Transportation was great

When i booked my transportation for my daughters wedding - I knows our places were local and straight forward and I wanted to ensure they were prompt, the vehicles were clean and the service would be professional and reliable. Truly everything was perfect with the white Escalade and white rolls Royce. Down to the champagne toast for the bride and groom and red carpet experience. It was incredible and we were beyond pleased with the service they provided. Highly recommend. Sheik the owner was incredible to deal with and truly runs a professional business. Thank you!

Reliable, Attentive and Fun

My husband and I used New Jersey Limo Bus for our wedding and the experience was fantastic. They were reliable, timely and attentive. Both drivers showed up on time, rolled out a red carpet for us and had champagne ready. Quincy (party bus) and Peter (Rolls Royce) were very professional, friendly and genuinely happy to be part of our special day. Highly recommend!

Terrific service

We can highly recommend NJ Limo Bus for wedding transportation. Their vintage Princess Roll Royce was beautiful, clean, and most importantly, on time. Unlike several other car companies, Sheikh & Traci were honest and responsive throughout the process and the photos of the car that they showed us matched the exact car we received. Well worth the price for comfort and security and we highly recommend.

Great service!

Great service. All of the vehicles were on time at the locations we needed them and the drivers were courteous and extremely helpful getting me in and out of the car. We rented a rolls Royce and 2 limos and were very happy with everything!!!

Best Bus Service!

Used this company for my wedding on October 11, 2019 and I will be 100% using them again! Not only are they reasonable priced but they have so much to offer! The week before they called to reconfirm times and places and showed up 20 mins early before the time asked to ensure they would arrive on time. The 50 person party bus was AWESOME!! People are still talking about it. The driver was professional and very sweet. I will not only be using them again but would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again

I rented 1 party bus (37 Passenger), 2 limos (20 Passengers) and an Austin Princess Rolls Royce for my wedding. I cannot speak more highly of an experience than the one we had with NJLimoBus. The drivers were fantastic and very friendly with all of us. They were quick to get to the location and on time for everything including our 3 stops along the way to the church. The price was very reasonable, the staff at the office was exceptional, especially Zee and Cathy. They helped us select all the vehicles, shared pictures, and made sure that everything was set with our ride the day before. All the vehicles we used were amazing, beautiful and kept in such great shape! It really made our pictures and experience much better. This experience was the most stress free limo experience I've had in a very long time. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for transportation for their wedding day!!! Thanks again for everything!

Nothing compares to going to your wedding in a absolutely gorgeous Rolls Royce Limousine. New owner is absolutely amazing guy! We booked our wedding limo 4 months ago. Bur we had a last minute change in our wedding plan and needed two additional stretch Limos for some guests. It was last minute request but we were glad to hear "No Problem" as response.

Drivers were very professional and vehicles were much better than we had imagined. Service was delivered with a smile! Couldn't ask for better service! Owner's cooperation made coordinating easier!

We used NJ Limo Bus for our wedding a few weeks ago - we had a 30 person party bus and an incredible Rolls Royce Phantom. Booked them to transport the bridal party and also to provide shuttle service back and forth from the reception venue and hotel and both drivers were excellent! The bus for the bridal party was early at the first pickup, which I thoroughly appreciated, and got all of us to the church exactly on time. The shuttle bus from the reception was also prompt and ensured that all of our guests got back and forth from the hotel with ease. Highly recommended!

We have heard horror stories about limo rentals. I think choosing a limo company was probably the thing I was most nervous about. Well we were pleasantly surprised! Our party bus arrived on time, was clean, and fit us all very comfortably. It snowed a couple days before the wedding and they had me climbing through it for pictures. Our driver gave us a rug he had in the bus to get me over the snow and helping me walk safely while the others set up. He did his best to get us where we needed to go the fastest way possible. We were very pleased with them and would use them again. Also, the price was one of the best in comparison with others and the bus was in really good shape.

We used this service for our wedding and absolutely loved them. They were not only on time but early! The party bus was beautiful and everything on it worked perfectly. The driver was very friendly and we received a champagne toast and red carpet when we left the church. The price was in the range we had received from other vendors. They called the day prior to the event to go over the itinerary along with making sure they had the right numbers. They really made it a great experience. I would absolutely use them again for other events and suggest them to others.

Once we got all the wedding responses for my daughter's wedding, we realized we had more people staying at the hotel than expected. I decided we needed to 2 hire a bus and it was only 2 weeks prior to the wedding. I recalled seeing a NJ Limo Bus at our wedding venue when we went for a last meeting with the Party Planner. We had taken the name and number of the bus "just in case." We called Joe at NJ Limo and got a 56-passenger bus for a reasonable price. He was very helpful and confirmed the bus on the spot, which we couldn't get with another company I called for an estimate. We probably could have gotten a smaller bus, but we decided that some people might take a car service to the Church and then get on the bus after the service. The bus was impressive-looking and very clean outside and inside. The bus driver was on time for all the pick ups and drop offs and was very nice. He also got to the destinations without any issues; I think he used a GPS. I would strongly recommend NJ Limo to anyone planning a wedding.

We selected the Cadillac Escalade 2015 Limo and loved the car. The car arrived earlier than requested to ensure that the timeline fit. The staff were accommodating when our wedding venue fell through and we had to change locations two months before the date. Our bridal party had a wonderful time in the limo since we got to pick our own music. The red carpet service at the end of the ceremony made us feel like royalty especially with the champagne awaiting us. The driver was attentive and courteous as well.

