  When we first started to search for a photographer in UK, Nicholas' works caught our attention. We really love his style and the quality of his photos. We enjoyed the entire photoshoot session. Nicholas was professional and organized. He is able to capture photos from a unique and beautiful angle. The day of our shoot was rather gloomy, and the place we picked were crowdy, yet the photos turned out to be really great, we love them so much! We highly recommend any couples who wish to take their photos in UK to engage Nicholas, we're sure that you will not regret!

  We had Nicholas photograph our wedding in March 2018 and he did such a fantastic job. His attention to detail has really shown in our photos - they are perfect. The shots, the angles and the editing is spot on exactly how we wanted it to look.
  
  Nicholas and his assistant worked super hard on the day, they went above and beyond our expectations. We let him use his own initiative for most of the day, rather than telling him what photos we wanted.
  
  He knows how to capture unplanned moments perfectly, which gave such amazing results. Our pictures look like they should be in a magazine, his edits are fantastic.
  
  He’s also a very nice guy, polite, punctual and communication was brilliant - don’t hesitate to use him!

  Nicholas is an outstanding photographer with reasonable price and good work ethic. He is very professional and good at using natural light together with composition, which makes hes photos unique and heart capturing. He is an easy going photographer and fun to work with.

  We recently used Nicholas as the photographer for our wedding day, and we are very happy indeed. He's a lovely mix of relaxed and unobtrusive on one hand and diligent, highly skilled and hard working on the other. This means that he's able to capture everything in exactly the way we asked without anyone noticing his presence, beyond the formal photos we asked him to do. He allowed us to get on and to enjoy the day both on our wedding day and through the photos for the rest of our lives. We have ended up with the most beautiful set of photos of our special day. We would certainly recommend him to everyone.

  Nicholas recently photographed both our engagement shoot and wedding day for us and he perfectly captured every moment of our special day. The pictures turned out perfect and we particularly loved his eye for perspective and use of delicate lighting in capturing our special day in an artist yet beautifully balanced way.
  
  The picture quality is beautiful with use of soft enhancing colours and light and we could not have been happier with our stunning wedding photos.

  We could not have been happier with our wedding photos and thank Nicholas for capturing the joy of our wedding day so well. They are unlike any other wedding photos I have seen - the quality is perfect, the colouring beautiful and the poses are imaginative. There is an excellent balance of candid and more posed shots. Nicholas is reliable and very thorough; prior to the day we talked about the kind of poses and photos we liked and he did just as we asked. We had the rainiest of days and were worried how the photos might turn out but you could never tell from the photos. I couldn't recommend Nicholas more highly and everybody has commented on how perfect our photos are. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Nicholas recently photographed for our wedding, we chose him because we liked his style and artistic view to the photos he has previously done...he definitely delivered and captured spectacular moments of our day. What we loved most about him is he had a clear vision and managed to encapture all the little details without us even realising. We didn't feel like we missed any of our day as he made it completely effortless and really didn't miss a thing. We highly recommend his services and have a tough job now to decide which ones to frame!

  Nicholas did a great job of capturing the mood and genuinely stunning photos of my recent wedding. We are completely delighted with the quality of the photos and the number and variety of images that he captured - all of the key moments are there in a beautiful, stylish and natural way. The portrait sessions that he did in the streets of Marylebone with me and my husband really demonstrate his artistic skill - they are amazing. Nicholas is very professional, friendly and flexible and it was great to have him as part of our special day - I would thoroughly recommend him.

  We were so glad to have Nicholas covering our wedding. He was very professional and a joy to work with. As I do know a little bit about photography, I have made it known what we were looking for in advance and he duly delivered on our big day. To be honest I didn't need to give much guidance as his style is suited for weddings. It leans more towards the artistic/portrait style photography capturing expressions and those special moments. We have seen works from other photographer and his just stands out. He's passionate about photography, his attitude and the end product shows. His rates were very competitive out of our shortlisted photographers and we have already been recommending Nicholas to our friends!

  Me and my husband had pleasure to work with Nicholas. He is very professional, responsive and fun to work with, and the photos we got far exceeded our expectations. He also made some very good suggestions on shots we should take that we would have not considered ourselves. I would highly recommend Nicholas to any future grooms and brides~

  Dominic and I married in Ascot in October 2014 and had Nicholas Lau do our big day photography. We have been recommending Nic's photography services to our best friends ever since, and that can only be a good thing.
  
  From the beginning, Nic was very professional in offering us always prompt responses and advice. We had in fact had our engagment photography done by Nic nine months prior to our wedding day, and having met him for the shoot in January and seen the results, I was very comfortable knowing that he would have everything taken care of for us on our wedding day. This confidence in Nic and his work was one less (big) thing to worry about...and we are so grateful.
  
  Nic's style of photography was exactly what we wanted, with lots of natural light and great, simple but effective compositions. He captured all the moments from our wedding day so beautifully.

  My husband & I wholeheartedly recommend Nicholas as a photographer. His work is not only visually beautiful but also romantic and very much captures the emotions of the day. Nicholas listens to you and works diligently throughout. We look at our wedding pictures and remember the celebration it was and will always be thankful to Nicholas.
