I was struggling finding an age appropriate dress for my daughter for her bat mitzvah party. She wanted "very fancy" and yet everything was VERY mature. She is also not a standard size for a typical 12 year old so trying on off the rack dresses is never an easy thing. Anjhel was amazing. She was professional and made my daughter feel pretty and good about herself, which of course was the most important part. Best experience ever! We will be back for a prom dress and then again for a wedding gown some day!

To the plus size brides out there, I'm talking to you. And I don't mean size 14 plus size (although everyone needs the love). I'm talking to the brides out there who are size 28-30 and up. Us big girls deserve to be beautiful brides on our wedding day and there's a dress for you. I promise.

I am a size 32-36 in street clothes depending upon what I'm wearing and where I bought it. Which makes it extremely difficult to wedding dress shop. It is a chore to find a shop willing to work with you if you are not resigned to ordering a dress off the internet that will fit you like a plastic bag (or worse).

Jeannie, the owner, has been so helpful in helping me find a dress. She and I exchanged multiple e-mails and phone calls over the course of several weeks as I do not live in the Atlanta area. This past weekend, I drove up to Atlanta to visit the shop and the experience was great. Jeannie did not make me feel at all like I did not deserve to be beautiful on my wedding day, which is really something in the world of bridal shops. In fact, she helped me find dresses that could be customized to my size so that I could find a dress that would work for me. In the end I bought a dress that I'm super excited about and managed to stay within my budget.

For you smaller brides out there, don't think this is only a plus size shop. New Natalies has dresses across a huge range of sizes in stock (I think I saw something like 8 or smaller all the way through 28/30 when I was there).

I'd recommend this shop to everyone without a doubt based upon my experiences so far.

The staff at New Natalie's was awesome. The attendant helped me pick out the perfect dress in a style that wasn't even on my radar. She made the experience fun and seamless for myself and my guests. I will defintely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I just purchased my wedding dress this weekend at New Natalie's. my consultant was KeliBeth and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the entire process and the staff plus KeliBeth made it very easy! I would and will recommended new Natalie's to all my family and friends!

This was the second place I visited to try on wedding dresses and it was a great experience. I went by myself as all of my family and friends live out of state. They had plenty of dresses of all styles to choose from. Andrea pulled the style of dress I was interested in before I arrived for my appointment. She was also very patient with me and made it more relaxed while working through the decision making process. I also loved the option of being able to customize my dress as much as I could and they provided me with multiple options to achieve the look I wanted. Whenever I can get a bridesmaid in town, I'll be going there to start shopping for their dresses as well.

In 2010 we went shopping at New Natalie’s for my sisters wedding dress & we had a great experience! Everybody at New Natalie’s Bridals was extremely nice and very helpful! The customer service was wonderful! The couple that owns New Natalie’s was very nice and easy to work with!! Our consultant was Piper and she was fabulous! She knew exactly what my sister was looking for and found her a beautiful dress.
I recently get engaged and knew I wanted to go back to New Natalie’s. We visited the new location which is more spacious! There was about five other brides and everyone had their own space. No one had to fight for the mirror which was awesome. With the help of Piper and Hope, I was able to find so many beautiful dresses! These two ladies are AWESOME!!! They made the experience great by allowing me to try on as many dresses as I wanted, providing answers to questions I had, and finding the PERFECT dress I had described to them! Stephy is also GREAT!!! She helped up pick out Bridesmaid dresses! New Natalie’s quality of dresses is amazing & nothing like I have seen at other bridal stores! Not only is the quality great, but so are the prices! The selection and prices are Excellent at New Natalie’s! I actually priced my gown at another salon, and I saved a good bit of money here. They had a LARGE variety of different dresses, fabrics, prices & accessories. I would HIGHLY recommend someone going to New Natalie’s!! We have gone two times in the past three years and both times we were treated with Great Customer Service and found Beautiful Dresses!!!

After reading various reviews online about New Natalie's, I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived last Saturday afternoon, it was a very quiet, calm, relaxed environment. This was a HUGE plus for me. I was promptly greeted at the front desk by my consultant, Piper. I gave her a brief description of what type of dress I was looking for. She gave me a very thorough description of how the dresses were organized, priced, and labled and then let me spend a few minutes looking through the gowns by myself with my family. She did not "hover" over me as other consultants at other stores had done, yet she did not completely disappear and ignore me. I did not feel pushed or pressured by her at all.

Being a plus-size girl, I didn't know if I'd be able to find anything that I would be able to try on comfortably. I was very quickly proven wrong. There was a great selection of sizes and styles that I could try on. I showed Piper a picture of my dream dress, hoping that they would have it in my size to try on. She found it within a matter of minutes, but it was in a size 6. Since there was no way I could even begin to try on a size that small, Piper put me into a gown with an identical fit and silhouette, then clipped the size 6 dress to the front and the back of the one I had on so that I could see how it would look. I didn't know if this trick would really work, but it did!! I proceeded to order that dress, even though I hadn't been able to try on the sample, because of Piper's "magic".

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend New Natalie's and my consultant Piper to other brides. Their store is not the most fancy or elegant, but their selection and staff make up for it. I was very pleased with the fact that I did not feel pressured in any way. It was a very laid back environment, yet they still maintained a sense of professionalism.

