Steady partner over years

Nicole helped us plan this wedding and keep it together over 2 cancellations, which was a monumentally challenging task. We had so many changes of vendors and plans over this time and Nicole could handle all of this in her sleep. She is a seasoned professional and her years of experience truly show. She is also a very kind and warm person who is essentially a family member at this point! This helps her maintain excellent relationships with her common vendors which is to the benefit of her clients. I have no idea how she keeps everything together but we are SO glad she does!

More than a lifesaver!

Nicole is the Lord's gift to every future bride and/ or event. Seriously. She has it all -- an incredible demeanor, organized beyond belief, a pragmatic attitude -- and does it all, where no detail is left undone. She is an organization machine who can make the most complicated event (ie 300 guests who need to be transported by planes, trains, and automobiles) seem like a breeze. She works incredibly well with other vendors, regardless if they are her contacts. Finally, she is sensitive to any budget and will ensure you have the best event regardless of costs. Nicole and her entire team were a joy to work with throughout the process. She had come highly recommended by the General Manager at the location we got married, and we were thrilled that we went with her. The wedding was a smashing success, and it was in large part due to Nicole. In addition, she was cool, calm, and collected throughout the weekend, which helped me and my wife stay relaxed. Every detail was perfection -- best day ever!

Nicole Simeral & Co are absolutely outstanding to work with. Not only did they help us organize every single detail of the wedding day, but they did so with such a positive and "eager to help" attitude. Nicole and Raymond were always so upbeat, always providing all available options for our family and always trying to make the impossible possible. They are THE experts of wedding planning and I would never have wanted to work with any other team. I'm so thankful for all their hard work leading up to the wedding -- organizing the save the dates, invitations, caterers, flowers, tents, layouts, timing and transportation -- but even more impressed by everything they did day of -- creating a flower girl's crown and makeshift basket 10min before the ceremony, directing 320+ guests and traffic into the house, and coordinating the perfect timing of drinks, speeches and meals all while making sure the bride had a smile on her face and drink in her hand the entire night. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we all were by their incredible gift. It was truly a magical day our family will never forget, and we owe it all to Nicole and Raymond.

Nicole and her team were absolutely AMAZING! I thought for sure that I could handle planning my own wedding, but the amount of time, effort and stress that Nicole and her team removed from my life was remarkable! I can't say enough amazing things about Nicole and her team. If you are looking for a wedding planner then look no further. Nicole and Chelsea were amazing from the moment I met them and throughout this entire process and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else by my side on our special day (and through all of planning).

If you're considering a planner and not sure you need one, let me just say hire her and save yourself the headache.

Nicole always understood what I wanted and really understood my style and taste. She got things done even before I could ask she is that good.

She pointed me in the right direction for vendors (and dealt with them) and made my life SO much easier the months leading up to the wedding. She made our dream wedding come true with her passion and contacts and that she knew what and who would match our personalities.

My husband and I were very worried we would be pulled in a million directions all night and I can not describe to you how truly magical Nicole made our evening. Everything went so smooth because she is on top of everything all the time. And if anything did go wrong I didn't know about it (until after) because she took care of it.

She was always available and highly responsive. She really got stuff done. She knows everyone in the industry and they all love her. Even when the wedding got close and I must have contacted her 5 times a day she was always there and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I wish there was someway I could really express my gratitude that I was lucky enough to work with her. I will just have to plan another big event so I can hire her (and Chelsea) again.

I know I have rambled here but really Nicole is amazing and you would be lucky to get to work with her!

