I cannot say enough great things about Nikki. She is everything you can ever ask for in a photographer for one of the biggest days of your life. She is the best hype women you’ll ever meet & makes taking so many photos a breeze! We made sure when we rescheduled our wedding that the new date worked for Nikki because there was no way we were going to have anyone else do our photos for the day! She has different package levels to offer based on your budget & what you’re looking for. We wanted a second shooter & she coordinated that. She is worth every penny & we cannot wait to cherish her photos for the rest of our lives! 100/10 recommend! -

I CANNOT RECOMMEND NIKKI ENOUGH. From start to finish, Nikki was not only our favorite wedding vendor, but also someone we could rely on for everything from timeline help to outfit choices, from teaching us how to pose for a photo to helping choose our bridesmaid colors. She brought so much excitement to our engagement and wedding that made the time leading up to and the big day so much more special. We loved her photography style so much that we adapted our initial vision to match her style and it was the best decision we made. Our photos are timeless, warm, so reflective of the overwhelming love we experienced that day, and already so very cherished. She captured every moment, every emotion, and every person exactly right. Her apprentices also did a fantastic job. Every single person who has seen the photos has specifically pointed out how good our photographer was. Aside from her incredible work as a photographer, she is all around a delightful person, easy to work with, kind, and fun! She was reliable beyond belief, and I never had to worry about anything with Nikki. I cannot recommend Nikki enough, and plan to hire her for all our special events in the future. -

We are so happy with Nikki Kate Photography! Nikki is wonderful and our wedding was shot by Karley and London of her associate team. We are both a little awkward with posed photos but they made us feel totally comfortable and calm. They made sure to get all of the photos we wanted and more. Although it's too soon to see the full gallery, we loved the previews and couldn't wait to leave the review! Definitely would recommend. -

Nikki Radiates Positivity and Makes You Feel So Beautiful
It’s hard to put into words how incredible it was working with Nikki for our Sept 2022 wedding. For starters, Nikki is an incredible business woman. Her photography website is clear, easy to navigate, and draws you in with her beautiful photos. Her process of signing contracts, making payments, and receiving photos is incredibly easy. She is always so fast at responding. Beyond the business aspect of it, Nikki is an incredible human and photographer! From the first time we met in person at our engagement shoot, Nikki just radiates positive energy. She made myself and my now husband feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera. I highly recommend doing an engagement shoot and bringing your dog! She made taking pictures with our wedding party around the city so much fun! Everyone loved working with her. She’s creative, organized, and she creates the most beautiful photos. She captured everything we could have ever dreamed of on our wedding day-from the intimate moments, to the small details, to getting down on the dance floor-she didn’t miss a second. And she even took some video clips and made some super fun Instagram reels for us! As well as some polaroids which were so fun to have! The morning after our wedding we woke up to a preview of almost 70 photos! We could not believe how fast she worked to get us those. We have gotten numerous compliments on the photography from our wedding. Her vibe perfectly matched our September Winery wedding. If you’re looking for a kind, talented, and overall wonderful person to photograph your wedding-look no further than Nikki. She made our day so special and because of her we have a couple thousand beautiful photos to forever remember our special day! -

A truely lovely and talented photographer
We spent a lot of time looking at photographers since photos are what last the longest from your day, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to go with Nikki Kate Photography. Nikki is an absolute delight to work with - she’s organized, talented, and so excited for every couple. We worked with her associates on our wedding day, and both Brooke and Noelle were upbeat, excited, and did a phenomenal job of making everyone look and feel natural. They were the perfect addition to our day! Nikki sent us sneak peeks within 24 hours of our wedding day and the entirety of our package to us in record time. We love our photos and are having a hard time choosing what to print! -

From the first time we met Nikki for our engagement shoot all the way up until our wedding day, she was so incredible and friendly to work with! She is such a sweet and genuine person and lights up the room with her bubbly personality. My now husband and I have never taken professional photos before meeting with Nikki so we weren't sure what to expect, but she quickly made it so easy for us to feel comfortable and have fun during the whole process! We had to postpone our original wedding date because of COVID, as did many other couples, and when we were looking at a new date we knew that having Nikki continue to be our photographer was our #1 priority. We worked around her rescheduling availability in picking our new date and she was so accommodating throughout it all.
We had the best wedding we could have ever imagined and it's so amazing to see how perfectly Nikki and her brother Jared captured it all. Our family and friends had nothing but amazing things to say about them both and Nikki made everything feel like a breeze. She is so exceptional with her work and really knows how to make her couples feel special. We feel so lucky that she had sent us a handful of photos to look at the very next day after our wedding and we still can't stop looking at our entire wedding album! Nikki truly goes above and beyond for her couples and it doesn't go unnoticed.
Also, if you have any fur babies, she will do everything to make sure they get captured in your special day! We will cherish our pictures with our dog Duncan forever thanks to her. Having Nikki as our photographer didn't feel like just having a random vendor show up and take photos, we actually got to form a relationship with her and for that, we are forever grateful. Nina Sent on 07/06/2021Incredible Micro Wedding Shoot
I reached out to Nikki about two months before my micro wedding at the Morton Arboretum. She was available and so I booked her right away, since it was a pretty last-minute request for a Saturday morning. I loved her photography portfolio. She really delivered! The day-of, there was a massive downpour, so we had to switch up and move indoors from our original outdoor spot. The photos still turned out beautifully. Then when the rain let up a bit, we took more photos outdoors. Nikki even brought clear umbrellas - they really helped elevate the photos. She was very good at helping us pose, and very open to me suggesting a few shots that I wanted (some more serious, Vogue-y looking ones). She works very seamlessly, I didn't even realize she was getting shots of certain cute moments until I got the photos back! I was also extremely impressed by the turnaround time. Our wedding was around 11am and by that night, we had edited photos back (almost 500!). Another fun thing was that Nikki took some polaroid shots in addition to regular photos. These turned out so nicely and are great little mementos of the day. She is an excellent photographer and I would absolutely hire her again for any event - engagement, wedding, really whatever! She's a joy to work with and I wish I could have 10 more weddings just so she could photograph them. -

