Wedding dress perfection!

I 6/5 recommend shopping here for your wedding dress. Silvia was incredible to work with for my initial visit. She prepared a selection of dresses for my appointment that were all exactly what I was looking for. She is so knowledgeable about fashion. She informed me about so many details regarding the shape and style that would differ in my size vs floor size. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and she made it such a welcoming, fun experience for my family and I. Saying yes to the dress here was a no brainer with her! Lana made communication so easy regarding dress customizations, the timeline for my dress to come in, and all my alteration appointments. I 100% recommend shopping here! (Also, I didn’t realize until after, that my Grandmother, my Mom, me, my sisters, and my cousins all bought prom dresses from here - so definitely a great spot for prom too!) Hope you find your dress here too!

Update: I just got married and I felt like a princess in my dress! I decided to get my alterations done with them. I was a little worried due to the initial cost, but it was tailored perfectly to my body. Seamstresses Dorota & Veronica were so detail oriented and made sure I looked perfect in my dress. So happy with my overall experience! Still 6/5 recommend.

Silvia stylist

I said yes to the dress at New York Lace!! I'm mother of the groom and had a difficult time finding a gown that wowed me. My stylist was Silvia and it was she who brought out dresses for me to try that flattered my problem areas. I tried on a lot of dresses from other places but until I got help from Silvia, I was very discouraged. When I put on the dress that I said yes to, I actually cried because I'd finally found something that I looked great in! Thank you, Silvia, from the bottom of my heart for giving me such a great experience!

Phenomenal!

I just recently bough my wedding dress at New York Lace and it was a wonderful experience! I worked with Lana and she was just perfect with helping me out. Everyone there is so friendly and Lana truly listened to what I wanted, but was also mindful of my party’s suggestions as well. The dresses she pulled were GORGEOUS and didn’t try to go out of my budget which was so appreciated. I can’t recommend New York Lace enough. They truly made finding my wedding dress an amazing experience, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Amazing! Just Wow!

I went to New York Lace for my wedding dress. Lana assisted me in picking out dresses. She was the absolute best and made me feel beautiful and listened to everything I said. She helped me pick out the perfect dress and I couldn't be happier with her service and help! I'd recommend over and over again. 10/10!!

Beautiful store and people!

I can’t thank Lana and the rest of the staff at New York Lace enough for the best experience I could have asked for while searching for my dream wedding dress. Lana is such a beautiful person and makes you feel so comfortable. Although New York Lace did not have exactly the style I was looking for at the shop, Lana went above and beyond with ordering my dream dress online all the way from Spain. The communication was fantastic with all staff, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you don’t find something that you like, don’t get discouraged! Know that they put in the work to research what you’re looking for and get you your dream dress.

Beautiful store with amazing service!

I had my appointment with Lana, who went above and beyond to help me find my dream wedding dress. I fell in love with a dress online and could not find it in any stores nearby, but New York Lace was able to get it on loan for me to try on the day of my appointment. When I tried it on I thought it might be the one, but Lana pulled equally stunning and unique dresses for me to try on to really be sure. She was so attentive, patient, and kind. She put in extra effort to get to know me and what I was looking for. I felt so seen & understood! She gave me the guidance and confidence I needed to say yes to that first dress. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Highly Recommend!!

New York Lace was the first bridal shop that I went to where they understood my vision and the aesthetic that I was looking for. I went to four other bridal shops prior with no luck. Then at New York Lace - they brought out multiple dress options that I could actually see myself wearing and of course, ultimately the one I chose! Lana was amazing to work with and was the reason this process was so great. I came in a little discouraged from my other bridal appointments and from the minute I started working with her, I knew she was going to find me my dress. I felt like she actually listened to what I was looking for and asked questions about me to get to know my style better. The thing about Lana is she will find a way - whether it's finding the perfect dress that you feel 100% about or problem solving something that comes up in the alterations/fit - she will make it happen. I had 100% trust in her - I even ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses from here as well!

Absolutely Stunning Dresses

The consultant I worked with was so sweet and welcoming. She really gave us the full bride experience. I showed her pictures and the first dress she pulled was my dress! It was exactly what I wanted. I did try on quite a few more to make sure but she was so great at letting me try on as many as needed and getting me back in the first dress. She made me feel comfortable and definitely made my bridal dreams come true! Gorgeous, high-quality dresses, and the store is beautiful!
I will say in store alterations are extremely expensive. I paid a third of the price of my dress on adding a bustle so be prepared..

