  Wonderful Service!

  My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at The Jewelry Exchange in Sudbury. He purchased my beautiful engagement ring at their store and commented on how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was during the buying process. When we came to get the ring fitted, I experienced this same professionalism and guidance. Jessica helped me size my ring and she also recommended some great options for wedding bands. We anticipated a two-week wait time for my fitted ring and were pleasantly surprised when it was ready less than a week later. Thank you to the entire team in Sudbury for their help and prompt service!

  After getting engaged and receiving the most beautiful engagement ring from my fiance we returned to The Jewelry Exchange to look at wedding bands. They had all the modern styles we were after and had a fantastic sale going on. We were able to get stunning matching bands for under $1500. My husband picked out a very nice 14k white gold ring and my band had small diamonds to match my engagement ring. They did all the fitting for free and everything went smooth. I highly recommend The Jewelry Exchange for any guys looking for beautiful engagement rings or couples looking for classic wedding bands and reasonable prices.

  We got my engagement ring here. I did not want my future fiance to spend a large chunk of his savings on one ring so I went with him. It was very nice as we were able to "build" our ring and basically choose our own price. They were a little pushy but in a good way because they ended up lowering the price for us even more so we would make a purchase

  My husband chose my 3 diamonds loose and the men and women who helped him create my ring from start to finish were very helpful. They helped him balance quality and cost and created a beautiful three stone diamond engagement ring. The ring was wonderful quality and far less expensive than less perfect diamond he had been looking at elsewhere.

  We were able to find just what we wanted, at a good value. The service was a little rushed, and we were glad that we knew exactly what we wanted.

  My future husband and I went on a Saturday, our first mistake. The weekends get so busy you take a number like the deli. Our turn came, we took some time to pick out the setting for my engagement ring, it's a big decision and their inability to take out more than 1 ring at a time slows it down. When it came time to select the loose diamond for the center, we didn't like the first one, the sales guy picked a different one that wasn't much better. Trusting that this was a decent stone we ordered the ring. When it was done, it was clearly not good enough quality and looked almost opaque next to the stones in the setting.
  In hindsight, our sales guy must have been sick of dealing with us for so long and just wanted it wrapped up. He never offered an explanation as to why the center diamond was "cloudy" as I was calling it, or offer to look at the stone thru a loop. In fact he stepped away and held it up at a distance saying how great it looked in different light. He was just trying to get us sold & out of there. I hope he doesn't still work there!
  
  We returned a few weeks later to exchange the center stone and the manager was very kind, very informative when explaining the differences in the stones, and he was able to locate something in our price range that was a much better fit. I wish our first visit here was as good as the time I had to return. My return visit I felt like a valued customer, confident in my decision and walked away happy in the end. I get compliments on my unique engagement ring all the time!!

  Got my E-ring and both of our wedding rings here, can't beat the price but I suggest you do not go on a weekend as the place is small and get packed and very hot quickly

  This place is a lot smaller than it looks on the commercial, but they did have a nice selection of loose diamonds and bands to choose from. The salespeople were helpful and eventually helped us find exactly what we were looking for (wedding bands only). I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good deal, however not so much if you are looking for high end jewelry.

  We got engagement and wedding rings here and could not be happier. They had the right stuff for the right price and everything is certified. I would recommend not going on a weekend if possible, as they are quite busy then. Next time I need something sparkly, I will be going back

  The Jewelry Exchange had friendly salespeople who were easy to get along with and seemed to have a good understanding of the product line. This is a "discount" jeweler so you don't get the same personal attention as a full-service jeweler, however, we were after good value, and that's what we got. We were happy with our purchases, although had to wait a couple weeks for a custom sizing on a piece.
  
  One item we purchased was my wife's platinum wedding band. It has a few small diamonds in it, and about two years later, one of these diamonds did pop out of the setting. We had a repaired at a different vendor.

  Not bad. They do not have as good of prices as they advertise, but I still think I got an OK deal.

  Buyer beware scam alert!!!;;;

  Fire beware the store is a scam when I went in there and told them I only had approximately $3,000 to spend on a diamond they treated me like a leper. I finally ended up with a diamond for $3500 which team was apparently fake $7,000 appraisal long story short I brought it to three other Jewelers who said that the diamond was totally worthless not even worth $100 the diamond was about to crack in half please under no circumstances go to the store you will be sorry you did I've heard from numerous other people who have also been scammed please save yourself be aggravation and embarrassment that they will cause you and your wife to be SCAM ALERT
