When our original caterer canceled just seven months before our wedding, we were devastated — but then Nicole’s came in and completely saved the day! From the very first conversation, they jumped right in, listened to our vision, and made all of our food ideas come to life. They created the most perfect fall-inspired menu and bar — every single bite and sip was amazing.

Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour, dinner, and drinks even a month later! Everything was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly fit the cozy, elegant feel of our day.

Exceeds expectations!

Nicole’s catering came highly recommended by our venue, and now that our wedding has passed—we have an appreciation for why. From the seamless planning process & attention to detail with the lovely Katrina, to the fantastic couples tasting event, to our wedding day itself - everything was spectacular—not only just the quality of the food, but also the aesthetic/presentation, and tentative/professional wait staff. Multiple people came up to me during reception to declare things along the lines of “this was the best wedding food I’ve ever had”….”my steak was unreal, like insane”….”dessert bar was so amazing, I had to have a little bit of everything…” and so much more. we thank you for all your hard work that went into making our day so special (and tasty). Nicole's Catering went above and beyond in every possible way for our wedding at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind — truly a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process.

WOW catering - and so much more

I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at Nicole's. We were between 2 different caterers for our wedding... prices were comparable, but Nicole's was willing to go above and beyond in every way for us - so we went with them. My husband's dream was to have a French fry bar - so they gave us a French fry bar. We literally made up a meal option ("I see this list you gave us... but can you make like a Thai curry style thing as the chicken dish?") and they made it and it was EXCELLENT. I looked forward to my wedding for weeks because I was so excited to have the beef again after trying it at our tasting. There were custom drinks ready for every member of the wedding party after the ceremony. They heard the broccoli cheese puffs were my favorite so they made sure to bring me some at cocktail hour, then set a small plate of them on our sweetheart table. My husband got the chicken and I got the beef so they brought us a bowl of the tortellini so we could also have that. I heard afterwards one of our guests, after devouring his chicken, said he wanted to try the beef - so they brought him a plate! We had one vegan guest and they prepared a completely custom meal for her, that she was able to order ahead of time. And don't even get me started on the desserts.
We've been getting so much feedback from our guests about the food quality, QUANTITY, and the service. Obviously the food is very important (and it was fabulous) but I can't tell how you many times I've also heard from our guests how impressed they were with the staff. They were always happy, smiling, friendly, helpful, and available. And they were so attentive.
Which brings me to the next thing that sets Nicole's apart: they are not "just" a caterer. Ava was involved with us from the very beginning - we walked through the schedule of our whole day multiple times at different points. It was obvious they wanted the wedding in its entirety to be a big success - not just the food. That level of dedication and care cannot be overstated.

The best of the best!!!

I cannot recommend Nicole’s enough for your wedding day! From the start, the team lead by Kate B was so helpful, organized, and responsive throughout the whole planning process. The wedding menu tasting day in Albany was also THE MOST fun you’ll have during the wedding planning process and not to be missed.

For the wedding, everything was served hot, and presented perfectly. Nicole’s is truly flexible with the menu making any tweaks and requests to your liking. All the food was so delicious—our guests are still talking about it! Will be using them again for any future events!!

We hired Nicole’s Catering based on a recommendation from our wedding coordinator. From the very first phone call I knew we would be hiring Nicole’s. We mostly worked with Kate Bender and she was a 10/10. She always responded to us right away and anything we asked for she had a positive and can do attitude. Nicole’s went above and beyond in every aspect of our wedding and we could tell our happiness was their top priority. We felt this throughout the whole process. They were highly organized and sent us helpful reminders along the way. On the day of our wedding everything went off without a hitch, and everyone said the food and drinks were delicious. They even sourced special beers for my husband and hand stuffed blue cheese into olives for his martinis. I found their pricing to be very competitive and fair and I highly recommend this team!

Kate, Tina, and the whole team were incredible

We cannot recommend Nicole’s highly enough. Every dish they created for us was incredible, and they were very flexible when it came to any of our requests to customize each plate for our preferences and for any restrictions of our guests. Beyond the quality of the food and service it has to be said that all of the team members went above and beyond throughout the whole process. We were lucky enough to have Tina as captain of the staff at our wedding and on top of making sure everything ran perfectly smoothly, she made sure to take the absolute best care of us all night from the moment the ceremony ended to when we were packing up at the end of the night. We also have to say that our wedding day would not have been what it was without everything that Kate, Nicole’s Director of Sales, did for us. She was incredibly professional and thorough as well as genuinely caring. The degree to which she communicated with us leading up to our wedding and the care she put into the day itself were beyond what we could have expected. We really believe that every aspect of our wedding came together for the better because Kate and the Nicole’s team were a part of it. Thank you so much for everything.

Fall wedding perfection

Nicole’s catered our October wedding, and I don’t think I could have asked for a better team. Katrina was amazing to work with, she made sure every detail was taken care of and went above and beyond to make our day beautiful (especially the ice cubes with rose petals in them! Still obsessed with how cute they were) The food was AMAZING, guests are still talking about our mashed potato bar. We didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, they even threw together a gorgeous last minute cake when our original cake plans fell apart. I can’t wait to find another excuse to work with them again! I wish I had photos of the actual food but we we too busy eating to stop to take pictures!

Black Tie Barn Wedding at Lakotas Farm

We worked with Nicole's to cater our black tie barn wedding at Lakotas Farm where we had a global guest list. As my husband is a meat trader, the food (and meat in particular) was very important to us. We added lamb lollipops to the passed hors d'oeuvres and included a filet mignon option for the entrée. We received rave reviews about these dishes and all of the food served by Nicole's!

In addition, the alcohol selection was very important to us as well. Nicole's was very flexible with our package and allowed us to pick and choose which premium liquor we wanted, types of wine and champagne and also curate our beer list. The guests raved about our maple old fashioned and espresso martini signature drinks!

Katrina was amazing to work with and was always responsive and flexible to meet with. She made sure the table settings, cocktail tables, and cake/display tables were decorated according to my vision and also made sure all of the guests were taken care of! 5 stars for Nicole's and the whole catering team!

Perfect caterer for a perfect day!

Nicole’s Catering was the best choice we could’ve made to cater our June 2024 wedding at the Appel Inn! All of the staff was so prompt, polite, and enthusiastic in our communications from the start. Kate frequently followed up with phone calls and meetings throughout the year as we narrowed down our choices, and Dylan was great about sending friendly reminders each time a payment was due.

On the day of the wedding, Nicole’s staff helped with the layout and setting up dining, memorial, and other incidental tables. We ordered our cake through them, so they took care of bringing the cake from the bakery, and it was delicious! When we weren’t sure if a buffet would work in the space based on the number of guests we had, Nicole’s assured us they could make it happen, and they certainly did! No one felt like they had to wait too long for food, and even with all our guests, the venue felt spacious and comfortable, even with the buffet tables. The servers were excellent and the bartenders were truly impressive, working on the deck outside tirelessly for almost 6 hours on a very hot and humid June day! Our captain, Michelle, constantly made sure my husband and I had enough to eat and drink. They even had a full and beautifully plated display of the passed hors d’ouevres set aside in the She Shed just for us before our grand entrance.

Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was and many have told us it was some of the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. We couldn’t be happier with Nicole’s and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their special event!

The best decision you can make!

Hiring Nicole's Catering was the best decision we made for our wedding. We initially found them by asking around who in the area provided the best quality food and the answers were unanimous: Nicole's! Serving a very beautiful and delicious meal was important to us, and we got that and so much more. Kate and Ava were consistently easy to communicate, patient, and professional. It felt like a partnership in crafting the event that we wanted and bringing it to life. Additionally, their day-of coordinating was invaluable to making the day run smoothly. Things popped up (a shuttle was late pushing out timeline, a guest needed medical attention also pushing our timeline), but we hardly noticed. Ava handled everything so that we enjoyed a stress-free experience.

The food was incredible and all our guests were raving about it. We're so grateful to the whole team over at Nicole's and would recommend them to anyone!

Great food and great service

TLDR: They were easily one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding and if you are thinking about it, just go ahead and do it.

We had our wedding at The Sablewood. One of our top priorities for vendors was catering, as delicious food (especially cocktail hour) was really important to us. Nicole’s delivered on that and then some. Everyone we talked to after the wedding could not stop talking about the cocktail hour food and each person had their own favorite. My mother loved the sweet potato/black bean quesadillas, my husband’s mother raved about the hazelnut chicken and at least three people could not get enough of the sliced tenderloin on crostini. And when choosing dinner options, multiple guests said it was so difficult to choose because all options sounded so good.

But Nicole’s is so much more than fantastic food. Their catering team is professional and everyone is so amazing at their job. Throughout the planning process, Kate from Nicole’s was so responsive to every email that we sent planning the cocktail hour and reception menu and put me at ease with a document that had everything detailed out down along with a timeline. On the day of our wedding, Nicole’s provided catered sandwiches and drinks to both wedding parties for lunch. As my husband and I recessed down the aisle after the ceremony, there was Nicole’s with our signature drinks in hand for us! Nicole’s assigned us a captain for the wedding day whose focus is to make sure you (the wedding couple) eat and drink as much as you want. Tina was amazing and she waited on us and our families the entire night. My husband and I took 20 minutes in the bridal suite by ourselves before cocktail hour and Nicole’s brought up a massive tray of multiple items of every passed bite we chose as well as samplings of every other cocktail hour station we had. I honestly would have stayed up there eating our cocktail hour food and drinking our signature drinks, it was that good. During the reception, our captain Tina stopped by our table multiple times to make sure we never had an empty drink or had to wait in line. We even got a third meal option to try all three of our dinner meals. Afterwards, I found out Tina was also making sure that our families had drinks as well. The dinner service ran smoothly and they had the top tier of our cake wrapped and ready to go at the end of the night. If you are looking to wow your guests with amazing food and be taken care of by a catering team who are amazing at their job and knows what they are doing, you need to hire Nicole’s Catering. You will be so glad you did.

The best!!!

Nicole’s catering did such an amazing job catering our wedding. From the moment we signed our contract, Nicole’s was very communicative in answering any questions we had and made any adjustments that we wanted along the way. The food was outstanding and we were able to taste every entree we offered to our guests which was super nice. They also put aside our cocktail hour appetizers so make sure we ate as it gets tough trying to greet everyone but also enjoy the cocktail hour. The only thing I wish we did was go to our tasting, but I felt like this should’ve been included in our overall catering price as it was about $200PP for the tasting. But nonetheless we loved the food and was a huge success. Thanks so much Nicole’s Catering!

Our favorite vendor of all!

You MUST book Nicole's for your wedding! Nicole's is way more than a catering company. To start, the food is delicious and we received rave reviews from all the guests on all meals including the vegan and vegetarian options. But that's just the start. We get emotional just writing this review because of how helpful and amazing the Nicole's staff was on our wedding day. It was POURING rain and the staff made sure I (the bride) stayed completely dry. They surrounded me with umbrellas as I made my entrance and gave me a pep talk that I'll never forget. They even wiped down my feet with towels before my first dance so I wouldn't slip. They made me, my husband and our immediate family feel fully supported throughout the entire day in a way we did not expect a catering company to do. Special shout out to Sarah, Katie, Madi and Emily. It was also a pleasure working with Kate throughout the process. Book them, you won't regret it!

Amazing Caterer for Our Wedding!

Nicole's Catering was a wonderful choice for our wedding at The Sablewood. Katie and Kate, the coordinators we worked with, were very easygoing and helpful throughout the entire process. They handled everything from the menu to setting up our decor on the tables, including plants and candles.

On the wedding day, their staff was friendly, professional and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. They even ensured that my husband and I had a chance to enjoy a meal and a drink amidst all the excitement! The bartenders did a great job with our signature drink, which our guests appreciated.

Excellant experience

Nicole's catered my daughter's wedding on 9/23/23 and did a great job. The food was excellant and got lots of compliments on the filet mignon that it was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the lobster ravioli and the salmon were delicious. Service was very good.

Wedding July 29th Kress/Hetherington Wedding

We just had our daughters wedding and Nicole’s made the experience absolutely amazing . We united Scottish and American traditions it was one of the best days of our lives we completely lived in the moment . Nicole’s was attentive and always eager to please we loved all the staff and they were all very accommodating . Kate came in and took control of our very large and loud group haha. Forgive me for forgetting her name but the woman with short salt and pepper hair and beautiful eyes took control of us all even my husband when he wasn’t eating haha. She was AMAZING and even loaded the car ! I recommend this entire team to anyone . Thank you for helping make our daughters night so special .

Nicole's is the BEST in the business! From start to finish Nicole's was attentive to every detail and every question we had. If you have a special event coming up there is no one better to work with than Sarah and Kate B. They provide you with honest advice along the way to make sure that all of your visions come to life. Nicole's goes above and beyond what any other catering business would offer. I picked Nicole's for my wedding at the Canfield Casino. They know this venue in and out. They know what will and won't work in this setting, which makes your planning and outcome that much easier and better. I truly had the wedding of my dreams and Nicole's played the biggest role in that from day one of planning. I received more compliments from my guests about the quality of the food, the portions, the menu and the service that was provided. All of my guests raved about the food! This is not your run of the mill wedding catering -- this is true gourmet food in bulk. I've never been to a wedding that had the quality of food as Nicole's provided for ours. The staff is so professional and truly provides the best service to every guest. I can't think of a wedding that I have been to that you didn't wait in a line at the bar for a drink or in a line for the food stations at cocktail hour. I didn't see anyone waiting in a line for either of these portions of our wedding and that is a testament to the Nicole's catering staff. During a time that companies struggle to find staff, Nicole's still has and trains their staff to be the best in the business. I also have to give a huge shout out to Kay who was was right by my husband and I the whole evening. She is incredible and made us feel taken care of all night long. I can't say enough about the experience that we had with Nicole's. My wedding wouldn't have been what it was without each member of this team. They work as a unit and are like a family and they treat you the same. I didn't worry about a thing leading up to the wedding because I knew I was in the best hands. Nicole's offers you as much time as you need and will answer any question, big or small. This is a 5 star business through and through. I will use Nicole's for every special event I can in the future and would recommend them to everyone. I could never thank this incredible team enough!