It was great to work with them

Kiara was extremely helpful, she helped me find a gown for my daughters wedding that is in 2 weeks by the way … ( I already purchased a dress , but I hated it !!! ) I purchased it from another vendor .
I walked in without an appointment and she didn’t turn me away and make me make an appointment to come back.
which I appreciated .
when I told Kiara what I was l for she went right to work looking for the color, and the type of dress I wanted . Kiara was honest and caring she also made me feel good about how the dress looked . ( I did ask her to be brutally honest ) she didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t want or just to get a sale . Kiara really cared about helping me .

I would definitely recommend New York lace .. their staff was very helpful caring and professional ,
ask for Kiara she was wonderful , has a great personality and really cared that I was happy about how the gown looked on me when I left .
Looking for those kinds of gowns is not a fun thing to do but she definitely made the experience better !

Mercedes was absolutely amazing!! I loved working with her! Her energy was fantastic! She helped me so much during the process of picking out my dress and was very patient with me as I was very indecisive. Completely amazing! You must go!

I hate that it’s taken me a couple months to write this review. Jacqueline is absolutely amazing. I had little faith after going to multiple bridal stores around Boston. I have to admit even in the first couple hours I wasn’t convinced that New York Lace was going to find the one. Honestly, it was Jacqueline. She listened to me, my feedback on the dresses, my wants, my needs. I was a little picky in what I was looking for but not only did she find me the one, she found me a beautiful designer gown in my budget too! This was the perfect dress for me and I can’t wait to get married in it! Skeptical brides and just all brides in general, you are not alone! Go see Jacqueline at New York Lace! She truly has a gift.

Family Owned & Attentive to You

If you are looking for a wedding dress buying experience that feels like family, this is it! Dolores and her husband are absolutely amazing and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My wedding was delayed because of covid and they had my dress for almost 2 years. When it came time for fitting everything was done professionally and they made sure to fix anything I needed done. By the time I was done, I wish I had invited them to my wedding! They genuinely enjoy what they do, and you will feel “right at home”! They will go above and beyond for you and I will never forget my experience with them!

Mercedes- Best Consultant EVER!!!

I can't even begin to describe my experience at New York Lace today. I was so impressed with my consultant Mercedes, I could cry. She is truly a blessing. She helped me pick out my dream dress and I literally had a blast trying on dresses today. Her extensive experience with her profession was visible, every step of the way. She wanted me to have a good time with my mom and sister by my side. You can tell she got into this job for all of the right reasons, she wants to make brides dreams come true! Even if I didn't find my dream dress, her kindness and attention to detail was impecable. The owner/manager Dolores told me I "would not be disappointed." Boy was she right! I am so thankful!!!! Best bridal salon experience I could have asked for!

Look no further if you want a bridal salon that takes your business seriously and aims to make you feel beautiful no matter what your body type. Rest assured that New York Lace is taking all COVID-19 safety measures seriously and cares about keeping you safe.

Upon arrival, there was a very clear sign on their door with the phone number I needed to call to be let in for my appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Lana for my appointment on 08/08/20. She greeted my mom, one of my bridesmaids, and I at the front entrance with such positive energy and an amazing attitude.

Prior to trying on dresses, Lana took the time to sit down with me and my guests to get a better idea of my wedding vision, likes, dislikes, and dress dreams. She made me feel listened to and appreciated the entire visit. I also had the entire mirror/pedestal trying on area all to myself to avoid contact with other groups.

By the end of my 90-minute appointment, I found my dream dress and the most beautiful veil and accessories. No matter what your budget, the quality of designer dresses at New York Lace is unmatched.

The owners themselves take great pride in their family-owned business and the history of the store. They even make the trips themselves to New York City and other designer studios to see the finished dress designs before buying them for New York Lace.

One last part of the New York Lace experience I feel is worth mentioning is all alterations are done in-house and are included with the purchase price of your dress at check out. There are no surprise costs! Even though I am still very early on in the alteration process, the staff could not be more friendly.

Bottom line: please take the time to visit this store. I believe that all Boston-area brides should have the opportunity to experience the great customer service and positive attitude at New York Lace. Ask for Lana as your stylist and you will not be disappointed.