Thank you to Nicole and team for helping to make our magical wedding day come true! We hired Nicole after we had our venue booked, but she was able to make some great suggestions for vendors to work with and also help us to stay within our budget. Nicole and Chelsea were great resources to help us navigate through the wedding planning process and were always prompt to return calls and emails. Nicole met with me on site multiple times to stay on top of all the plans but also make sure my vision for the day was being realized. I'm happy to report everything was setup just as planned (beautiful might I add!) and everything seemed to work out perfectly. Most importantly, on the day of the wedding, Nicole and Chelsea were there to make sure everything ran seamlessly every step of the way. They kept this bride calm and relaxed throughout! Even when there was a mini crisis of getting a stain on my dress, the tide pen was out in within a minute and and I was fixed and ready to go. If you want to ensure that your big day, and every step of the planning process leading up to your big day, is handled with the utmost professionalism and pure enthusiasm, then I strongly suggest you enlist Nicole Simeral & Company to plan your event. I wish I could have had a crystal ball to show me exactly how smoothly my wedding would go off in the many months leading up to it, for the sake of saving me the stress of imagining all the small details that could go wrong. If I could have known how flawlessly Nicole and company would handle things on the day of I may have saved myself many a sleepless night. Nicole Simeral & Co. are sheer perfection. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole long before I got engaged and have become a huge fan of her work and event production accomplishments. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have had Nicole and her team by our side throughout the entire planning process and our wedding weekend. Nicole not only influenced many elements of our wedding design and experience, but she also introduced us to the most incredible vendors; stationary, photographer, videographer, and decor. As a service obsessed hotelier driven by creating authentic and memorable moments, I've been envisioning our wedding for what feels like a lifetime. Nicole and her team did an absolutely amazing job helping us plan and execute our wedding. I was not a bride with a fully formed vision of what her wedding day was supposed to look like. Nicole, along with her skilled specialist, helped me take my jumbled ideas and thoughts and turn them into a seamless wedding! We decided to work with Nicole Simeral and her wonderful team after having tremendous success working with her for my sister's wedding two years ago. When I got engaged, I immediately knew that I wanted to work with Nicole because she is extremely experienced, knows about all of the great vendors, and has excellent relationships throughout the industry. She is very reliable and we loved how quickly her assistant, Chelsea, replied to my incredible number of emails each week. Nicole was always available by phone, and was easy to connect with for meetings and other planning items throughout the process. Nicole and her team did a magnificent job the day of my wedding with not a single piece of planning out of place. They were with us the entire day and night and made sure every moment and experience was flawless. We got to enjoy every second of our day and evening thanks to Nicole and her team, never worrying for one second about any of the details that had to be checked on throughout the event.

I am not sure there are words to fully express how amazing Nicole and Chelsea are at what they do. My wedding day could not have been more perfect and so much of it had to do with their hard work. At first, Nicole was someone I hired to help me plan my wedding, but quickly became a really good friend and the most trusted voice I had when it came to making decisions for the wedding. When we first met over coffee I had a somewhat vague idea of what I wanted for the wedding. Over the course of the hour we talked, I showed her some photos from my Pintrest board and she immediately understood the look and feel I wanted for our wedding day. From there on out, Nicole set up meetings with the best vendors (that also fit into my budget). She’d meet with them in advance and perfectly articulate what I wanted so by the time I met them they were fully up to speed on my vision and had examples and ideas to show me. She helped me negotiate vendors fees, reviewed contracts and shared a timeline that kept all the planning on track. She answered every one of my calls and met with me anytime I needed at the drop of a hat. While I knew what I wanted for some things there were many elements of the day I hadn’t considered and couldn’t decide on. Nicole had so many creative ideas and helped me come up with thoughtful details that my guests still rave about. The design elements of the ceremony, cocktail and reception were breathtaking, cohesive and elegant throughout. The day of the wedding Nicole and Chelsea were controlled, calm and supportive. They orchestrated every minute and every last detail. I’ve heard horror stories about how stressful wedding planning can be and the fights that erupt in families but my experience was the complete opposite because of Nicole and Chelsea’s help. Planning my wedding was so much fun and my finance and I were able to just enjoy being engaged without the stress associated with planning a wedding. There is no way our wedding day would've gone as smoothly and flawless if it wasn't for Nicole and her company. I wasn't sure we needed a wedding planner for our daughter's wedding. We met with Nicole a year before the wedding and were immediately impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm. Nicole was willing to pursue any avenue we wanted to explore - however outlandish and gave us honest feedback and creative advice at every turn. We worked with Nicole for a little over a year ahead of our wedding, and it is impossible to describe how thankful we are to Nicole and her team. Weddings are logistically complex as is, but when you add that we were living in San Francisco, planning a wedding in Boston, and looking for a less traditional venue, we knew we needed planner. What we got in Nicole was so much more than a wedding planner. Her value is immeasurable. Nicole blew us away beginning from that first meeting 14 months ago not only with her industry acumen and experience, but more importantly, with her exuberant personality. We knew this was someone we could work well with. She understands her clientele and provides an honest perspective and value to each matter at hand. Nicole and her company were absolutely amazing from the get go. We worked together for well over a year and she always brought value to our communications - she has a perspective, recommendations, and a viewpoint. Nicole provided services as The Wedding Planner and I as the Celebrant. She and her associates were professional, timely and executed the perfect Wedding, from the rehearsal through to the last Dance. The wedding venue was impeccably decorated, the music and the musicians were perfection personified. The reception venue (The BPL) was amazing to say the least, from the cocktail reception through to the Dinner. There were 4 amazing musical ensembles performing during the entire wedding event, each with a distinct style.