I had a great experience going to New Natalie's to shop for my wedding dress. My co-worker recommended this location and I am so glad I took her up on it.

Piper was my amazing consultant! She was very patient and kind and she took her time with assisting me as I tried on as many gowns as I liked. The owner was very nice to me as well.

I would certainly recommend this location to any future bride. They have a large selection and great prices.

Just as I was about to tear my hair out over finding a dress in New Orleans, a recently married full-figured friend tipped me off to drive to Atlanta just to visit New Natalie's. I thought she was insane, but I was just desperate enough to do it, and boy I'm glad I did.
The store isn't much to look at, but I was impressed by their large selection of plus-sized samples in all kinds of styles. I went first thing in the morning, and learned that the place does get crowded, but I received excellent service and a lot of attention because the store wasn't full. I was helped by a very nice older Caribbean lady, Carty, who was an expert and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff was friendly, including the owner.
My entire shopping experience lasted an hour and a half - I found my dress -- Kenneth Winston for Private Label by G 3348 -- on the "Let's Make a Deal" rack at 75% off! I was able to buy a sample off the rack that was clean and ready to wear (I had one fitting) and I am still getting compliments on how gorgeous the dress was. A++!

I was hesitant about coming to this shop because of a lot of negative reviews I read online... but I have to say, it was actually my best experience in shopping for my wedding dress! I'm a plus size bride and a good amount of bridal stores I went to had a very limited selection for me to try on, which really discouraged and disappointed me. There are more than just skinny girls getting married in the world!!

New Natalie's has a GREAT selection of gowns for plus size brides! That was the first thing that really got me when I went there, I actually had a chance to try on a lot of dresses because they went higher than a size 18! Of course they have more dresses for girls who are not plus size... but the selection they have is great. I cannot express to you how impressed I was with their selection.

The prices of the gowns are also amazing!! The dress I got from them was the perfect price in my budget.

My consultant, Carty, was also great! She was very nice and friendly. She never pressured me into purchasing a gown. In fact, no one at the store did, which I think is great because this is not something you should be pressured into doing.

The only thing I did not care for, is the fact that they do not allow you to take pictures unless you purchase the gown. I understand the whole concept of them not wanting you to steal the dress design to make it yourself... but when you try on so many dresses, they all start to look the same and cannot remember which ones you really liked!

Other than the whole no taking pictures thing... my overall experience was great! I highly recommend New Natalie's for your bridal dress shopping... especially if you're a plus size bride that would like to have a lot of options to try on! :)

I got my wedding dress from New Natalies and it was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was helpful and nice (and NOT snotty, like most Atlanta bridal shops). My dress buying experience was awesome. This was a great place to get a dress. The prices were great. The dress consultant was very help with the whole process from choosing colors and veils. Overall it was very easy.

The BEST and BIGGEST selection of reasonably priced gowns in Atlanta. They do sometimes order the gown for you, so please plan ahead - up to 4 months. The only thing I didn't like was their seamstresses (I think they are independent). Seamstress did a great job, but appointments meant nothing to her so I waited over an hour after my appointment time because the seamstress decided to take a "walk-in" during my appointment time.

I found the dress I wanted online. Natalie's had the dress I wanted and got it in time for my wedding which was less than 3 months away. I was very pleased with the woman that assisted me while there. This is not a boutique but they have a huge selection and great prices! My $800 dress was more beautiful than a friend's $3000 dress. :) Find your dress and purchase it at Natalie's.

I must admit before writing this review I read through the others and thought I had to have gone somewhere entirely different. But, I didn't! My daughter and I after being at 2 other bridal stores ended up at New Natalie's completely on a lark. We phoned ahead to ask if it would be okay to just stop in and get a feel for what they had to offer. We were welcomed to do so and on entering the store, were greeted energetically, kindly and warmly by the husband of the owner. We had a WONDERFUL conversation with him and I just knew immediately, that we were going to be taken well care of and we were! He asked my daughter specific questions about her budget and her ideal dress...then went about showing us how to navigate the store allowing us to pick up to 6 dresses and place them on a rack for when we were ready to visit with the consultant. Not once did we feel pressured or intimidated by any of the staff as we had experienced at another well known bridal store in the area. I was both shocked and RELIEVED that the very first dress my daughter tried on immediately became known as THE DRESS! The price was amazing, the dress is beautiful and our consultant Piper was truly a gem to work with. We CAN NOT wait to go back for her fitting once the dress arrives.
As to the additional incentives of paying up front...I can not speak to those as we have already found the place where we will be getting my daughter's tiara and we are making over my veil for her to wear so we have no need to purchase anything additional.
I honestly feel sorry for the bad experiences some of the girls have posted here because we had nothing but a positive experience and will continue to highly recommond New Natalie's Bridals to everyone!
OH one last side note...yes, the building is in a less than wonderful side of town and at first we nearly turned the car around to head home...I'm glad we didn't. As a former designer I visited many venders in that part of town and learned you can not judge a book by it's cover. If you are wanting a chi-chi bridal boutique experience, this is not the store for you. If you can overlook the shabby exterior and barebones interior while remaining focused on buying a beautiful gown at an amazing price than by all means...happy hunting!

