Glitz and glam salon day w my gals was the best decision I made.

Best decision I made was getting ready with my girls at the salon - especially the East Side location since we practically had the place to ourselves most of the day. I didn’t do a bridal party but invited my closest gal pals to get glammed up with me. And Neroli delivered. My makeup was naturally beautiful and stuck all night long as did my hair even withstanding the rain. We had champagne toast with my 7 friends and mom along with bagels to start the day strong. The photographer came while my makeup was getting done and shot some cute photos of us all. A few of us went to a hotel nearby to get our dresses on afterwards. I go to Neroli for my hair regularly and would highly recommend this option for any bride to be.

I like a princess for my wedding day

I got my hair and makeup done and they both held up all day! I came into the salon with a vision and it was executed perfectly!

Wonderful!

Highly, highly recommend. We loved getting ready here prior to my wedding! They were so accommodating and everyone was so happy with how their hair & makeup turned out.

Neroli Madison

My sister and I both got our hair done at Neroli Madison on the day of my wedding. We were SO happy with the results! Both of our hairstylists were amazing and found the exact right styles for each of us....it was such a fun experience because it was laid back, quiet in there, and with lots of laughing and talking between the four of us. It gave me a moment to decompress on that busy day and just relax for an hour....and my hair looked great all night!!!!

Liz is amazing!

I have been getting my hair done by Liz for over 7 years so there was no question that I would be coming to Neroli to see her on my wedding day. She took the extra time during our trials leading up to the wedding so that on the day of we knew exactly what we were doing. It was no surprise when it turned out beautifully as I am never disappointed by her work! Neroli even had a cute sign to welcome all of my bridesmaids and everyone was happy with how their looks turned out too!

We all went to the Thirdward/Downtown Neroli to get beautiful for my wedding on May 27, 2018! Helena was super helpful leading up to the big day and once we got to the salon for the appointments everything went smoothly. I was able to prepay for the services which was wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about Aseel, my makeup artist - she is the BEST for brides and made me look and feel absolutely beautiful! Rachel did my hair and she was incredible too!

I had a superb experience with Neroli! I started getting my hair cut there last year to see if I liked it, and I now use them for all my salon services! They are so professional and amazing to work with. I had the BEST team, and I loved how everything turned out. I got my nails done the day before our wedding with Lisa at the downtown location, and she blew my mind. I am still loving my nails and all the sparkly awesomeness. Marcia did my hair, and it was out of this world. She nailed it! I loved working with her, she is so sweet and so kind. She did a great trial, and then was very great on the day of the wedding and I love looking at the pictures with my hair - it was beautiful! Andrea did my make-up and she was amazing. She was so calming and did such a beautiful job! She worked with my skin type and helped me decide the right kind of make up to use on the day when I went for my trial. She was so incredible to work with, and she really made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. My husband and I even got massages and Neroli the week of our wedding and they were fantastic. My whole bridal party also commented on how great of a job everyone did and how nice it was to work with them. They set up a little area for us to use all morning and have mimosas at as well. Helena was wonderful to work with and really helped me a lot to organize this! Thank you so much everyone!

Neroli was fantastic all around. Grace did my hair for my trial and wedding day and did an amazing job. Helena was fantastic with communication and setting up the schedule for the day of. I loved that each of us in the bridal party had our own stylist and were all done about the same time instead of having to wait around for each other. Their facility was great and loved that we were able to have bagels available for us and brought in mimosas! Fabulous all around! :)

Our experience at Neroli Bayshore could not have been better! We were greeted right away and taken care of throughout our entire visit. The staff was so accommodating and kind. The stylists did an incredible job on both hair and makeup. I am so happy I chose Neroli for my wedding!

Neroli was great! I had my nails done at the 3rd Ward location the day before my wedding, and the bridal party had our hair and makeup done at the Brookfield location the day of. Communication leading up to the day was clear and timely, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a fun, personal, and enjoyable experience. We all felt our hair and makeup looked perfect - not overly done or "heavy," but it lasted all day and night. My nails still look perfect two weeks later :) Heather and Aaron did my hair and makeup, and they were outstanding. Thanks Neroli!