Nicole is wonderful!

The mother and daughter were in different cities, handling different aspects of the wedding and Nicole pulled it all together. She was a very welcome and effective component of the planning that enabled it all to work smoothly.

Nicole has extensive knowledge of venues and vendors in and around Boston. She has excellent relationships with them that helped us a lot. Nicole has years of experience and thus can explain different ways of doing things, different styles, different price points, different options. Nicole is forthcoming with this valuable information and happily and expertly executes whatever the family decides is right for them and for their event.

On top of her great efficiency, Nicole is fun to work with!

Five stars is not nearly enough to describe the quality of Nicole Simeral, or express our appreciation for her extraordinary assistance with planning our daughter's wedding- perhaps 100 or 1000 stars would begin to come closer. Nicole helped us with planning the most beautiful and memorable wedding for our daughter and her (now husband) in 5 weeks, and under difficult circumstances. We were planning a wedding in Boston, with our daughter and fiancé living in California, and with my husband seriously ill during the planning process (and all in 5 weeks). Nicole made the entire planning process enjoyable and easy for us- at each step, she listened carefully to our preferences and then suggested several excellent vendors that matched our preferences from which we chose, and she took care of all the details for us. Her responsiveness and flexibility were extraordinary. She managed last minute changes in timing and location for bride and bridesmaids getting dressed for wedding (with corresponding changes in location for photographer, floral delivery, and transportation) with caring and calm efficiency. Nicole's professionalism and competence in wedding planning, combined with her genuine caring and concern, allowed our family to enjoy together the most beautiful and memorable wedding for our daughter. Even if we had far more time to plan, we would not have changed anything about the wedding. Nicole is a gem- it is difficult for me to find words to adequately express our appreciation for the gift she has given our family with her assistance with planning our daughter's wedding.

When my fiancé and I decided to plan a Boston wedding from the West Coast on a very short timeline, it quickly became apparent that we'd need a wedding coordinator. From the first phone calls to our perfect wedding day, Nicole was reassuring, on top of every detail, and incredibly kind. She has an incredible network of vendors and got answers about availability and quotes within hours. She was able to quickly understand our vision and taste then provided us with several options for each of the vendors (after ensuring they were all available).

She made the planning process not only possible, but wonderfully fun! She also went above and beyond for us the week before the wedding and quickly adapted the timelines and coordinated the vendors when we changed the "getting ready" location the day before. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and more beautiful than I could have imagined!

I was fortunate enough to have Nicole as my event planner for my recent November wedding. The entire planning process with Nicole was stress-free and enjoyable! Nicole was always available to talk on the phone or meet in person to discuss any issues, small details, or concerns that I had during wedding planning. Her responsiveness helped me to feel very at ease. When it came to making decisions, Nicole spent time to listen to and understand my vision and desires for my wedding day. She always considered and asked for my ideas when giving her valuable opinions and advice.
The day of my wedding, I did not have to worry about anything. Nicole arrived at the venue first thing in the morning and was the last person to leave after the party ended. Throughout the day, I felt completely confident that any problems that may arise, Nicole would handle. When the lead singer of the wedding band called out sick, Nicole was quick to contact the band and find out more information. She immediately made me feel better about this possible stressful situation.
I can not say enough good things about Nicole and would recommend her without hesitation!!