We used New Jersey Limo Bus for our bridal party. What a wonderful experience it was! My husband and I also joined the limo bus after we took our pictures. Our driver was absolutely amazing! He was so polite. It had been raining a little that day and he covered each bridesmaid and myself with an umbrella and was an absolute gentleman! Joe and his staff were lovely to deal with as we arranged the wedding. We had a beautiful Rolls Royce which was a huge hit. We also had a 10 passenger limo. The drivers were very experienced, on time and could not have been nicer.

We needed transportation just for our wedding guests to get to and from hotel, the bus was on time both picking them up from the hotel for the ceremony and picking us up from the venue at the end of the night. One of our wedding guests left his gift for us on the bus, he called to let the driver know and he came back to drop off the card with no issues. Our friend felt terrible, we really appreciate the willingness to go above and beyond.

I wish I had gotten our drivers name but everyone we dealt with was super professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend NJ Limo Bus!

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of NJ Limo and Bus. From our first meeting we were quoted a competitive price and treated with respect. We rented a large 56 passenger bus and a party bus for our wedding. Both vehicles were clean and had friendly drivers. NJ Limo and Bus even gave us a surprise champagne toast after the church ceremony. They called a week before the wedding to iron out any details and were skilled at talking to a stressed-out bride! We hired New Jersey Limo Bus for usage of a party bus for the bridal party, and a coach bus to transport guests to/from the hotel. I was so worried about the coach bus transportation after buses from another company broke down during a friends wedding, but we were very pleased with the outcome from New Jersey Limo Bus as there were no issues! I felt even more comfortable as I was given the names and phone numbers of the drivers and the bus dispatcher the day before the wedding just in case there was a problem. The buses were clean and spacious, and the drivers were very respectful!

We loved using NJ Limo Bus. They were so great in helping us to plan exactly what we needed. We used 2 stretch Cadillac Escalade Limo's for the Groomsmen and 1 for the Bridesmaids. We also rented their Luxury 50 Passenger Bus to take guests to and from our hotel for the night.
At the end of the night we used a Rolls Royce Phantom to take myself and my husband from the venue to our hotel.

All of the drivers were so nice and professional. They made the ride a lot of fun and were right there to help everyone unload and load the vehicles.

I booked NJ Limo for my wedding. I had a 49 passenger bus and a Princess Rolls Royce and I'm sooo happy with my choices. My wedding was two weeks ago and my bridal party, brides parent and grooms parents cannot stop raving about this bus! It was the best idea ever. I highly recommend getting this bus for a big wedding party like min. I had 13 bridesmaids, 13 groomsmen, 2 flower girls and a ring bearer. It was awesome, I also have to comment on the drivers and the bus help! They were great and professional! I hear night mares about limo drivers and I did not expect the services I received from these three gentlemen.
Thanks soooo much for being a part of my wedding! I will always think of your company when it's needed!

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end of event. I would recommend and use NJ Limo again. We booked the limo a month in advance and they were responsive and returned phone calls promptly. We then reconfirmed a few days before and ironed out a few details and they were again very polite and responsive. The limo showed up 20 minutes early and was immaculate inside. The driver was very polite and responsible.

I had a big bridal party of 7 girls and 7 guys. So we need it a big limo or a party bus. I'm glad we chose the party bus it was very nice and when you have a wedding dress is hard to move around which I had no issue. In addition our driver Big Mac was great helping with my dress and when to come in at the church. Rachel our server on the bus great specially dealing with some of my grouchy bridesmaids. They were on time which is the most important thing for a bride. I would use their service again

I used Joe and NJ Limo Bus for my wedding this past November. Joe and his team did an amazing job. I got married right after hurricane sandy when there was a gas shortage in NJ and NJ Limo Bus was great! They were on time with gas! We used one of the rolls royce cars for the bride and groom, and one of the party busses for the wedding party. All the vehicles were clean and the bridal party loved them! The rolls royce was equipped with champagne and the party bus had a bar tender on it! It was an awesome ride to the wedding and reception! I would highly recommend using NJ Limo Bus for your wedding!

They were on-time, dressed professionally, had umbrellas ready since it was pouring rain on my wedding day!! They knew were to go and was super nice! I had bad experiences with limo companies in the past and was apprehensive to use any limo service....I would definitely use NJ Limo Bus for all events!!!

I rented a 46 passenger party bus for a birthday celebration. The ideas was to just cruise around the NYC and party hard in the bus. It was something my guests had been looking forward to and the bus did not disappoint.
I apologize if I get their names wrong but Victor the driver and Eric the server were fantastic and easy to work with. The server was provided at not additional cost. He poured the drinks and made sure everyone was comfortable. They did not hound you for a tip nor was it expected. I only wish I was sober enough to tip them because they deserved it. They were cool guys and very courteous. The epitome of professionalism.
The bus itself was amazing. From the powerful sound system to the laser strobe lights. The party started right away as soon as we closed the door and got underway. My guests only wished there was a dancing pole in the bus. The partying only stopped as we started passing out. The only slight complaint my guests had (for lack of a better word; more like wishful thinking) was that the grab bars were too high for many of them when they needed to move up and down in the bus. They were respectful of the property so as to not step on the leather seats to hold the grab bars so they just grabbed each others heads. I'm sure lower positioned grab bars can serve your customers better in the future.
The cost of the bus rental was competatively fair. If you find a company that offers less I would still recommend you go with this company because you are gaurenteed a pleasant experience. There are many shady companies out there with horror stories from their customers.
I had a fantastic time and a trouble-free experience. I look forward to renting a party bus from these guys again.