I said yes to my dress. Dolores and her team make sure that you get exactly what you want. Along with my wedding dress, I even picked out my bridesmaid dresses with ease. You'll Feel Like Family

My experience was nothing but the best at NY Lace. One of the reasons I choose this shop was because it was so close to my house. My first time looking for dresses I had an amazing shopping experience with a consultant, who no longer works there, who spent over 4 hours with me! When I didn't fall head over heels in love with something, they assured me they could order almost any gown, and that's what I did. The alterations department was top notch! As a survey big chested girl, my biggest fear was as strapless dress. But I ended p with strapless anyway. Let me tell you, my dress did not slip one bit! Even through all the dancing. In addition to my on dress and veil, my MIL and my bridesmaids all got their dresses there as well. Customer Service is a priority and by the end of the year I spent with them Dolores and Fransisco were my family! Fransisco even gave me some amazing pointers for the day of, like holding my flower and how to walk down the carpet ailse, to look and feel my best and most confident.

Wonderful Bridal Shop

Dolores and her husband, Francisco, are really amazing and are wonderful to work with. I had to have hollow to hem measurements done to order the dress because of the intricate lace overlay that could not be hemmed. They were very patient with me while I found wedding shoes (to make sure the measurements were perfect) and got me in for an appointment as soon as I found the shoes. My dress came in and wouldn’t zip. The seamstress said that she would be able to extend the fabric to make sure it would zip, but it would be a little bit of a challenge. I went upstairs and Dolores said that they would change it to a corset back because it would look so much better and not damage the dress. They gave me a discount on this because I was so distraught about it and nervous. I went in about a month later and my dress was absolutely perfect, it looked like it was supposed to be a corset back from the beginning! A month before my wedding I had my final fitting and the dress fit perfectly. Francisco was very patient and showed my mom and bridesmaid exactly how to lace the corset, tighten it without ripping the loops, how to bustle the dress, etc. He gave so much great advice and made sure I was 100% comfortable in the dress. 1 week before my wedding I panicked and thought the dress wouldn’t fit, so I called the shop and they got me in that same day!! They were booked with fittings and pick-ups but fit me in (without messing up other appointments or rushing me), I put my dress on and it was fine just like Francisco said it would be. He never made me feel like I was crazy for panicking at the last moment and didn’t just dismiss my concerns and made sure to get me in to ease my mind. When I put my dress on, he gave me more advice and tips about the dress to make sure I was comfortable in it all night. In my eyes, this was above and beyond customer service, they took care of me like I was family. They are both very kind and made the whole process, even when it was stressful, fun and took the stress out of it!

I said yes to the dress!

I would highly recommend New York Lace to any bride looking for their wedding dress! I was feeling anxious about dress shopping and kept putting it off. My Mom made an appointment (along with my Maid of Honor) to go dress shopping for the first time at New York Lace. I said to my Mom that morning "Just to set expectations, there is no way I am buying a dress today. I just want to get ideas." Maria greeted us along with Paula and my anxiety about dress shopping immediately went away! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, pulled dresses that matched my inspiration and truly gave me the perfect wedding dress shopping experience! Not only did I walk away with my dress but my veil and belt! This dress experience was probably the first moment I truly felt like a bride and am so grateful that I was able to have this on my first shopping trip! Went wedding dress shopping in June of 2018 for a July 2019 wedding and Maria, my wedding consultant, was wonderful, I can't say enough, she listened, understood what I wanted and found me the most beautiful and perfect dress for my wedding. I am a 57 year old and never imagined finding or wearing a full length wedding gown, but I am and I'm so happy and excited. New York Lace was everything I could have ever imagined for a bridal salon. I felt so welcome as soon as I entered for my very first appointment. Dolores, the owner, was right there to greet me when I arrived and made me feel like a super star. Her excitement matched mine. You can tell she loves what she does. My consultant, Fatima, was so helpful, kind, and honest. She respected my budget and offered her expert advice on silhouettes/styles whenever I needed it. Fatima was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She gave me privacy when I needed it and genuinely listened to everything I said. She was always one step ahead of me, too. Right when I was wondering how a dress would look with a veil, she already had the veil ready to put on. Right when I was wondering how a dress would look with an ivory underlay instead of champagne, she had an ivory swatch ready to show me. Overall, New York Lace provided me with a fantastic experience trying on dresses for the first time! I ended up saying YES to my dream dress, and I cannot wait to return for my first fitting!

