    REBECCA, HOW DARE YOU make our day the most incredible dream come true!!!!

    Seriously. Rebecca took a handful of Pinterest pictures and somehow managed to see our vision and bring it to a dreamy, romantic reality. She made sure our wedding day was flawless and—dare I say— enjoyable and stress-free! She was assertive, confident, and one of the most genuinely enjoyable people you’ll ever meet.

    From day one, she made us relax and ENJOY the process of planning. She gave us a curated list of wonderful vendors to match our style—in every area, from venue to catering to DJ—everything. We could NOT have imagined an easier planning process nor a more perfect day.

    Perfect Stress Free Fall Wedding - Thanks Rebecca!

    Rebecca is awesome! We booked Rebecca as our partial coordinator almost 2 years prior to our wedding and she did not disappoint. She is a total rockstar and you can see it in all the hard work she puts into every single wedding. It was so nice having someone who had so much experience because she knew every single thing that could go wrong and prepared us for all the scenarios. Not to mention all the incredible work she did during Covid to get weddings back! Literal wedding savor for so many people. Rebecca wants to do anything in her power to give you the best day and I felt that the moment we met. Everything was well organized every time we met and me being an overly organized person myself, it made for a perfect match. Rehearsal was so well planned, everyone new exactly what they needed to do. Fast forward to our wedding day/ the best day of my life! I expected to have to fix problems all day with vendors or decor that I made and brought. Nope. Not a single problem needed to be run by me. Not to say their weren't any, but whatever happened throughout the day, Rebecca made sure all hands were on deck so the Bride didn't have to worry. I actually got to enjoy every minute of my wedding! Thank you Rebecca for helping make my vision come true and for all the hard work you put into Ben and my wedding. It was a no stress day thanks to you and your team! We are so grateful!

    Worth every penny!

    Rebecca at New Creations made our wedding day go smooth as butter. I am writing this review 5 years after our wedding (sorry, Rebecca)--but here I am because she truly made a lasting impression. Rebecca is personable, easy to get along with worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, and solved every problem and need without hesitation! We had a few minor issues which I didn't even know about until weeks after the wedding because Rebecca took care of them! If you are questioning whether or not to hire Rebecca, DO IT. We opted for day of wedding coordination, and it was the best money that we spent! Everything went perfectly and she attended to our every need!

    Can't imagine our wedding without Rebecca

    Before we met with Rebecca, we had already locked in Columbia Winery, our venue, and a date. Columbia recommended we work with a planner and New Creations was on their list of preferred planners. After our first meeting with Rebecca, we knew that she was a great fit for us and we choose the Partial Planning Package.

    Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal. At the beginning of the planning process, we discussed with her what we envisioned for our wedding. She introduced us to wonderful vendors and helped manage all the details of things we hadn’t considered such as rentals (what and how much to reserve, when to deliver and return). We felt in control of all of the decisions, but appreciated that her experience and recommendations gave us a running start.

    She took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for the wedding. We always appreciated Rebecca’s input along the way (thanks for helping us see that colored tablecloths really do transform a room!), but truly saw her shine on our wedding day. It was so wonderful having her and Della there, taking care of all things so that we simply needed to show up and enjoy the day. And we did.

    Couldn't imagine our wedding without Rebecca from New Creations

    When we started our wedding planning we went back and forth on if we thought we needed a coordinator. Looking back on it, I don’t even want to imagine what our wedding experience would’ve been like without Rebecca from New Creations Coordination. Even from our initial meeting with Rebecca, we could tell that she was extremely organized, had a lot of experience with weddings, and had a system for everything. We were at a point in our wedding planning where we didn’t have a clear idea of what was next. Rebecca swooped in and saved us with personalized planning to-do lists, organized by months and even weeks before the wedding. She removed the need for us to sort through hundreds (even thousands!) of vendors by having amazing recommendation lists based on who she’d worked with in the past. She was integral in helping us figure out the timeline for the wedding day - something we had been dreading doing. And, most importantly, when it came to the actual wedding day, Rebecca enabled us to have the best time while she made sure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. She was ready for everything we anticipated and everything we didn’t anticipate. Seriously, I never would’ve thought it would be so important to have someone like Rebecca who knew how to fix my bustle in seconds (multiple times)! She was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, fantastic at communication, and absolutely necessary to making our wedding day what it was. Thank you Rebecca!!!

    New Creations Wedding Services Were Invaluable!

    The services received from New Creations Wedding Design & Coordination truly helped make our wedding day turn out so wonderful. As the bride, the services were invaluable to me. Mandy's expertise, guidance, and experience kept me organized and focused in the months leading up to the wedding. This helped eliminate the feeling of being overwhelmed and stressed out, which in turn, also made their services invaluable to my husband-to-be😉.
    Mandy is a true professional - she was on top of every single detail and seemingly did it all with ease. Her sense of humor and sweet, friendly nature made it so fun and relaxing on the day of the wedding. I didn't have to think about one detail, which is impressive for a wedding with 200+ guests. It was a huge blessing to be able to just enjoy being pampered & relaxing on my wedding day. I had complete confidence knowing that every detail was in Mandy and Della's capable hands...and it was because of this I truly felt as though I didn't have a concern in the world on the biggest day of my life.     The Best Wedding Planner!

    The best decision we made in the wedding planning process was hiring Rebecca and the New Creations team! To start, Rebecca is one of the kindest, most genuine people we met in the planning process. From the very beginning she asked thoughtful questions to get to know us as individuals and as a couple to ensure our wedding was really “us”. We immediately clicked with Rebecca and could tell she was very experienced and would do the absolute best job for our wedding. Everyone we talked to in the Seattle wedding business knew her and spoke highly of her. And, wow, were they right! She set us up with a detailed checklist to stay on top of the planning, coordinated rental and vendor meetings with us and our other vendors. She checked in with us just about every week to see if she could help in any way, always responding to us quickly.