I am so pleased to have had the pleasure of finding out about Utopia Weddings. I walked in and was able to plan the rest of my wedding in one day. Judy (Invitations), Vivian (receptionist), Linda and Joe (transportation), Uni (flowers) and of course Joe and Annemarie in charge of it all were the most unbelievable, down to earth, fun group of people that i have ever met. Everyone was so helpful and made my wedding so easy to plan and i was able to relax and enjoy the whole process. I have told everyone about Utopia Weddings because i was truly blown away by everything they have done for me and how truly gracious they were to me. If i knew of them sooner i would have used the whole company to plan the whole wedding. My wedding was perfection because of the help of Utopia Weddings!!

The limo and bus we had were great – very clean and the drivers/attendant on the bus were professional. Joe worked with us to make sure we had the best deal for pricing and scheduling. We had a number of pick ups and locations throughout the day and we were on time for everything! Even the ceremony! It was great to know we had dependable drivers who knew where they were going. Definitely would recommend!

I must say that New Jersey Limo Bus is the BEST limo/car service you can hire.....they are SUPER PUNCTUAL!!! What bus comes with a driver and a server?! We had both from Joe at Limo bus and it was great! We had a large wedding party plus parents of the bride and groom so we needed a bus....we have sufficient room for everyone and table with booth seats for the children. It was our own private party before the main event! And affordable!

We rented the 34 passenger limo bus & a 10 passenger limo for our wedding. NJ Limo bus was an incredible vendor that we have recommended to several people thus far. With a 23 person bridal party, NJ Limo bus gave us the incredible option of driving our entire wedding party together in this modern & very exquisite bus option. Several of our non bridal party members had to peak in and see this modern bling bling limo and they all said, "Wow- never seen anything like that before". The driver and the attendant were extra courteous. I even have a picture of the driver escorting me down the stairs of the bus right before the ceremony. The owners of the company were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional & courteous. We would 100% rent from NJ Limo company again in the future.

I have heard NIGHTMARE stores about wedding day transportation, but this place gave me no worries. In fact, they went above and beyond. We rented the 35 person limo bus and it worked perfectly with our over sized wedding party. They have GPS so they don't get loss and they include a waitress on the limo bus that serves drinks to your wedding party. We had a great time on our wa to our reception largely because they gave us nothing to worry about.

A+ ~ NJ Limo bus was great from the start, always professional and super accomodating. Their cars were emaculate, well kept, brand new, clean, etc. Unfortunately it was such a hot day of our wedding day and the Rolls Royce I got wasnt the bet choice for a day like ours, and the bus we got for the bridal party had a mishap with their air conditioning. Well NJ Limo Bus got a brand new bus for us and a chrysler 300 for the bride and groom. Joe felt so bad he is also refunding us some money for our troubles. Even though we had the air conditioning issue, they acted professional and more than fixed the problem, which to me is good service from a good business. Above all we were on time all day and were taken where ever we needed to go!

I want to give a big shout out to NJ Limo Bus for the great service for our wedding day. James and I were so nervous as we selected different vendors for our big day. Dealing directly with the owner directly was a great experience. He was very helpful. He patiently accommodated our multiple changes in the plans and requirements. We got a good deal on a beautiful white Rolls Royce, two stretch limos, and a party bus for our wedding day. The Rolls Royce looked great and all guests took turns taking pictures with it. All the drivers were very professional and friendly. They arrived 30 minutes before schedule to get familiarized with pickups and drop offs location. Everyone had a great time. Although we were told that tips for the drivers are included in the cost, we gave them extra tip to the drivers for their great work. Thank you so much for making our wedding a wedding to remember!

Since I had a great experience with them for my friends birthday , I decided to use them for my wedding .The, Austin Princess, limo and party bus we got were absolutely amazing! The drivers were on time and everything was perfect! Red carpet and champagne toast was marvelous! Service was absolutely amazing! We had to make changes in the reservation couple of times and they were able to accommodate us and make the changes!

They were great. The driver, Doug, was the best. He made a personal stop for my groomsmen, then we had to take two potty breaks for our flower girl and jr. Great service, great fleet of cars. The limo arrived for our wedding on time (actually, he arrived EARLY!!!) and clean. The driver, I can't remember his name, but he's a Latin gentleman was so nice and kind and made all of us feel calm despite the wedding chaos (not to mention our wedding was the weekend of Hurricane Irene).

The service was amazing, however we did not receive the party bus we was promised but they company accommodated us with two very nice party buses. The staff was late for pickup due to a malfunction with the original bus which made as a little late but when I say we have a very nice time and the party bus was beautiful!!!

They are definitely good

The guy was early which is definitely better than being late. He was good little bit fast driving, but was a nice guy. Made an extra trip for us before taking my dad and I to the church. I was a bit overheated so he gave my friend water to bring to us and gave a good suggestion for a picture outside the church. Definitely recommend this company. Very understanding and helpful on email or calling.

The day of service went well. Our driver was very attentive and added on a few extra stops for us too. Needed to brush up on directions because he attempted to go a very long way to our reception, but we corrected that. Very nice though and our Escalade was great... and very clean too!!!

