During a pandemic, sacrifices have to be understandably made. We booked a VIP session so that I could have more than 1 person with me when I tried on dresses. The VIP session was completely worth it. We had the boutique to ourselves, they provided some sparkling water and snacks. The best thing about this shop is that the dresses that they list on their website are actually in the store so I was able to try on the dress that I was looking at online. There was no sacrifice in service and this was the dress shopping the experience I was hoping for.

Working with Courtney was a dream! She was so patient given the number of dresses I wanted to try on and the amount of times I tried on the same dress. She made me feel so comfortable and had a great system down for changing between dresses. The shop has such a large variety of styles and price ranges to choose from.

The ladies who helped out were nothing short of sweet and personable. I had a few ideas of what I wanted to try when I went in. They carefully listened to critiques on dress even on strap size and found items that matched exactly what I wanted. I came out with a stunning dress. For someone who doesn’t like to try on dresses, they made me feel at ease and completely comfortable. Even during covid they made it possible to have 3 other people with me in the room to give me their honest opinions. I’d recommend this bridal dress shop to anyone in the WA area

The gals here were super wonderful and I was able to get in and out efficiently. The gal helping me out found all the dresses I liked from online - thought I didn’t choose any - along with and a few different ones. I ended up going with a similar styled dress but not one I had initially picked. I could even buy it off the rack, along with my veil, for a discount! Perfect fit. She matched the veil perfectly too! Needed little alterations on the dress.

I’m so happy I found this bridal store and Darin! The store is beautiful, and Darin was amazing during the whole process. They let you pick a few dresses to start with and then once the consultant gets an idea of what you are looking for they start pulling dresses for you to try on. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything and Darin really gave me some honest feedback that I appreciated. I definitely would recommend this bridal store to anyone!

I absolutely LOVE New Beginnings! This was the first bridal studio I've ever been to - and the last because I found my dream dress here. Isabella and Daron were so nice and accommodating. They were very helpful and did not make me feel rushed at all. I also love that they have private rooms for the brides and their entourage. We enjoyed the experience. They also sent me a handwritten thank you card a few days after I purchased my dress! Very nice and thoughtful them. This is THE place to buy your wedding dress.

When I first decided to go to New Beginnings, I set the appointment with the primary reason that they were not in Seattle. I truly didn't believe I would find my dress there (I am a VERY picky person). Boy did they prove me wrong. I told them the exact style and dress embellishments I was looking for. They brought out many dresses in my budget (they are extremely budget conscious). After none of the dresses I tried on spoke to me, they told me they had one that they thought I would love. They made sure to clear the fact that it was slightly over budget before even showing it to me. They didn't want me to fall in love with a dress I couldn't afford. I ok'd the price and tried it on. It was the perfect dress for me and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They were very thorough and extremely patient. Thanks to them i was able to find my perfect dress and feel beautiful on my wedding day. Definitely do recommend them whenever someone brings up looking for a wedding dress.

The funny thing about this is that I booked my first appointment with NBB without knowing where they were located. After looking at dress options I figured out that I really liked a lot of the Maggie Sottero/Sottero&Midgley styles and based my choices on dress shops on that. It was only after I made an appointment that I realized they were located an hour south of me. Honestly I am really glad I stuck with them because they were wonderful. They have a very pretty shop with lots of dresses to choose from and all of their staff members are super patient and helpful. I went in with an idea of the style I wanted and quickly began to realize that I wanted something completely different after seeing the dresses on. At the end of the appointment I asked on a whim if they had a particular type of dress and Janessa looked at me with a twinkle in her eye and left to go grab something. When she came back, I was stunned. I put on the dress and it was PERFECT. I felt it. It felt like me. I doubted if I would have THE moment where you just know that you've found THE dress. But this was it. I didn't buy the dress then because I wanted to check out at least one other store but in the back of my head I knew that I had already found the dress. I ordered it in February and it was read for pick up in July. I also got a veil from NBB. I thought all of their prices were incredibly reasonable and I absolutely love my dress. I got so many compliments (hopefully everyone should on their wedding day) and it was so beautiful. It was a bit of a drive down to their shop but it was totally worth it for me!