    Rebecca’s pricing was completely worth it and more. My husband and I still say we wouldn’t have made it through the wedding planning process if it wasn’t for Rebecca. After hiring Rebecca, she immediately swooped in with her design eye and organizational skills. She helped us through the challenge of mixing my rustic style with my husband’s modern/chic style, suggesting so many fun and unique design elements that were truly us. Her eye for design is like no one else! Also, her planning checklist helped me stay on top of everything. She made the planning process so smooth and easy.

    We went into the wedding day with no worries about our schedule and put full trust in Rebecca’s organizational skills to make the day run smoothly. On our wedding day, Rebecca and her assistant were our shining lights. Rebecca and her assistant handled our crazy friends and family with ease and created an absolutely stunning ceremony set up. Everything was going perfect until an unfortunate catering mix up caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. Calm and collected, Rebecca was right there to help me until I felt better. After I recovered, she kept the evening going without any hiccups. The way she handled the situation and managed the catering and reception set up could only have be done by a planner of Rebecca’s caliber. Our guests had no idea of my allergic reaction! The rest of the night went on perfectly and was better than we could have ever imagined!

    Now, months after the wedding, our guests still compliment us on Rebecca’s work and professionalism on our wedding day.

    We will never be able to thank Rebecca enough for what she did for us, but feel lucky to have found a friend in Rebecca during this process. We can’t recommend Rebecca and her team enough and will absolutely be telling everyone we know that she is the best in the business!

    Best (and most necessary) Money We Spent on Our Wedding!

    Rebecca at New Creations was an invaluable resource for our wedding. After a long and leisurely engagement, we finally sat down to start planning and were immediately completely overwhelmed by all the options and by the sheer volume of what needed to be done. I hired Rebecca for day-of coordination plus a design consult at the recommendation of a friend, and she immediately took charge and got us on a timeline, helped us choose our vendors (all her recs were amazing), and worked with my indecisive and scatterbrained self to nail down a color scheme and design for our big day. Not to mention she managed all this while we were living out of state with crazy schedules.

    On the day itself, my husband and I just got to ride the wave of love and joy and excitement and had 100% faith in Rebecca to keep everything on track -- which she did with grace and good cheer. Any little logistical blips that came up with weather, the timeline etc., she handled without letting us feel any of the stress ourselves. Truly can't recommend her services more!

    BEST Wedding Planner out there!!

    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca and all I can say is WOW!! Not only did she get to know us personally, but the time and effort spent to make our special day a reality was beyond what we could've imagined on our own. Each meeting felt like we accomplished so much! Our favorite part while spending time with Rebecca was getting an artist rendering of what our ceremony, reception and table details would look like! Rebecca knows EXACTLY what she's doing so that you don't have to think about it. Even if you just want to talk things out, she will always be available FOR YOU. I will always go back to Rebecca for any chance I could to be able to work with her again!

    Best Decision We Made!

    Oh my, where do I begin with this review? We e-mailed Rebecca to inquire about her day-of-coordination services at the recommendation of our venue coordinator. She e-mailed us back within minutes and we scheduled a FaceTime call (we were living in out of state at the time) for the day after.

    She was so professional and personable, asked a lot of thoughtful questions about us and our wedding. It was very obvious from the call she was very experienced and extremely capable. After the call ended, I turned to my husband and said, “Do we even need to keep looking?” and he said, “No”. And that was that!

    New Creations Wedding’s services were pricier than what we had budgeted for, but it ended up completely being worth it (and more). Working with Rebecca has been the hands down the best decision we made for our wedding.

    We relied heavily on Rebecca and chose the majority of our vendors through her recommendations since we were doing most of the planning out-of-state.

    She was communicative, prompt, and patient with answering so many of our questions. She even made sure to know the location of the defibrillator at the venue. That speaks how detail-oriented she is and how she really does think of everything!

    I went into the wedding day with complete ease with zero worries about the schedule or operations of the day with full trust in Rebecca and her organization skills! Everything was going amazingly smooth and even when the fire alarm went off her and her assistant, Mandy, helped reassure and escort all the guests to evacuate the building (it was a false alarm!). Somehow, Rebecca worked her magic and managed to keep everything on-schedule even with the delay!

    We had so much fun working with Rebecca and the dream team of vendors she helped us put together. My husband and I agree we’re not sure if we could have pulled it altogether if it wasn’t for Rebecca! Thank you for everything you’ve done for us in the past year.

    You will not regret hiring New Creations!

    Mandy was the best thing to happen for our wedding, I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. We are a busy couple and Mandy made the planning process and the day of a breeze. I was not stressed once during the day of and it was all because of Mandy's firm but fun management style. She is extremely organized, an amazing listener, had a great rapport with our other vendors, was extremely receptive to your thoughts/concerns, and consistently went above and beyond for us and our guests. We are so appreciative. The service was worth every single penny and more!

    Great Planner and Really Helpful !

    We are glad to have Mandy to be our planner. We cannot made it without her help. She guided us though the whole planning process and gave us many great suggestion. She is very patient when we kept changing our timeline. With her help, our wedding went smoothly and all guests had a great time. We recommend Mandy and New Creations to anyone and it worth the money.