Had a great selection of dresses on hand and many of them could be bought off the rack. I ended up buying my dress off the rack as I had waited to long for one to be ordered. But the staff was super nice in helping me pick out a dress that worked for me. Only issue I had was they did not tell me the corset top dress I bought did not fit me and was too big. I didn't learn that till I got to the seamstress. But that was fixable so not too big an issue for me.

We purchased my daughter's wedding dress at New Natalie's and it was about 1/4 the price you would normally pay. What an amazing selection in all styles, sizes and price ranges! They had our selection custom-made and it - as well as the bridesmaid's dresses - came in before schedule and were beautiful and good quality. We found a veil there to match the dress and they were so excited that they threw it in for free. The only down side is that we did not prefer the seamstress they had for last-minute alterations; she was expensive and the bustle loops were invisible and broke when handled, so we ended up having to piin up the bustle at the wedding. If you buy a dress there, INSIST that the seamstress create a bustle that will be easy to handle or go to your own seamstress!

Store has a HUGE selection, you can try on whatever you want and get your own helper. The dress I chose was from a trunk show the previous week that had been left on accident, and Natalies owner called the owner and asked if she could sell it. Needless to say, I got the dress and it was perfect. The alterations were ok. I would have taken it somewhere else but the woman was sweet as pie.

You aren't going to a boutique, here - but the value is unbelievable! We shopped around and tried on dresses at all the boutiques and found pretty much the same dress - and I was looking for strapless lace! I loved it!

I loved my experience here! The consultant welcomed my whole group and sat down with my mom and I to get information about what we wanted and our price range. Worth the Trip

I live south of the city and looked forward to each and every of my appointments at Natalie's despite the distance. Margareth was the absolute sweetest. Rudas Alterations was also fairly seamless. My daughter and I had a beautiful experience together buying my wedding gown, veil and her Maid of Honor Dress. The prices were absolutely right and extremely affordable. If I had the opportunity to do it all over again, I would make the same choice! Thank you Natalie's Bridal by Blue Bloom.

Lots of stunning dresses to choose from! My dress was received in plenty of time for my wedding (but I know that others have not been so lucky). The only down side was alterations, which were not done in-house and at an additional cost. When I paid $1100 for a wedding dress it would be nice if that included adjusting the hem and adding a bustle but it didn't.

The ladies of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the men who sit behind the front desk (I assume they are the owners) were somewhat rude everytime I visited the store. However, I was very pleased with the quality and price of my dress. My wedding guests all said it was one of the most beautiful dresses ever and I even had offers to buy it after my wedding.

Due to short window for my wedding, New Natalie's was able to ensure that I had my dress back and altered in time for the wedding, which was a matter of weeks and not months. They have an expansive selection of gowns and it was a great value for a beautiful gown.

I was very impressed with New Natalie's bridal. I ordered my dress in October, at that time planning a wedding for end of April. With scheduling conflicts, we ended up having our wedding in mid-March. New Natalie's followed up with the overseas vendor daily to make sure the dress would get here in time for the wedding (plus allotted time for alterations). I was very impressed with the quality of service.

Dress prices are very reasonable (my style was the lowest price I found online). Veils and accessories are way overpriced.

My dress was only $1200 and everyone told me it looked like it was $6000. New Natalies has a wide variety of dresses so you can find anything you want. I liked it because you went through the place by yourself and you did not have any one bothering you. They helped dress you, it was a great experience and I got TONS of compliments on my wedding dress.

I found the exact dress that I was looking for at a much cheaper price than most of the bridal stores in the area. The setup of the store, trying on dresses in front of everyone and not having a true one on one consultant are the reason the prices are cheaper. If you don't mind that, this is a great place to find the dress you need at a price you can afford.

The only problem with New Natalies was that I felt like they were ALWAYS busy! I guess this goes to show that Brides know where to get cheap, quality dresses. They have a great, wide selection of dresses (wedding dresses and bridesmaides). I bought all of my dresses there. Make sure you allow plenty of time for shipping (it took about 2 months for my bridesmaids dresses to arrive). The wrong size was ordered for my wedding dress, and they simply sent it back for the right one with no problems. very professional.

We brought my wedding dress from New Natalie’s. I was a little hesitant on going there because of the reviews I saw online but a few girls from work as well as my moms friends daughter all bought their dress from New Natalie’s and loved it. The parking isn’t great but we parked on the side of the building and walked over. The Store has a ton of dresses to pick from. I knew exactly what I wanted and found 4 dresses to try on. I ended up picking my second dress that I tried on and it was $600 and exactly what I had in mind!! The only thing I didn’t like about the store was you couldn’t take pictures of the dresses UNLESS you bought the dress. That is why I gave it 3 stars for the service. I ordered my dress in November and in came in, in May. They didn’t call to let me know my dress was ready, I had to call. When I got my dress there were a few brown spots on my brand new dress. They said it was from the end of the lace. They sent my dress back and I my second new dress within a month. We used their seamstress, Lucy. She’s a little hard to understand but she did an amazing job. Cash only. Since Im so short and I didn’t want to wear heels, she had to take it up a little bit and she did a French bustle. They day of the wedding it looked AMAZING! My bridesmaids had me bustled within 5 minutes! She even saved the left over lace so I could wrap my bouquet!
Its work a shot if you don’t want to go to your typical David’s Bridal and get a dress every other bride will wear, or if your on a budget. But if your looking for a place from “say yes to dress” then this isn’t the place for you.