Responsiveness: It was very hard to communicate with the company once we left our deposit. Sent a fax and just wanted to confirm that they received it and it took 2 emails and 2 phone calls. That was annoying.

They provided what we were looking for and for a reasonable price. One driver was great, the other was okay. He kept telling us how much time we had left and that if we went over, we would have to pay. Towards the end of our contract time, he made me nervous and I kept checking the time to make sure we did not go over - I felt like, if we went overtime even 5 minutes, he would charge us. Thankfully we did not and they did not charge us. We took pictures outside our reception site at a park nearby. Instead of offering to drive us to the reception, he let us take our stuff out of the limo and we walked to the reception (5 minutes away). I know it was not far, but the gesture would have been appreciated.

Pros: The company is good for getting you from point A to B. They were reasonable and negotiated.
Cons: Not offering to drive us to reception site from the park since we would be in overtime

Nice Driver, Poor Vehicle

We were excited to hire this vendor and ride in a Rolls Royce for our wedding day and as much as we appreciated the professionalism, quick response, and being on time for our day, the car we were given was very cheaply restored. The Rolls Royce was not in great shape at all and I honestly would've rather hired a different company and paid a bit more for a nicer experience.

The limos were beautiful and arrived right on time. The drivers were so friendly and personable (especially important as a nervous bride on her way to the church). I especially loved the champagne they had waiting for me, my husband, and our wedding party after the ceremony.

I did not, however, find that they were super responsive after our initial phonecall to them to secure the date so my husband and I had to manage that a little bit to make sure that we were all set to go. I would totatlly suggest hiring them, though, because the limos were great and the drivers were great, too.

Let me just start by saying that my husband and I and our bridal party had the space we needed to get where we were going, the driver arrived on time, and he was professional. So all in all, NJ Limo did what we needed them to do. Thank you!

Responsiveness was sufficient. Would have liked a confirmation when the company received our contract and itinerary without me having to call a few days later.

We did pay extra for the vehicle to be a 2015 and to have jet doors. I didn't spend time figuring out what year the vehicle was, but it did not have jet doors. Again, the limo got us where we needed to go and when we needed to go, which is what's important. But I guess we shouldn't have bothered reserving the bells and whistles.

The driver was on time and professional. The limo was clean. And we had a really great ride! Overall, we are happy :-)

We searched for awhile to find a reasonably priced shuttle to take our guests 2 miles between the hotel and the venue. NJ Limo Bus was the right price and worked with us to make a schedule that worked, even getting our family there early for pictures. However, they then lost that itinerary and when I called two days before the wedding we had to go over it all again. In addition, the bus driver managed to hit and destroy some outdoor flower arrangements at the venue, and then left our last trip of shuttle guests waiting 25 minutes at the end of the reception (it's a 7 minute trip between the venue and hotel). Not sure I'd recommend them.

My only complaint is regarding the service leading up to the day-of. I guess there are two ladies taking care of the administrative work, but it seems like they don't communicate with each other. I would get one call from Lady 1 regarding one thing, and 10 minutes later, Lady 2 calls me regarding the same thing.............Otherwise, all went well!

In an effort to avoid ANY mistakes or errors, you were contacted again to verify all of the information and assure that the directives were complete.

A wedding day is a momentous occasion, if not a once in a lifetime event, and our staff certainly understands its importance. We take every step possible to avoid a mistake and confirm and even reconfirm all information.

I also read that our staff was professional and EARLY! A 3.0 out of 5.0 seems like a very harsh score if the only matter that was wrong was that the staff called again to verify information. If you agree with me, I would kindly ask you to reconsider your score, as brides take these scores very seriously when choosing a luxury transportation provider. Our reputation, as an A rated company on the Better Business Bureau and as the leading limousine provider in the area, is something that we have worked hard to earn and maintain.

I apologize if this matter inconvenienced you. Some brides would be grateful for our attention to detail and some may find it a nuisance. Our focus is always excellent, client-centered service and we do our very best to assure that all information is always correct for your wedding day.

After final payment dealing with NJ Limo Bus was questionable. I was told to email my itinerary for my wedding to the reservations@newjerseylimobus.com
njlimobus email address and did so as soon as I signed the contract and submitted payment. When I called two months later and spoke to Cathy, she did not have my itinerary on file and I had to email it again. Needless to say sending anything to that email address is like sending it to a black hole. Now two weeks before my wedding I needed to make a change to the itinerary. I emailed NJ limo bus with the change, called and spole to Cathy letting her know that I just sent the email and to please print it and place it on file. She told me they were so busy with all the other weddings/events that it's best if I call the Friday before my wedding (very nice woman but who tells a bride to call the Friday before her wedding to reconfirm something she's confirming NOW). Anyway the Friday of my wedding comes and as many brides, I had things to do and did not call until 7pm. When we called and spoke to Joe Brasco he was rude, abrasive and asked why we were calling at 7pm on a Friday and that we would have to call him in at 10 the morning. My maid of honor called exactly at 10, of course he did not have the revised itinerary that was emailed 2 weeks prior. He proceeded to be extremely rude to my maid of honor and told her he has 5 girls working in his office and they don't make mistakes. Then he said we did not do what we were supposed to do by calling earlier on Friday. Mr. Brasco was the worst experience of my wedding day. The only saving grace was that his Limo drivers were amazing. Andy drove our rolls and was pleasant, engaging and very professional. The limo driver who's name I don't recall was just as nice and they did arrive on time. if it were not for these two there would be no stars in this rating.

