  Excellent customer service

  My family has been using Neves for years now and they really were the only option we considered when it came time to our wedding jewler. They customized a wedding band for my husband and helped me pick out a gorgeous setting for my late grandmothers engagement diamond to be set into. We have worked with Kris there for years and she’s really such a wonderful person. Cannot recommend them enough.

  Jennifer is hands down the best jeweler in town!

  My husband purchased my engagement ring from Jennifer at Neves. She helped him do such an amazing job! She not only knows her diamonds better than anyone, she makes you feel comfortable and puts you at ease when making such a major purchase. When it was time for us to buy our wedding bands, we went right back to her. She worked with our budget and allowed us to get the bands we absolutely love! Hands down, my husband and I will never go to anyone else but Jennifer!

  Our experience with Neves jewelers has been amazing. My fiancé's step dad purchases his mom's engagement ring from Neves so they will continue to be used by family and friends. John was a total god send with helping us find the perfect ring. I didn't know what style I wanted and he helped us the whole way to make it perfect. Can't wait to go back and get our wedding bands!

  I was referred to Neves Jewelers by one of our groomsmen. Lee and his team exemplifies professionalism and customer service to the utmost degree! We were looking for my wedding band and I had unfortunately lost a stone out of my engagement ring, Lee took care of it for us on the spot! Without even asking. We didn't purchase the band that day but before we were in the car on the way home I knew we would be doing business with them. We called and put the order in as soon as we got home. Outstanding customer service is hard to come by, but I have found it at Neves Jewelers and will be referring everyone I know there!

The company only has a few sample bands and they had to really work hard to get the sample in the store for me to see it before buying it and it was really appreciated.   Our experience was amazing. I picked out the most beatuiful engagement ring for my wife, with a no pressure buying expierence. Staff was friendly & treated me like family. I will be back.

  We have been shopping at Neves Jewelers for years now. My family buys all of their jewelry there and so does my (now) wife's family. We love the experience because of the knowledgeable staff. We can always count on getting a great price, the best quality & extrodoary service.
  
  I've learned in the past that picking a great jeweler can't be underestimated. We have referred numerous friends/co-workers to Neves and never has it been a disappointment.

  We've gotten several of pieces of jewelry from Neves in Shrewsbury and have always been happy. It's over an hour and half from us, but it's always worth the trip. My engagement ring is AMAZING and both me and my husband are so happy with our wedding rings. Everyone is always so kind and Lee is a huge help in making selections.