My daughter was having a horrible time finding a dress that made her feel like a beautiful bride yet fit within her budget. Each shopping trip made her feel more and more anxious about finding a dress without sending us all into financial ruin. Somehow she found New Beginnings and from the moment we walked in, we had hope that this would be the place. Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful - they clearly enjoy working with brides. Somehow they are able to do what no other store in the area does - provide a great selection of dresses that are not only well designed, well made and absolutely gorgeous, but at a price that makes it easy to say "YES" to the dress. Or in my daughter's case, yes to the dresses. She went from feeling despondent at not being able to find anything to not being able to choose - there were so many options that looked beautiful! The consultant was very skilled in asking the right questions to help her pick the one that fulfilled the vision of what she wanted her day to be. We are so grateful to everyone we met at New Beginnings and highly recommend that you go there first when shopping for your special dress.

This place is amazing! From the moment that you walk in- the staff makes you feel comfortable about EVERYTHING. Your budget, ideas and concerns about your dress and vision for the big day is all discussed and put at ease. They will go above and beyond to make it work with the dress that you want. I initially went it just to try on dresses and see what best suites my figure. I never thought I would find THE DRESS on the first day! It was even the first dress I tried on but I thought to myself "I need to make sure there isn't something else out there." I tried a few other bridal salons that weekend but always came back to that first dress. Those other salons treated me horrible because my budget was not high and gave me the worst service. New Beginnings was the first bridal shop I made an appointment with after I got engaged, and to be honest, I was pretty nervous and unsure, and wasn't quite sure what to expect. This was the perfect shop to start at--my maid of honor and I had the last appointment of the day, and Tina was so wonderful! She made us feel so at ease, and gave us the perfect amount of listening and direction. I felt so heard, and special as a bride! We had a whole dressing area and mirror to ourselves, complete with accessories to try on, and a chalkboard sign with my name on it! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anybody; totally worth the drive if you don't live in Puyallup! They have a great selection of designers, from about $700 to $2500, and accessories as well. The dresses are visible, and you can look through them yourself! This was one of my top bridal vendor experiences overall.

Words can not express how absolutely wonderful this bridal shop is. I had spent the morning at a different salon, tried on 10-15 dresses, and left in tears in complete despair because I could not find "my dress"! I finally arrived to my appointment at New Beginnings and automatically felt hopeful as soon as I walked into the shop. Not to mention how beautifully decorated and sweet it is in there, I had my own, private, and spacious dressing room with a personalized welcoming sign! Unlike many other bridal shops, I was able to look through all of their inventory myself and pick out the dresses I wanted to try on. The associate, Janessa, was so helpful, sweet, and fun as I tried on multiple dresses, all of which were beautiful. I also ended up falling and love and picking out a stunning veil which they have a great selection for. I ended up buying my dress that very day for an unbelievable price. I came in with my best friend (the bride) and I was very impressed with everything about this place. Our consultant was extremely helpful, fun, professional, and attentive. After the bride tried on 3-4 dresses, our consultant went to pull something off the rack that she thought we'd like and the bride ended up getting the dress our consultant pulled. She was extremely good at her job- knew the answers to all of our questions, was good at keeping the mother of the bride at ease, and overall did an extremely great job. We were seen right at our appointment time, we weren't rushed to look through the dresses, and unlike David's Bridal, it was a quiet, calm environment. I never write reviews, but I felt it was necessary for this!!

I went in for my very first bridal appointment and my selection was unlimited! The staff was amazing and really listened to my vision. I didn't think I'd find my dress that day but I had that "bridal moment!" I even received a thank you note in the mail from the staff. It was an AMAZING experience!!

By far the best Bridal Studio I have ever been to. Excellent customer service and so friendly and accommodating. After trying on almost a dozen dresses, Tina grabbed one and asked me to keep an open mind. Well it was the ONE! The absolute perfect dress for me. Tina helped us figure out the payment options and was beyond wonderful through the whole experience. New Beginnings Bridal Studio is the place to go if you want to be treated like a princess and have an amazing experience.