Great selection and service if I would not have found my dress in the first 6 that I was aloud to try on I was going to have to get another appointment to use a fitting room. They have a great selection and will put you in the right section to give you exactly what you want.

As soon as I walked into the door of New Natalies, I found my perfect wedding dress. It was part of a Da Vinci trunk show, and it fit perfectly! Then they measured me and sent my sizes off to the company. I was emphatic about wanting my dress to be exactly like the one I tried on because it fit so perfectly. I was expecting the dress I received to be a little different b/c no two dresses are exactly alike, but the dress I received was several sizes too big (I had actually gained a little weight). I had it altered, but even with the alterations, the dress did not fit correctly, and I had no choice but to wear b/c of the short time frame.
Overall, my experience with New Natalies was good, and the seamstress was very sweet, so maybe the problem was with Da Vinci's...just wanted to share my experience.

Although it was quite a drive, I went to New Natalies for a Maggie Sottero trunk show. I thought it very odd that I was only allowed to try on 5 dresses during the trunk show, but I understand wanting to keep the appointment moving and not lasting all day. Luckily, I found two dresses out of the 5 that I loved and the sales assistant was more than helpful in helping me decide. Once I purchased my dress, they helped me with a few accessories and my dress came in in the time frame that they gave me. I am very pleased with my experience there!

I absolutely loved my dress that I purchased from New Natalie's. I was just biting my nails that the dress would come in on time! It did come in a two weeks before my wedding which made it a rush for alterations. I am a positive person and say it all worked out in the end ;-)

This is not your typical froo-froo bridal boutique, but my sister found an amazing designer dress here for her wedding 3 years ago and I went here first before trying any of the jacked-up price boutiques in Atlanta. I am so glad I did. I had a great consultant who assessed my needs and body type very well and helped me choose a few dresses to start with since I was pretty open to what dress was right for me. Well it only took 8 dresses and on the final dress (which she pulled for me to try) it was definitely the one. I recommend you not use their alteration services though, since you can get they done cheaper somewhere else. I also bought my veil with the dress and got a discount. I ended up getting a beautiful W2 by Watters dress at a tiny fraction of what they go for in the fancy boutiques, and with none of the pressure that also comes with those places. Just be aware that it is not fancy by any means, but the quality of the dresses is top notch and to me that is all that matters. We also ordered all of te bridesmaid dresses from them and that worked out very well too.

There was a little confusion with my veil order but the entire staff worked with me to make sure that my order was correct and ready in time for my wedding. Store is very big, kinda of crazy with brides trying on dresses. It is pretty organized on what you are looking to find style wise. I found my dress (Impressions) in a magazine and when I showed the saleswoman the picture, she told me that she did not have it but then rememebered seeing it. They had just gotten it in that day. I bought the dress. They honored the price that I found it for online, which was nice. It saved $100. Overall a god experiance.

I would suggest going on a week day. I know its inconvenient, but you will have much more success with out the crowds. They have beautiful dresses at extreamly reasonable prices and a lot of people know about it, so I would make the time if you can. I found my dress the first time I went, which was also the first day I went shopping for my dress so I really lucked out. I also went to Bride Beautiful and Bel Fiore which were really nice places, but if you are working with a small budget I would not go there. You might fall in love with a dress that is out of your price range. My dress was a mermaid style with spaghetti straps and was beaded throughout and was only $850! I had about $160 in alterations, but I got them through one of the ladies at New Natalie's, Lucy, who was really great! Oh, don't buy undergarments from them though. They don't acept refunds and I ended up not needing a bra for my dress. So now I have this corset that I am never going to use just sitting in my lingerie drawer!

I shopped at New Natalie’s twice. The first time was in the beginning of my search for a dress. The sales consultant was nice enough, but the service was not all I hoped it would be. Despite having an appointment, I waited quite a long time, and I was not permitted to try on all of the dresses I wanted to try because the consultant thought they would not be flattering. I was also hoping for a silver dress, and they had none in stock for me to try. They did, however, have a good selection of plus size samples. I eventually decided not to by a dress at New Natalie’s and to have one made. The one I had made, however, turned out to be a disaster. So, I was without a wedding dress one month before my wedding! I went back to New Natalie’s out of desperation since they are now the only store in Atlanta with plus size samples for sale. The sales staff was still mediocre, but I found a gorgeous dress at a phenomenal price. Their in-house alterations staff (Ruth) rushed the dress for me and her work was perfect. This is an excellent salon for those on a budget or needing hard to find sizes, but you should not expect the same sort of attention from sales staff that you would get in a high-end salon.

I got my dress for my destination wedding at New Natalie's Bridal. I was really frustrated by the time I got there because I didn't want a traditional wedding gown and that is all that was offered. New Natalie's had a large selection of non-traditional wedding dresses that were perfect for a beach wedding. My dress was beautiful and a great value. The overall experience of trying on dresses is a little different than most places and takes a little patience, but it's worth it.