My bridal party and I used Neroli-Downtown for our pre-wedding services and everything was perfect. Helena and Alexandra were so helpful with all appointment arrangements and were very accommodating to changes. Communication was excellent and organized. Our services (massage, hair, make-up) were top notch and our service at the salon was wonderful. The staff knew our names and schedules and simply made everything seamless. I had my hair done by Grace and it was AMAZING. I couldn't have been happier! Thank you, Neroli Downtown, for making us look and feel beautiful on my big day!

Neroli - Downtown was absolutely fantastic for our wedding day! We had a large bridal party (8 girls in total) and we were out the door in less 2 hours, because of the fantastic scheduling. They also were very flexible as I booked the appointment relatively late in the game (about 3 months out) and were still willing to work with me to sort out a schedule that fit well into our wedding day timeline. On top of that they were courteous enough to give us a heads up a few days before when an event was occurring in the third ward so that we could adjust our plans to get there accordingly. I've never seen such great customer service from any place, they really have it down here. My makeup and hair were flawless day-of - and didn't start falling out until I was dancing the night away, even then it was barely coming out. Same with my girl's hair - each of them got something customized and unique for them and it really brought everything together for us very well. Absolutely recommend this place, for the price you can't beat this service in downtown Milwaukee!

I brought my wedding party to the Bayshore location to get our hair done and the stylists did a fantastic job!!! They were professional, on time, great with kids, and everyone was happy with how their hair turned out. Highly recommend!!!

I had such an amazing experience at Neroli! As a bride, it was important for me to feel special and I certainly felt that way at the Bayshore location. Liz did my hair in in amazing up do. She was very sensitive to my needs and together we found the best wedding day hair for me. My great experience is no surprise to me since I go here for my hair cut needs and never leave less than happy.

I was so thrilled to have had the experience I did for my wedding hair trial and my hair and make up on my wedding day! I even found a new hairstylist out of it! First of all, everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. My hair trial with Gabrielle went well, it did end up falling out after a few hours. I was nervous that this would happen on my wedding day. We arrived at the salon with a broken nail on my mom and they fixed it right up - no questions asked! I couldn't have been happier that she didn't have to worry about it! Gabrielle took my concerns/suggestions regarding my hair trial and did an AMAZING job! My wedding updo was perfect and exactly the look I wanted! I received so many compliments! She was/is a delight to work with. I even went back for a post-wedding chop AND am still happy! All my bridesmaids came here as well for updos and loved their looks too!! I also got my make up done here. I did airbrushing with Adrienne. She was fun to talk to and I was very happy with the results!! I couldn't reccomend Neroli more. Thanks so much!

Such a great place for your wedding hair and makeup. From my trial appointment to the finished product, I couldn't have asked for anything better! Our daughter had her hair done as well and she looked so cute. She had an up do that was age appropriate and we both received so many compliments throughout the day. I would highly recommend the airbrush makeup. It's a little pricier but definitely worth it for a long day of photo's and interacting with people. At the end of the day, my makeup still looked fresh. Great place with great workers!

Absolutely the best experience I believe I have ever recieved! Elyse, the woman who did my makeup was wonderful, made me feel incredibly beautiful, did exactly what I wanted, went with it and totally made me feel welcome and georgous. She flattered every feature I wanted to show off, covered every spot, freckle, or imperfection, and really did a fabulous job. Laura did my hair - and made it perfect, creating a fabulous hairpiece with my peacock feathers and flowers that everyone thought was amazing. Angela did my nails in a wonderful classic french, using the glittery polish that I brought in for the tips to match my toes. They catered lunch, and treated my ladies superbly! All in all it was the best experience I've ever had at a salon.

Neroli is simply amazing! My stylist, who also did my makeup, was Dani at the East Side location, which is where my bridal party went the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect, as were my mom's, and all of the bridesmaids updos were beautiful. We had such an fun time at Neroli the morning of the wedding - the service was great. We hadn't brought orange juice for our mimosas and one of the staff members even went to the store and picked some up for us! Definitely would recommend Neroli for wedding hair and makeup!