Unfortunately I did not find my dress here! However I had such a great experience I still recommend them to any one shopping for a wedding gown! They were so friendly and helpful and aloud us to take pictures! They even wrote down the serial numbers of dresses I liked! They have a good selection I just didn't find "the one"!! But I highly recommend checking them out!

New Beginnings made my wedding dress shopping day so much better than I could have imagined! Darin was awesome, definitely not a high pressure environment at all. I felt so comfortable! I even came in one day, without an appointment just to try on the dress I thought I wanted one more time.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!! New Beginnings the first and only place I needed to get my wedding dress. Their selection is wonderful and so are the prices. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, I never once felt any source of pressure to purchase or even rushed in trying on all of my choices. New Beginnings Bridal Studio was AMAZING!! I would recomend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress.
I went there with no idea of where to start. They give you ideas and suggestions as well as let you wander the store and look at every dress they have to pick what you want. They are very professional and helpful.
They go above and beyond for their customers!!
I was so happy with their service because i tried on a dress that i fell in love with but didnt want the straps it had, so they went into their system and found the sister dress that was exactly the same but without straps. They are part of the Maggie Sottero program where for $50 they can get the dress you love from another location and send it over to this location so you can try it on and actually see what it looks like on instead of hoping you like it.
If you end up buying that dress they will put the $50 towards your purchase as well.
I highly recomend this place over any other!! I had been to other bridal stores and no one compares.

I found New Beginnings through Yelp and cannot be more thrilled with them. I booked an appointment and was able to bring 6 guests with me when other places wouldn't accommodate such a large group. I had my eye on a specific dress and only 2 stores in the Seattle area had it.
I worked with Gabby, who was great and definitely knew what she was doing. She even followed up with me after the appointment and the sale, which was above and beyond. I felt completely at ease and had an amazing dress experience! I got the dress, the veil and my beaded/crystal sash all at New Beginnings Bridal Studio and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out!
I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who wants a great bridal experience and an amazing selection of dresses! It is a bit of a drive form Seattle but completely worth it!

I absolutely love my wedding dress. I had such an incredible experience at this boutique! I fell in love with every dress that I tried on and they were all priced very reasonably. I had to stop trying on dresses because it was getting too difficult to pick. Their customer service was wonderful. I had been to a well-known bridal chain the day before and the experience I had there did not even compare. I even received a nice thank you note in the mail after shopping. This boutique is a hidden gem. Beautiful, high-quality gowns and incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

Very nice place, just went in without an appointment for a sample sale. I was immediately helped and ended up coming away with a beautiful dress under 200 dollars. There was a spot on the dress and they had it cleaned for free for me.

The shop is beautiful. They are great about providing what you need and making the experience special. It's not at all like a National chain "assembly line" store where you're just another girl buying a dress. I had a bad experience at Davids Bridal in Tacoma, so when I went to this place they were nothing but kind and passionate about helping me find what I need. This is a little bridal boutique that has quality made dresses for reasonable prices. All of the girls there were super nice too! I was able to go in early and find what I wanted before my appointment. I had no idea what I wanted, and she was also able to help me find what I was looking for. I would recommend this place to anybody. :)

I went there to try on dresses for fun with my mom, mother in law, sister, and sister in law. There wasn't anyone else in the store at the time since you do have to make an appointment, which is so worth it! I told her what I had in mind and that I wanted to be different. No strapless, and to stand out because the ceremony would be in the snow. They have several discontinued and displayed dresses that are for sale also. you cannot get them in a different size or color but it is worth it. My dress was being discontinued because they hadn't even had someone try it on. Loved loved loved it! So different. Perfect to stand out and sparkle in the snow. Since I hadn't planned on purchasing the dress that day they let me pay half down and come back in two weeks to pick it up and pay the other half. They have a plethora of veils, shoes, and other accessories to try on. You get to feel like you are really preparing for your wedding day. We even walked into our little room like it was the ceremony to see how everything flowed together. I was so pleased and got so many compliments on my dress! :)

I stopped in the boutique without an appointment, discouraged and hoping to find something that I liked for my wedding gown. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very helpful. The staff is very helpful and professional. I really wanted to have my sister come with me when I picked out my dress and she was coming in from out of town for Christmas. They were going to be closed extra days for the holiday but they found someone who was willing to come in so my sister could be there with me. Our sales associate really knew what she was doing and pulled many excellent options for me. She showed no signs of being irritated that I had to try on my top dresses at least three times before being able to make up my mind. She was very helpful with helping me order the dress in a perfect size. She recommended the size and to order it in petite. When I got the dress it needed no alterations other then to have a bustle put in. When I went to find a veil, they let me try the dress on again and then let us try on veils as much we wanted, just checking in to see if needed help. The price ended up being on the low end of my budget and I couldn't have been happier. They recommended a seamstress for the bustle and made the whole experience very easy.