Originally thinking that hiring a wedding consultant was frivolous, I realized how very important Nicole Simeral was to us as we were assigned to hotel wedding planner after another, when the hotel reps moved on to other jobs. Nicole has a very calming manner about her as she guides the clients through the sometimes harrowing process of wedding planning. Neither my daughter or myself had a single meltdown or panic attack--Nicole kept us on track with a very professional, attentive manner that never left us feeling there were any loose ends. We had already begun the wedding process and had booked the wedding and reception sites as well as the band--with Nicole's help, my daughter met with photographers, florists and invitation and paper goods specialists. We totally feel that her assistance helped us get the best values for our purchases. She went with my daughter and her fiancé when he chose his formal wear--she was an integral part of their reception planning with the large Boston hotel. When given a listing of menu and cocktail hour options, little did our daughter know that she could customize her choices and get the items SHE wanted at no additional costs--Nicole contacted the catering department and saw that this was taken care of. Nicole was with the bridal party from 9:00 a.m. until midnight the day of the wedding, checking on the in-room hair and make-up specialists, the delivery of personal, wedding and reception flowers, timing of the days events including the pre-ceremony photography, the ketubah signing (did I mention that she helped my daughter and her fiancé in the selection of their Jewish/Catholic officiants?) I cannot sing her praises enough--Nicole Simeral insured that their wedding was the day of their dreams!!!!

Nicole is a master of developing deep relationships with wonderful vendors - as she gets to know her brides she does a great job of finding vendors with whom the bride will enjoy working. She is also a savior and a saint on the day of the wedding - I consider her a very close friend after she helped me through every minute of the day (with all of the unexpected emotions that come!) My family and friends thought my wedding was the best one they had ever attended - everything was so beautiful, best band they have ever heard, most loving rabbi, most beautiful and creative flowers and cake, most delicious food, most artistic photos (and fun photographer!), and last minute finding of a great videographer --- all of which Nicole helped me find and choose --- and I loved every minute of my wedding and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Nicole is wonderfully kind and understanding and I look forward to working with her again when my sister gets married!

Nicole was so amazing and efficient - most importantly she was resourceful, creative, professional and very pleasant to deal with. She not only helped us come up with a vision for our event but helped us through every step of the way making it happen. She was there at all times and worked tirelessly through the whole planning process and the day of the event - on the day of the wedding she was there at the hotel before we arrived and was there the whole day until everyone of our guests and ourselves left making sure everything went according to plan and on schedule - amazing!. Thanks to Nicole the wedding event ended up being a very beautiful, successful and elegant affair. Here we are 3 weeks since the wedding and we are still receiving praises for how beautiful the wedding event was. Additionally Nicole helped us plan and execute a rehearsal dinner for over 150 people in our backyard under a tent that ended up being so beautiful, elegant and exactly to our liking. It was a weekend of events that was so memorable - without Nicole we couldn't have possibly pulled off on our own. We highly recommend Nicole for any of your events.

In one word, Nicole was incredible. She really helped pull everything together and on the day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch! During the planning she was incredibly flexible - my husband and I have busy work schedules and we are not Boston-based, so she was very amenable to having weekend and evening calls. Nicole represents the epitome of professional event planning: she listens, she presents options, she is connected to the best vendors, and she works hand-in-hand with the client (we wanted to be involved in every detail!). She is a workaholic and makes you feel like yours is the only event she is working on - even if she has several others going on simultaneously - I don't know how she does it! And if you don't want to be involved, you know you can hand over the reins to her and you will still have outstanding results. Nicole was superb at guiding us to vendors who were not only exceptionally talented and professional, but were warm, wonderful people to work with on this most special occasion. Also, she had excellent working relationships with each of them so that communication on the many details was clear. Our decision to hire Nicole was the best decision my mom and I made when it came to the wedding planning process. We had already booked the major stuff when we decided to hire Nicole but knew we wanted help with all the details and day of event. The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We could not have done it without her. She was there with us every step of the way and she made the weeks leading up to wedding as stress free as they could possibly be before you get married. Our meetings were so much fun and she had such great ideas. Nicole was a blast to work with and always got back to me with the answers to all my questions. She came with me to meetings with vendors and had important questions that I never would have even thought of. She has so many great contacts in the industry there is really nothing she can't make happen. Hiring Nicole to be our wedding planner was the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding. We had a destination wedding at Fenway Park in Boston,MA and needed someone we could trust to help us choose vendors, make our vision become reality and coordinate everything since we were not located in Boston. Nicole was all of this and so much more. She made herself available whenever we had questions or just wanted her opinion. Nicole attended all meetings in Boston and joined in on phone calls. Nicole has connections with several local vendors and is able to suggest vendors based on price point which was extremely helpful.Nicole was always on time and prepared for all meetings and very professional. Having worked other events at Fenway Park, Nicole knew the venue very well and this helped with seamless transitions between pre wedding photos, the wedding ceremony, group photos and the reception. I can't say enough good things about Nicole because without her our dream wedding would not have been. She knew when to tell us an idea wasn't necessary without making us feel like we were leaving something out.