New York Lace was the first and only Bridal Salon that I went to while shopping for my wedding dress. I had called ahead of time and made an appointment with Fatima. I couldn’t be happier. Fatima was the best. Once we gave her the budget she went and pulled a few dresses for me to try on, and she chose ones that she thought would look good for my body type. Fatima helped me find the wedding dress that I ended up purchasing. I highly reccomend going to New York Lace when shopping for a wedding dress!

Kleinfeld's has nothing on New York Lace in Taunton!! Great selection, the service was very personal, and consistent through the end. Even though we didn't have an appointment they were able to help us and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Kayla was our girl, but all of the ladies were welcoming and helpful. Kayla let us ask any questions we wanted and explained everything simply and without making us feel unintelligent. They stayed with us through a number of dresses and concerns and decisions. After we found our winning dress it was determined that that dress was not cut anymore. Well they did everything possible and we were able to take the sample dress they had in store. We also live in NJ and they made all accommodations to have the dress let out and be pinned for alterations that same day!! Reasonable prices to boot! They also accommodated our schedules in planning dress fitting in the coming months as our distance is not easily accessible. We could not have had a better experience there from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend that you make sure to visit the ladies at New York Lace for all of your needs. They truly are incredible!!

To start off dress shopping should be a fun and exciting experience so finding a bridal shop and the right stylist is key. I looked at several bridal shops but wasn’t a fan of how I was treated between the rushed and pushed feeling so I continued to keep looking around. I then found New York Lace in Taunton Ma. I walked in having no idea what type of dress I wanted and Marie from New York Lace in Taunton was such a huge help and she made the experience fun and memorable! She pulled dresses from all types of designers but in my price range and never pushed me towards any particular dress. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable I found the dress I wanted and put the order in! She made it so easy and with no headaches. They also have jewelry, mothers of the bride and groom dresses, bridesmaid dresses and much more! They also have a great seamstress there which is huge!

Maria was amazing, I had never tired on wedding dresses before and I'm not a girly girl so I was a bit worried I would be miserable. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment, Maria brought out different dresses that she thought would look good one me, because I had no idea what I wanted in a dress. After the cupcake dress where I wouldn't leave the room and we both laughed our butts off, Maria came out with this beautiful lace dress. I hate lace, at least I thought I did. I immediately fell in love once I put it on. My two bridesmaids worked with Maria and it was nothing less than the best... Little does Maria know, we're coming back to find something for Mom.

Having been to a few bridal stores in the area I can say for sure that this one was my favorite! and I am not saying that just because I found my dream dress there, but the staff were AMAZING. Maria was my stylist the afternoon I went and I can not say enough about her! She sat with me and talked about my exact wants and needs. She pulled the most amazing dresses for me to try. She was very respectful of my budget and needs (having a beach wedding and being plus size posed a little bit of a challenge)! Very knowledgeable! I can not wait for my dress to come in. very excited to continue working with these ladies through the alteration process (which is all done right there if you choose! huge plus for me. one stop shopping!!)

AMAZING STAFF!!! Maria went above and beyond for me 1 week before my wedding day. I had contacted New York Lace when I realized the wedding dress I had previously purchased from a different bridal boutique in Warwick RI was altered wrong and did not fit me. I was beside myself and contacted New York Lace, Maria was so compassionate and squeezed me in that same day for a appointment. She was amazing! She pulled so many dresses for me and that same day I purchased a gorgeous silk wedding dress. The dress fit me perfectly and I am so thankful I found New York Lace and can not thank them enough. I cant brag enough about this place! All I heard was amazing things and so I decided to go here personally for my own wedding dress. Every friend of mine who has went here fell in love with their FIRST DRESS they tried on! & I was so happy to have gotten the same experience! My first dress I tried on ended up being the winner of the 12 or some that I did try on. The atmosphere is so laid back and Maria who was special lady that helped me chose my dress understood everything I wanted and didn't want for a dress perfectly! Def bring in pictures of ideas you are seeking for a gown and they will bring the dress of your dreams to life, as they did for me. The owner and staff have been truly amazing from helping us find bridal dresses, mother of the bride, grandmother of the bride, and alterations. They have steered us in the right direction through the entire process. Also, at the first fitting Lucia (the steamstress) discovered my daughters gown (which we had bought elsewhere) was to short but she and the owner helped us resolve the issue. I will recommend them to anyone looking for bridal and just special event dresses. They're amazing! We really enjoyed the fitting with Lucia. She is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around!