    Smooth Sailing

    If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner then let me be probably the 100th person to beg to to do so. It is 100% worth it. And if you are looking for a wedding planner then you would be amiss to look past New Creations. We did the Partial Planning and Design Assistance package and to say that Rebecca exceeded expectations is an understatement. I cannot imagine doing this without her. She kept us on track and made sure that we didn't stress about things that didn't matter, but also made sure to bring things to our attention that we may have overlooked. Her attention to detail and eye for design make her fantastic at her job. Our first meeting with Rebecca was just her getting to know us and what we envisioned for our wedding. Since we had no idea what we were doing we discussed how we wanted it to feel, the vibe we were going for. In no time she had turned that into a pinterest board perfectly encapsulating our vision. She made sure the vendors were all on the same page, and day of she seemed to have a 6th sense of where she was needed! I got stung by a bee while socializing and was just going to ignore it when out of nowhere she's next to me asking if I need anything (followed up with itch cream, a band-aid, and an offer of ibuprofen)! I spilled ice cream on my dress and she was immediately at the ready with shout wipes and you would honestly be hard pressed to find any stain. My husband and I will always recommend not just Rebecca, but New Creations, as every member of her team that we met were such honest and down-to-earth people.

    Great wedding planner

    Best decision ever to hire a wedding planner. Just when you think you can handle it yourself you realize you can't. We hired Mandy for our wedding in May 2019. The day was perfect and much of that was because of Mandy. Once the wedding started until the next day I didn't have to think of anything other than enjoying the day. She was on top of everything including making sure my husband and I were having the best day. I only wish I could hire her for private events.

    Best money we spent on our wedding!

    We are convinced that New Creations was the key to how memorable and joyous our wedding turned out to be. New Creations expertly advised us through details and decisions that we did not even know we had to consider. Rebecca and her team gave us the confidence and assurance that we had all our bases covered and our wedding event went so smoothly, all we had to do was show up and have a great time.

    On a personal note, Rebecca and her team are some of the warmest, most genuine people you can meet! She sincerely cares about each and every one of our clients, and by the time our wedding day arrived, she was more like a friend to us, rather than a wedding planner. We always knew she had our back, and would take care of us no matter what.

    Best Wedding Planner Ever!

    There are not enough words for me to express my thanks to Rebecca for making our wedding so perfect!

    We hired Rebecca for partial planning after we were referred to her by our photographer and because she had done so many weddings at our venue (Chihuly Glass Gardens), which is a little challenging. Her friendly personality makes her so easy to work with but you know that she can be a task master when needed (in the best way). I've never seen anyone so organized and she not only kept us on track, but also our other vendors and the venue contact as well.

    With her help, our wedding went so smoothly that everyone who encountered her mentioned how great she was. The timeline she created was literally exactly when everything happened and it required no work from us or our wedding party/family to make it happen.

    We could not be happier with our choice and want to thank Rebecca forgoing above and beyond to give us the best wedding we could have hoped for!

    I used New Creations for my wedding this past June. Rebecca Grant was my day of coordinator. I don't know how I found her but my mom and I met up with her and fell in love with Rebecca. The first time we met, it was the most comforting feeling. Rebecca was by far the easiest to talk to and she helped me make decisions when I didn't have a clue on what to do. I haven't planned a wedding before and it was very stressful in the beginning. Once I found Rebecca, things went more smoothly. We met 5 times with Rebecca and each time we met, I felt more and more relaxed. She gives you checklists, answers emails/texts when I am freaking out for no reason. She is the TOP and best GO TO. I am amazed by her ability to have her head on her shoulders and seem like this whole wedding is a breeze. I would recommend Rebecca/New Creations to anyone because she truly makes you feel relaxed, helps you through the entire process, teaches you all sorts of things, and makes the WEDDING DAY A SUCCESS. Love her and by far the best one of there :)

    Without Rebecca’s meticulous planning, thorough note taking, project management experience, knowledge of the do’s and don’ts’ for weddings, connections with fabulous vendors (photographer, DJ, florist, lighting, projection company, videographer, cake maker, furniture, linens, venue, espresso bar, ice-cream etc), our wedding would not have been the fairytale that it ended up being for our families as well as our guests. It is hard describing the entire experience with New Creations without sounding overly complimentary, but Rebecca was a perfect fit for us and her talent and ability to guide us through this process makes her one of a kind. From the first day we met, she was able to describe a timeline for our wedding and provide a step-by-step guide as to how we were to accomplish everything we wanted. She was able to assess our personalities and offer her recommendations for what could be a good venue for us (we wanted something by a lake, resembling the natural beauty near my house), who could be a good florist that would be able to create a Grecian themed forest in the tent we used (and chuppah), and connect us to a DJ that she trusted to be able to create the atmosphere we wanted for our day. Throughout the year of us planning, she kept us in check of what needed to be done when (eg you need to order the cake now or you might not get it) and consulted us at every step on best practices (for instance, it’s best not to send your formal invitations more than 2 months in advance or people could forget about the wedding). Rebecca also educated us on many aspects to weddings that I was completely unaware of (I learned you need to get your marriage license a minimum of 3 days before the wedding, if you don’t have a list of the group pictures written out they are unlikely to happen, what a Tallit was etc etc). She answered every question and every email promptly and was able to get us vendors at the last second when we decided to change our plans. Lastly and very importa

    Weddings are not easy to plan. There is so much work that goes into one. Initially, we really did not understand this, and it is hilarious to think that we had actually contemplated not hiring a wedding coordinator. Rebecca is hands down the person you want for planning and coordinating your wedding. She was the coordinator for our wedding this summer at SAM in Seattle, WA. During the planning process she really impressed us with how warm, welcoming, and receptive she is to whatever your dream wedding might entail. Originally, we had some very off the wall/goofball ideas, and she instantly supported us by figuring out how we could make it happen. Her planning process turned out to be very clear, organized, and thorough. Once our wedding day arrived, she did such an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly and flawless. She also has a stellar team of recommended vendors that can cover any service or decoration that you could possibly dream up. We highly recommend New Creations Wedding Design and Coordination!

