We got married on 9/14 and could not recommend Paul enough. From the first time reading things Paul had written online describing himself, I knew his personality was the exact type of person I'd love to hire to officiate our wedding. We set up a meeting in person with Paul and within the half hour conversation we were sure that Paul would be able to deliver us a wonderful wedding ceremony. And man, we were not disappointed. One of the most complimented things about our wedding was how well our officiant did to capture our love and share it with our guests. People felt like we had known Paul for years, and truth be told, every conversation with him made us feel the exact same way. Paul was very communicative throughout the process and made sure that the script for the ceremony was written in a way that we wanted it to be. We are so grateful for Paul for helping to make our wedding ceremony beautiful and memorable. If you are looking, and he is available, I wouldn't waste your time and I would be sure to snatch Paul up for your own wedding! -

Paul is an amazing choice for an officiant. He is organized, has a ton of ideas and most importantly listens to you as a couple to ensure your day is exactly how you imagined it. Paul pays attention to the small details which make your wedding stand out and be memorable. He does a fantastic job at organizing your wedding party and working with the vendors so you don’t have to worry about a thing on your big day. Paul takes your day very seriously but will ensure you have fun every step of the way! We are so lucky we found Paul and could not recommend him enough! -

Paul is the best officiant ever! My husband (Mike) and I could not have had such a beautiful ceremony without him. When we first met with Paul, it was like we had known him forever. He was so flexible when meeting with us and called us right away regarding our wedding date (10/12/2024). His suggestions and ideas allowed us to choose 3 readings for our wedding (nothing too fancy but totally customized to us and our family). He took into account our want to incorporate our 9 year old girls throughout our ceremony. He made it all so easy and really let us take the reigns while also ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our day was perfect and if I had to do it all over again I'd choose Paul to be our officiant every time. Thank you Paul for helping us and making our day so special. - The Elst's -

If you want a ceremony that’s genuine, thoughtful, unique, and unforgettable, you’ll want to book Paul for your wedding. Beyond being super communicative throughout the process, he took the time to explain how the ceremony would go and then worked with us to customize it so it was perfect for us. He had wonderful suggestions, like having a time capsule at the reception where our guests could write notes to us that we can read on our 1-year anniversary along with letters we wrote to each other. And he confirmed details of the ceremony multiple times to ensure it went off without a hitch and was exactly how we wanted it. He was also very respectful of our wedding photographers and took the time to meet them and work with them to ensure they could get their best shots.
Paul’s true gift was being able to keep everything running smoothly while keeping the focus completely on us. He deftly moved off to the side throughout the ceremony, especially during special moments like the ring exchange and vows, so that our guests and our photographers could see, hear, and concentrate on us. We had so many guests comment on how funny and engaging Paul was and what a wonderful ceremony it was, which made our special day so much more memorable for our guests.
We also were able to take advantage of Paul’s photography talents and hired him to do portrait photography during our cocktail hour to keep our guests entertained. The night before the wedding, we had to scramble to move the entire ceremony indoors because of rain, were dealing with broken air conditioning in the venue, and realized where we originally thought Paul could set up his photo backdrop wouldn’t work. Our nerves were frazzled, to say the least. Paul never flinched and calmly talked us through how he could make the photo setup work, and he made it work perfectly! It gave our guests something fun to do while we were busy taking family photos and enabled us to provide them with a memorable thank-you gift. (Quick tip: If you plan to do this, Paul let guests know before the ceremony started that it would be happening, and we also put cards at each place setting letting them know this was our gift to them and we would be sending them their portraits after the wedding). Paul captured so many funny and lovely portraits of our guests and our kids, and we had so much fun looking through them on our honeymoon (because he also mailed us the digital files right away).

Paul made the process very easy! He was really flexible when we wanted things a certain way, or didn't want traditional aspects. Some of his suggestions didn't fit with our style, but he listened to us and adapted to our needs.
The ceremony went SO smoothly, he was SO helpful and thoughtful. The "repeat after me" part, he stood away from us and held the mic towards us and the audience couldn't hear Paul say the words - everyone asked us afterwards if we had memorized the lines because they could only hear us reciting them! So cool. He stood out of the way for photos so we have some really amazing pictures just the two of us under our chuppah. Also he explained the Jewish step on the glass tradition flawlessly and had a sense of humor with it.
Oh - also my MOH signed in the officiant spot instead of the witness's line and he got it all sorted out LOL. All in all just a great experience. I would say I'd be a returning customer, but I sure hope I won't be!! :) Thanks for everything Paul!! -

We can’t say enough great things about Paul and his special, sparkling personality! He is professional and a great officiant, but yet funny, down to earth, and genuine. It was like being married by a good friend!
He helped us create a ceremony that was unique to us and appreciated by our friends and family who are still talking about the ceremony and how great Paul was. Our personal stories are filled with loss, but Paul was able to present those details in a way that honored us, our families, and our lost loved ones and still kept the mood celebratory.