I was not sure about going to this salon as I was unfamiliar with them. I saw them at a bridal fair. So...I Gave it a try. I am an older bride and definitely not a size 2. I did not really fit into the sample dresses. The saleswoman who assisted me was phenomenal, as were all the people in the salon. We tried, tried and tried again until we found a dress that was flattering for me. It occurred to me that lifting those dresses is not an easy job. My appointment was a little over 3 hours long, and never did I feel pressured or rushed. I am going back there for my bridesmaid dresses and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

When I first got engaged I went to New York Lace with my mother to sample dresses and they were so informative. Years alter when the wedding got closer, I accidentally happened upon my dress elsewhere, but I got all of my bridesmaids dresses here, as well as my mother's dress and grandmother's. Recently, I visited to purchase a veil as well and they allowed me to bring my dress in and try them on live. Everyone was always so welcoming and accommodating. They even made room to do my alterations in spite of the busy season approaching! My mother, grandmother and I could not have left there happier and feeling more beautiful than we did. If you're an uncertain bride, definitely make the trip to NYL! Their staff is so knowledgeable and honest. They have all the undergarments needed and everything in one stop to make sure you have proper quality to feel perfect on your big day!

I had been to another store to try on dresses and was disappointed with the selection and the service. And before making a trip to Boston or New Hampshire, I decided to call and make an appointment at NYL. They had so many beautiful dresses and all different price ranges. I cannot say enough good things about my consultant Karen. She was went above and beyond helping me- she was helpful, PATIENT(we tried on a lot of different styles, because I was unsure what would look best on me!!), and most importantly FUN!! Karen and Lucia( the designer,head seamstress) helped me during the whole process, and when I didn't love one part of the dress, Lucia suggested we add this beautiful crystal belt!! I still have to have my alterations done, but with Lucia's experience and suggestions- I am sure the dress will be exactly what I hoped for!! If there was a way to give 1,000 stars I would! From the initial phone call to set up my appointment to the purchase of my dress, it was an unbelievable! Every single member of the staff is so sweet and helpful. I had the pleasure of being with Karen, she is AMAZING! From the moment I met her, I knew she was going to get me in the right dress. This was my first time ever being in a bridal shop let alone trying dresses on and Karen made the entire experience stress free, laugh filled, and ultimately special. My experience at New York Lace Bridal Salon for a wedding dress was great. My bridal consultant was Karen! She was AMAZING! She has excellent taste and was so fun to work with. Karen went above and beyond to satisfy my wants and needs. She made my dress shopping experience so amazing, I can't thank her enough. Thank you Karen, for helping me find the PERFECT dress for my special day.

Maria was so helpful with finding me a dress I loved, within my budget. The dress I originally picked was way over my budget and she found me one within that I LOVED. Lucia did an amazing job on my alterations. Thank you New York Lace!

Amazing bridal salon! Maria, Paula and especially Delores! (all the girls here!) Amazing ladies that work there! They are an awesome team! So very honest and helpful! Maria touched my heart, this is how sweet she is! I lost my mom a few years before and could not have her at this apt. She made this truly magical for my sister/made of honor and I and even brought happy tears to our eyes! Anyone who doesn't give this salon a 10 is clearly not meant to be treated like a princess! Every step of the process is amazing! The tailorer is a hidden gem who should be designing her own clothing line! She is a doll and deserves a huge promotion! My bridesmaid dresses and fitting were as well great and all went so smoothly! Gorgeous dresses!

I worked with Judy and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to the style dress I wanted, always stayed within my budget, and pulled the most amazing dresses for me to try on. She really knew her stuff and helped me say "I DO" to a dress! They also had a great selection for bridesmaid dresses as well as mother of the bride dresses, so I think I'll be returning soon for those. Definitely go here!