Choosing Nikki to be our wedding photographer was hands down the BEST decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding. She was flexible and accommodating, as well as a lovely and supportive person. Although we were nervous to take engagement photos, Nikki quickly made us laugh and feel ourselves. She has such a sunny and bright disposition which made us relax in front of the camera. She has a great eye and also rolls with ideas you have seamlessly. Needless to say, our engagement and wedding photos turned out beautifully and I have them hung all over our home. We have gotten so many complements on our engagement/wedding photos. I recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married. I am so excited to get to see her again in November because she is doing my brothers wedding next! -

Nikki was amazing!! She photographed our wedding and she seriously blew us away. She captured the day so beautifully, and she made sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun! I could tell that she took her time editing the photos because they look so professional. Some of my friends and family even said that our photos looked like they came straight out of a magazine! You will seriously not regret booking Nikki as your photographer! 1000000/10 would recommend! -

I went to college with Nikki and had the pleasure of working with her. We've since then graduated, and I have still been following her photography business grow. I've always known that her photography style was EXACTLY what I had in mind for my wedding photos. As I said in my title, I love Nikki so much, I asked her to come with us to our destination wedding in Ireland. THE. PHOTOS. TURNED. OUT. AMAZING. Nikki is so polite and genuine. One of the best people you could ever ask to meet. She's so talented and we are so grateful to have a seamless series of photos for our engagement photos, adventure session, Ireland wedding day, and US wedding reception. I’ve followed along with Nikki & her photography skills since she first began her time behind a camera. Her technique, talent, & skill is so beautiful. I couldn’t have imagined anyone else being our photographer on our wedding day. Nikki was the best photographer I could’ve had during my wedding experience. She took our engagement pictures and our wedding day pictures. She was so easy to get a hold of and always responded to any questions I had promptly. Aside from taking beautiful photos, she made the entire experience so fun and comfortable. Personally, I am not comfortable when people take my picture but she made the whole process so fun and easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for a wedding photographer and I wouldn’t use anybody else for future photo needs. -

The absoulte best
I have said it before and I will say it time and time and time again - Nikki is one of the most talented, genuine, and kindest souls you will EVER meet! She photographed our wedding on October 4th, and I continue to receive the sweetest comments from my bridal party, family members, and wedding guests regarding how accommodating, polite, and sweet Nikki is! Although we have only received a "sneak peak" of our photos thus far, I have received ENDLESS compliments regarding the quality of these photos. Her photos are warm, timeless, intimate, and just full to the brim with love. We had a tight timeline on the day of our wedding leaving limited time for photos, and Nikki was AMAZING at taking charge of the situation and helping to keep everyone on track to ensure we would get the photos we desired. She is organized, timely, and poised and professional in all her interactions with both us and other vendors the day of. I would pick Nikki time and time again for any and all life events because I just know that not only will she take the photos, but they will be photos that we will treasure and share for a LIFETIME. It was simply wonderful working with Nikki for our wedding photography! Every step of the way she was extremely responsive and so friendly and warm. For our engagement shoot, Nikki went above and beyond to get some special fitness themed photos we wanted. We asked her to go out of her element, and she met the challenge with joy. Excellent Photographer, Every Aspect ESPECIALLY the PHOTOS!
Nikki was an amazing photographer, and we have absolutely nothing we'd have wanted different with her on our big day, or with our amazing photos. The photos were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. But the planning and day of was just fantastic. She understood what we wanted, and caught every moment, be it candids or posed photos, and really was so calm and non-obtrusive about it. We were blown away by the fact that she didn't seem like she was following us around all day or in our faces with a million camera clicks, but yet was there for every moment, including so many special ones we had no idea were happening! Some of our favorite photos were ones we hadn't planned. Particularly, we wanted some outdoor scenes and had some ideas of where to go, but Nikki took the lead as we showed her the area, and really brought us to places around the property we wouldn't have imagined. The photos were breathtaking. Also, we wanted a good amount of candids and the crowd, and she really nailed it. We feel like our photos really captured the essence of our day, and we couldn't be more pleased. We were so impressed and honestly it was one of the most stress-free factors of our big day. Nikki and her brother were absolutely AMAZING! First of all, our engagement pictures were gorgeous and so much fun to take! She knew exactly what poses would look good and what areas of the park would look the best as a background. We were even able to bring our dogs for the pictures!! On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about anything. We told her the timeline of the day and she knew exactly what we wanted! She captured EVERY possible moment that she could. I can’t think of one time during the night where she did not capture the perfect pictures. She is truly incredibly talented and loves what she does. She was a delight to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone!! -
