Eerything is well coordinated and well communicated. limousine was spotless inside and out and very well equiped. would not hesitate to book with them again for any special occasion.....weddings, graduation or just a party night out.

The only company that has a 2 hour min rental for a wedding...granted it was for a Sunday but still.

We had a wheel chair for my mother and they didnt care if we brought it along for the ride.
The driver helped us with it the whole entire time.

Worth every penny and it wasn't expensive at all.
Very reasonable prices and the service was awesome. All the other companies have outrageous prices with extra fees left and right.

This company is first class all the way!! I was able to get a quote and make the reservation and pay a deposit with absolutely no problems, no if's and's or but's. They were very attentive and flexible to my needs ( I needed an extended charter ). Our driver James was simply the BEST!! He was on time all the time and very patient with our needs ( including going to Michigan Ave at the beginning of the Christmas Parade ). Anyone needing a limo for ANY reason cannot do better than to use Nightstar!!!!

Working with Nightstar was so easy and professional! They confirmed all of the details and emailed the information. Our driver Mark arrived 15 minutes early, communicated everything clearly, was very flexible and such a nice guy. Super clean, brand new fabulous stretch limo. I absolutely recommend their superior service and reliability. VERY happy with our experience.

WOW!!!!! Don't be concerned that Nightstar Limo doesn't have tons of reviews.... because I was a little hesitant and WOW they delivered. I ended up booking my wedding and then my matron of honor booked them for my Bachelorette party. Every experience was exceptional! They were early every time, most importantly on my wedding day when the driver arrived 30 whole minutes early. Not much can put a bride's mind at ease more than that. The party bus we were sent was clean and well decorated and well stocked with drinks. I am SO HAPPY with Nightstar Limo and would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for any future transportation needs I could have!!

I reserved a Limousine with Nightstar for a wedding party and I had a great experience with this company.
I used Wedding wire to get quotes from several limousine companies in and around Chicago and received a straightforward quote within 24 hours from Nightstar Limo. They didn't try to force me to buy extra services or get me on the phone to do a hard sell. I really appreciated that. When I did decide to go with Nightstar limo, the reservation process was easy, the agent on the phone answered all my questions and was very polite and courteous.

Booked the limo ONE DAY before my joint birthday with my girlfriend at 10pm. No issues. Solid price, solid everything.

Daniel, the sickest driver ever, showed up pretty promptly and he was super cool with all of my guests. Got us exactly where we needed to go quick. He was so quick that in fact when my time limit was close to expiring, he made sure I got back in time. I recommend getting that driver if you can, he's awesome.

The BEST customer service and driver I've had from a driving service, and just in general these guys were always amazing with it. Price is what it is, but the limo was big enough for about 14 people.

The reason I chose Night Star is because they were the ONLY company that would charge me hourly, even after I uttered the words WEDDING.

When I called, I explained that everytime I say the word 'wedding' other vendors would automatically put me at the 3 hour rate (plus all the extras) but all I needed was 2 hours to drive around and take pictures with my husband and our kids, 5 of us total (including the photographer). Daniel was great! He gave me the hourly rate and that was that. We were so thrilled that he was willing to work with us that we ended up using Night Star for the town car to the airport the next day and the town car home from the airport. Very professional and curtious!

Now, don't let me mislead you, we didn't get the 'red' carpet, or the champaigne in the limo, or the 'just married' sign but that is NOT what we NEEDED, but for $60 an hour (plus gratuity) it was exactly what we WANTED!!

Where to start....initially, when we booked this company - all seemed good. A week before hand we called to verify the info and finalize payment. The gentleman on the phone was rude, he couldn't find any of our wedding details (pick-up times, locations etc) and he informed us that we had to wait until our wedding day to pay which was what we didn't wanna have to do. The limo didn't have any decorations on it and seemed to be an older model. It was clean and stocked with beverages as described. The inside of the limo was ok....nothing too fancy but the tinting on the windows was peeling off and definitely made a poor impression of this company's "pride of ownership". The only thing we really liked about this service was our driver. He was professional, friendly and competent.

When I contacted this vendor they informed they di take credit card as a form of payment......PAYMENT not just deposit. The morning of my wedding they were looking for a payment of $600+ they waited until the morning of to tell us they dont take credit card for the entire amount but, only for the deposit which by the way they never even ran the deposit. When I signed the contract with them I had some questions and had a horrible time getting the to contact me back (should have been my first red flag!) They we gave them cash the day of the wedding and the driver then tells my father they do take credit card so my father not knowing we had given them cash gives them, a credit card to run! Make up your minds do you take credit card or NOT!!!! The limo was nice from the outside but, pretty banged up on the inside, some of the glass holders were broke and the seats were torns and scratched up, when paying for a 15 person excursion limo you would think it would be perfect inside. The only good thing I can say, is they were on time.

Left the BRIDE and Groom High and Dry

Brides and Grooms BEWARE! Just this past Saturday, my new sister-in-law was set and scheduled with this company for her WEDDING DAY! An hour and half before they were suppose to come and pick up the groomsmen and bring them to the venue, THEY CANCELED!!! CANCELED! They canceled because they said that the limo was in the shop. The killer is, they had no back up plan or way to fix this by sending another car, calling another company to step in.... NOTHING. Further... this limo was in the shop days before the event, so they had plenty of time to come up with a back up plan should something happen.
I am absolutely disgusted with the company and the fact that they just left a bride hours before her big day high and dry with no transportation and nothing more and than am "I'm sorry". She did not deserve this nor does any bride deserve to be treated like this on their wedding day. The look on her face was shear heart break and I could not stand by and not warn others of how unprofessional this company was bc this is a HUGE part of their business. I have never heard of this happening to anyone and with so many other options out there, I beg that you go somewhere else. A true test of the character and integrity of company is how they treat their patron when unexpected things happen and this was was a very true picture of how this company may treat you if something happens. Go some where else!!!
