I found my dress at Nikki's, palm harbor location. After telling them what style I was looking for, my dress was the first one I tried on! I tried on a few others after that just to make sure:) The staff were helpful as my dress came in. I went down in sizes from when I ordered my dress but Kathy did a wonderful job with alterations! I got my dress, veil and bridesmaid dress for Nikkis. They had a great selection of dresses and I was able to find my dream dress! My dress came in quickly and got perfectly with only minor alterations needed. They have a great selection of bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses as well. I always had a great experience when I was there. I would recommend Nikkis for your wedding! -

The staff was so helpful and nice. This was the first and last place I went to shop for my wedding dress. My consultant made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I loved/ wanted in a dress. It only took four dresses until I found the one. I am extremely grateful! -

I bought my gorgeous wedding gown at Nikki’s with the help of my kind, no pressure sales consultant Cheryl. I had been to five other dress shops including the famous Bridals by Lori in Atlanta and I had purchased a one of a kind dress in Colorado. I did not find the perfect dress though until I went to Nikki’s! I have a strange body type as I am under 5 foot and extremely chesty. Cheryl was able to help me select the right style to flatter and elongate my figure. Then Kathy in alterations did an amazing job making the dress fit me to a tee! She even made custom sleeves for me in a short time frame! I highly recommend this team! My friends could not stop talking about how much they loved my dress and my strong handsome husband was blown away! -

I went to the Wesley Chapel location. I was 15 min early and the consultant, a male, was very friendly and accommodating . He asked me what I liked and didn’t like. He pulled gowns that I liked and some that he thought I would like. I tried on 4 gowns. I loved all of them. Then he put me in gown 5. Oh boy, it was stunning and I thought this was it. He asked if he could put me in one more gown. It fit like a glove. But I didn’t love everything about it. He then told me that I could combine what loved about gown 5 with gown 6. He also called the designer to make sure it was possible with this gown. The designer was more than happy to make a custom dress for me. The entire experience was fantastic. This was the 4th shop I had gone to. I’m so glad a friend of mine recommended this place to me. He allowed my friend to take pictures and video. I wish I could remember hi name. I’m still on a high from finding my dream gown. -

Nikki's was my first and only stop when dress shopping. I fell in love with my dress and ordered it the same day. The staff was SO helpful and just made me feel beautiful. My dress was initially supposed to come in in November and Nikki's staying in touch with me - calling me to let me know it had been delayed but not to worry. I just picked up my dress a week ago and it is just as perfect as I remember it! The girls did a great job measuring me because it fits almost perfectly - even though I was worried about the size when we ordered it I trusted them. We have since gone back to Nikki's for both the bridesmaid dresses and the tuxedos. When I walk in the store they greet me by name and immediately know who I am - which is a wonderful feeling. So far extremely pleased with my experience at Nikki's. -

Everything was done with a breeze. Location was also perfect for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience! From bridesmaids dresses, to my stunning wedding gown; we are all beyond satisfied! Thank again!!

I’m a plus size bride (standard dress size 12-14) and was really nervous about my body in a wedding gown. The associates there helped steer me into a dress that looked stunning on me. In that dress I had no insecurities. Staff was always so friendly and professional. The seamstress is amazing! Just an FYI be sure to be on time to your appointment for alterations as every single minute is important to them. They also have a huge selection of prom, HOCO, and mother of the bride dresses. They even have suits for rent. WAY better than visiting a Davids Bridal (which I did and received horrible customer service). -

We got my mothers dress here and she found one she loved. she tryed on a size 18 in the store and fit her well and that was the size she ordered. since she was out of state she had to have to mailed home. that's when the issues started when my mother got her dress a week later she tried it on and started crying it was too small. it was the same size she tried on in the store and it was 4 inches too small. we contacted the store and from day one they helped us resolve the issue. when the store contacted the vendor of the dress they were rude to the store saying that's not possible and being around thanksgiving holiday they than stated that the store never called which wasn't true because they always kept me in the loop. my mother was devastated because she spent a lot on the dress and really wanted to wear it for the wedding. The problem was the dress in the store since everyone tries them on stretched out alot so when we ordered that size it appeared too small. but the store ordered two new sizes for my mom to try on and choose which one she wanted and she was beyond happy they rectified the situation. the store was very helpful and kind in the situation but their vendors of the dresses are less to be desired. -

Fantastic Experience!
I visited Nikki's at Wiregrass Mall after visiting their booth at a bridal show. I actually didn't intend to buy my dress that day since I only had one bridesmaid with me and planned to bring more people for my actual appointment. However, I ended up finding the perfect dress while I was there. I didn't have a clear idea of what I was looking for (only what I didn't want), but the consultant really listened to my feedback and was able to translate my thoughts and feelings for me!
Due to covid-19, my dress arrived later than expected. I ordered it in February 2020 and it didn't arrive until just before Thanksgiving. Definitely not Nikki's fault, but I was anxious regardless. I appreciated how they handled my constant check-in calls and texts with grace!
I also had my alterations done with Zen at the Palm Harbor location (closer to where I live) and she was fantastic! I enjoyed my experience shopping at Nikki's and so did my mother-in-law! She bought her dress there too. :) I'll definitely return in the future when I'm in need of an outfit for a special occasion. -

I purchased my wedding dress from Nikki's and it was a great experience! I had tried the same dress on at another local boutique after Nikki's, but went back & purchased at Nikki's because of their professionalism, and because Cheryl was fabulous! Cheryl was honest & knows the industry well, and provided great guidance. She pulled dresses that were most flattering for me, and I ended up choosing a dress that I would never have looked at it if it weren't for her expertise! They maintained communication all the way through, promptly calling me when things were ready as well as multiple texts to confirm appointments. Kathy did my alterations and she was such a gem! She was patient and kind, and worked very hard. Even though they have many brides and guests come through, they always made me feel like I was top priority. If you want a stress free experience, go to Nikki's! -

Nikki's gave me such a fun experience picking out my dress. They were very understanding when I tearfully called them explaining that it didn't fit. I wish I would've used their seamstress to help me fix it. I purchased a beautiful dressed called Adelaide from Morilee. They did not push me to purchase anything else and they were respectful and accommodating, -

Nikki's dressed our entire wedding party. They brought our vision to life and delivered the GLAM! Cheryl helped find my dream dress and worked with budget. There were so many beautiful options for bridesmaids and Mothers. Nick was awesome getting all of the guys the perfect fitted tuxedos and delivering on time. Kathy did my alterations and she is amazing.
This team is professional and very good at what they do. We appreciate everything they did to make us feel amazing on our big day. ❤ -
