  Delicious Food!

  Nighthawk Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter's wedding! My daughter and her fiance' had the ability to go to the Nighthawk restaurant to experience a tasting menu, and make choices on exactly what they wanted served at their wedding. We received so many raves from the wedding guests about how delicious the food was! Sandra is awesome and an amazing cook. Her staff did a fantastic job at the venue. So happy with everything! Highly recommend!

  Delicious!

  All their food was amazing and it was a huge hit at the wedding! They set everything up perfectly and always had food ready to go! They are wonderful!

  First I just wanted to say that the review I give this company is in no way comparison to what I have experienced. It was so much better and a see for yourself kind of thing! We booked our wedding with nighthawk and when the whole process started, scheduling a taste and communication was perfect. As an eager bride with an almost 2 year engagement I was early in booking everything. So when I did my taste test a year in advanced and asked my questions I was thrilled to hear I wasn't forgotten. The tasting was wonderful and there was no question that this is the kind of delicious food I would love to serve my closest family and friends. My questions were all answered very honestly and upfront which I loved. When booking things like this a lot of vendors tell you what you want to hear and ignore it, to do it there way! I was nervous about having a buffet because, well it doesn't seem very wedding like and more like a BBQ. However, I was told it was the best option for my venue and choice of food to have it taste the best that it can! OH AND DID IT! The food was so wonderful, I was worried I was going to have to take a couch nap at the reception because I was so full, but I couldn't stop eating it. Our best man had 3 plates it was that good. Three weeks later my guest are still talking about how awesome it was. The staff and chef herself were there to make sure everything was perfect and they did an amazing job. My husbands favorite part was we received a 5 star meal for 120 quests and still very reasonably priced, 100% worth every penny if not more! We had also booked Nighthawk for our bar service's too! Still the same process, very responsive and quick at getting back to me about booking, questions and concerns. Staff was friends and attentive. Id say if I was booking another event, it will be planned around there schedule to make sure that we experience this food, bar and service all over again! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR NIGHT GREAT!!!!

  We had rave reviews all evening on our dinner, we chose to have a buffet, everything was perfect. Crispy salads, tender chicken, the beef tips were scrumptious, we had green beans, garlic mashed red skins potatoes with gravy. Could not have been more please. I have had Nighthawk do my catering for years now, I have no reason to go anywhere else, their choices are unlimited for any occasion and prices are very reasonable, many different options to satisfy our wallet.   You will not be disappointed with the Nighthawk! AMAZING homemade food for a budget friendly number. Every guest at our wedding made comments about how wonderful the food was. Sandra is an amazing person to work with, she's flexible and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. 10/10!!

  Nighthawk Catering was the preferred vendor for our venue and at first I was a little nervous because I couldn't find too many reviews about them online. I booked a tasting and was immediately impressed with Sandra and her team. The tasting was amazing, we tried several things from the menu and she sat down with us to discuss our favorites as well as pricing for the menu and the bar. Her initial quote was not far from what we ended up paying, which was nice. The service and food at our wedding was amazing, we had so many compliments! The bartenders went above and beyond to make sure we had enough drinks for everyone all night, even making 2 runs to get more liquor. We are so happy with Nighthawk Catering and would recommend them to everyone!

  We had the NightHawk Catering for our wedding, the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone at the wedding raved about how good it was and how good the service is. The food was always served hot and Sandra (the owner) didn't allow any trays to become low. Sandra is just purely amazing, we wanted to do a special whiskey bar for our wedding and she was so thrilled and was very knowledgable and helped out so much in choosing the right drinks. Needless to say the whiskey bar was a hit! And the bartending staff was just a joy to be around. We will definitely be using NightHawk Catering in the future, there is so much to choose from and we have nothing bad to say about them :)

  The food was seriously amazing and the quote was seriously close to the actual price HOWEVER, getting ahold of them was a nightmare, I think she took on too many events at once and we had a really hard time getting answers from her