I got a gorgeous gown from Lady Margaret's. My dress went for about $8000 in a couture dress shop in New York. I got mine for $800! They have a flat fee for alterations instead of charging for every little hem and bustle and the girls there are super sweet. Also my dress was always ready before the date they had originally said. Thanks Lady Margaret's for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day.

My wedding gown shopping experience was wonderful! First shop I visited. At the appointment, I didn't have a clear vision for my dress, but Tina was very friendly, fun, and patient with me, listened to my feedback, and I probably tried on 6-7 dresses before finding the perfect one. Really important to me because I wanted to spend minimal time visiting shops and trying on dresses. Plus, the shop is super cute, organized, and their dresses are high quality and worth the value. Everyone I've met at the shop were friendly. I'm pleased that I purchased my wedding gown from New Beginnings and recommend others to visit their studio!

I bought my dress at New Beginnings Bridal and had a great experience. We had an appointment first thing in the morning (I always try to schedule appointments for first thing because they aren't accidentally running behind). Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing consultant who was willing to pull any and every dress for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their new location is STUNNING. We got a great deal and were so happy with the overall experience.

This was by far the best bridal boutique that I went to when I searched for my dress. It is small, cozy, and adorable. All of their dresses are $2000 and below. The ladies were very helpful and they went out of their way to order other styles for me to try. I ended up ordering a dress that had just been announced, that was not yet available in the stores. It took nearly 6 months to come in, but it was definitely worth it!

I went to at least 5 other shops in search of my wedding dress and the first one I tried on here was the one. They are very sweet and have package deals for dress care after your wedding. They have an alterations girl they recommend and I recommend her as well. She was absolutely the best and my dress turned out perfect. I've uploaded before and after pictures.

I purchased my bridal gown here several months ago after visiting many other popular bridal stores in Seattle. The studio itself is spacious, light-filled and decorated in adorable vintage touches but what set this place apart from the other salons I visited was the staff. My stylist was Vanessa and she was an absolute sweetheart. I loved my experience here as Vanessa took the time to walk me around the store, orient me to the different designers and give me the run-down of how many dresses to try at once. After the mini orientation, she helped me and my mom get our things settled in a beautiful bridal suite (which was really more of an en-suite with a private waiting area for family/friends and a smaller, separate dressing room for the bride to change in) with a complimentary bottle of water prior to heading out to pull dresses. Vanessa let us browse at our leisure, but was quick to grab dresses and take them to the room for me. At the end of the appointment, I still had my mind on this one Sottero and Midgley dress that they didn't have in stock. However, Vanessa found me an in-stock Sottero and Midgley with a similar silhouette and encouraged me to try that one on to help determine whether or not I'd like the other one. I really loved the fit of the in-stock dress, but the detailing on the other just had me sold. As crazy as it sounds, I ended up purchasing my actual gown sight-unseen! The NB team made me feel so comfortable with the whole process, though, and made sure to review my order and measurements for accuracy. A few months later, I made an appointment to pick up my dress after it arrived but ran into HORRIBLE traffic en route. Despite being the last appointment of the day and arriving super late, the NB staff warmly greeted us and had my dress prepped and ready to go for me to try on. The free goodie bag at the end was also a nice touch. I cannot praise the customer service experience enough and highly recommend it to all other brides!