Great Wedding Food and Service

We got married in May in Cooperstown with catering from Nicole's and had a great experience. The food was great and more notably for our own experience, the service was really great and we felt like they had everything taken care of and Kate made sure the groom and I had anything we might need throughout the night.

Amazing Experience!

From the very beginning, all our other wedding vendors had nothing but amazing things to say about the Nicole’s team and now I know why. Kate was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding, speaking with us multiple times about the food, decorations, and timeline of the wedding. They not only made AMAZING food (we got so many compliments on how delicious everything was and how big the portions were), but they also doubled as our day-of coordinator. We didn’t have to worry at all about decorating the space or cleaning up afterwards. The wedding itself ran so smoothly because of their timeline and assistance. They were also so attentive to us that day, making sure we had enough to eat and drink. We couldn’t recommend Nicole’s enough!

Wouldn't choose anyone else

Nicole's was the anchor for our entire wedding experience. I knew I could trust Margaret and her entire time with anything. Throughout the entire planning process we were given the best attention. The day of the wedding there was nothing left unturned. We, including our parents and bridal party could enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail. Incredible food and so friendly!!

Nicole’s Catering made our wedding weekend an absolute blast. Every single thing that we ate on our wedding day was delicious. Our friends and family still comment on how delicious and unique our food was. They were able to incorporate all of our guest’s dietary restrictions easily, including vegan, gluten free, and allergy friendly options. On top of that, the team at Nicole’s really went out of their way to get to know my husband and I. They were a friendly and supportive presence throughout our wedding weekend. They even gave us a beautiful gift related to the music that we played throughout the wedding. We were so thankful to have them there!

White Glove Service beyond compare

Ms Kate Bender and the entire staff at Nicole's absolutely made our wedding. No... they really did! We had a lovely outdoor wedding, in a picturesque field, surrounded by mountains and trees. IT RAINED!! Nicole's team worked effortlessly to pull off HOT, FANTASTICALLY FLAVORFULL FOOD, while maintaining smiles and professional service. The Master Chef out did himself on every horderve and entree. The food was beautifully displayed and there was plenty of it. Nicole's Head Chef and staff SAVED my wedding. People have repeatedly remarked on the wonderful meal and white glove service from attentive staff. Nicole's food was more memorable than the rain!!! Take that Mother Nature!! Absolutely Amazing!!

Hiring Nicole’s to cater our wedding day was absolutely one of the best decisions we made! We knew the food would be spectacular after our tasting and, if possible, it was even better on the wedding day when they were feeding 150 other people! We have received the highest compliments from our guests who loved everything from cocktail hour to dessert. They completely nailed our vision of a fall menu, complete with a donut wall full of apple cider donuts instead of cake! They went above and beyond to find beers we wanted, even ones that aren’t widely distributed! Kate, and everyone else we worked with, was prompt with answers to questions, so helpful when planning a wedding felt completely overwhelming, and always delightful to talk to! On wedding day, we had an incredible team who not only made sure we were fed and happy, but were so on top of our timeline, including serving salads while we had speeches so we could maximize dancing and hand delivering a tray of passed bites (and specialty cocktails) to us while we took pictures after the ceremony. If you’re still looking for your perfect caterer, look no further!

Amazing From Start to Finish

We used Nicole's to cater our wedding and they were amazing from the first moment to the last. Throughout the entire process they were so helpful, communicative, and professional. They're really on top of their stuff! Their menu is great and their food is delicious - they have so many fun options! We cannot say enough about Nicole’s. Margaret and her phenomenal team (Kate, Tina, and everyone else) made us feel welcome and special every time we walked through the door. Their kindness, generosity, and delicious food made us feel like we were the most important people in the room. They have always gone above and beyond for us and we’re so grateful to them for the amazing service and food. Absolutely amazing caterer - highly recommend

Nicole’s was absolutely amazing from beginning to end of our wedding planning process. From the planning stages where Kate helped us decide on a menu (we went with stations and I 10/10 recommended stations if it fits your venue) to the tasting, to the final meeting where we finalized linens and the minute details. Then on the day of, Kate was there for much of the night making sure everything ran smoothly, and always refreshing our drinks. Our captain, Tina was the BEST. Always made sure we were happy, had a drink and food, and that everything ran smoothly.

Nicole’s, Kate and Tina and their team handled everything. Literally everything. They set up, decorated, coordinated with the DJ and officiant, for the ceremony and introductions and dances, broke down at the end of the night, and even packed up our car as we could not leave things at the venue over night.

On top of all this, Tina and Kate handled making sure we didn’t worry about anything - including the weather. The forecast for our wedding day - with an outdoor ceremony - was 90% chance of rain, hail, and wind storms. They made sure we knew the backup plan if it rained, and then waited until the last second to set up outside to ensure we could get our outdoor ceremony in and everyone had a dry seat. I was so calm and relaxed the entire day, mainly due to how confident the Nicole’s team was.

Add in that the food was phenomenal - our guests raved about the food. Everything was hot and fresh and just so delicious. Drinks were great and always flowing. Literally the perfect night, in large part to Nicole’s, Tina and Kate.

Absolutely Delicious

Our guests ranted and raved about the food and drinks the entire night! We worked with Nicole’s every step of the way throughout the 14 months of planning and they helped us develop the best menu for our guests and their dietary restrictions/needs. As questions came up, we would shoot Nicole’s a call or an email and they would get back to us super quick and would keep updating our menu with requests and options. We finalized our menu a few weeks out from our wedding day - the flexibility they gave us was amazing and truly helped make the wedding of our dreams. There was plenary of food, desserts, and drinks for everyone (even pescatarians, vegans, vegetarians, etc.). As my husband and I walked back down the isle, our Bridal Attendant was waiting at the end of the isle with our favorite drinks in hand so we didn’t have to fight a crowd or even go into cocktail hour right away. We also went back into the bridal suite after family photos and had hors d’oeuvres they were serving at cocktail hour waiting for us so that we could spend some one on one time together. Magically throughout the night, my husband and I would find that our drinks were refilled and often times waiting for us (and hand delivered!). Nicole’s really made us the priority and honestly it was the most food we ate in one day in a long time. A lot of the time people will say “make sure you make time to eat on your wedding day” - Nicole’s made sure we did! Cannot say enough about them. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and have the BEST food and service! If you are debating hiring them, YOU SHOULD!!!