    In July I married my finance’, after approximately a year of preparation.  Knowing how little experience we had with wedding events and all of the associated support that is required, we searched online for wedding planners in the Seattle area to help guide us thru the process, and made an appointment with New Creations Wedding Design.  From the very first we knew this was the perfect choice.  Their representative Mandy Brown was so professional, and at the same time so personable, that we immediately knew she was the one we wanted to work with in planning our wedding.  A couple items were especially helpful - her schedule outline and milestones we needed to complete to keep it as relaxed and stress free as possible, and her connections within this tight knit business community.  Not only did she add helpful suggestions and ideas, she provided detailed information on other aspects to married life, like getting the wedding license, licensing for venues, and changing your name after all is said and done.  Her positive and friendly demeanor, solid communications, encouragement, and support really were everything we could have hoped for, and made our wedding the beautiful and very special day we envisioned.

    Before we found New Creations, my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by all the information we had read on various wedding websites, blogs, and local wedding magazines. We needed help with curating our choices and guidance in what really goes into a wedding, so we were very lucky to have found and hired Rebecca at New Creations early on after we got engaged.

    Rebecca’s expertise, communication and interpersonal skills, organization, attention-to-detail, and genuine kindness made her an incredible and excellent planner, and we enjoyed working with her.     I approached planning my wedding with so much anxiety and so many questions. I had a general idea of how I wanted to feel and look no idea where to start. Having Erika support not only every logistical detail of planning and our day but also the amazing designer behind our colors, table layouts, mood and themes. Erika included me with thoughtful mood/design boards, design meeting, meeting with our florist and tons of calls and text for all the details until day of.

    I didn’t have to spend any time researching vendors after understanding my vision for my day she sent me a customized list for every vendor needed and I was able to pick from their social media and websites- every vendor we had fit so perfectly and were genuinely so fun to be with on our day. We are still in awe of how beautiful and “us” our day was thanks to Erika. We were able to relax and enjoy the day with each other and our loved ones and not stress about any detail, Erika even has our food brought to us and truly took care of us in ways I would have never thought of but were so appreciated and needed that day.

    Erika is down to earth and makes the task of planning a wedding manageable and approachable while behind the scenes being detail oriented and so creative. Erika- thank you thank you thank you for making the start of our marriage so beautiful and special. (We are still getting an unreal amount of compliments from all our guests :)

    We heard about New Creations from our friends and family. For our wedding, Erika led the process and her and the team were amazing. We hired her for Final Coordination, but she was available for any questions or assistance from the beginning. She was very responsive throughout the entire process, whether it's email, text, or phone call. Even within a week before our wedding, I had some last minute changes in the table arrangements. I requested for her and team to tie each individual menu on top of the napkins and add a piece of greenery to it (about 150 in total). In addition to this, she was already setting up our live succulent favors with individual name tags and moving our 24 ft garland from the ceremony to reception area, and completing end-to-end all décor set-up. She took on the additional work, with no complaints, and told me not to worry, that her team will handle everything, and they did. She even brought on an additional assistance to ensure that everything was set-up within the short amount of time we had. My husband and I were very impressed with her professionalism and ability to keep everything under control, whether it's the set-up, timeline, coordinating our guests and bridal party, etc.

    Rebecca and her team were very easy to work with and allowed for a seamless (at least to my knowledge) wedding day, not to mention ease throughout the planning process. Rebecca in particular was gracious and flexible, yet organized and structured to cross all the "T's" and dot all the "I's." I was extra appreciative of her dealing with my sometimes difficult family members and their neuroticism. :-) Her team came HIGHLY recommended by a family member who works in the wedding business and we do not regret paying a little out of our budget for a much more enjoyable experience, especially considering we were planning from two states away. Even though I was heavily involved in my vision and took on a lot of the planning myself, Rebecca was always there to offer support and recommendations when needed--incredibly responsive. For this reason it was wonderful to choose to pay for the service warranted (we went with the middle package). I would recommend New Creations to anyone in any level of need for making their day a truly special occasion with guaranteed minimal headaches. Thanks again!! :-)

    I would very highly recommend Rebecca and her team. We decided to get married in 4 weeks and I interviewed many planners. No one was as confident and excited as her. Our wedding was the best day ever and everything went incredibly smoothly. She negotiated many discounts and had experience with all of our vendors. People are consistently saying to us "that was the best DJ, Flowers, Lighting, Food, etc. that I've had at a wedding". This was all thanks to Rebecca.     Erika was our planner from New Creations Weddings and she is AMAZING! Planning our Washington wedding from Texas was slightly stressful, but Erika quickly put us at ease. She makes herself completely accessible to all of her clients with unlimited phone calls/emails, etc. Not to mention, the girl works round the clock- she would even respond to my emails from the top of Mt. Rainier! Erika has excellent style and pays close attention to detail, so I knew on the day of that everything would go off without a hitch. I didn't even see inside the reception venue until I walked in as they announced us- that is how much faith I had!     I cannot speak highly enough of Rebecca and her team! We had a very long engagement, almost three years. We hired Rebecca for her full service from the beginning and it was the best decision made during wedding planning! During the planning process, she communicated constantly, was extremely responsive, and lead the way for all vendor meetings.

    Every single vendor she recommended was beyond fantastic. During the planning process, she helped with everything we asked and over time I began to consider her as a friend as well as a vendor, we still text a month after our day!