I loved my experiences at Neroli Brookfield. I did both a hair and makeup trial ahead of time with the same stylists, Heather and Erin. Both were amazing! My hair has a tendancy to be "slippery" and Heather worked amazing wonders! Both times she did it, my hair didn't move but didn't look or feel like a helmet either. I was amazed! Erin did a fantastic job with my airbrush makeup and false lashes. The makeup was fantastic for hours and the lashes didn't bother me at all. It was pricey but well worth the money. Organizing the appointments I worked with Helena who figured out the timing for me and my girls and then provided a list of costs ahead of time for each person (and told me we could have a celebratory toast!) She was fantastic. Excellent job all around!

We had everyone's hair and makeup done at Neroli for the wedding. They were amazingly organized with the scheduling and all the girls were happy with the final results. They were responsive and professional throughout the planning process and I would highly recommend them.

I loved my hair and make-up! Their services are pricy, especially since you have to pay the exact same price for the trials, but the Neroli staff was very professional and welcoming. Monica did my hair and Adrienne did my make-up. They were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I made some changes on the wedding day, but they were able to incorporate them without a problem.

They did a great job doing all people in my wedding party and even let us bring in our own food/drinks to have while waiting for everyone to get done. They staff also offered us foot soaks while we were waiting. It was a relaxing experience before my big day!

Neroli was great for our bridal party! Helena was very attentive and able to make changes for us based on the bridal party needs. Make sure you book in advance, we wanted the downtown one and it was already taken 10 months in advance! They have various locations which was nice! Can be expensive since the cost is dependent on the technicians rates. Wish they would have had a bridal package, but the quality of the services was superb! It was a long day for 9 people we were there from 8:15am until 12:30pm.

My bridesmaids, mother, and I were all beyond impressed with Neroli-Brookfield. Helena made the scheduling process a breeze, even through many last minute changes. On the big day they had a beautiful arrangement of bagels and fruit for us, kept our food plates stocked and our drink glasses filled, we had even forgotten orange juice for mimosas and one of the hostesses ran to the store for us!!! I highly recommend Neroli to any bride, I was 100% blown away by their service.

I had such a great experience with my bridal party hair and makeup. We went to the Third Ward location, and we had a large group of 10 girls. Their wedding consultant was able to schedule all of us to be in and out within 3 hours, which was amazing. We all were able to sit close to eachother in one of the corners of the salon while hair/makeup was being done. They had set up a table for us at the salon with some catered food that we had ordered and also we brought champagne and they had nice stemware for us to use. It was so efficient on the day of that i was highly impressed and I absolutely LOVED my hair and makeup!

I went to Neroli for my wedding hair and makeup needs. I LOVED Maggie who did my hair and makeup trial and hair and makeup the day of my wedding. I don't wear a lot of makeup on a normal basis, and Maggie did such a wonderful job ensuring that I still looked like myself, but enhanced (instead of a completely done-up version that no one would recognize!), for my wedding! She also did a great job with my hair - I got compliments all night long. I liked working with Neroli, because I was also able to easily make appointments for my bridal party and my mom and mother-in-law. We had a section of the salon where we could sit, relax, and drink mimosas as well. I would definitely recommend to any bride-to-be!

I originally wanted to go to the Neroli downtown location but they could not accomodate the size of my briday party so I was forced to go to the Brookfield location. Although the commute was far I loved Mya, my hair stylist, she was very nice and I could tell she generally cared about my satisfaction. The only reason this vendor got docked a star was because I wasn't completely satisfied with the make up application I recieved. I told the stylist that I wanted more of a smoky eye look and she gave me a more natural look for everything. Overall this location was great I just wasn't happy with my makeup results but they all the members of this establishment were very helpful and friendly.

I had my hair and make up done at Neroli and I was very pleased with the results. It was a bit pricey since I also had a consultation, but I didn't want to go into the day of my wedding not sure how my hair would turn out. I did the airbrush make up and not sure it made a huge difference, but I think it lasted longer than regular make up would have.

I get my hair done regularly at Neroli and wanted to have someone who was familiar with me to do my hair. A few months before my wedding my stylist took another job out of state and the salon was great in pairing me with a new stylist and we were able to transition smoothly before the wedding. All of my bridal party and the moms had their hair done there as well and everyone had a great experience.

