Amazing experience
Nikki at Nicole Mera was THE BEST to work with on a custom engagement ring. She worked with my fiancé and I on selecting the perfect stone and designing exactly what I wanted. Then she and my fiancé added some personal touches so there was still some fun surprises. She spent a ton of time answering my questions and making sure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to work with Nikki on bands and more in the future! -

I buy jewelry as gifts for my girlfriend, mother, and sister in laws. It has always been an intimidating process, but with Nicole Mera, it was easy and fun. Highly recommend to people like me spending $1,000 or less on a piece, but I understand there’s also engagement rings and custom jewelry available, and can only assume the personalized experience will be the same. -

Our entire experience with Nicole Mera was a delight. Not only is Nikki extremely professional, organized and knowledgeable (oh wow, does she know her stuff!), she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her warm, infectious personality provided a comfortable environment to ask questions and explore options during our one-on-one private consultation. With Nikki’s exquisite attention to detail, she helped combine favorite elements and offered suggestions to ultimately create the perfect ring. Everything you could imagine and more!!
Working with Nikki was literally the answer to all my nerve wrecked prayers. This process can be so overwhelming especially for someone who knows so little about diamonds and fine jewelry. However, from day one Nikki put my worries at ease. The first consultation with Nikki began and ended with reassurance and a feeling of confidence that I was not expecting. She helped explain the details of the process in a way that made me feel as if I were a connoisseur of jewels my entire life! Nikki took details from our relationship and my fiancés style and traits, and was able to help me create a piece so beautiful that I constantly catch her staring at her hand almost daily. Truly a one of a kind custom piece, for a one of kind woman. She was also great at keeping me informed throughout the process of development and when a small problem with shipping made my heart stop, she was all over it and didn’t stop until the finished product was in hand. Amazing Experience, Beautiful Ring
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki. She designed the engagement ring of my dreams! I worked in jewelry during college and law school, so I came to the process with a lot of ideas and opinions. Nikki took the time to listen to what I wanted, make suggestions, and ensure every detail was perfect. She incorporated several heirloom diamonds from both my family and my fiancé’s family. She was also able to source matching diamonds to seamlessly complete the look. Her craftsmanship is unrivaled, and everywhere I go, people are impressed with my ring’s overall design and construction. Since receiving my engagement ring six months ago, my sister has worked with Nikki to create a beautiful Maid of Honor gift, my future sister-in-law is working with Nikki to create her dream wedding band, and I have begun the process of designing a wedding band for myself and my Fiancé. Needless to say, Nikki has a customer for life in me, and I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and family. -

I worked with Nikki from Nicole Mera to design a new wedding band for my husband for our anniversary. I had seen her work online and loved it! I reached out to her and she quickly replied and set up a meeting with me so I could go over all of the options with different bands. It could easily be overwhelming but she made the process very smooth and straightforward, and sent me mock ups of the few different choices I was looking at! That was a huge help in my deciding factor. We got his band in last week; I surprised him with an engraving, and he loved it!! I cannot recommend Nicole Mera enough for your custom fine jewelry needs. -

Nicole is AMAZING!! I had previously worked with her on creating a custom cocktail ring for my Mom as well as a custom necklace for me- BOTH of which were created from VERY meaningful heriloom stones and she created AMAZING pieces! So of course we would want to use her to create our lifetime wedding bands. And let me tell you what, this woman went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! With the COVID we had a very small window to pull our wedding off and she moved heaven and earth to create our beautiful rings and even HAND deliver them to us the day before the wedding. You're asking to be disappointed if you don't choose Nicole Mera for YOUR wedding!!!
P.S. Her jewelry cleaner is amazing, get some to make your ring absolutely show stopping shine!! -

Nikki was an absolute gem to work with. She was very friendly, attentive, and provided the best customer service. I am obsessed with my wedding band and my fiancé’s band. My fiancé is normally picky and unamused at wedding things, but designing our custom bands together was one of the more enjoyable experiences for him. I was very nervous about the band being flush with my engagement ring or being too bulky and taking away from my Marquis diamond. Nikki made sure to listen to what we cared about and steered clear from anything we disliked. Nikki also made sure to keep us informed during every step of the process and made me feel more than comfortable trusting her with my engagement ring and band. My ring set came back perfect and I can’t wait to show it off. Nikki you’ve got a customer for life! -