The best team!

WOW! Where do I begin with how amazing working with Nicole was for us. Being foodies me and my husband started researching vendors. We asked our local friends whose food we loved at their wedding who their vendor was. Every single one of our friends that's the food was AMAZING had Nicole's. From Day one of working with them, it was so easy and fun! Kate was an absolute dream to work with and made it feel like my best friend was taking care of me throughout our entire wedding planning journey. We had to change venues during COVID and Kate and the rest of Nicole's team helped me through that by sending me venues she thought I would love. Fast forward two years in and it's finally wedding day. One thing I've always heard is you won't eat a lot on your wedding day, (they didn't have Nicole's or Kate making sure you got all the delicious food). Nicole's team made sure my husband and I had our own personal tray of apps at all times following us. Also made sure we were well-hydrated :) . Our guests could not stop talking about not only the food but the bar service. They were shocked that the steak and fish were warm and cooked perfectly for such a large group of people. They were so accommodating and professional to every one of our guests with food allergies. The bartenders were fun and made delicious cocktails. If you are a foodie and are looking to work with the most professional team in the Albany area Nicole's is your catering company. Thank you guys again for making my day absolutely perfect. I did not have to think about anything and had the best day !

Excellent Food Excellent Stafff

It is difficult to put into words how thrilled we were with Margaret and her staff at Nicole’s Catering. People in the industry know her and defer to her expertise. She met us with a suggested menu and timeline. We deviated slightly from the menu but held firm to the timeline. The food was phenomenal; it has been 3 weeks since our event and our friends are still talking about the Pork Shank and dessert buffet.
Prior to the event we were able to enjoy a tasting and sampled everything before finalizing. We opted to do 2 signature cocktails; the mixologist prepared 2 unique drinks that matched our daughters perfectly.
All night long the staff were hustling and bustling. Friends and family were given 3 meal choices at a sit down dinner. There was no issue in making the vegetarian dish vegan. The salad was superb, we are not fully sure what was in the dressing, but it was light and tasty. No one left hungry.
Finally, in the midst of a fiasco a week before. Margaret and her team stepped up to help advise. This was something only someone with experience in the industry could offer and made it all work out. We will be forever grateful to all she and her staff did for us.

Beyond amazing

Everything was absolutely perfect. It was everything we imagined it would be, but better. They were able to bring our vision to life and it was beautiful. The food was beyond compared to anything we have ever had. Our guests are still raving about how good everything was. They even gave us an entire plate of apps at our sweetheart table to enjoy if we didn’t get enough during cocktail hour. The staff was phenomenal and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone was so professional and on top of things. We can’t thank them enough! They were also so quick to pack everything up efficiently and carefully and that made our departure so easy. Kate is the most professional, personable, and genuine person. She kept everything in order; she was always there for recommendations, questions, and to keep us calm throughout this entire process. She is a true asset, and we appreciate everything she did for us and with us during wedding planning.

Amazing!!!

I really cannot thank Nicole’s Catering enough for making our big day better than we ever could have imagined. They took care of EVERYTHING, making the day so stress free and enjoyable! Not only was their staff super helpful throughout the entire day—especially Jess, the head of the catering staff, who kept me updated on everything and even blocked our sweetheart table so we could eat our meal without interruption—but the food and bar services were also phenomenal!! Our guests loved every minute of our wedding thanks to Nicole’s. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole’s for any wedding or big event, truly amazing service!!

Wonderful wedding caterer

Nicole’s Catering was so professional and their food was delicious! The staff was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Everyone loved the food, especially the flambé dessert. Even the ceremonial cutting cake was delicious. They were not our cheapest quote, but their menu options were far and away the best we looked at. I would not hesitate to book them again for a special event and would say if you’re on the fence about booking them, do it!

Top notch food and service!

My husband and I reached out to Nicole's early on in our vendor search and from their quick responsiveness, we were hooked right away; we knew we would be taken care of. From the very first email to the day of our wedding they have been nothing short of amazing. All of our guests continue to rave about the food to this day (specifically a lot of love for the garlic mashed potatoes and hazelnut chicken). Tina is the absolute best and was AMAZING the day of; she brought us hors d'oeuvres and cocktails while we were with our photographer (since we were unable to attend cocktail hour), when we returned from taking pictures she had our dinner plates set with the foods we had asked for, stood behind us, and made sure we ate, which we are so grateful for! If it wasn't for her, we probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to eat. If you are still looking for a catering company in the capital district, look no further! You will not be disappointed!

The BEST Caterer for your wedding!

Nicole's went above and beyond anything we could have imagined on our wedding day (and throughout the entire planning process.) All their staff was so attentive and fun! I never even had to go up to the bar once on my wedding day. They made sure we were taken care of and all good to go the whole night. The food was INCREDIBLE and we can't say enough great things. Wedding 9/25/21

We worked with Kate Bender & Margaret the owner of Nicole's for our September wedding. Let me tell you, they more than delivered! We got so many compliments from guests on the food! Everyone loved the fun hor d'oeuvres like tomato soup shooters with tiny grilled cheeses. They also let me name our signature drinks after our dogs. Plus they delivered on getting us an applce cider donut wall plus an ice cream sundae bar! I would HIGHLY recommend them to any couple looking to get married. Worth every cent, plus they are just really amazing, caring people.

Above & Beyond in every way

I seriously cannot say enough about Nicoles, and how they made our wedding better than we could have imagined. Margaret was a dream to work with, very responsive, answering all my questions, and helping me with every single detail. She was so accommodating even up until the last few days when I had guests drop out due to illness and other reasons, and just giving us peace of mind throughout the whole process. When one of our shuttles decided not to show up to the hotel, they were able to push back the dinner to accommodate our ceremony being late - while making sure we never felt rushed in the slightest. They also provided the guests that had arrived with PLENTY of champagne while they waited - which was amazing. The team was so professional and just on point the entire night. Tina & Sarah were the ultimate dream team, making sure my husband and I had drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the bridal suite right after the ceremony AND when we got back from sunset pictures. They made us feel so special and taken care of the whole night. The food was just incredible - our guests were raving about every dish and the amazingggg bartenders. Safe to say our guests were never thirsty. I can't thank this team enough for everything they did to make our day so so perfect!

They answered every one of our requests with "Of course!"

Margaret worked with us throughout our wedding planning process and helped not only with catering questions, but with the entire flow of the event. She asked pertinent questions to make sure she was aware of even the small details, giving us the peace of mind that all would be executed according to our vision on the wedding day. Tina was our wedding day coordinator and she stuck the perfect balance between ensuring things went according to plan and giving us the space to enjoy our wedding.