We recognize the importance of one's wedding day. As this is an extremely special and momentous occasion, we take many steps to make certain that the itinerary and details are accurate.

At the time you made your initial reservation, we ask for an estimated block of time. We then ask you to complete a written itinerary sheet that details stop-by-stop where the vehicle should be. This itinerary serves as a blueprint for your wedding day. We ask you to make a final confirmation of the details of your reservation within 10 days of the event.

We have this process streamlined so that there is no confusion and little inconvenience. I am sorry that you found this process to be bothersome. We always aim to please our clients and I am sorry this was not the case.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. It seems that a 2.2 rating is seemingly minimal, especially when all services provided on your wedding day were on-time and extremely professional.

Don't get me wrong the limo's are beautiful, they showed up on time, got me from point A to point B, but customer service wasn't the greatest. Huge lack in communication which cost us a lot of money...

Worst limo company ever!! I booked my bus with them for my wedding and anything and everything that could go wrong did. The bus driver was rude, ate all of our snacks that we brought on the bus. The bus stalled about three times in the middle of the road. We got no red carpet and the complimentary champagne bottles were not offered to us we had to ask for them. We were supposed to have water and soda on the bus and no one even told us where they were. Our bus was also supposed to come with an extra person on the bus as a server yet there was no one there and it was disgusting dirty it was never washed before our wedding. When I called the company after my wedding I spoke to Joe to tell him my problem and he started laughing and basically called me liar saying that I have a long list of problems not just one thing I'm complaining about and that his driver has been with him for years and he's never had a problem with him and since he didn't report anything it's hard for him to believe what I'm saying. I had a bus load of people that can agree with every single thing I was saying yet he believed his driver over me. He then had me speak to someone else that handles issues like this and she told me she would look into it and get back to me. Well it's been about a month and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Stay away from this company!!

Don't use them

Caused the wedding to be delayed due drivers tardiness leaving hotel and making wrong turns causing guests to be dropped off late and delaying wedding about 20 minute. They then sent a smaller bus after the wedding. We ordered 50 pax bus, they sent 32 pax bus which added more trips to get all guests back to hotel. They claim it was done as courtesy but really it was more of a inconvenience and was not told to us prior to happening. They also caused a friends wedding to be delayed a half hour. They take no responsibility for their actions and refuse to admit fault. You know it was bad when the owner of thr venue takes time out if his day to speak to driver.

Absolutely Terrible

Please do not use this company for any coach bus, limousine or party bus rental. As of mid 2018 this company has a new owner, Sheikh Elahi, and all reviews prior to mid 2018 should be ignored.

My wife and I hired New Jersey Limo bus & Limousine for our wedding. We reserved a coach bus to take our guests to and from the hotel to our venue and a party bus for the wedding party. The Party bus was over 30 minutes late arriving to bring the wedding party to the ceremony. The driver wasn't friendly, drove crazy and didn't use the contacts given on our questionnaire. I was getting calls the day of the wedding instead of our coordinator.

New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine double booked our wedding with another event. After the coach bus dropped our hotel guests off at the venue for the ceremony the driver informed us that he would not be returning at the end of the evening to take our guests home. Our coordinator had to call and yell at New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine to get them to send another vehicle. However, the bus they sent was smaller than what we paid for. Additionally, this bus only made one trip instead of the 2 trips planned. As a result we had guests taking Ubers back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Lastly, the owner Sheikh Elahi, charged my credit card prior to the contractually agreed upon date. Sheikh said he would give me a $50 credit, but never did.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

We hired NJ Limobus for our wedding on 7/27. We contracted 2 off-white vehicles. On our wedding day, 1 off-white & 1 pure white vehicle showed up. On any other day maybe this wouldnt be a big deal. But after spending over $30,000 to have our perfect wedding - its kind of a big deal. It looked like we hired some limo guy off the street last minute - Why else would we have non-matching limos? We ended up skipping our pictures beside the limos as it looked tacky. To top it all off, the driver who drove my husband and I from the Church to the Reception venue felt the need to talk to my husband about sports cars...The entire ride. No "we just got married, let's enjoy the ride bliss"... The driver is talking how he really likes the new mustang.... Definitely would not recommend.

Do not use this company!

I have posted reviews on other sites about this company and will continue to post on NJ Limo Bus LLC as I seek reimbursement for my down payment for breach of contract. After an Essex county court decision (case/docket ESX SC-000752-20) ruling to reimburse the down payment (plus court fees), followed by certified letters of demand by lawyers representing the case, this company has yet to make payment. They even failed to appear in court which speaks volumes about how they feel about the United States Judicial system. I now have to work with the Essex County courts to issue a writ of assistance and work with the Essex County Sheriff to claim the judgment amount.

The basis for reimbursement is as follows.

On January 20th, 2019, I booked an NJ Limo party bus for my wife’s 50th birthday for a night out on the town with friends. The party bus was to take us to dinner at a local restaurant followed by dancing at an NYC club.
On January 19th, New Jersey declared a state of emergency (Governor Murphy Executive order no.50) from an impending winter (ice) storm. The storm prohibited driving any vehicles in New Jersey’s northern corridor the area in which we live for the duration of the NJ Limo contracted hours.

However, even with the State of Emergency, NJ Limo and Bus insisted they were capable of driving in treacherous conditions. They were willing to put my family and friends at risk. I had to point out to them the portion of the contract where it states...