    The day of the wedding could not have gone better because of New Creations. I had almost every other vendor (no joke-our officiant, DJ, venue coordinator, florist, baker, photographer, makeup artist, catering staff, etc) come up to tell me that Rebecca was the most professional and pleasant wedding planner they have ever worked beside. She solved problems before anyone else even realized what was happening and was there for every little thing we needed.

    If anyone is debating hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend you take the plunge.     Erika was amazing to work with! We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, but after meeting with her and seeing how kind, professional, and creative she is, we decided we had to have her on our team. My wedding was somewhat complicated by the fact that we had difficult family issues, a ton of out-of-town guests, and a lot of differing opinions. Thankfully, Erika was able to work effectively with all of the strong personalities and often was the person who calmed others down, which was incredibly helpful. She was also able to keep a bunch of habitually late people on track and on time, both during the planning process, and during the wedding itself. Her personality (warm, down to earth, super easy-going) made her both a pleasure to work with, and someone who is easy to become friends with. Because of her helpful and resourceful nature, I frequently found myself confiding in her about wedding stresses and issues--unsurprisingly, she often had advice/solutions that helped me resolve the various problems.

    Practically speaking, having Erika as a wedding planner made the whole process so much easier. She gave us timelines and checklists, and made sure that we were sticking to those. She also helped me find all of my vendors, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. She just made everything run smoothly. This was especially true the closer we got to the wedding--as just one example, several weeks before the wedding, my hair stylist canceled on me, leaving me panicked and frustrated. I mentioned it to Erika, and within 24 hours, she had found me a new hair stylist.

    If you're stressed or overwhelmed about wedding planning, or even just on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I strongly recommend that you at least meet with Erika. I have no doubt that you will love working with her as much as we did, and will find yourself keeping in touch even after the wedding just because of how much of a joy she is to be around.

    Rebecca is beyond amazing. I had the opportunity to work with her for a year on our small intimate wedding in January 2017 that she creatively described as "eclectic romance". I was initially concerned about our lower budget and smaller guest count that we would be difficult to work with, but that concern flew out the window with the first meeting. Rebecca's passion for what she does shines through at every moment, and I felt like more than just another client. I knew next to nothing about what it took to plan a wedding and was incredibly overwhelmed in the beginning. Rebecca breaks it down so wonderfully into manageable chunks in very organized timelines. She helped me in more ways than I can count over the year culminating in truly the best day of my life. Her communication skills are next to none, she promptly replied to every email and question (no matter how big or small), and greatly helped our first time officiant. She is truly a professional. The day of my wedding, all I truly had to do was sit back and relax. She handled every little detail, from coordinating vendors to even managing to track down extra coffee cups halfway through our reception. I could, and probably will, sing her praises to every future bride I know. She is simply the best, worth every penny, and my best wedding decision (apart from the groom ;-) ).

    My husband proposed to me in April, and we wanted to get married in November. In between, I was graduating from law school in May and needing to take the bar exam in July. I knew that I would need a wedding planner to help keep my sanity during the planning process. I spoke with about 10 wedding planners around the Seattle area, and I knew Rebecca was the one. She has everything that you are looking for in a wedding planner - organized, great listener, creative, well networked, honest, and just a life saver. Another plus is that she is so well respected in the wedding community. Every vendor I worked with or met during this process raved about how amazing she is. At the end of our wedding, I got in touch with one of the managers at Fairmont and she asked me about Rebecca and said "Your wedding planner is REALLY good!" Lastly, what really moved me is that Rebecca genuinely cares for you as a friend. You just feel like you are planning a wedding with a girl friend! Work with her and you won't regret it!

    New Creations worked with us to create the perfect wedding day for us, and is a must for any couple getting married! Having New Creations definitely relieved a lot of our stress, especially since we are both young working professionals. We came to her with a couple vendors selected already, but we were unsure on how to proceed with other vendors. There were too many recommendations given to us, and we didn’t know which ones were responsible and trustworthy. New Creations really took the time to get to know us, before suggesting vendors, and walking with us through the whole planning process. We always felt respected, and consistently updated throughout the process, which is perfect because we are both type A people.     Rebecca is the best kept secret in the Northwest wedding industry.
    Seven months ago my husband and I were casually perusing wedding planners and setup a few meetings just to see what all the fuss was about. (Weddings can't be THAT hard to throw together, right? ... Wrong!)
    Rebecca was the first meeting on our calendar. After the complimentary initial consult we got back to our car and just looked at each other, "we need her, she's it." We cancelled our other meetings with complete confidence that we were in the best hands possible.

    My FH and I hired Rebecca of New Creations for her Day-Of Wedding services. Initially, I was concerned about making sure my husband and I had fun and enjoyed our wedding. I knew that we would want someone to make sure everything ran smoothly and if problems arose, I wanted someone other than me or my husband to handle them. I also had no idea how the venue would be set up and tore down without us doing it ourselves (or putting too much pressure on our families to do it). Rebecca came along and became our knight in shining armor! My husband and I felt immediate relief after we met her last November. We knew that we could trust her to take over and execute our wedding vision on the day of. We were pleasantly surprised at how professional and on-top of everything she was! Also, we loved that Rebecca got involved as early as 3 months before the wedding, attending the venue walk-through, and then again to create our timeline and to go over décor set-up and to take a lot of those items off of our hands. Each one of those events made wedding planning easier, in ways we never could have anticipated.