Catering was one of our top priorities as my husband is a big foodie. We went to the restaurant for dinner before booking them and were blown away by the quality of the food. They are extremely accommodating and flexible - they are willing to make just about anything you can think of! They made a special meal just for a friend with multiple dietary restrictions, added cider donuts to our dessert table on request, and never said “no” to anything we asked of them. We highly recommend Nicole’s!!!

Awesome Job!

We booked Nicole's before COVID so we had a long, uncertain journey but they stuck with us and were supportive along the way. Luckily we didn't have to move our date and were able to have all our guests! They did a great job of suggesting menu items and everyone was very positive about the food! Our day-of manager was great, we brought a lot of our own decorations and things and they helped us stay organized. My favorite was right after we walked down the aisle two of the servers congratulated us and handed us our signature drinks. It was such a nice touch! Would definitely recommend catering - We also love going out to the restaurant as well!

Amazing for our wedding!

Where do I even start about how AMAZING Nicole's Catering was for our wedding in August of 2021. The food was delicious, and all our guests raved about how it was some of the best food at a wedding they ever had. They helped us tailor our menu to make everything exactly what we wanted, from the hand passed hors d'oeuvres, dinner stations selections, and the dessert display. Everything was amazing! They even had a staff member that was dedicated to us (the bride and groom) to make sure we had enough to eat and drink all night long! We didn't have to lift a finger. We had a backyard wedding in the Berkshires, and they brought in all their catering equipment to make and serve our meals. You would have no idea they weren't in a venue with a full kitchen. All I have to say is you will not be disappointed with Nicole's Catering for your event! They were extremely helpful, reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. Thank you so much Margaret and your entire team for making our wedding day PERFECT!!

An Amazing Experience

My husband and I are thrilled with the service we got with Nicole's. Sarah was the absolute best to work with and made me feel so at ease. They answered emails quickly and even assisted in day of activities, such as making sure everyone grabbed a program. We did a donut wall for our reception and Sarah with her team made it the most beautiful display of donuts ever. We did "station style" for dinner and I still have people raving about how good their food was. 10/10 for service, food, professionalism, efficiency... I could go on and on! I would recommend the team at Nicole's over and over.

Amazing!

Would highly recommend!

Nicole’s did an amazing job catering our backyard wedding in Albany in October 2020. We put our small wedding together in a span of several weeks (we could not hold our wedding at our planned venue due to Covid) and from the start Kate at Nicole’s was 100% responsive and professional, helping us every step of the way when we called or emailed questions. The night of our wedding their staff was thoroughly prepared and made sure our 15 guests had a great time. The appetizers, main course and dessert were fantastic. We would highly recommend them for any event you need catered.

An Overall Amazing Experience!

Right from our first planning call, Kate, Sarah, and the team at Nicole’s were professional, excited, and beyond easy to work with. They were willing to trek it out to our venue in the middle of nowhere to help us map out just how the day would look a couple months beforehand. Even with the craziness of the times and limitations, they made our wedding day amazing. Everyone raved about the food served (appetizers included bacon-wrapped chorizo-stuffed dates, potato and cheese pierogies, caprese skewers, and more, and entrees included Boursin-stuffed chicken, sirloin tips, glazed salmon on a mango salsa, tortellini primavera, and more!). We wish we could eat this food for every meal! We highly recommend Nicole’s for their amazingly delicious food and drinks, but also for their professionalism, can-do attitude, and because they are just overall great to work with.

Delicious and Professional

One of the most memorable aspects of a wedding is the food. Our guests couldn't get over how delicious Nicole's catering was. Every meal was put together with such attention to detail. All the servers, staff and coordinators were outstanding. So friendly, funny and professional. Kate went out of her way to hand deliver my husband and I cups of water and snacks during our photo session. 100% recommend this company and will use again in the future for other events.

AMAZING backyard celebration - can't wait for the big wedding next year!!

I don't even know how to begin to thank Nicole's for their INCREDIBLE catering of our backyard wedding. We were so sad to have to move our wedding due to the pandemic for July 2021, but then decided to plan an 11 person backyard dinner, and Kate and Terry and James, and everyone at Nicole's were amazing. Kate and I were back and forth on email and the phone a lot, and she was so flexible, and reassuring, and creative, and just made us feel so at ease with this weird wedding that we were having. Then, the day of, the amazing set up and flow of the dinner was just amazing, and Terry and James were THE BEST!! They were so friendly, and thought of EVERYTHING - they were just everywhere at every moment, and just made everything look amazing. It was SO NICE of Kate to come by too to check on everything! We are really excited because we got to meet Terry this July, and she will be at our wedding next year as well! My entire family can't stop talking about how incredible Nicole's is, and how they will recommend them to every single person they know. Seriously, if you are having to move your 2020 wedding, have Nicole's do a backyard catering for you! They will make you feel so special and taken care of, and the food is amazing, and every single person is so nice!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars - 1,000,000 wouldn't even be enough!!

Wonderful, Thank You

Nicole's Catering was amazing at our wedding this past fall (10/12/19). My husband and I were so impressed with the food, attention to details, and service. All of the staff were so very nice and super attentive to all of our guests and family.

Nicole's catering was also very helpful during the planning stages. They were able to accommodate our food needs and work with us on our changing guest count. We also requested a small cake through them for the reception and it was great.

My husband and I highly recommend for weddings and recommend scheduling the tasting as well beforehand.

Best caterer!!

Nicoles really made sure our wedding day was perfect. We worked with Kate and Sarah and I can’t say enough about both of them! They helped us pick out the best menu and worked with the other vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly. They always made us feel relaxed and calm when we were stressed out. They helped to coordinate the whole day and were always available for questions or recommendations. We had so many compliments on the food and have recommended them to all of our friends and family for future events. We’re so thankful to have had them on our wedding day and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Book Nicole’s catering!!!!

Nicole’s catering is simply amazing. Kate was our coordinator and she was so easy to work with. She was receptive to all our wants from the beginning. Day of the wedding, everything was seamless. Our guests RAVED about the food and impeccable service. Perfect wedding day

Nicole's made my wedding dream a reality. Food and drinks were very important to us, which Nicole's absolutely rocked at, but they are so much more than just the food!! The staff made me feel like a celebrity all day, always asking if I needed anything, having a fresh drink ready for me before I could even ask. I communicated with Kate, Sarah, and Margaret prior to the wedding, they answered every single question I asked and offered their ideas to help me create my perfect day! Kate was there the day of the wedding, along with many staff members who worked around the guests so perfectly- no one was ever in the way but somehow someone was always available to help. When I say my wedding day went perfectly, it was because of Nicole's. They are advertised as a FULL SERVICE catering company, and they truly are just that. I could not have asked for better people to work with. The guests loved every item on the menu, the drinks were amazing, and our cocktail hour was BOMB. I cannot recommend Nicole's enough!!!

Amazing Service!