"If for any reason, New Jersey Limo Bus LLC is unable to perform the service as contracted for its liability shall be limited to no more than a full refund of any monies paid by the customer hereunder.”

In my view, the state of emergency enacted this portion of the contract and the Essex County courts agreed!

I could not believe NJ Limo and Bus were willing to put us at risk. We've all seen some nightmare stories in the news about limo/party bus accidents involving fatalities.

The restaurant and NYC Club understood the dangers related to the State of Emergency and refunded my deposit. I wish I could say the same for NJ Limo and Bus.

Please don't believe any of the good reviews, especially on Facebook.
I am building a website where we all can post the truth about the poor behaviors of NJ Limo and Bus. I'll repost when it's all done for you to contribute.

It is my opinion this company does not value the safety of its customers, nor the terms of its contracts. Stay away!!!

So lets start off with this. I’ve used this company with my friends before and had no issues until yesterday 9/22. My friends and I decided to go to Octoberfest at mountain creek, so with 20 people wanting to go a limo bus was the way to go. Long story short the drive there wasnt so bad besides some near accidents from the bus being to big on a small road, no toliet paper in the bathroom for the girls to pee and the driver missing the turn for the mountain resulting in us having to circle the entire mountain. Anyways we reserved the bus from 11am-5pm. 4 o’clock just came around and the driver is rushing us back to the bus to leave. Rushing to the point where he was ready to leave us stranded at the mountain if we didnt get there. Everyone being pissed that we had a whole hour left that we had thought we were going to spend at the festival, we went to the bus anyways cause we werent about to be stranded at the mountain. Now the drive home.....the driver was being completely reckless; speeding on the side roads and stopping short a bunch of times resulting in all of us passengers flying to the front of the bus. Glass champagne glasses shattered and everyone was yelling at the driver to slow the f*** down but he didnt listen. Also if he was in such a rush why did he stop in the middle of route 46 so he can pee at a random burger king. -___- All in all one of my worst experiences with the company and I’m scared to even book another trip with them because of such bad professionalism. Oh also i failed to mention that the group leader who was in charge of the money for the trip got charged a second time on her debit card before we left the mountain. This then overdrafted her bank account and now she has to pay a $35 overdraft fee. So Ill let anyone reading this be the judge if this company is worth the headache or not.

After researching and reaching out to several companies, I decided that the $1700 charged by NJ Limo Bus for their 24 person party bus (newjerseylimobus.com/our-fleet/24-passenger-luxury-limobuses/) for a 6 hour rental was fair for what we would get.

Unfortunately, many of their features on the bus were either not working or barely working. It reached 85° F on our wedding day and the a/c on the bus was struggling to cool down the bus. Only 1-2 of the vents were actaully blowing cool air while there ended up being warm air being heated by the engine, blowing from under the seats. Within a short time after leaving our reception, people started complaining and we attempted to figure out how to make the bus cooler. It was so unbearable that the bus driver pulled over at one point to try and see if he could fix the a/c. He was not able to help. Our entire bridal party ended up standing huddled together near the vents that did push out cool air. When we reached our venue, everyone was rushing to get off.

Other items such as the TV simply did not work at all and the a couple of the back speakers were not functioning.

The driver was good and treated us well. He setup some champagne for us prior to getting on the bus and as I mentioned above, took the time to try and help us with the a/c issues.

As for the company itself, they're horrible to deal with simply due to the fact that they don't respond. I reached out to them several times by phone and email. I explained my situation to different people who said that customer service would get back to me, but no one ever did. I followed up and was told the same thing and still haven't heard anything.

Overall, besides the driver, I would rate my experience with this company quite poorly. I won't do business with them in the future and would advise any bride/groom who wants their wedding to be hassle free to stay away from NJ Limo and Bus.

