wedding, we were not considering having a videographer. We had a photographer and thought that would be enough to capture the most important moments. I (Lorena) first met with Mark. Mark mentioned that he and Joann did wedding videography and referred me to his site "Nineteen Studios". I initially responded by saying that we were not interested. My perception, from past experiences, was that wedding videos were boring and had nothing special to add.

I went on their site and was moved by tears with their work. I loved all the wedding videos and new immediately I wanted them for my wedding.
We decided to have Nineteen Studios shoot our 5 min. highlight and 25 min. cinematic video. We had 1 month before the wedding to have them do the pre-wedding shoot. They were able to make time to fit our very busy schedule. I loved that they incorporated our pre-shoot and were able to tell our love story in a very special way. We were very impressed when they brought a drone to shoot some beautiful scenic shots.

So far, we have received our 5 min. highlight video and have watched it about 30x's. We shared the video on social media with friends and family. We were so glad we decided to go with Nineteen Studios. My husband’s grandma was unable to attend the wedding, at the last minute, due to an illness. We were upset she was not able to make it but very happy she got to see the wedding video. She was very grateful we were able to share our special moments with her.

Mark and Joann were very attentive at the wedding and did a great job of going unseen. We never had a beaming light in our faces, nor did our guest. We didn't even notice them at the wedding but were shocked at the footage they were able to get. They were able to capture every single, special moment. We would highly recommend Nineteen Studios as your wedding videographer. After, our experience with them we would say having a videographer at your wedding is a MUST

Blown away by the final product! I couldn't be happier with the wedding video that Joann and Mark produced for us. Every time i watch the video it really does brighten up my day. It highlights all the perfect parts of the wedding and really sums up our wedding day beautifully. I feel like I get to relive the moments of our special day every time i watch the video.
Aside from the final product, Joann and Mark were awesome to work with. I'm not sure how to describe it....but sometimes when you work with any expert in any field that you are not familiar with...it's actually really nice when they direct and guide you to do exactly what needs to be done to get the best outcome. That's how it was working with Joann and mark. They are such sweet people, but know what looks good on video and they know what needs to be done to achieve the best results all while making sure their client feels 100% comfortable doing whatever it is they are doing. I am so glad that we ended up getting a wedding video after all. It's tough when you have to budget for a wedding and consider leaving certain aspects out to save a few bucks, but honestly....this was worth every single penny =) and i HIGHLY recommend having Joann and Mark do your wedding video, you will love it and you will love them!

It has been over two years since our wedding day, and we are still in awe at how wonderful our wedding video turned out. We were so impressed at how Nineteen Studios captured the most beautiful, exciting, and tender moments of our special day. Many of our fondest memories of that day resurface each time we watch our video again – and we have watched it again many times already. All of our loved ones who have seen our video only had positive things to say. Loved ones who could not make the wedding felt like they were at our wedding as they watched our wedding video, which we believe was a result of the great film making. The video itself had great flow and was very sharp. We were also very happy with the soundtrack that was chosen, and we felt it was very appropriate. The video techniques were also used very well and only made watching the video more pleasurable. Some of the footage made us feel that much thought was put into it and that the creator went to great lengths in creating the video. This can be seen at the beginning of the video where footage of a person swimming in the bay can be seen while a team of rowers passed by, which obviously required the creators to wake up very early to take the footage. A clever aspect of the video was how the music and footage aligned in parts of the video. This is shown in the video where the music says “I’ll put on my shoes” at the same moment that the groom is putting on his shoes or the music says “kiss me” at the moment of the bride and groom’s first kiss as husband and wife. Mark and Joan of Nineteen Studios were amazing in directing everyone for footage, even with the large number of entourage and guests. Filming went smoothly from the morning to evening during the big day. They truly gave us a gift that we will cherish for the rest of our lives and we are so grateful. For this, we can never give enough of our appreciation to Nineteen Studios. Thank you very much!!!

If you're looking for ordinary, 'textbook' videographers, you're at the wrong place. Mark and Joann are the complete opposite of that! I've never met such a creative, talented, compassionate duo. Their work is one-of-a-kind, and they always keep their customers in mind. They were able to convey our love story/wedding day with such sincerity and heart. They're so easy (and very accommodating) to work with .. not to mention, their turnaround time for their work is fast! DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING WITHOUT THEM --YOU'LL REGRET IT!