    If you are considering hiring New Creations, Do. Not. Hesitate!! I met with two other planners before Rebecca and there is simply no comparison.     I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebecca and New Creations! I very much wanted to incorporate our Filipino heritage in our wedding but didn't know where to start. My husband and I have never been involved in the planning of any wedding before, we've just been guests. So we had no clue.
    I'm very much the event planner of my family. I'm the go-to for these kinds of things. But I always knew that when it came time for me to get married, I wanted more support and help; I NEEDED more support and help. I did a Google search for a Filipino Seattle wedding planner and New Creations was the top result. I clicked on the link to New Creations website and immediately felt comforted and invited. Then I learned more about Rebecca after reading her profile. Her personality shined right through her words all throughout her profile and her website, I knew I didn't need to look any further.

I cannot thank my lucky stars enough for Rebecca. She has truly become my lifelong friend and like a sister to me. Rebecca is very knowledgeable, very professional, and extremely organized! The days leading up to the wedding and even the day of, she took care of it all. She helped to calm my nerves, made sure everything behind the scenes was taken care of and never once did I notice anything out of place. It was all laughs and smiles on the big day.
    Erika joined the planning process on rehearsal day and the day of and also did a phenomenal job keeping everything on schedule. Rebecca and Erika make a wonderful team.

    After attempting to plan our wedding on our own, we stumbled upon Rebecca’s website. Decided it wouldn’t hurt to contact her, so we filled out some information and send it in. Not to long after she had replied to us and we set up a meeting. When we finally got the chance to sit down and talk with her, we left feeling so warm and knew if we had her by our side we would be in good hands. Rebecca is magic. Her personality is just so genuine and personable.
    My husband and I opted for the day of wedding design and coordination package. I now wish we had went with her for the full package, but never the less we still had an amazing wedding day. During the planning process I’d set up a Pinterest inspiration board, and showed it to Rebecca, I was stuck between two styles I was in love with. She helped us figure out which style was more us and one we’d be happy with. From there, we worked from the style inspiration and started to design our dream day. Since we decided to go with the design and day of coordination package, we used everything she gave us as a base and worked from there. She of course checked in time to time to make sure we were on track.
    The weeks and days leading up to the wedding I was getting more stressed out. We even had a separate traditional Lao wedding the day before so at this point my mind was a complete mess. Thankfully earlier in the week we met with Rebecca to finalize details and handed over everything to her so we didn’t have much to worry about. Come our wedding day Rebecca and Erika were there to help with every detail and to make sure everything ran smoothly…. As it did. It was pretty awesome seeing them in action on the big day. My husband and I were very well taken care. Looking back at it now makes my heart smile at how everything came together. We can’t thank Rebecca enough, and couldn’t imagine our day with out her. I will definitely be recommend her to any one who is in the market for a wedding planner!!

    Rebecca was extremely professional and delightful to work with. She was willing to drive all the way down to our home to meet with us when our schedules allowed, and was great at working with us to create a wedding ceremony that reflected us and our personalities; she was also a great source of advice when it came to anticipating any issues or logistical problems that might arise for us, and helping us plan around them. I think her greatest achievement is that when our wedding day did arrive, we actually found ourselves ahead of schedule for much of the day, which allowed us to be relaxed and enjoy it instead of stressing about the time. She was incredibly organized and was a tremendous help in our wedding day going so smoothly.

    My husband and I agree our best investments were in Rebecca and our caterer. We were definitely on a budget. We both changed jobs 6 months before our wedding and neither of us had the time for planning. We were apprehensive about the whole process: researching, selecting vendors and understanding value . We went to a couple wedding shows were overwhelmed with options and unimpressed by those we met.
    Rebecca was the 4th planner we interviewed. What separated her from the rest was not just her personality but the fact that she came prepared to listen to what we were looking for and understand us. She got to know our story, personality, style and dislikes.
    Our initial consultation wasn't a presentation of here's my service offerings and different packages, pick one I'm the expert (which is how others were). Rebecca's initial consult was more like a getting to know each other session. After we hired her, wedding planning was so much fun. If it weren't for Rebecca, we would have been extremely under prepared. I doubt our wedding would have been enjoyable. She kept us on track, on budget and realistic with our choices.
    My wedding party and family found her to be very professional, fun and direct when she needed to be. She was able to ensure everyone was confident in what they needed to do leading up to and during the wedding. Rebecca thought of every little detail. Her tips and tricks, even to the smallest detail, were very profound and had a strong positive impact on our wedding day and experience planning it.
    All of our guests had a blast, no one was stressed out even with little hiccups here and there. I didn't even know of any of the issues that came up until a few days later. That's the best way to enjoy a wedding day, just be in the moment without a single care. I'm a project manager and I like to control everything and I trusted her completely from start to finish.

    My husband and I are a photographer + videography duo who found Rebecca on FB, when she put out a call for needing videographers for a couples 60th Birthday party at the Old Hollywood Schoolhouse. and she hired us for the event. Rebecca was so responsive and communicative throughout our process of working together for their event. Rebecca is amazing at what she does, we could tell she has a lot of passion for the people she works with and creates beautiful work. The couple wanted a 60's theme, which Rebecca executed marvelously. It felt like we went back in time. All the guests were dressed up in 60's too. Bravo, Rebecca! What a fun event she created for them. She was there hours early to set the scene to the couple's wishes. She was around the entire party to help anyone, and let us know when events were coming up, which is so helpful to us. We look forward to working with her much more!     My husband and I were married 8/16/14 and we continue to count our lucky stars that we found Rebecca from New Creations! From day one she was professional, organized, and followed through on absolutely everything. On a personal note, she was so easy to work with and helped ease any wedding planning stresses along the way. I was an event planner myself at my last job, so we were looking for someone we could trust and a wedding expert to take the stress off our families and us. We didn't want to worry about logistics on our wedding day – we wanted to enjoy every minute of our wedding day because we only get this one! She did all the set-up, logistics, and took vendor communication off our plate so we could focus on one thing– getting married!