Working with everyone at Nicole's was great! They helped guide us in the areas where we needed advice, and were flexible in the areas where we had specific requests. They were really invested in making our day memorable and exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and all of the details with our table settings were so well organized! The team made sure that everyone at our wedding was taken care of, especially the two of us. We never felt worried at any point, from the tasting to the end of the reception!

Beyond incredible

Nicole’s made my wedding perfect in more than just their food. They helped to set up my tables exactly how I pictured them, they were always on top of me and my husband making sure we were happy with everything and went above and beyond taking care of us. One of the girls at Nicole’s over heard me telling my dad how upset I was with our Dj and without hesitation she came over told me she would handle it and in seconds was back and everything was fixed . Not only that but during the beginning of our reception I dropped an entire piece of eggplant rollitini on my dress and within seconds Nicole’s was at my side with seltzer, baby wipes and anything and everything she could think of to clean my dress which she did! Do not hesitate to hire them for any event !

Food that everybody was raving about day-of and for multiple days after!

Kayla and I are so happy to have worked with Nicole's in order to fulfill our diverse wedding food requests. We didn't want to go with a standard "Chicken, steak, or salmon" dinner, and we were delighted to be able to serve our guests foods ranging from Italian, Asian (including sushi!), Mexican, etc. In particular, we had requested dinner stations for the three aforementioned food types, and Nicole's not only provided amazing quality food for each of them, but their service in planning the meal and executing the dinner day-of was spot-on. In particular, Margaret, Melinda, and Kate were all very attentive to our needs for the day (e.g., ensuring that there would be vegetarian options for every food style). Furthermore, they took special care of me and Kayla by ensuring that, after the ceremony, we were able to try all of the hors d'oeuvres and our specialty cocktail, and during dinner they provided us multiple dinner plates without us having to worry about serving ourselves. They were incredibly attentive to us and our guests, and were extremely kind and easy to work with as well. They went above and beyond, helping us to setup all of our decorations, including a few hundred paper cranes that needed to be individually folded and placed on the dinner tables. At one point in the evening Kayla wasn't feeling the greatest and needed to sit down, and Margaret and her team immediately got Kayla some water followed by a soda to ensure that she was able to recover. They worked with us to provide suggestions for linen choices, menu items, and even how to style the cake (and ordered it, too!). All in all, we are thrilled to have worked with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. Our guests are STILL commenting to us on how much they loved the food. Don't pass up on working with them if possible, you won't regret it at all!

Amazing!!!

Amazing! I just wish I could give them more stars! Nicole's catered my barn wedding in upstate NY and did such an amazing job. The food- from the Hazelnut Chicken Bites to the Pumpkin Ravioli to the Cannolis- was absolutely wonderful and I've received so many compliments from my guests! Just as good if not better was my experience working with the staff. Kate helped me to plan an elegant and delicious day and was really so attentive to my questions in the planning process. The day of, EVERY staff member was incredible. Because of my experience with Kate, I felt very comfortable having them set up our decorations beforehand at the venue and they did a beautiful job. Before, during, and after the ceremony they were so attentive to the needs of my husband and myself and even our parents! Great organization and service with a positive and professional attitude, we feel they went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

Nicole's Made Our Wedding Remarkable

We were completely blown away by Nicole's catering/events team. Kate Bender helped us curate the perfect menu that accommodated all of our guests dietary restrictions (veg/an, g-free & Halal) that was both delicious and creative. The on-site team made sure we had plenty to eat and drink, and checked-in on me frequently. They set up early and decorated our tables with our centerpieces beautifully. Every detail was perfect and I'm so glad we choose them for our special day.

Hire Nicole's to cater your wedding!

We are beyond happy with our catering from Nicole’s - both the food and the service were top notch. Their package also includes all rentals (silverware, plates, glasses, linens) which helps save money. We had our wedding in my parents’ backyard with the reception under a tent that we rented. Nicole’s did an excellent job coordinating the day with the tent company that we used. They did a ton of work behind the scenes, making it easier on us from a planning perspective. The food was excellent, especially the passed appetizers. Highly recommend the bacon-wrapped dates and the manchego-stuffed peppers!

Delicious, restriction friendly, and incredibly helpful

Working with the team at Nicole's was like having another wedding coordinator. They were so helpful with not just the food, but also the setup of the event, the timing of the day, and much more. They wanted to make our day come true and offered advice and ideas on how to save money and still have an amazing experience. And oh yeah, the food was AMAZING. Guests have still been talking about it nonstop. As bride and groom, we were well taken care of throughout the night and felt as though all our needs were met wonderfully. My wife and several guests have celiac disease, so they were able to do 95% of the wedding entirely gluten free which was wonderful so everyone got to experience and taste what they are capable of.

Best day of our lives

My husband and I had the best wedding day ever. We were so thankful to have Nicole’s as our caterer for our big day. They were the caterer but SO much more. They took care of everything leading up to the wedding and the day of. We worked with Kate leading up to the day of and she was so amazing. She helped me with so much and continuously went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. On the day of the wedding, we had Monica with us and she was outstanding. She was so organized and professional. The whole entire staff was so attentive to ours and all of our guests needs. We never needed or wanted for anything. We just automatically had what we wanted before we even knew it. Oh, I should also mention, the food was incredible! We also did our rehearsal dinner with Nicole’s and everything was great. All of our family raved about the food. Thank you so much to Kate, Monica, and the entire Nicole’s Catering staff. You folks were so much more than a catering company. You were our wedding planners, our friends, and one of the greatest parts of our day. Thank you!!!!!

Everyone was raving about the filet!

Nicole's has the best food and the best team! Our guests have not stopped telling us how much they enjoyed their dinners (especially the filet!). Everything was delicious and ran smoothly. Kate was a LIFESAVER throughout the entire wedding planning process and the wedding day. She made sure I never had an empty drink in my hand and she is a bustle expert :-) The Nicole's team was fun, professional, and we highly recommend them!! Nicole's food was tremendous. They nailed it in every way. The service was amazing. Kate exactly understood the food, drinks ,and atmosphere we wanted to create.They had drinks full all night ,and guests were all amazed by the food quality. Our wedding was at the NYS Museum this past August. There were a few specific reasons we chose Nicole’s over others, the most important to us was their utmost attention to detail. When we started this process I called another large, well-known catering company in the area and they basically pushed me off the phone and simply sent me an e-mail that had a pdf of over 100 pages on it and never followed up. Nicole’s was the total opposite, they literally sat down with us and discussed our plans/vision and afterwards sent us a very detailed menu proposal. For 18 months, we must have met/spoke a dozen times. They were always flexible to any changes we wanted to make and provided us so many great ideas/options for anything we were unsure of.
Kate B. and Sarah C. went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. Their passion truly shows through their work. We cannot recommend them enough- times a million!