New York Lace is one of two bridal shops I visited when shopping for my wedding gown. I had already tried on a gown somewhere else prior to my experience with them, but I was having trouble committing to it until I was absolutely sure it was the one. Judy was amazing to work with. I showed her a picture of the dress I had fallen in love with and we discussed in detail what I wanted and what I didn't want. She then informed me that their shop can order dresses from any designer if I decided that the dress I loved was the one and ordered it through them, and offered me a promotional discount they could offer me if I decided to do so. It was nice that she took so much time to get to know me and give me all the info I needed BEFORE we started trying on dresses. During the try on she was so professional, gave me privacy while I took off and put on different options, and never me feel pressured or uncomfortable if I didn't love something she brought out. This is when I decided that I had definitely already found my dream dress at the first shop I visited, and didn't want to try on anymore dresses. My experience at the first shop I visited was very poor compared to my experience with Judy, which is why I decided to sign up for their promotional offer and order my dress with them. They were very understanding about the fact that I wanted to wait until my mother, who doesn't live locally, could give me her approval. New York Lace has been around a long time and it shows. Everyone in the shop is courteous and polite and Judy was so much FUN to work with! Shopping for a wedding gown is an experience I've been looking forward to since I was a little girl, and I am SO excited to be working with Judy in the next couple months until my wedding. There are so many horror stories about different shops out there and the level of experience and professionalism at New York Lace makes me feel very confident that I'm in good hands and will be well taken care of!

I had the best time at New York Lace! I walked in off the street one Friday while I was visiting my in-laws and Maria was able to squeeze me in right away to look at some dresses before her next appointment. When I saw the time was running out, she told me not to worry about it because I deserved to have my moment. Seriously, so sweet. After picking out three stunning dresses, I told her I needed to come back with my mother to make the final decision. They made me an appointment for the next week and before I knew it, i was back and saying "I do New York Lace!" As wonderful as Maria was when it was just me, she really knew how to make it a fun experience for my mother and mother-in-law. While I was getting dressed, she talked to them about different things to put in my hair and we all had a little fun playing dress-up at the end of the appointment with all the different "fascinators." Maria made it such a great experience for me and for my mothers and I know that it will be a morning we'll remember for quite some time. AND I didn't even mention the dress! My dress is absolutely gorgeous and the mothers were shocked at how low the price was! New York Lace does such a great job making the prices reasonable for brides and staying within the budgets. They have an incredible inventory of dresses and I can't believe my luck walking in that day. As an out of town bride, Maria and NYL are incredibly accommodating to my schedule for the alterations and pick-up. Oh, did I mention the basic alterations costs are included? This place could not be any better for a bride and I've already told some of my best friends that I would bring them to Taunton just to shop at New York Lace.

I had been to other salons, but nothing really was quite right. Judy was so incredibly helpful! She really listened to what my vision was, and found me the dress I was looking for on her first try!! It was the first dress that I tried on in the store, and then I cancelled all my other bridal appointments at other salons. New York lace was so wonderful <3 thank you!

I had a great experience at New York Lace. I dealt with Maria when I went there. She helped me pick out my wedding dress and then I went back to pick out my bridesmaid dresses there as well. Maria was patient and knew exactly what I was thinking without me completely saying it out loud. She helped me shape my vision for my wedding and because of her I am extremely excited for my wedding coming up in June '17. I know the dresses are going to be stunning for that day. Prices were reasonable. I am proud to be helping a local business that's been around for so long instead of going with a chain store. Thank you so much Maria!!

I have recommended so many people to go to New York Lace after my amazing experience(s). The moment you walk through the door, the entire team makes you feel like a part of their family - including the shop owner. I had been to many other salons but just loved the service NYL provided. When I found my wedding dress, of course I cried, and Maria from NYL did as well. I think that just proves how much every single staff member cares. When I got my gown here, I brought my mom with me and she refused to go anywhere else for her mother of the bride dress after she experienced the service while I was getting my gown. My future mother-in-law also went to the salon and got her mother of the groom dress. It is beautiful. I would recommend this salon to anyone - for any occasion. I follow the NYL instagram page and their prom gowns are also amazing. I truly cannot say enough good things.