I have had multiple experiences with New Natalies (my debutante dress years ago, my bridal gown, and my bridesmaids dresses). The service has gone down, especially since they moved out to Jimmy Carter. The girls who work there now aren't very professional. They are just hanging out and it just feels weird. That being said, they have really nice products at excellent prices. I bought my dream silk wedding gown for around $1000. And my bridesmaids dresses were much less there than other places. Everything came in looking beautiful, but we did have some logistical issues with arrival and shipping, so I chose to take my dress elsewhere for alterations. I just kinda wanted to be done at that point. So, overall go there for price, but know it's not going to feel like other places!

I really enjoyed my experience in this bridal shop. The major reason for this is that they carry many dresses in larger sizes, something difficult to find in most bridal shops. Overall I was pleased with my dress and I was pleased with my service while in the store. However, my dress was a month late, which made things difficult since I lived out of state. They did ship my dress overnight mail so it would arrive at my parent's house the weekend I was home, but we had to pay for shipping. I knew going in that this wasn't a high end boutique and that the service may not be outstanding, so I was never disappointed as I got a good price on my dress. We also ordered my bridesmaids dresses through them and got a discount, which was nice.

I did go to davids bridal first and found 3 to choose from. Then my sister in law told me about this place and on my first visit I found my dress. I think they have a lot of choices to make a decision. The staff was friendly, I didn't get anything else there but we tried on some bridesmaid dresses and was able to find it cheaper at another bridal shop. The main reason I shopped at this location was b/c they had a trunk show for the designer I liked and they had the dress I liked, available to try on. They do have a large inventory and their prices, for the gowns, are good. A few of the dress consultants are very sweet as well (Carti).

However, if you want to feel pampered or have a lot of one on one attention, this might not be the best salon for you. We went early in the day before the big rush, but as the day went on, it becae very crowded and everyone's friends/family are lined up in seats and can ooh, ahh or make faces at what you try on, so that can be odd.

Like I said, they have a large selection and they have good prices on the bridal gowns. They have rules and extrra charges with BMs gowns, so I ordered elsewhere. They are also located far from me, so I had it altered closer to home (Wedding one). Overall, I love my gown and got a great price on it.

There are so many different dress options at New Natalie's. Someone walked with me and helped me choose dresses that I described and some totally opposite (of course that's the one that I chose in the end!) They have large mirrors and a stage to view yourself in each dress. Their prices are great if you're able to take the dress right off the rack. I had to get mine altered, and that is where the prices go up up up. In the end though, I still think New Natalie's is one of the more affordable dress shops around Atlanta, and I wouldn't trade my wedding dress for anything!

If you don't mind searching for your gown yourself and know what you want before you go, this place will work well. I was treated rather well when I visited New Natalie's. However, I would not recommend them for out-of-town brides. A few months after I ordered, they called me to let me know my dress would be shipped that Friday. I never got shipping confirmation (or my dress), so I called to confirm they had shipped it. Every day for three days they said it would be shipped that day. Finally, someone let me know they had accidentally put it in the section for in-store pick up, not shipment, which is why it ended up being shipped days later than they had promised. It's so stressful relying on them to ship the dress, I was about to drive to Atlanta to pick it up myself.

Great value, unresponsive after you've paid. But it all worked out in the end.

New Natalie's definitely has the choices. Their dresses are almost half off if you buy from the rack, which is what I did. I was skeptical at first because it had some makeup stains inside the dress and a small stain on the outside of the dress, but in the end my cleaner got everything out and it looked like it was shipped to me...plus I saved over a $1000 on the dress. I thought I would be disappointed, in the end, with not ordering the dress, but it worked out great! I got to have the dress early to match shoes, practice hairstyles and makeup, try on undergarments...and take my time with alterations. They even have some bigger named designers. I did feel like it was more of a factory than an experience. When I wanted to try on more gowns I felt liked it was an imposition. They weren't willing to take out the spot on the gown that you could see. Also, when I tried calling them later to get the name of their cleaner and alterations person I could never get though and my messages weren't returned. But I guess it doesn't matter because I found others that were great, I got a great deal, and I loved the dress.

I visited New Natalie's on a last minute whim, looking for the perfect dress after months of searching to no avail. It was near closing time on a weekday (they are open late on Thursday evenings) and the dressing room attendants were very helpful and complimentary as I tried on my picks. As it turns out, the last dress I tried on was the ONE and I felt beautiful in it, and was amazed that it cost so little. Although I did not end up having the dress altered there, the alteration costs seemed very reasonable. This store can seem a little overwhelming and a bit stuffy at first, but give yourself the time to look through the racks and you may find exactly what you're looking for!

Overall, I was very pleased with my dress. The staff is nice at New Natalie's, but if you're looking for someone to treat you like a "pretty pretty princess" (as they do at a smaller, high-end boutique) this is not the place to go.

They were very helpful in ordering me a swatch of the material so I could see the actual color, but it did take a while for my dress to come in (Ordered in September, arrived in late-March.)