    With plenty of time to plan our wedding and my background in events, we went with the “Day-of Coordination Package with Design Services.” In the end, we even needed her expertise and extra attendance on a few vendor meetings, and she was a lifesaver in several situations! (On these one off meetings, we were charged by the hour, which was a perfect situation for us because we didn’t need the full planning package. This was clearly stated in our contract so there were no surprises). Rebecca was so organized in our initial meeting, set clear expectations, and was such a joy to work with through the whole planning process! Rebecca always emailed/called us back in less than 24 hours unless she was coordinating another wedding. (Which she always communicated in her out of office email messages and/or phone message). When it came to working with our vendors, she made things so easy! In fact, most of them already knew her because of her great reputation.

    We refer Rebecca to any of our closest friends getting married! She fulfilled on all the details in our package and so much more. There are so many expenses when planning a wedding, yet hiring Rebecca was one of the best decisions we made! My parents especially appreciated

    Rebecca was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. It started with the first meeting, which was exactly the experience we were wanting. Rebecca spent nearly the whole meeting talking about us. The stress that we had was very immediately replaced by the fun of everything. She asked us how we fell in love and what we wanted in the day. She asked us what was important to us and where we went on dates. She asked us questions from "Do you want ice sculptures?" to "What is your favorite thing about him/her?" There were so many questions that we hadn't thought of and the process of thinking of them, imagining and dreaming of what the day would be like was just...fun, light, wonderful...all the things you think wedding planning should be. Another great part is that we got to set our budget and figure out how to make what we love happen within that budget. That was a really great process and made everything we did feel like ours.

    She just took away the stress. My husband and I were involved in every step of the process and her guidance through it all allowed that. Two weeks before the wedding, when most brides and grooms are losing their mind, we were finalizing our vows that we were able to write ourselves. We were discussing how to best involve our families in last minute planning and how to be with our out of town guests without losing time with just the two of us. We were planning a date before the wedding for the two of us. We were having fun. We were picking out final fun decorations and getting excited. We were journaling and dating and talking. Because we were able to trust Rebecca, we were able to spend so much more time with each other. It was what it felt like it should be. We were preparing to marry each other and taking in all that that means. All the while, Rebecca was taking care of the details that would make the day what we wanted it to be.

    Rebecca was a fantastic coordinator. My wife and I couldn't have picked a better Day of Coordinator. She took care of us every step of the way and helped make the wedding flawless. Our only complaint was that we didn't hire her sooner. Rebecca took care of my wife and I throughout the wedding and helped even after the wedding was over. We both would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Day of Coordinator or a Wedding Planner. You will not be disappointed.

    I reached out to New Creations a couple months ahead of my wedding after realizing I would be physically incapable I splitting myself in 3 to see to the logistics of our wedding day. Upon inquiry, I received a prompt reply to set up a consultation and got to meet Rebecca Grant, the owner, and Hayley Ramerman. I was very impressed by Hayley's confidence, as well as her professional and agreeable demeanor, and was convinced that Hayley would be a great help in last minute consultations and relieving me of any worry about the day going off well.

    New creations was very flexible working with us about different options based on our desired service level (we had done much of the planning already, and it was a small wedding) and working within our budget. Most importantly, starting with the rehearsal and on the day-of, I was able to relax knowing that Hayley and her assistant had everything well in hand. It was clear she had a lot of experience already, and I gratefully left her in charge with some a rundown of major events for the day. She adapted throughout as we inevitably went off schedule for this or that, and did a great job keeping everyone organized. Bear in mind, we had a family member as Emcee and music, and another as officiant, so she was also keeping folks organized who didn't fully know what they were doing to begin with. I don't know if there were any issues-if they came up they were resolved before they got to me, which was perfect.

    Going with Hayley for Day-of Coordination was probably the best decision I made in my admittedly tight budget. Being able to truly enjoy the day, knowing I could trust Hayley, was priceless. I just wish I'd gotten wise sooner and had time to have her do more of the planning.

    This one had more events than any so far.
    Three locations, 3 bride outfit changes, a band, a quartet,

    When we started the wedding planning process, we did not think we needed a wedding planner. A couple of months in, we thought it might be a good idea. We just had our wedding three weeks ago and looking back I don't know HOW we would have done it without Rebecca!!!!!!

    She took care of every single detail, including things we never would have known to do! Our wedding was absolutely a perfect, dream wedding (I think she somehow stopped it from raining that day too!) She was so, so, so organized and thoughtful about what we had told her we envisioned and she brought it to life. She helped us find the perfect vendors and we absolutely loved all of them! I actually cried when I saw the flowers, the room, actually I cried pretty much the whole time because it was all so perfect.

    The day of the wedding, Rebecca kept the wedding party organized (all 19 of us!) as well as both of our gigantic families, all the vendors, and everyone knew where they needed to be and when. She also brought an emergency kit with her with things like bobby pins and hair spray that I ended up needing!

    I highly, HIGHLY recommend Rebecca! I can not imagine how our wedding could have possibly been any more perfect and it was all because of her attention to detail and thoughtfulness! She knew exactly what we wanted and brought it to life perfectly! I will not let a friend or family member plan a wedding without her :)

    Rebecca from New Creations coordinated our October 2012 wedding. She is absolutely amazing at her job! We hired her for full planning, and she was there every step of the way to answer questions, give advice, help with design ideas, and keep me sane. She responded to emails quickly and in a very friendly manner, even when I was being crazy. She is such a gem! On the day of, she was incredible! I have no idea how we would have done it without her! She took all the stress away, and I was able to just be a Bride and enjoy our wedding. She took care of absolutely everything logistically, and she was always right there with food, water, accessories we needed - you name it. Without us even having to ask!     When my husband and I started the wedding planning process, I sought to find a wedding planner who I can rely on...someone who is genuine and would look out for our best interest. Due to living in different states, I would be planning our wedding without my fiancé by my side. I interviewed three wedding planners in the Seattle area. All were capable and interesting, but one stood out. Her name is Rebecca Grant - of New Creations Wedding Design & Coordination.