Nicole was so helpful. I had a few ideas in mind for styles, but nothing set in stone, so she just let my bridal party work through the store and grab dresses. As we tried them on, she asked for feedback about what I did/did not like, and after only a few dresses she had a pretty good idea what I would love. The next dress she put me in ended up being the "one". They are not the cheapest shop in town, but they were certainly not overly-expensive either. And understanding my budget, Nicole very discreetly and professionally discussed a dress with me that was far more expensive than what I was looking for before I tried it on, which I appreciated. I would have been devastated if I had fallen in love with something, only to find out I could not afford it. The alterations lady they recommended was top notch as well. They estimated it would take much longer to receive my dress than it actually took, which was a pleasant surprise. The new studio is beautiful, also. Much better than the old place.

I really enjoyed my experience with New Beginnings Bridal. The ladies I worked with were always sweet, patient, and gave honest feedback. They even offered to make an appointment before or after their normal hours on a date that was fully booked. The fitting room I used was very classy and private. I believe all their dresses are $2,500 and below, so you know no matter what you pick it will be within a certain price range. I would highly recommend this shop (and the seamstresses they recommended for alterations) -- they also offered me a military discount on my veil purchase.

This dress shop is amazing. They have a great selection of all new styles (nothing outdated). I found the perfect dress there for a pretty good price. Because the dresses are all from actual designers, they are a little bit more expensive than David's Bridal, but still relatively cheap and completely stunning. I loved all of the ones I tried on.

They were very helpful with helping me look at dresses and I eventually deciding on a wedding dress! I ended up using an old dress that I just had altered and I can't wait to wear my dress! I would HIGHLY recommend new beginnings bridal studio to all brides!!!

I was so far away from being ready to shop for my wedding dress when I saw "the one" sitting right there in the window of this shop right down the street from my apartment. I felt a little ridiculous when I called to make an appointment - my family lives in California, there was no time for them to plan a trip, and if I waited and this dress was gone when I finally went shopping I would have been absolutely heartbroken. Daron totally put me at ease about everything - assuring me that people do this all the time and that I could absolutely come in just to try that one dress on. Daron put me in that dress and I knew it was perfect, but I was hesitant to buy the first wedding dress I had tried on, so Daron got a few more to try for comparison. I can't thank her enough for being there to help me with this important decision - she was really relaxed, put no pressure on me, let me call various family members to get their opinion, and gave me her opinion as I tried on different shapes and styles. Her expert opinion was really what I needed to affirm my choice of the dress I knew I had to have even before I put it on.

I loved this shop and am completely in love with the dress I bought. The staff is helpful but not overbearing, letting you search on your own. They help you get changed (so an appointment would be best) and then help you find other dresses in other or similar styles as you get a sense for what dress styles you like (they sometimes change as you go!). I fell in love with a dress, which was very reasonably priced - over 1,000 but less than the $1500 to $2500 dresses I had seen elsewhere - but didn't buy it. After being disappointed after buying a dress online (DON'T DO IT!) I came back to them. Luckily the dress I wanted was a dress the designers keep in stock. So I didn't have it fitted to me specifically but I got it within a month, got it altered and was ready for my groom! I was very pleased with the experience and I would recommend the shop to all my friends!

I scheduled an appointment at this shop and was greatly surprised by just how wonderful it was. The girl that helped me, I don't remember her name, was extremely helpful and encouraged me to keep trying on dresses even after getting discouraged. She helped me find the perfect dress within my budget. I was comfortable and felt like a priority the entire time.

Gorgeous dress
I had a great experience trying on my dresses and the lady I worked with helped me through all my indecisiveness and was so good with recommendations. My ONLY issue was that when I went to pick my dress up, before I had even touched it myself or taken it out of the store, I saw my DREAM dress had arrived and was on a mannequin. They told me that my dress was non-refundable and there was nothing I could do even though I'd never even seen it out of the bag yet! I was very upset for a long time and dreading that it would be on my mind the entire wedding.

The day I said yes to my dress it was nice to have my family there. Most places don't allow photography, but what would have been nice is if they do like a toast or have a sign that says I said yes etc. being that they do rentals for props they would have something. Or shout out congrats on the big day post. Aside from that the ladies were nice. Bought a size 6 as I was determined to loose some baby weight and get on a healthy weight track which I did, one girl that was helping me insisted I get a size 8 but alterations are already spendy and my heart was set on a dress that was already at the max budget what I said I was looking for in style etc. So maybe one other thing I would suggest is really listen to the customer.