New York Lace is amazing! I got a prom dress here in high school and loved it. After two trips to chain bridal salons, we went to NYL. We sort of knew to save the best for last! The staff accommodated 10 family members who wanted to view. They DO NOT allow this, but family came unannounced and they were very kind. We told Karen what I wanted and she headed for the back. She came out with THE perfect dress. It was the first one I tried on there and I k ew it was the one! We tried a few others on as crowd pleasers, but went back the the first. Karen also assisted my mom with the perfect MOB dress. Alterations have been amazing, I had straps added to my dress and they are just right. Nothing bad to say. I just love this place!

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this place one cold afternoon! Just when I thought I would never find the perfect dress and was willing to settle for an average wedding gown, Marie helped me find my perfect dress!

Marie was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Most of all, she was honest! I found that a lot of salespeople wouldn't be honest with me in order to make a sale. If something didn't look great, Marie wasn't afraid to say I could do better. When I finally put on my perfect gown, I was blown away. I never been led to tears by a dress before! Marie helped me find a perfect gown while still making sure to stay within my budget range.

NY lace is a beautiful boutique. The atmosphere is very comfortable. There are so many dresses and styles to choose from and they also carry many sizes, which is such a relief for my curvy, size 10 figure. To actually be able to put on a dress without a struggle was wonderful.

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for their perfect wedding gown. Marie is great, but the other staff are equally as helpful and catering to their customers.

I absolutely LOVE all the ladies at New York Lace Bridal!!! From the moment I scheduled my first appointment to look at dresses, to actually going to the appointment. They have always been wonderful, very helpful and truly make you feel like your the most special person. I not only bought my wedding dress, but my mom and bridesmaids dresses are from there as well. They always make me laugh and feel at ease anytime I go in or even when I call. They treat you like family and not just another sale, which I loved!! New York Lace was my first experience shopping for my wedding gown. Judy, my bridal consultant was beyond helpful when it came to finding the dress of my dreams. Not only did she take my vision into consideration, but she also took my family's vision into consideration when pulling dresses for me to try on. Long story short, Judy pulled about 4 or 5 dresses, each with features that me or my family had requested. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on, which had every detailed I had mentioned I wanted in a dress. Judy was extremely helpful in this process and took the time to pull dresses that fit my body type (I have wider hips & a smaller waist) as well as dress me up in accessories to help complete the look.

I had originally walked in with my heart set on a dress that ended up being too small for me to try on. But when Judy had me try on a similar dress (the one I said "I do" to), she had asked me if I wanted to try putting on just the sleeve from the other dress, since she knew how much I loved it. Long story short, Judy brought out the designer that works at NYL and explained to her my love for the sleeves on one dress being added to the dress I picked. She made calls to places overseas to discuss obtaining the materials needed to attach these sleeves to my dress. In the end, Judy went the extra mile to make the dress of my dreams even more perfect than before. Thank you Judy for helping make a one of a kind dress for my wedding!

When I had tried a few places with no luck on finding "the dress". Coming here was IT! I had told them exactly what I wanted and describe what my dress would be like. After trying on a couple of dresses, the third was it for me. It was exactly what I could've dreamed of. From the moment I had said "yes" to every fitting to picking up my dress, the place has nothing but wonderful to me. Each one of them from beginning to end had made my dress shopping, fitting an experience to remember! Thank you so much for helping me finding this gem and I would absolutely recommend this place. It does take me 45 mins to drive into them from Boston, but it is worth it! Thank you!!

I had the most amazing experience at New York Lace. Let me start by saying that I have been to multiple dress shops before going to NYL and had not found my wedding dress. I live in CA and was home visiting and my plan was to go shopping with a larger group of people (7) just to have the experience, I was not anticipating finding the dress because I thought that everyone would be having me try on dresses that they like and that I did not at all. Surprisingly, everything I thought would happen didn't thanks to Judy and Maria. The majority of their wedding dresses are in the back so they stay in great shape, and most importantly, my family could not go through them while I was in the fitting room. I am a plus-size bride and NYL was more than happy to accommodate my needs. I was able to tell them everything I wanted and everything I didn't and they were able to pull some great dresses for me, including the dress I purchased. These ladies did not put any pressure on me to buy and did their best to find me the best deal. In addition they helped my fiance surprise me and my family with a bottle (or 2) of prosecco. If I had to do it all over again, I would go right back to New York Lace. I will be bringing my mom their to find her mother-of-the-bride dress. The ladies at NYL are plus-size friendly, queer-friendly, and in general friendly, helpful and wonderful. I highly recommend you check this place out!