Horrible! When we booked them in May they were great. They were very helpful before we booked them they were able to get in touch with them very easily. Once we booked them everything changed. Exactly one month before our wedding we came across a potential travel issue for the bus due to a detour right in the middle of our travel route. I called the town and state police to make sure that the bus was able to travel in the detour area and to fins out whatever info I could. Well, I contacted the owner Joe that same day because I knew that this was going to take time to work out. I spoke to him and he told me to e-mail him all of the info and give him a few days to do some research. So I did. 10 days later I still had not heard from him I called him. He said oh I must have missed our e-mail can you please send it to me again. So I did. I sent it and then got an e-mail back that said they would take care of it and not to worry. They would be in touch. Well another 10 days went by and we hadn't heard from them so I called them back. Joe told me that he might have to change the driver from whom we had originally picked but that they had everything under control. I told him that I needed to know what to do with the itinerary because I didn't know what the travel time would be for the bus now due to the detour and he just gave me a number to call. So I did. I spoke to a women there and she just said to add some extra time where we could to account for that additional travel time but that she didn't know how long the drive was. So I had my Dad drive the detour to see how long it was by car and then I would just add some time onto that. I didn't know what else to do. So it took my Dad 45 minutes to do the drive so I added 15 minutes to the drive. On top of that I added an extra 30 minutes of time after the church ceremony and 30 minutes travel time between the church and my home. On top of that I had us arriving at the reception site 15 minutes earlier than we needed to be off the bus. So they arrived at my husbands home and hour early. He went out to ask why they were here so early and he was told that they get here early just in case anyone wants to leave early but that the time on the bus starts once the bus leaves his home to the first stop. Well he knew that if he left at that time we would be WAY over time so they continued to take pictures at his home. They got on the bus at the scheduled time. They began to drive in the wrong direction to the church so my husband sat in the front seat with them to get them to the church correctly. They arrived at the church exactly at the scheduled time. The drive then told my husband that he didn't have me listed as a pick up. So he gave the driver my address and sent him on his way. It only take 15 minutes from my home to the church and it took them an hour!!!! They picked me up 30 minutes later that they were suppose to. They picked me up at the time my ceremony was to start. So once again we had someone else sit up front with the driver to get us back to the church. It only took 15 minutes to the church but we were already late. By the time we lined up and got started we were starting 30 minutes late. We went thru the ceremony and were so behind schedule we didn't take many pictures at the church and got back in the bus to head to our reception. My Dad had to ride with us because the driver said his GPS wasn't working. So we get to the reception site 30 min later than I had scheduled. I honestly had us scheduled to get there late so that we could take pictures but now it was even worse since we didn't even get to take pictures! The driver told my Dad to tell Joe that he got lost and not to charge us the overtime. So when we get back from our honeymoon I called to complain. Well, the first girl I spoke to was very nice and understanding and told me yes I can see all of the places we made mistakes. So she told me she was going to have someone else call me that night. No on did. So I called the next day and spoke to Joe. He wouldn't let me speak and everytime I told him what went wrong he come up with an excuse. He told me that he needed to speak to the driver and get back to me the next day. So by 4:00 the next day NO ONE had called me. So I called them. I spoke to another women and she told me she was going to have someone call me. So the dispatcher from that day called me and basically blamed us for the driver being late. That there was a locked gate to get to my development. There isn't a gate to get to my home. I explained to him that the driver called me lost and that he was in the wrong development but he once again blamed me for the driver being lost due to his GPS not working. I said well don't they have a map or don't you guys do some research on where you are going to make sure that your drivers are informed and he told me, I quote "I have been a driver for 14 years and I have always relied on my GPS 100% of the time and 100% of the time they work." Well not for nothing GPS haven't been around for 14 years!!! So he then told me that he is sending this to his lawyer because we are "lucky" that we didn't get charged overtime because this was all our fault!!!!! Don't use this company. They are horrible. I have NEVER heard of a company not preparing before a limo service. Especially when I told you that there may be issues.

I am disappointed to hear that you felt our service was not up to your standards. Customer satisfaction is always our primary concern and we do our very best to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients - especially on their wedding day.

In this case, I had spoken with you about your concerns and I had investigated this issues, as well. We take any concern regarding service extremely seriously. I spoke at length with our driver, as well.

This issue seemed to stem from an annoyance with overtime charges. With regard to overtime, all of our overtime charges are clearly explained and written on the contract. We do our best to accommodate our clients on overtime. We charge in half-hour increments and even offer a grace period. Again, I am sorry if you were not satisfied with this policy.

All of our drivers, including the driver in this case, are equipped with GPS and with Mapquest and information prepared by our office staff, and review the itinerary for the weekend earlier in the week. Our drivers are also well-trained and experienced. The driver for this service has 14 years of driving experience, a perfect safety record, no accidents, and over 5 years of driving with our company and NOT one complaint in well over 600 wedding with our company. On this particular day, he did have a GPS and a Mapquest and a ride sheet prepared by our office staff and had reviewed the route. We were, in fact, well prepared for this ride.

We were early to arrive at the groom's home to begin the service. There was an issue of a 15 minute delay during the middle of the service and we caution brides : PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME IN YOUR ITINERARY. If a bus arrives at 2:00pm, please don't assume that the bridal party will hop on and depart promptly at 2:01pm. Although we will arrive early at your home for the remainder of the ride, please allow a small window for traffic, for construction, for inclement weather (rain or snow) and please tell your bridal party to be ready by a certain time to avoid confusion or unnecessary delays. We want your wedding day to be as perfect as you have dreamed it will be, as well.

This Limo/Bus Company is the most incompetent company I have ever used in my life. Here are all the horrible things that happened when I used this company for my wedding. 1) They lied to me and told me if I pay right away in cash then I would get a credit back from them if I do not use all the hours/services I was originally quoted for. When I did not need all the hours with them they told me I get a credit to their business and not my money back. They NEVER told us it would be a credit for their service. They told me it would be cash back. 2)No one would ever get back to me when I needed assistance or had questions. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an email or a call back from someone there. I have never dealt with such horrible, unreliable customer service in my life. 3) This is the cake topper: The day of my wedding the bus was late and then it was not the bus we had requested for. It was a small bus that didn’t even fit half of my guests. My guest had to take ubers and old people were left standing on the bus with NO AIR CONDITIONER. Everyone was late to my ceremony. 4) Then the wrong bus came AGAIN to pick up my guest at the end of the wedding when we told them we wanted one BIG bus. 5) When we confronted he owner of this "company" if you even want to call it that, he did NOTHING to accommodate and didn’t even apologize to us. Instead he blamed everything on his assistant, Cathy. He is so unprofessional and did not want to compensate me for the disaster/headache they caused me on my wedding day.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES/TRANSPORTATION THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. THEY ARE ROBBERS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE WORST "COMPANY" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. AND ALL OF THIS HAPPENED ON MY WEDDING DAY. SHAME ON THE POOR EXCUSE FOR AN OWNER OF THIS CRAPPY PLACE HE IS TRYING TO RUN.