I found my dress at New Natalie's in September 2013. My bridal consultant was Piper and I loved working with her! She totally understood what I was looking for, and helped me find the gown that ended up being the one. The only problem I have had is the dress was supposed to be shipped and I was supposed to receive it in March. So March comes, no dress. I gave it a few weeks because I know shipping times vary. But then April comes and still no dress.

I call and I was told it was not in but would be in the following week. The next week, no dress. I call again and I'm told it was shipped, but the person who normally receives the shipment took time off due to a loss in the family. I was told it would be in the following week. I called again and, you guessed it, still no dress. So now we're at the last week of April, and still no dress.

The following week, I got a call from the person who receives the shopment, she apologized and said it was delivered but because she wasn't there, the shipment was returned. It would take two weeks, and they would redeliver. I did not understand why that would require two more weeks, but there was nothing I could do. Two more weeks go by and my dress finally does arrive.

I guess all is well that ends well. But it felt like I would never get my dress at one point. Glad I finally did! Despite the lack of responsiveness, I would still recommend this store to other brides. They have a HUGE selection of dresses. It's like going to 4 different smaller bridal shops, but in one trip. There's a range of styles and prices likely to fit any budget. So I think it's worth a visit.

I purchased a Davinci gown based on it's same look as a Maggie Sottero(which I could've purchased from New Natalie's), but for less. In retrospect, It would've been worth the extra few hundred to get what I wanted in the first place. Great lesson in you get what you pay for. The dress looked great, but felt terrible when it arrived. It itched to the point you couldn't stand to be in it for more than two minutes without your legs being all scratched up. The Davinici sales rep was horribly patronizing and annoying! However, New Natalie's staff was amazing! They kept sending the dress back until the company got it how I wanted it (comfortable and scratch free). Finally, on the 3rd time around, the company (Davinici) got it right. New Natalie's was more than helpful and definitely salvaged what could've been a bad experience. That being said... if you want the Champagne and Strawberry experience, this is not what you pay for here. It's a very stripped down bridal experience, but if you're on a budget, they can be super helpful and always did it with a smile. Just pay the extra money for the Maggie and skip the Davinci experience.

New Natalies has a wonderful selection of mid to high priced wedding gowns and bridal party dresses. I found a beautiful wedding gown that complimented my figure perfectly. However, there is room for the staff at New Natalie's to improve on professionalism and responsiveness as it took several months for me to receive a color swatch for my bridesmaids dresses. Other than that, I recommend any bride seeking a gown that fits there personality to take a trip to New Natalies as you are bound to find something you like.

New Natalies had a large selection of fairly affordable gowns. There were two staff members in the store when i rushed in late one evening, 45 minutes prior to close. One staffer was super sweet; the other was helpful initially, but quickly lost interest in customer service as the clock got closer to closing time. Understandable, of course, but i wish they had been a bit nicer, especially since i ended up buying. Use caution when selecting a dress...you CANNOT return or exchange. I did have a moment of buyer's remorse, and panicked when I realized there was nothing I could do. I did not use their alterations services, as I read several reviews indicating poor experiences. Overall, the dress was beautiful and I recieved many compliments. definitely worth checking out for a bride on a budget. Bring an honest friend who can keep you grounded--the salespeople are quite good at engineering the feverish excitement that leads to impulse buying, which can be disasterous in light of their return policy.

My dress buying experience was great! Piper was so helpful and patient! The pickup was another story...DELAYED! I ordered the dress in October and didn't get to pick it up until March. There was a delay in shipping past several weeks and when I called the shop and left messages, they often didn't respond. This part soured my overall experience.

I had initially intended on spending very little on my dress (at David's Bridal), but was convinced by a friend to try New Natalies. I loved the girl who helped me (Sarah). She found me THE PERFECT dress. She was so very sweet! The dress was $1100 more than what I had hoped to pay, but again - it was perfect for my body type. Other than how great the dress was and Sarah, there were a few issues... My veil was supposed to be in by mid-October, but I hadn't heard from anyone by November 1, so I called and they said it would be another 2 weeks. The dress fitting is extra and for me, it was another $250. Then, they don't steam press the dress, so that was another $75. Overall, though, I loved my dress, so I was happy!

I have no real problem with New Natalie's. My issue is with the woman that is brought in to their alterations for them. She completely wasted my time, gas and money. My dress was too large in the bodice and needed to be taken apart to be taken in. She was too lazy to do it correctly and had me in for two needless fittings. She was asked twice to do it correctly. Two days before the wedding I had to scramble and pay three times as much as I had already paid this lady to do it correctly.

New Natalies has a nice selection of dresses. Just steer clear of their in-house alterations.

They did have some great dresses, I will say that first off. They were super helpful on the day, but it went down hill very fast when it was time for my dress and my bridemaids' dresses to arrive in the store. A month after we had ordered the 2 different brands of bridesmaid dresses, one of my bridesmaids was called and told that they no longer carried the designer. Not the color or style, but the designer. We went elsewhere to find her exact dress. I was given one date as the shipping date and another as the arrival date for my dress. Neither were what they had originally told me when I bought the dress. When I called back closer to the time of arrival, the dates had changed again. It was difficult to ever get a straight answer. Eventually my dress came in (about a month off from the date they'd given).