I travelled over an hour to go to New Beginnings Bridal Studio based on a recommendation from my sister (she got her gown at the same location). The employees were extremely helpful. Their style was to listen to you describe your dream dress. Then, they go pick out one or two dresses based on your description. You try them on and tell them exactly what you love and do not like about the dress. Then, they go and pick out another dress or two based on what you said. This continues until they bring out the perfect dress!! It was a wonderful system. Everyone I worked with was so helpful and I really got the feeling that they were trying to help me out and that it wasn't just about making a sale. I recommend all of my bride-to-be friends check out this place.
I gave 3 stars for value only because the dress was the same price as I would have gotten anywhere else.

My first experience with New Beginnings was not positive. The owner was rude and acted like she had no time to talk to me. The only reason I followed through with coming in was that I received $200 off my purchase from the Seattle Wedding Show. I'm so glad I did though. One of their coordinators, Coral, was fantastic! She was sweet, nice, and honest. I found my dream dress because of her. The owner was nice as soon as I had spent money in her store. I'm just glad her staff didn't have the same outlook as she did.

I enjoyed my experience shopping at New Beginnings. The consultants were friendly and helpful. They listened to what I asked for and didn't try to put me in a gown that I knew I wouldn't like.
I ordered a dress on a Sunday but on Monday morning realized that I had buyers remorse and called them to switch to a different dress. My consultant was extremely helpful and was able to switch my order to the new dress at no additional charge (just the difference in the price of the dress). I ended up with the perfect dress for me.
One frustration in the buying process was that my consultant nudged me in the direction of a bigger size dress when I had a gut feeling that a size smaller would be better. It turns out the dress I ordered was huge so I spent hundred of dollars on alterations. Brides - listen to your gut because you know your body (and yourself) better than anyone!
Overall my experience at New Beginnings was positive. They had a nice selection of dresses in all styles, as well as veils and accessories, though I didn't wear a veil.

We went to New Beginnings Bridal because of the Yelp reviews and because one of my bridesmaids had previously purchased the dress I picked from here for her wedding. In turn, she ended up picking the dress I ended up wearing! The dress was absolutely beautiful and I happened to go during a trunk sale so I got to pick between $100 discount or a free veil.
There were a couple frustrations in the buying process. The consultant guaranteed that the dress would not arrive until after the wedding. At five months in advance, I didn't think that was likely but I purchased it only to have the dress sit around for two months until the wedding.
More importantly, the consultant nudged me in the direction of two dress sizes bigger when I had a gut feeling that a size smaller would be better. I ordered one size lower than her recommendation but the dress still turned out huge. The bodice could not be altered due to it's construction/details so I ended up in a dress that was hanging on me. The velcro strap that holds it in place was far overlapping could not be used to hold the dress in place. Seconding the other bride's comment below: Brides - listen to your gut because you know your body (and yourself) better than anyone!

Please be wary if you are a street clothing size 18 and above, the selection will be very scarce! There are a few dresses, but not worth the trip out of my city, especially since the larger chain bridal stores carry strikingly similar dresses and give you a more personal experience ( totally backwards in my opinion).

Young staff that seem to be about the bottom line. I bought my dress then did not receive much in the way of support after they had been paid. They were out of key bridal accessories multiple times and did not offer appropriate alternatives (isn't this their industry?), they were overpriced and under experienced. I bought my dress here and loved my wedding but there are better places to get dresses.

I was extremely disappointed in services provided here. The pricing is quite reasonable and they do have a nice selection; however, the dress I chose was ordered based off of the sample size I tried on. When it arrived it was two sizes smaller than the sample and the owner of the company immediately went on the defensive and began naming all of the reasons this was completely normal. She was completely unwilling to even acknowledge that something had clearly gone wrong, even stating she did not see a problem (even though the dress did not even close in the back). In speaking with the seamstress that helped me correct all of the issues, she pointed out that a professional bridal shop will always measure you for sizing and would not base an order on the stretched/used sample garment. I ended up paying more in tailoring than I had on the original dress. Perhaps other novice brides will have a better experience here if they insist on being measured for their dress size.