    Rebecca greeted me with open arms and the warmest smile (she smiles with her eyes too). Our conversation was different than the others. She asked about my fiancé. What he was like....and what his expectations were for the wedding. The other planners didn't even go there. They asked how we met, but I felt like that's a standard question. Rebecca, truly wanted to know more about the man I was going to marry.

    I hired Rebecca for full-service wedding panning. She proved her worth from beginning to end. As we got to know each other better, I realized that she's not only great at what she does - Rebecca is an upstanding and respectful person. She's adored, and people who know her well, can attest to her authenticity and heart. Her services are sought after around the world! Her clients truly represent an international audience.

    On the day of our wedding, she and her staff executed as expected. She met the needs of my Filipino family (her area of expertise IS planning for Asian and Pacific Islander weddings).     My wedding was in October 2016 in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle at the Fremont Foundry. And Rebecca Grant was my wedding coordinator. I found Rebecca through some friends - a couple who was also recently married in the area, and whose wedding I attended and had a fabulous time. I asked for Rebecca's contact info from them, as they are people whose opinion I know I can trust.

    Working with New Creations gave me confidence and peace of mind, to put it simply. The timeline and checklists specifically are extremely helpful, and knowing that I was “on track” and continuing to move things along. One piece at a time, rather than drowning in tasks, which was my initial reason for seeking out a wedding coordinator. It was fed to us in a manageable set of pieces that were well spaced out, and we could take our time and still enjoy the process rather than feeling like it was homework.

    Our meeting locations varied, depending on the content and length of the meeting, from Rebecca's nice little office, to coffee shops, to vendor locations, to our own home for the final planning meeting. She was flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling, as both my husband and I work full time tech jobs.

    Peace of mind is invaluable. New Creations assisted us in making sure necessary tasks were done, and done well, allowing us to avoid mishaps and mistakes that might have cost us money or valuable time. This is something that is looked at as a one-time thing, so we wanted to do it right and right the first and only time! Enough said.

    Rebecca was great to work with! We hired her for a short consultation regarding the Chinese tea ceremony we were holding as part of our wedding, and she provided exactly what we needed and more. My husband is Chinese and I am not, so I had no experience with wedding tea ceremonies and he only had very little. We had lots of questions. She helped us get the tea ceremony plans solidified, answered all our questions, and gave me GREAT referrals to a few florists and hair stylist/makeup artists, two of which we ended up hiring and were very pleased with.

    Prior to hiring New Creations, we had a very clear idea of an aesthetic, colors, etc. that we wanted for our wedding, but needed help narrowing our ideas and executing a focused design. We needed someone to point us in the right direction of vendors, and to help us understand the timeline for when things needed to be booked and which milestones, big and small, we needed to hit in order to ensure that everything was aligned for our big day. We knew what we wanted, but not the best way to get it or whether or what all of our options were. Rebecca made it clear from our first meeting that had would be the perfect resource to make our ideas become reality.
    Rebecca helped tremendously as a liaison between us and the vendors. In particular, linen and furniture rentals seemed overwhelming to me, but Rebecca took the reins from the start, and ensured me that the catering company and venue would provide everything as promised based on our mock-up, which they definitely did. Arranging the mock-up was a huge help and really put my mind at ease, as well. Rebecca also acted as the director for our wedding, making sure that any inevitable snafu was solved, never letting us in on anything that may add stress to the day. She kept the flow of the night moving, and let us be guests, opposed to hosts, at the party.
    We chose to utilize Rebecca's "day-of" service, but she was really so much more. All of the pre-wedding planning and behind the scenes help were so crucial to keeping our process organized and easy. Even if you plan to do absolutely every pre-wedding detail yourself, just for the sake of your wedding day alone, having someone there to handle vendors and timelines is a must.
    Hiring New Creations is money well-spent and is essentially an insurance policy for your wedding day. Rebecca will make sure that all of the "what-ifs" are handled, and put your mind at ease!

    We were initially very impressed with Rebecca. She is definitely charismatic and warm, which is of course extremely important for a wedding planner. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We found quickly that she did not get back to us in the time frame she promised. We had to be the ones to reach out to her and ask for things, instead of her leading. When she did send us something, it was not specific to our situation, but rather a generic document. For example, our wedding was only a couple of months away, but the "to-do" list she sent us was just a generic document that started with things to do 12-18 months before the wedding (that we essentially could have downloaded for free from many sites). When we asked her to customize it for her our timeline her response (a direct quote from the e-mail) was "Oh, yikes, that's a lot to rewrite". She then went on to explain why she felt that the generic document that she sent was sufficient. I will point out that we had paid $5,000 for the "Complete Wedding Design & Coordination" package. I was amazed at her response, and ready to fire her at that point, but my fiancee is more understanding and forgiving than I am, so we instead changed the contract to the "Day-Of Wedding Coordination with Design Service". Our expectations were lower with this service, of course, yet she still continued to disappoint us despite this. Her communication with vendors was muddled, which created more confusion than clarity. We eventually realized that in many cases it would have been faster and easier if we had just spoken with the vendors directly. Also, her "design" work was as minimal as her "to-do" list. It amounted to a few uninspired photos thrown together on a Pinterest board.