Nicole was the planner for our daughter's wedding last Sunday, but "planner" is much too small a word for everything Nicole did for us. She was constantly available to us in person, by phone, email, and text. She accompanied us to appointments whenever we wanted her to. She made everything go smoothly, took care of every last detail, and calmed our nerves. She had wonderful ideas, but also made sure it was the wedding my daughter and her fiancée wanted. I told myself before the wedding not to get upset if something goes wrong, because something does at every wedding. But thanks to Nicole, nothing went wrong. She made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end, and we were all able to relax and thoroughly enjoy this very special day. Nicole went way above and beyond my expectations, and yet did not charge a penny over her original quote. As an added bonus, she's a sweetheart; a real pleasure to have shared this experience with.

Nicole Simeral is everything and more than you expect from a wedding planner. As one of two brides in a destination wedding, Nicole made the entire process so easy and stress free for us both. Nicole planned a destination wedding in Boston for us. It was a four-day celebration with guests from around the world. The best way to sum-up my experience working with Nicole was the number of people who said to me during the wedding weekend: “you are the most relaxed bride I’ve ever seen.” And now, after the wedding, the most frequent comment we are hearing is: “that was the most beautiful wedding we’ve been to.”

My husband and I live in London, I am from the Boston area and he is from Ireland. Our vision was to plan a weekend where our friends and family would get to know one another, and the city where we met. Nicole made this vision come together, and we could never have done it without her help. Activities included a Red Sox game, a shopping outing, a pub night, a boat cruise in Boston Harbor, and the wedding.

Living in London we needed expert help to identify and manage the venues and vendors. Nicole has an incredible network in Boston, recommended wonderful places and people to work with, and made our job of selecting vendors a pleasure. In the lead-up to and during the wedding, Nicole managed all of the vendors, ensuring everything was set-up perfectly; my husband and I were able to relax and focus on enjoying our time with our guests.

Nicole had creative ideas throughout the planning process. She went above and beyond to help with small and big projects in the lead-up to the wedding. She even helped my mother and bridesmaids plan the shower and bachelorette! Nicole is a fun, energetic, professional, and caring person. We loved working with her and can’t recommend her enough.

We cannot speak highly enough of Nicole - she was an extraordinary partner and helped to make our wedding weekend exactly what we hoped it would be.

Nicole is thorough and responsive - she thinks of every detail ahead of time based on her extensive experience and follows up on any call or email with any request or question, no matter how small.

Nicole is also a miracle worker - 2 days before the wedding, my partner's tuxedo jacket required a major alteration. She found a team she had worked with before whom she trusted could solve the problem. One text message later, we had a solution. What could have been disastrous is now a fun anecdote.

Nicole is creative and thoughtful - she seems to have seen everything that can be done and has lots of ideas to help make an event distinct. She always deferred to us and our own taste and judgment while presenting lots of options. She works with fantastic vendors and partners and seems to know everyone in the business. Her reputation precedes her, as it should.

We couldn't have been any happier, and frankly, in the weeks since our wedding, we miss working with her.

The two day wedding celebration including the wedding itself was executed without a flaw. Everything felt perfect to the immediate family and the grooms were much more relaxed than I anticipated they would be. I believe that was because they were in such great hands. Everything was handled professionally and with so much love and attention to the details that were so important to the grooms. I cannot think of anything that could have been improved upon. Nicole is truly amazing at what she does and it so passionate about her job. She is the definition of professional. She made our big day flawless and beautiful. She manages and troubleshoots with ease, even the tensest of situations. She made me feel comfortable and confident and I did not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. I cannot thank Nicole enough for all the work she did to make our day unique, fluid and personalized. Not one thing was out of place. I felt like she gave us the care and attention we desired. She listened to everything I said and we feel like our day was the most amazing and effortless wedding we have experienced. Nicole was wonderful to work with. She was extremely efficient during our wedding planning and on our wedding day! She took the worry off my shoulders and ensured that all went well. Nicole was wonderful and so professional from the very beginning stages of the planning of our wedding until the end of of our special day. Nicole really took the time to get to know us as people. I LOVE NICOLE!!