Top notch quality & customer service for this covid-couple
Nikki with Nicole Mera was so lovely to work with start to finish. She reset a diamond we already had to create my dream piece as well as our wedding bands. She was incredibly patient during the design process and now that we have the finished product in hand I can confidently say she completely understood our vision, we couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, our wedding has been postponed to due COVID and our rings were still at the jeweler when Los Angeles went into lockdown. Nikki called us MINUTES after this was announced on the news to check on us and give us options regarding where we would like our pieces kept until they could be finished. We felt so taken care of through this entire process and can't wait to use her in the future! -

There aren’t enough words to describe how happy I am with my new engagement ring from Nicole Mera, I couldn’t have dreamt up anything more stunning.
Since my fiancé popped the question a few weeks back, Nikki has been so helpful and dedicated in making sure that everything has been perfect for me.
The ring was a little on the larger side so she organized for it to be resized, the whole process was so so easy and comfortable. The re-sizing was perfect, done in just a couple days and when I got my ring back it was so beautiful and shiny again!
I get so many compliments on my ring, and knowing the love, attention to detail and time that Nikki and my fiancé put into designing and making it a reality makes it even more special.
I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t choose anyone else to create an important piece - I already can’t wait to start working on our wedding bands!

We are SO happy we chose Nicole Mera to create a custom ring for us. We wanted to create a ring for a loose emerald we found and purchased in Bogotá. We knew we had to find a jeweler with the right experience and care that is required for setting emeralds. We could not have made a better choice. Nikki was so knowledgeable and really helped guide us through finding the right design that spoke to us. She worked with us patiently and made the process so exciting. Even when we had hesitations on sizing or look, she could picture it mentally and helped walk us through it, the end result was incredible. Her customer service is excellent! I don't even know where to start with Nikki. She is so incredibly sweet and so easy to work with. My fiancé worked with Nicole Mera to get a perfect engagement ring and I am way beyond happy we went back for our wedding bands. Simply Outstanding!
Nikki was absolutely amazing in every step of the process. She was so patient and helpful in the design process, and really made an effort to create the exact look I was going for, while also adding some flair and details into the ring that I never would have even thought of! She hunted for the center stone, and sent me several pictures of different ones until I found the diamond I was looking for. During all of this, Nikki always respected my budget, and never once tried to up-sell me on anything. Buying my engagement ring was so easy with Nicole-Mera, and I ended up with a piece that is STUNNING, unlike any other ring I have seen. I cannot express how much I recommend coming to Nikki if you are in the market for an engagement ring! -

From our first meeting in San Antonio with Nikki on Christmas Eve to the engagement at the Four Seasons in Austin Texas just last week, Nikki was punctual, professional and an incredibly caring person who was looking to create the perfect ring for my fiancé. She worked with us at our initial consultation and then with me exclusively up to the surprise proposal. Nikki walked me through the design aspect, the intricacies of selecting the diamond and every personalized customization we came up with. Everything from a one of a kind diamond, a halo diamond with surrounding diamond details, to the signature yellow diamond on the inside of the band, and even a very special personalized engraving. I would recommend Nikki to any friend or family member who is looking to design and create an incredible ring that is truly one of a kind. She is compassionate, detailed and an incredibly talented gemologist and designer.

Nikki and Drew created THE most perfect ring a girl could have ever asked for, but I as a bride also had the experience of working with Nikki firsthand as I got my husband a second wedding band just for fun! Alicia Sent on 01/16/2018My sweet now-husband followed my queue and proposed with a solitaire oval diamond on a dainty band. However, at that time neither him or I knew anything about settings, mountings, or quality eternity bands. Luckily, Nikki knows everything about quality jewelry and patiently walked us through every option to meet the ultimate look I wanted to achieve. Nikki reset and redesigned my engagement ring around my beloved solitaire on a brilliant eternity band, and I'll never forget how my husband and I were both blown away when we pulled the final product out of the shipping box when we received the redesigned engagement ring and my eternity wedding band. The center stone of the engagement ring looked twice as large as it had before! There was genuinely a moment where we questioned whether the stone was the same because it looked brighter and bigger. Nikki's vision and unbeatable craftsmanship elevated my engagement ring to a level I never knew existed. Our only regret is that we didn't start the process with Nikki first. I had so much fun working on my rings with Nikki that I commissioned her to create an eternity band for my mother-in-law's 60th birthday present with her kids names inscribed inside, and a pair of asscher cut earrings for myself! We both accept compliments on behalf of Nikki’s work every day!