We can’t say enough about how amazing Nicole’s was to work with...from the planning to the delicious food, they got every detail right. After we sat down with Kate and explained what we wanted, she helped us customize the perfect menu to fit our style and love of barbecue. Our guests are still raving about the food (especially the chicken and waffles, pulled pork sliders, and grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters!). The day of, Kate and the rest of the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and we had the most perfect day. My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Nicole's. Margaret and her team not only took care of us and all of our many requests from the first day of our process, but they did so with an awesome sense of professionalism and a positive attitude. We went for a tasting at their restaurant in Albany where met everyone on the team - incredible people with a true desire for what they create: delicious food. Our Day Of experience with Nicole's was next level amazing. They NAILED our entire wedding with gorgeous displays, remarkably delicious food that had all the guests raving, and an unparalleled sense of attention to both detail and to our guests! My wife and I felt like celebrities and so did our families. My mother didn't have time to prepare her own plate, so a server pulled her aside and provided her with one to be sure she ate. We also had an issue with the stove that had been delivered for Nicole's making their job about a million times more difficult - but I only know this in retrospect. I had no idea Day Of as they made it work flawlessly and without complaint. Cocktails: my brother is still talking about their "perfect" Blood Orange Old Fashioned and I'm still dreaming about their margarita. Every single server's smiling face at our reception set the tone for the night, which was the best night of our lives. Stars upon stars for this dreamy team!

Nicole's catered our wedding at Pat's Barn and the whole crew was fantastic. Not only was the food and service amazing, but they also took care of all the set up and coordination on the wedding day. Big props go to Kate who not only helped us plan everything from across the country (we live in California) but who also took care of our last minute changes a few days before. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was. If you are going to get married in the capitol region, Nicole's is the way to go!

If you are considering hiring Nicole's Restaurant and Catering for your wedding or any other important event, I strongly recommend that you do! We had our wedding at Pat's Barn this August and it could not have gone any smoother. We worked with Kate throughout the planning process and she was so kind and knowledgeable. Kate took the time to understand our vision, made wonderful recommendations and guided us each step of the way. The menu tasting was spectacular and only made us more excited for our big day. At our final meeting before the wedding were confident that everyone was on the same page and we were set up for a fantastic wedding. I cannot say enough about Sarah and the catering team the day of the event! The venue was decorated exactly how we envisioned it and I didn't have to do anything the morning of the wedding to make that happen. Sarah helped coordinate the ceremony so everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. After the ceremony the staff was ready with tray's full of our signature cocktails and hors d'oeuvres for the bridal party. Throughout the night their incredible service continued as they made sure our parents, the bridal party, our guest and my husband and I had everything we needed and more. My husband and I got married at Burlap and Beams in Athol, NY in June 2018 and we used Nicole's Restaurant and Catering for our wedding. Words cannot describe how amazing the catering staff was!! Sarah was our event coordinator and she made sure everything was perfect and she succeeded! Her calm demeanor helped myself and my husband remain calm prior to the start of the ceremony! The food was so delicious, our guest are still raving about it! The food was also pleasing to the eye! Everything was beyond perfect and one main reason for this, is because Nicole's Restaurant and Catering made it that way!! They went above and beyond what most catering companies would do. From setting up our lawn games, to coordinating our bridal procession order, to making sure myself and my husband had a snack or drink in hand! Saying they were perfect is an understatement! I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion!

Working with Nicole’s honestly made everything so easy on the wedding day! In addition to being caterers, they also assist with some elements of coordinating the wedding and making sure the day flows smoothly. And of course, the food was delicious and they were able to customize everything for us!

I was a little worried about how everything would run considering the caterer was offsite but they did such an amazing job I don’t think anyone knew they weren’t a part of the venue. Their team was so attentive and friendly. They took care of setting everything up and breaking everything down. They were very responsive and thourogh in their planning meetings as well. Absolutely wonderful!

There is literally nothing I can say about Nicole's that isn't fabulous. From the first time we met with Sarah and Margaret until our big day, everything was top notch. They are both awesome. Honest, pleasant and SO FUNNY and FUN.
Sarah made me giggle SO MANY TIMES in the months that led up to our big day. She took my worries away and gave us the gift of a special day we will always remember.
We renewed our vows after 30 years, and having never had a real wedding the first time, wanted to have something memorable and fun for our family and friends.
This day was everything I had hoped for and more and the price was more than reasonable.
We had the most delish menu with an off the charts cocktail hour with delicious displays a mac and cheese and meatball bar and hand passed nibbles like mini Reuben's with Guinness shooters .
We had a fabulous signature drink- the "Apple of my eye Sangria" which packed a punch!
Every single person I asked told me that the food was insanely delish. One person said, "I even ate the Brussels sprouts and wanted to lick the plate"! The food was that good!
Sarah and her team were always there offering us food and drink, even spiriting us away for a little quiet time before dinner for some appetizers and drinks so we could catch our breath.
Everything looked incredible and fancy and luxurious. The tables looked stunning and the bars were set up perfectly.
Sarah even brought her fun light up "bar" sign.
We also had a crazy delish chocolate fountain- rivers of molten chocolate with delish dippers and Sarah set up the most memorable candy bar I have ever seen! My guests LOVED everything about the day!
This is the BEST caterer is the upstate area. I HIGHLY recommend them for ANY special occasion. They also have a fabulous dinner menu at Nicole's on Delaware Avenue.
Check them out! You wont be sorry!

Nicole's Catering went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding, and our coordinator Kate was outstanding!! All of our guests have been still RAVING about how delicious the food was! The staff was so professional through the entire planning process, especially on the actual wedding day. We loved being able to customize our menu to our taste & style. Our signature drink was a HUGE hit and the way everything was executed was absolutely perfect. We cannot thank you enough for all that you did to help make our wedding everything we hoped and dreamed it would be!

The food at our wedding was to die for! This was no surprise, as we had a thorough tasting before to make sure everything was perfect. The whole staff on the day of was attentive not only to me but every one of my guests! They helped make my best day ever, perfect!

It's so rare that people leave a wedding saying "everything was perfect." But after our wedding, all we kept hearing was "the food was perfect, the service was perfect, the menu was perfect...everything was perfect." Nicole's is INCREDIBLE. From beginning to end, they were on our team. They were so thoughtful, helpful, and accommodating and FUN to work with! Sarah was our event coordinator and she totally got what we were going for. We always felt like we were in good hands. Oh, and people cannot stop talking about the steak...would highly recommend. Thank you, Margaret, Sarah, and the Nicole's team for making our wedding so perfectly delicious!

Fantastic food and elegant service! Sarah Carricbolo was our Service Captain and REALLY LISTENED to everything we wanted to project. She artfully created an ice cream sundae (build your own) dessert bar that was delicious and stunning to look at! Our guests RAVED about the food...filet mignon, grilled salmon, chicken parm, and portobello mushroom veggie tower...everyone was thrilled! Passed hot ordeurves and mediterranean farm table made cocktail hour elegant and fun. Servers constantly rotated among tables to pour a wonderful selection of wines and Sarah was over-seeing everything the entire, fabulous night! Who knew a tented reception could be so dazzling and elegant? Thanks Sarah!