I purchased my dress from this store when I got married last year. Now, I absolutely loved my dress; however, the issues I had with this store was the customer service. I agree with the commenter that stated they aren't very responsive after you paid. In addition, the lady that did my alterations didn't do the best job but the price was decent so I can't complain too much. I will say that usually when you pay for alterations that includes a pressing of the dress, but not there. They told me there pressing machine was broke and that I would have to go somewhere else to get my dress pressed. Now, you brides know that the cost to get a huge wedding dress (which mine was) can be pricey. So, I went back and forth with the alteration lady and the store manager for awhile about the situation, but they were unwilling to give a portion of my money back or pay to get it pressed. It is what it is. The place is like a dress warehouse. You are paying for a great dress at a low price. Don't expect great service though. You may want to go to Bridals by Lori for that. I got my bridesmaids dresses there and they definitely made me feel like a queen.

New Natalie's has a great selection, but are overly strict on what you can try on and the rules. For example, you can only pick 5 dresses, you put them on a rack and sit in an 'audience' like setting to wait your turn. When it's your turn, you go into a dressing room with an attendant, and cannot take a family member or friend. You parade out onto a stage-like area to look at yourself in a mirror with everyone else watching you (so if the dress doesn't fit just right EVERYONE sees your flab hanging out the top or your lack of cleavage). You can not take ANY photos, unless you have purchased the dress, and isn't the purpose so you can compare? They are very professional, and do not overestimate the time frame for the order. They call you as soon as your dress arrives, but expect you to pick it up within 10 days or you lose your deposit. Overall, I would recommend them, but know what you're getting into.

I used New Natalies to purchase my Bridesmaids dresses. I originally wanted to use them for my Bridal dress but they only allow you to try on 5 dresses in one visit, no pictures are allowed, and they discourage you from continuing to pick out dresses on other visits. I felt pressured to pick my wedding dress from the original 5 I picked out. Other than that I didn't have any problems with the Bridesmaids dresses. They were ready when promised. Still I didn't walk out the store excited like I did will all my other vendors.

I looked myself for a wedding dress here. I had an appointment, and I was disappointed I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to help me. I was also disappointed in their strict "3 dresses only per appt" rule. I was also further disappointed that the lady helping me insisted I try a certain dress. I told her I was certain it wasn't what I wanted, yet she brought it in the room anyway. I appreciated her help and respected her advice, but I was sad that when I strongly disliked it and wanted to try on another dress instead as my 3rd dress, she wouldn't allow me to, though it was already sitting in the room, and I had saved it to try on last. Again, I liked her enthusiasm, and I would gladly try it on as an extra, but I didn't know that by "being nice" I was forfeiting the right to try on the dress I'd looked forward to trying on the most. This was just one lady, but I did ask the manager about it, and she said "too bad." I went back to try it on, and it was gone. It was a shame. My bridesmaids did all get their dresses there. It was a tough ride, basically, but I am glad they found dresses they loved and at great prices. One of my bridesmaids was pregnant, and my friend requested she just order a dress much larger than her current measurements, since the wedding was 6 months away. Seems logical. She asked for a size 10 to have altered, and, for some reason they ordered an 8. Also, the other 5 bridesmaids were all size 2's--pretty easy to remember. They ordered 3 2's and a 0 and a 4. Luckily, two of my bridesmaids were on the cusp each way of the sizing, so they could wear them, but it was annoying. For many people, this would be a big issue. For my pregnant friend, it was a big deal. Luckily she is very feisty and she got them to re-order her dress after finally convincing them that she did not order an 8. She got it in a week before the wedding and thankfully had an alterations place able to do it that quickly. So....you get what you pay for, I guess. I'm not sure if it was worth it. Had it been more detrimental, it definitely wouldn't have been, but luckily for us, these particular mishaps worked out. For someone else, they very well may not.

All I have to say is DO NOT order from this shop...I wish I had just spent the extra money and gone elsewhere. They forgot to order my dress so it came in 2 weeks before my wedding. AND, I wear a size 6 in street clothes and the salesperson ordered a 16! The dress had to be altered down at least 4 dress sizes...it was terribly expensive!

Ordered my dress from here. loved and still love it but the customer service here was awful. Don't get your alterations done here! My buttons were crooked and we asked the lady to fix them since it was the alteration that messed them up and she said " I no work for free." The price was decent but the experince was less than desirable.

Store is in a weird location, hard to find. Minimal parking. It smells funny when you walk in. I was shopping for myself (Bride) and bridesmaid dresses. After trying several bridal shops and boutiques (David's Briday, Anya's, Lori's etc) I stopped in after work one day on a whim. I did not have an appointment and the consultant was very happy and friendly. They were not busy and they had time to accommodate me. Dresses are pretty affordable (majority of dresses I saw were in the 1000 dollar range). They work with your budget and have a pretty decent selection (about the same as a David's Bridal). I was able to put 1/2 down on the dress and pay the rest when i picked up the dress. My dress and my bridesmaid dresses were ordered at the same time and took 5 months to deliver to the store. We ordered in May, they delivered in October. Wedding is Halloween weekend. I was in a situation where one of my bridesmaids was only available every other weekend for fittings and to wait that close to the wedding to get alterations done was just too nerve wracking for me. I called almost every day with little to no updates.. I decided to have my dress and one of the bridesmaid's dresses altered with New Natalie's. The bridesmaid dress was affordable and was perfect. I feel, the price for the alterations on the wedding dress was a bit over priced and expensive. It cost 50% of what the dress cost to get it altered. Their alterations person does not steam press the dress or do anything to get the dress "wedding day ready". I had to take it elsewhere for that. The dress had wrinkles in it (taffeta material). The owner (Jeannie) was nice until i paid. After that, any experience with her was rude, and uncomfortable. The dress came in a ripped up clear plastic bag. I requested another bag and was told they did not have anymore. I would suggest going somewhere else. It may be pricier but you get what you pay for with this place. If you have to use this place I would say buffer your weddin