Paul made our experience so fun! We stumbled upon Paul's vendor page here on WeddingWire. We read his bio section and immediately felt drawn to Paul and his personality. Upon meeting up with him for the first time, he was so attention to the details and the special quirks of our relationship. He dug a little in order to find unique details that he could arrange within his ceremony "presentation" if you will, that made the service so unique, casual, and charming to us and our personalities. He made sure that the day was about us and what we wanted. He also gave us amazing suggestions of little creative things he's done in the past that have worked to give the ceremony a little "zhuzh". He is super prompt with his responses and super approachable with questions and ideas. You will not be disappointed with having Paul be part of your special day! -

My now husband and I met Paul earlier this year over Zoom and we knew right away that he would be the perfect fit for our summer wedding! As a “covid bride”, I was constantly looking for ways to safely plan our wedding, and the Zoom call was the perfect way to meet.
On our initial call, he took the time to learn about our relationship and mutual interests which totally came through on our wedding day. On top of that, Paul was so organized and responsive - a big win!!
During our ceremony there were the perfect amount of laughs and everyone had great things to say afterward. Choosing Paul was a total win and I will be recommending his services for years to come.

Paul Costanzo officiated our wedding on 10/10/20. He was so easy to communicate with and made the sure ceremony was exactly how we wanted it to be. I didn't have any idea what I wanted before we met with him, but he had great ideas and provided a template and readings to get us started. I was looking for an officiant that did non-traditional ceremonies, specifically nothing religious. I turned to WeddingWire for recommendations on officiants because the prices that I was provided before were outrageous. That is when I came across Paul. Everything about working with Paul from my initial encounter to the wedding day was perfect! Paul has this quirky personality that aligned so perfectly with mine. He is also extremely professional and passionate about really making sure the ceremony is what the bride and the groom want. During our first consult, he took the time to know about my husband and I as a couple. What our personalities were like and what drew us together. He provided us with different ceremony ideas and readings and provided an overview on how he likes to run things. At the rehearsal, he really helped to keep everything on track and wanted to make sure the party was aligned with my vision. The ceremony itself was perfect in every single way. Paul connected with the guests. Kept the ceremony short (which is what we wanted). One last thing that really wowed me with Paul is that he knew where to position himself when doing everything. When the couple is officially announced as husband/wife and told to give each other the official kiss, I have seen so many pictures with the officiant standing there in the background. Paul moved himself from the background which helped my photographer to get a perfect picture of our first husband/wife kiss. It's the little things that Paul is aware of and cares about that truly make him the best possible officiant. Anytime anyone ever asks for a recommendation, Paul has my full vote of confidence! -

Paul was incredible for our wedding. He helped us so much in customizing and creating our wedding ceremony. We wouldn't have had such a great ceremony without him. He was very responsive anytime we needed anything and was flexible with our timing and needs at all times. He gave us so much extra that you wouldn't expect. We especially enjoyed that he was able to add in a little Spanish to our ceremony as my husband is Hispanic and has family members who don't speak English. It was a great personal touch that I know we wouldn't have been able to get through someone else. His recommendation of doing a wine time capsule was one of my person favorite touches. It's a nice way that we will be able to look back at our wedding day 5 years from now. If you are thinking of going with Paul I would highly recommend it as he is amazing! -

My husband and I had Reverend Paul officiate our wedding ceremony in August 2013. He did an incredible job, and we were so happy with the outcome! He has a great sense of humor which we appreciated so much. He got everyone laughing at our ceremony, and we had many people compliment us on how great he was. Fast forward 5 years later, and Reverend Paul has done our son's baptism, and will be doing our daughter's later this month. We are so glad with our decision because the ceremony was short, sweet, and sentimental. We were able to make it our own, and we had our son's baptism in our backyard! Reverend Paul is very flexible as far as your needs and wants, so that is always something great to look for. -

Paul was a truly wonderful officiant for our wedding ceremony. I'd first met him a year earlier when he married my sister and her husband, and I instantly knew then that he would be the perfect officiant for my own wedding. Both times, Paul brought charisma, a lighthearted air, professionalism, and real sense of personality and flair. Even more important, he took the time to externalize my love for my husband - and vice versa - by incorporating meaningful tidbits of our life together, both from the past and what we wanted for our family in the future.
That said, I cannot recommend Paul's services more. Our wedding day was perfect, carefree, and stress-free, and I know that a large deal of that is due to how Paul helped me, my husband, and all of our family and friends on that incredible day. -

Paul was AWESOME! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great officiant. He was so helpful and so full of life. Made everyone in the crowd laugh, and was quick to improvise when a slight problem occurred. All our guests asked his name and where we found him because they loved his energy. He guides you through the steps you need to take and takes into account each and every detail you'd like for your special day, as well as recommending unique ways to make your ceremony better. Always quick to respond to emails or phone calls which is important when your losing your mind over tons of little details ;) Thank you to Paul for making our day great, and for answering all our questions and helping in any way he could! -

We loved having Paul as our wedding officiant! He did an excellent job at making our ceremony about us. He added little details from our love story into the ceremony that made it so special and unique. Paul was very versatile in that he could do a non-religious or religious ceremony. (We had a little mix of both). I would (and have) recommended Paul to anyone looking for a fun, efficient and personable officiant!