Nicole's worked with us to get everything we wanted. They basically provided everything we needed for a fair price. The staff was so amazing the day of our wedding, super sweet and attentive. And the owner made sure everything went off without a problem. Would definitely recommend!!! They were amazing every step of the way.

We selected Nicole's catering for our outdoor farm wedding (of 200+ people!). I had a few other vendors lined up, but as soon as I sat down and talked with Margaret, I knew she was the person we needed to host our event! From the very beginning, she was so confident, provided so much insight and really helped me relax knowing that things were in her capable hands. I knew the event was in good hands and how right I was. Margaret, Kate, Sara and the rest of the team were awesome to work with. They were accommodating, super helpful, responsive and their value simply cannot be beat. Tons of people came up to me on my wedding night and told me the food was "the best wedding food" they've ever eaten. I totally agree, the food was out of this world. They are SUPER affordable and so professional. I wouldn't work with ANY other capital region caterer, Nicole's is simply the BEST. Do yourself a favor and don't look for one more minute, Nicole's Catering should be your vendor of choice!

Nicole's Special Events and Catering is beyond perfection. I have lived in Manhattan for 11 years and have traveled to many places in the word and have seen some of the finer things in life. Nicole's Special Events character, style, food and overall atmosphere they create is nothing but perfection and the best I have ever seen.
My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better team. They made our day go smooth and fabulous through the entire process. They are the reason our wedding was perfect! I stayed calm and enjoyed every second of the day and I know it was because I knew they had my back and was making it happen.
I knew how great they were as the entire engagement process with them was wonderful and it put me at ease and fully trusted there team.
The food was delicious from every element. Sarah is the master at setting cocktail hour displays that she is so excited to create. I know they say as a bride you never eat the entree, I ate the entire thing, it was so delicious, hot and flavorful. Highly recommend the NY Strip with Gorgonzola crust.
Tina was great at catering to our needs and getting us our speciality cocktails throughout the party. She even brought out appetizers to us while we were taking photos after the ceremony. It's all in the small details.
Kate cleaned the bottom of my dress twice so I could get amazing photos outside, while it
Drizzled. She also had great decor ideas and met with us a few days before the event to go over all details.
Sarah: Where can I begin about how amazing she was. She has been there through it all and comforted me and got me cucumber water even with a straw before the ceremony. She also held my dress down the stairs for me and literally took care of every element through our day!
Margaret was a pure joy to work with and we really appreciate her catering to our parents throughout the evening. We can't say enough on how well she runs her business.

If you are looking for a professional, amazingly delicious caterer that will make your wedding day truly the best experience you could ask for... then you must choose Nicole's. Not only are you guaranteed to serve delicious food to your guests, but the staff is incredibly professional and attentive. Margaret was extremely helpful with creating a menu that was within our budget and we didn't feel there was anything missing. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day and it was largely due to the knowledgeable staff at Nicole's!

Margaret and her entire team were nothing short of amazing, from our first conversation to the end of the wedding. The food was fabulous and the venue looked so pretty. The attention to detail and little touches were so great. There wasn't a moment that evening that people weren't asking if we needed anything. We got so many compliments on the food and the staff. There isnt one thing i would change. I highly recommend Nicole's catering for your wedding day.

Nicole's was AWESOME! Many of our guests told us that this was by far the best food they have EVER had at a wedding, which should tell you all you need to know!

Margaret and Faith were both incredibly helpful through the whole planning process, starting by hearing our vision and plan, and then providing a wonderful menu proposal that matched exactly what we were thinking (but even better!) We did not want the standard steak or chicken wedding menu (though Nicole's could do that do and it would be way better than your average wedding dinner)--but Nicole's easily took our vision and ran with it.

We asked for a few custom tweaks and changes that they easily provided. Just reading the menu made our mouths water! As others have said here, if you have a fall or winter wedding, go with the pumpkin ravioli--our guests absolutely loved it. However, trust me--your guests will love everything. People literally were coming up to us all night long raving about the food--and not just the standard compulsory "great food" compliments--people said over and over "this is the BEST wedding food we have ever had."

Beyond the food, the service that Tina and team provided was beyond spectacular--just incredibly superb--it was as if the staff could read our minds, not only in terms of timing and serving, but in terms of set up, etc. Tina constantly checked in with us to ensure that we had food, we had drinks, and just to see if there was anything that she or the staff could help with. Simply put, their staff are professionals of the highest quality, from bartenders to servers, to chefs and beyond.

We HIGHLY recommend Nicole's. If you want to really, really impress your guests---book Nicole's.

If you are in the proximity of her service you should not go anywhere else! Margaret knows weddings. We started with 10+ vendors for catering we were choosing from. We wanted to do a custom upscale backyard wedding and we are so happy we decided to go with Nicole's. From the beginning she answered every email promptly. This is so important because you would be surprised with how many vendors did not do this and how frustrating it is to wait for a response for a week when you are trying to work and plan a wedding at the same time. Margaret, the owner not only played the role as caterer she also helped plan, organize, and create the vision we were going for. There was not one guest that had a bad thing to say about the food / service at the reception. They traveled about an hour and a half to our location and all the food was freshly prepared and was amazing. She not only had servers / bartenders she also had staff that were assigned to the bride and groom and made us feel very special throughout the party. My wife and I had no idea what we were doing when we were planning this custom wedding ceremony and reception and I am 100% confident that without Margaret and her staff we would not have received the compliments we did about our wedding. Just for example my 90 year old grandma has been telling our whole family that it was the best wedding she has ever been to. She is very down to earth and did not disappoint at all. Thank you again!!!!!

I loved working with the staff of Nicole's catering for my daughter's bridal shower. All of my guests loved the food and the service was impeccable. They handled every detail and were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any catering need and will use them again for all of my catering needs. if I could give a rating higher than 5, I would!

My husband and I are SO happy we went with Nicole's Catering for our wedding! Margaret was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process and made sure our vision for the wedding was executed. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the staff even more so! I was very busy during the wedding, but the lead staff made sure I had a drink and a plate of food whenever I wanted. Furthermore, every little detail was well thought out - including signature drinks and an ice coffee station! All of our guests were thrilled and were talking about the catering. We highly recommend Nicole's Catering for every special event!

We were so happy we chose Nicole's for our catering! Margaret was amazing to work with. Out consultation with her was the best experience we had meeting with a caterer. She had so many great ideas and really listened to what we wanted for our food. They were able to accommodate food allergies and gluten free dishes for our guests. We had a family style buffet and did a dessert bar. Love that they offered so many great craft beer options that paired well with the food. She also helped us coordinate with our tent rentals and took care of everything. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the food was at our wedding. Highly recommended!