I hired Nicole Simeral in mid August for my sisters' wedding on October 5th. The pressure was mounting, time was short!, and we didn't have any vendors lined up. Add in difficult personalities and a bunch of opinionated women, and you can only imagine the difficulty we were confronting. I warned Nicole that she was walking into a hornets nest because my family didn't understand what event planners did, but she immediately put me at ease and told me not to worry. Working under pressure was not a problem for her. And she was so right! Nicole was able to pull off a miracle in such a short time, we were all amazed! There is no way that we would have been able to see to all the big and small details of the weddings in such a short time. Nicole was professional, kept us all on schedule, and by the end of the reception on the night of the wedding, my mother had to marvel at how much Nicole was able to do and still make it all look so effortless! She was amazing, and made my sisters' wedding a much more relaxed day for us! No matter what I'm doing in the future, big or small, Nicole is my go-to event planner!

Nicole made my wedding seamless and was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I loved her from the start and were so impressed with everything that she did for us. Nicole did a fantastic job with my day of wedding planning. I felt an instant connection with Nicole the first time my husband and I met her and we both knew that it was the perfect fit. Nicole is incredible and does a wonderful job. My husband and I are so thankful for all of her help, we would have been lost without her. We needed a lot of hand holding and had no idea where to start or who to hire for vendors. Nicole was incredibly patient with us and helped us hire vendors that fit our personalities. It is amazing watching her work and you can see how passionate she is about what she does. She really got to know us as a couple and was extremely personable which made the whole process a dream and huge stress reliever. She made my wedding day a dream, I didn't have to worry about a thing because I trusted her completely. My wedding day was flawless because of Nicole.

Nicole and her team were fantastic and helped us navigate the many, many pieces that go into throwing a wedding. They connected us with the best of the best vendors, who were not only amazing at their jobs, but also kind and added to the joy of the whole experience. I had such a clear vision for what I wanted, but wasn't always sure how to communicate that vision or how to make it happen. Nicole was a pro at helping me work through the process and was so patient with me as I found my way, at times through trial and error (she also helped me manage the many different voices and perspectives in our family!). It was a weekend beyond my wildest dreams and expectations. The best compliment I could have received was that everyone felt welcomed and joyful and that the event felt true to me and my husband - and that's what I heard again and again from our guests. We worked with Nicole Simeral and Company to plan an August wedding in Cape Cod for about 180 people. After working with Nicole and her assistant Chelsea for more than a year I could not be happier with their services. Nicole is an absolute wonder! She is professional, responsive, creative, and extremely detail oriented. She guided us through the planning process flawlessly.

In addition to being great at her job, Nicole is simply an absolute sweetheart-- an all around down to earth, kind, and fun person! It was extremely important to me that our wedding was full of personal details and special family moments. Nicole knew this from the beginning and worked me on all of the special moments and details that meant so much to me, my husband and our families. She spent many nights on the phone with me going over details, laughing, and helping to make decisions. Sometimes the hardest part of wedding planning is just deciding and Nicole was always able to help guide the decisions in a way that was never pushy, but honest, strategic, and of course, always right. After a while you feel like Nicole isn't simply your wedding planner but a friend and member of your family. I think my entire family considers her a member of the clan after this wedding.

Our wedding was everything we wanted and we owe so much of that to Nicole, and of course Chelsea. I can't forget Chelsea! She is every bit as smart, detailed, and wonderful as Nicole. I will miss them both now that the wedding is over, but am so grateful I got the chance to work with them! I highly recommend hiring Nicole Simeral and Company. You will not regret it!

Nicole was great. We had a clear vision for our wedding and had covered a lot of initial ground by the time we started working with her (we had already found a venue, a dress, done invitations etc). For us, her biggest strength was execution. She executed superbly - knew exactly who was meant to be where at any given time. Everything happened without any work from us during the wedding, and she covered so many of the detailed logistics (like transportation) leading up to the event.