This place is a disaster. I ended up getting my wedding gown and my bridesmaid dresses here and it was such a headache. I bought my gown off the rack b\c I had a short engagement (4.5 mos) and little to no time to order a dress. I was told when I was fitted that I would receive a discount because I was buying off the rack. When I came back with my mother to purchase the dress, I was told, "absolutely not, the dress was already discounted enough." They didn't even try to make it right. With the short engagement also came the problem of trying to get bridesmaid dresses ordered in time. When I finally found the style and color I liked they told me that I had to order my dresses, and told me that had to be ordered BY MONDAY (it was Friday afternoon). I was then told I had to have all my bridesmaids fax in an order form w\ their credit card #'s by Monday. Of course, New Natalie's is closed on Monday. One of my bridesmaids had particular trouble getting her fax to go through. She was called by New Natalie's on Tuesday, and they were very rude to her, with the girl even telling her that if we didn't get the bridesmaid dresses in on time, it would be her fault, and then laughing when asked if the dresses would come in on time. They called me and were rude to me about my dresses arriving. I was told they would be there the week of my wedding (last week of August). The dresses came mid-July. I also have other friends that have had terrible experiences there with rude salespeople and ridiculous $20 processing fees (we only paid $8). I loved my dress and bridesmaid dresses, but I certainly could've had less stress with a better experience than I had at New Natalie's.

The location is terrible (warehouse in a bad part of town), and the service is subpar; however, you can't beat the value. The dress I picked would have been unaffordable anywhere else--I paid less than half. If you're okay with little to no service and sorting through lots of dresses in a big crowd, it's worth it. I got tons of compliments on my dress!!

New Natalie's systems are the worst. Once you order the dress they don't let you call and check. They say they will return calls but the don't. And they have really bad record keeping stay away girls!!!

I went to New Natalie’s because I was looking for a deal. My consultant was great. She is the ONLY reason this place gets 2 stars for service and she deserves 5 starts. They emailed me with a delivery date of my dress, but accidentally sent me the delivery date of my bridesmaid’s dresses. Simple mistake. But, when I called and emailed them about it, they did not respond. They actually didn’t call me at all until my dress was actually in the store. Frustrating!
My dress was awesome. I had it altered there as well. The first round of alterations were good and the seamstress was SUPER nice. However, she forgot to attach my belt and I had her take in the waist a little more. I went for my final fitting and to pick up my dress and it was great. And then it happened... on my wedding day, when we were taking pictures (we did all our pics before), I realized that she did not hem the underlining of my dress. The tulle and everything still had straight pins in it and they were falling out as I was walking and the length was causing me to trip. MAJOR BUMMER. Luckily, I brought a ton of safety pins and my mom and bridesmaids were able to hem it with safety pins. I will be taking my dress back there to get it hemmed or at least get my money back. (And, yes, I realize that I should've checked to make sure everything was right before I walked out with it.)
Based on my experience with their staff (other than my consultant)and seamstress, I would not recommend New Natalie’s to a friend.

They have beautiful dresses for cheap but are rude and extremely hard to deal with. My dress came in the wrong length and they still made me pay for alteration. Then my bridesmaids dress came rip all the way from the floor to the top and they didn't even examine them. It then took 3 months to come in, finally did the week of the wedding. Talk about stressing.

I hated this place, truly. I had made an appointment and still had to wait 1.5 hours to try on the five dresses I was 'allowed' to try on. None of them fit, a couple of the samples were ripped, the staff was surly and kept directing me to the special room for 'large' dresses (I am not remotely large), and I left annoyed and without a dress. Even though some of the prices are good, it's impossible to tell what dress is by what designer so those in search of particular dresses will be hard-pressed to find their deal. And the abysmal service just doesn't make up for any good prices. I've never felt so poorly treated for something I plan to spend so much money on.

The only thing about them that I can really rave about was my consultant Piper. She was amazing and the only thing I can smile about with them. My dress was ordered 5 months in advance from a trunk show, though I had no problems with my dress my bridesmaids dresses weren't ordered properly. They were ordered 4 months before the wedding. They came in less than a month before the wedding and weren't right at all. Completely different fabric from what I ordered which made the dressed different colors. They re-ordered them but wouldn't credit, after all my bridesmaids said enough about it they finally gave each one of my bridesmaids a $25 credit. The week of my wedding she called and said she would be sending a $75 check to me for all my bridesmaids credit that Thursday. I've been married 11 days and I still haven't received the check to give to my bridesmaids.