WHEN THE LIMO ARRIVED THE DAY OF MY WEDDING IT WAS NOT A 20 PASSENGER LIMO, DID NOT HAVE JET DOORS AND LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FOUND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. THE INSIDE HAD PIECES ENTIRELY MISSING FROM THE INTERIOR, THE SMELL WAS ATROCIOUS LIKE MILDEW AND DIESEL FLUID. THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY RUSTY! THIS WAS NOT THE VEHICLE I WAS PROMISED VIA EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE. MY BRIDAL PARTY WAS MORTIFIED THAT THEY HAD TO GET INTO THIS VEHICLE AND I WAS BEYOND EMBARRASSED.
2. THE ROLLS ROYCE THAT SHOWED UP WAS YES THE CAR I REQUESTED BUT HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE NEAR FALLING APART, SMOKING OUT OF THE ENGINE, BARELY RUNNING AND LEAKING OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY (WHICH IS NOW RUINED) I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE DRIVEWAY TO BE REDONE NOW DUE TO THE OIL STAINS BUT MY WEDDING GOWN STUNK LIKE AN ICE CREAM TRUCK ALL DAY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THIS CLEANED AS WELL. MORTIFYING!!!!

AFTER ASKING THE DRIVERS TO HAVE THE OWNER CALL US IMMEDIATELY WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. ONCE WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN WE WERE TOLD THIS IS SOMETHING EVERYONE DOES AFTER USING THEIR SERVICES AS IF IT WAS JUST A PLOY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!! BECAUSE WE USED THE SERVICES WE HAD NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN OR WANT A REFUND. HE OFFERED A SMALL REFUND WHICH DOES NO JUSTICE FOR THE LOSS I'M NOW TAKING FROM HAVING THESE LIMOS BEING A PART OF MY WEDDING DAY. IF YOU WANT TO BE CONNED, AND RIPPED OFF GO AHEAD AND PROCEED WITH THIS COMPANY BUT I HIGHLY URGE EVERYONE TO KEEP SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER LIMO COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THEY ARE LIARS!!!!

Do not hire them for anything. The company took the full payment of thousand of dollars from us upfront and then called two days before the trip to say they can't do the return trip. They left us hanging. A month later, we are still fighting for our money back and they have a new story every single day. Their stories include Joe the owner is on vacation, his wife Ann Marie is out too, they sent the check out already and then confirmed they didn't send it two days later, they are under management and the new owner will call, blah blah blah. We still don't have our money (it's over $3,000) back. Check Better Business Bureau- you won't book them.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Transportation was our main concern throughout our wedding planning and Joe, the owner of the company, assured us there would be no problems. Unfortunately there were problems. The company did not provide the transportation they were suppose to from the hotel to the venue and vice versa. Fifteen people were left stranded for 90 minutes at our venue after our reception. The owner Joe had informed us that if there were any problems he would be a phone call away. Unfortunately, there was an issue and the company didn't send the type of transportation on our contract. We were unable to reach Joe and anyone at the company after many phone calls were placed to them.

Needless to say, I arrived at the hotel two hrs later after all my guests and my bride had arrived. From one bride and groom to the next save yourself the trouble and use another company. Their service is horrible and I wouldn't wish anyone the nightmare we had to go through on our wedding night! We recommend using a different company for your transportation needs.

NJ Limo Bus company was the worst. The bus company made us 1.5 hours late to our own wedding! We had planned on using one specific route to get us into Manhattan for our reception but the bus company did not take into account that the bus would not fit through one of the major tunnels! We had to backtrack and go completely out of our way to get to one of the other tunnels and ended up getting stuck in ridiculous amount of traffic. They should have known the bus limitations beforehand. Although the bus driver and waiter were very nice, the owner of the company was unprofessional and rude. When a call was placed to tell him what had occurred, he became very defensive and obnoxious. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

It is unfortunate to learn that you were not satisfied with your wedding day services. Our primary concern is our clients and our brides. We take wedding day services extremely seriously, and I am sorry to hear of your concern.

As this review was posted over a year and a half (18 months after the service had occurred), I had to pull the file to review the notes. It seems that there was traffic that occurred during your itinerary. The itinerary does note the height restriction so it seems unlikely that the driver was unaware of this. Again, I am reviewing a 2009 file and a 2011 complaint. This issue is over 18 months old and difficult to investigate and interview employees about a service that was literally 1000s of jobs ago. Any issue with service is usually brought to my attention immediately and I regret that I was never contacted with this concern so that it could have been straightened-out immediately.

We are an excellent company and work very diligently to make certain that errors are avoided. Even the very best limousine companies such as ourselves, despite rigorous preventative maintenance and much employee training, have mistakes with either human error or machinery from time to time. In those rare instances, we work with the client to remedy the situation with the client. It is again unfortunate that this posting was posted in 2011 about a 2009 wedding.

LIARS. Used them for my wedding, Or should I say, they used us, both Joe and his wife Ann. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I cant say that word enough. I am pretty sure that they double booked the limo I paid for and sent me a run down rotted and rusted limo instead. It was so filthy, I got dirt on my dress before even arriving at the church. It was dirty, rusted, and smelt terrible. Not to mention had a cracked window, lovely. No champagne toast or red carpet. Also, we had a very rude driver whom clearly had no clue how to drive. Glad we actually made it in one piece. I hope no bride ever has to get a call from Joe acting like a lunatic on the morning of their wedding, Beware. Should have listened to the rest of the town about this guy. ZERO CLASS.