Nicole managed my wedding, cocktail hour, and reception at the Historic Framingham Village Hall. It was fantastic. She made sure that all vendors I had arranged for that day coordinated with her and she handled all interactions with them. It meant that my husband and I could really just enjoy our wedding day and spend time with our guests. I was resistant to a day of wedding coordinator at first, but in hind sight it was the very best decision we made. Nicole was wonderful to work with and really went out of her way to make sure we got to have a good time at our wedding.

A wedding planner is a completely and totally unnecessary added expense. One only needed to keep your sanity... to keep you organized... to maintain some sense of "control"... to pull off the optimal wedding. Without Nicole & Chelsea... I would not have made it to the finish line! (& that is an understatement). I planned our families wedding long distance. They were my Boston life lines... and came to many a rescue more times than I wish I had needed them to. If you can afford a wedding planner- it is worth the splurge. If you want the best... just call Nicole.

We hired Nicole about a year out from the wedding based on a recommendation from our venue. Up until the wedding weekend I had very few negative experiences with Nicole or her planning process. Unfortunately, on the Friday of our wedding weekend I found out from one of her employees that Nicole might not be able to make it to the event at all because she had another wedding that weekend. We had never discussed the possibility that she might not be there at all so this was a huge surprise, and it was disappointing to hear it through her employee rather than her. When I tried to contact her she responded that she was figuring out her schedule and then I didn’t hear from her again. Thankfully she sent her business partner in her place, who was incredibly helpful and organized and made sure the weekend went perfectly. After the weekend was over, she never reached out again to explain what had happened or even to ask how the weekend had been. It’s now been 5+ months and we still have not had another conversation, which has been a bit surprising considering we’d worked together for over a year and had a good relationship.

On the positive side, she has partnered with a lot of amazing vendors who we worked with for the weekend and who we wouldn’t have found without her. She created a seamless timeline and plan for the weekend that ensured the weekend went well, even without her being present. She was responsive throughout the process and communicated with all of our vendors to make sure that they were organized and had everything they needed for the weekend, so that we didn’t need to keep track of the small details. Her extended team is also incredible and we could not have done anything without them so am very grateful for the team overall.

Ok experience

We hired Nicole as a partial planner for our wedding in October 2021 in New Jersey, outside of the NYC area. Before hiring Nicole, we did all of the leg work and already had picked out our team of 5 star vendors & venue. Our intention of hiring Nicole was to help with the details to make sure things weren’t missed and that our big day would go off as seamless as possible.

Our day went off without a hitch and it was everything we could’ve imagined. If you are looking for someone to help on day of, Nicole was very helpful in executing and getting transactional tasks done. Our table layout and seating assignments were extremely important to us and the tables & place cards were all set up perfectly. We also had a specific timeline and flow, particularly for the reception, and everything went to plan. She also made sure our bridal party was in line and ready for the processional before the ceremony started. Nicole was very helpful during the wedding weekend with these types of logistics.

Unfortunately throughout the planning process we found there to be multiple things that we were not pleased with. Nicole was overall responsive but at times it took multiple follow ups, and reminders to get things done. We felt like we were driving the overall process versus being guided by a professional. She did not provide any checklists or reminders to make sure things weren’t missed and details weren’t forgotten.

There were a few situations that happened in particular that were disappointing. We were deciding whether or not to include ceremony programs since we were having a Jewish ceremony, however many of our guests were not Jewish. We asked Nicole if her or her assistant would mind handing out the ceremony programs while guests were getting ready to sit down. Nicole said “no” after we asked multiple times because her & her assistant were going to be “busy doing other things” and asked if one of our guests or family members could take on this responsibility. We did not feel comfortable asking our guests or family members to take on such a role when they should be relaxing and having fun!

We found Nicole to be unorganized to work with leading up to our wedding. We also work very busy jobs and it was difficult finding a time to talk to her on the phone since she had very limited availability. Most times our conversations felt rushed and unorganized since we weren’t sure what needed to be a priority in our minds in that given moment since there were no check lists, agendas, timelines, etc. to ensure we were on track. Nicole also missed our call with our photographer to discuss our day of timeline although she confirmed she would be free. We felt unprepared for the call since Nicole had been managing our timeline and we weren’t aware that we should’ve been thinking about our shot list prior to our call.

Overall, Nicole executed on day of and was helpful with managing day of activities and logistics. However, if you’re looking for someone to help with details, esthetic, and be a true wedding partner I would advise to look elsewhere.