I went there for my hair because most places are closed Sundays. Stephanie at Bayshore was great. It's $50 for an updo and $50 for the trial. They can book up very quickly though. I also got waxed there. It's very nice, but a bit pricier than other places.

Got exactly what I asked for

My bridesmaids and I all had our hair and makeup done at the Neroli Salon and Spa in Brookfield. I worked with Helena for most of the booking and she was great. She was pretty difficult to get in touch with through phone, but emailing her worked well enough. If I had questions, needed to change things or add people, she updated the spreadsheet right away. When we got to the salon we checked in quickly and they had an open table with a cute sign waiting for us. I had the same people on my wedding day as I did during my trial, which was fantastic. The people who worked with us were great and made it a relaxing start to our day. It is a little pricey, but I got exactly what I wanted and they were easy to work with at the salon.

They did a great job overall. My hair and makeup were awesome. The only thing is that I was not taken on time which made me late to pictures. But I would definitely go back but just book your time a little earlier to be safe (And I thought I gave myself enough time but for hair and make up that was supposed to start at noon, I was done at 2:45, when I was told I would be done be 2)

My maid of honor and I had our hair and makeup done, and the rest of our party just had their hair done. We were at the Bayshore location. Our makeup was beautiful and exactly what we had requested - natural-looking and not overdone. For hair, I recommend having a style in mind beforehand and bringing pictures. One member of my bridal party was very unhappy with her hair and redid it after she left, but she had not planned ahead what she wanted. It wouldn’t have been as disappointing if the prices weren’t so high. The rest of us had ideas and pictures for our hair and were happy with the results. Overall, we were satisfied with the hair services and extremely pleased with the makeup application services.

I used Neroli downtown in the third ward for myself and my entire wedding party. I would say the experience was great, they provide food options, you can bring in champagne, just a great easy experience. Lovedthat. As far as my hair, I really loved it. The reason I selected four stars instead of five was for two smaller reasons. For my hair, I had my hair trial and my sytlist asked me to monitor it and see how much it fell an that would let her know of how much hairspray to use. It had fallen a lot so I had let her know, and she really sprayed it well, but to the point it was sticky. My make up artist had to fix it a bit later that day because the hair was sticking together. The other note is two of my bridesmaids did not really like their hair and had to fix it a bit. The pictures they showed did not match what they got. All in all it was a great experience,just a few small things.

Neroli was a great choice to get my bridal hair and makeup done. The hairstylist was really attentive even though she had a full day of appointments after me. The makeup artist really helped me figure out what looked best for the big day and did a great job. The day itself never felt stressed and they even gave us some bagels to much on while getting our hair done. I had many compliments on both my hair and makeup that day!

Unfortunately our trial appointments got completely screwed up. The day of my wedding none of my bridesmaids, my mom, etc. liked the way their hair turned out. Nonetheless they were very professional and treated us very well.

Working with one point of contact was fantastic. The schedule of services and pricing spreadsheet provided was extremely helpful. My only critiques would be that they allowed the bridal party in front of us to linger, which caused a delay in my party's services...this lead to me having to leave my bridal party early to make my makeup appointment. Also, the blow-dry & style service is a bit misleading, since the style only refers to use of a hairdryer and not a curling iron.

My maid of honor and I had manicures and pedicures done here. We had a long wait in the lobby. My manicurist did not seem interested in talking at all and seemed like she wanted to go home as soon as possible. My nails turned out fine but it was not a relaxing atmosphere.

I went here for a makeup trial about a month before my wedding and decided not to book my makeup here for my wedding day because it didn't meet my expectations. Neroli/Aveda's "look" when it comes to makeup is very subtle. Because they only carry the Aveda brand they don't have the depth of products that other salons would (i.e. don't even make a waterproof mascara) so you are limited to their line of products which consists of very light, neutral and subtle colors etc. There was no "wow" factor and my friends could barely tell I'd had my makeup done at all. For $50 it was nothing I couldn't do myself. The women who did my makeup was nice but didn't seem to understand the significance of makeup on a wedding day and how it needs to be a bit more dramatic to show up in pictures. She also didn't offer to try other shades of lipstick or eyeshadow when I expressed my disappointment. Overall it was a big waste of money. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for a wedding.
