Nathan was awesome to work with from the very start. We used Live Picture Studios to find him and we ended up selecting him as our first shooter based off of his beautiful talent. He was very professional and personal, and we both felt comfortable talking to him about different shots, etc. throughout the weekend. We are absolutely thrilled with the incredible work Nathan Supan Photography and Video did for our wedding on 11/1/2024 in Princeton, NJ. From the moment we first connected, Nathan was professional, organized, and deeply committed to capturing every special moment of our big day. Leading up to the wedding, he arranged a phone call to go over all the logistics, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. His thoughtful planning gave us so much confidence.
On the day itself, Nathan’s direction was seamless, guiding us from our beautiful ceremony to stunning photo sessions on Princeton’s campus (those photos are breathtaking!) and finally to the reception at the Chateau Grande. At the reception, Nathan's keen eye captured so many memorable moments, including the heartfelt toasts and my mom dancing her heart out to "Dancing Queen." Every shot tells a story, and we’re beyond grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully.

Perfect pictures on our Perfect day!!!
My wife picked Nathan after looking at his work and how elegant and beautiful his pictures were. Nathan was great from the beginning as we live in Michigan and had our wedding in New Jersey. We flew down in the summer to meet with him and he picked a great park to do photos with us after our church pictures. On our wedding day in September he was on-time, very professional, calm, patient and took so many amazing pictures. He knew the poses, lighting and all the angles to make our pictures perfect. His knowledge of his craft is off the charts. He gives 110% to make your memories of your day perfect. We could not be more happy with our pictures and how at ease he made us feel on our Wedding day. Nathan was the photographer for my sister’s wedding and I knew I had to book him for mine! I love his kind, calming, and funny personality! His style is the classic, timeless, clear photos and he delivered! He let me run the show, but also sticked to our well thought out list of photos that we discussed prior. He was able to get in a photo session before the ceremony, but without a first look! He let me do inside and outside photos even when it was raining. He wasn’t rushing me nor pushing me for more photos! I was able to not miss the cocktail hour and he did not pressure me for night photos. Nathan and the second photographer Ana from live picture studios were the best and so talented!

We chose Nathan as our main shooter because we just loved his classic, elegant style. My friend had used Nathan for her 2019 wedding and her photos were beautiful. Needless to say, we made the right decision. Our wedding photos are breathtaking and I could not ask for anything better! Nathan is professional, easy going, kind, and has a wonderful eye for imagery. The poses, angles, etc are amazing. I was afraid I would look awkward, or pose funny and he just makes you feel comfortable and pretend like he isn't there, but the photos are natural, elegant, classy. He also captured all the photo combos and and then some with my family and bridal party. Do not hesitate with reaching out to Nathan. Your photos will be beautiful!

Nathan photographed our wedding and did a fantastic job! It ended up pouring on our wedding day, and he was able to organize and pose everyone in a way that still kept the light bright! Nathan did such a fantastic job capturing our wedding at Bear Brook Valley. He got such a great selection of photos and met our vision perfectly. We wanted to focus on being organic and not too staged. We were lucky to have some snow on the ground which made the lighting so beautiful and it was all captured wonderfully. Nathan is INCREDIBLE at what he does! I am SO nervous in front of the camera and he encouraged my nervous giggles and captured the most authentic photos of me and my husband on our wedding day but also at our engagement photoshoot! Nathan (and Live Picture Studios as a whole) were fantastic throughout our whole wedding experience. We got way more photos than we had originally thought, and you can tell that Nathan and his crew knew exactly what they were doing. As soon as they came to our locations, they went right to business. The photos look amazing too! We asked for a light, airy type of feel, and Nathan definitely delivered. We also got a big variety of them which was also very nice! Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Working with Nathan was a true dream come true. My husband and I are awkward and needed tons of help posing for our wedding photos. Nathan brought out the best in us and captured pure magic. Professional, calming & extremely talented
I knew I wanted Nathan as our wedding photographer when I saw his work for my cousin’s wedding. Through 3 postponements, he was flexible and professional. I wanted specific pictures and poses that he accommodated but then of course trusted his professional opinion/experience and craft for the day of. He found all of the right lighting, angles and spots/poses that I wouldn’t even think of. I loved that he would show me the shot on his camera right after he took it and couldn’t believe the picture he captured. He is very calming and creative - all really important things for your wedding day. If anyone is looking for a photographer, I can not recommend Nathan enough!

When my husband and I were looking for a wedding photographer, we looked at a few different photographers portfolios. As soon as we stumbled upon Nathan’s portfolio, we knew right away he was the one we wanted to go with. His work is breathtaking, beautiful, and was exactly the style of photos we were looking for. Nathan was amazing to work with! From his creative eye, to his professionalism, to his fun personality, he made our day even more spectacular. The photography was our top priority because we wanted to have photos from our wedding day that really captured our love for each other and for our family and friends. The Dream Wedding Photographer
Nathan took picture perfect photos of our wedding. He was like a fly on the way and discretely captured candid moments. Nathan Planned with us and was very responsive to emails and even Skype which I was appreciative of since I planned my wedding abroad and we were able to make a schedule of my wedding day and all the moments we wanted photographed in advance. He took beautiful photos and was flexible and able to change plans at the last minute due to 100 degree temperatures. I definitely recommend Nathan and his colleague as wedding photographers!

Nathan was our photographer for the engagement and wedding day and he is fantastic to work with. Both times, some of the locations did not work out as expected (room was small, places were closed for renovation) but he made it work with his creativity. Nathan is friendly and able to direct us well so we feel comfortable in front of the camera. The day of the wedding, he blended in seamlessly and captured beautiful shots. Quite a few guests commented on how professional the photography team was :)

Nathan was so wonderful to work with! For both the engagement session and wedding day, he was very thorough and always made sure to get in the best possible shots. He had such an extraordinary eye for artsy poses and backgrounds that went together so beautifully and naturally. I gave him a Pinterest board of ideas to give him an idea of the shots I wanted and he made sure to capture every single one mixed in with his own original and wonderful ideas. He also seemed to be everywhere yet nowhere—he took photos from so many angles and viewpoints, yet he was never intrusive. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Nathan. He captured the most perfect memories of my favorite day ever, and I strongly encourage you to give him the same opportunity for your fairytale!

We’re so fortunate to have found Nathan as our photographer! We booked our engagement shoot with him first so we could get some practice in for posing for photos. You Can't Go Wrong with Nathan for Your Wedding Photo Needs!
We hired Nathan to be our lead photographer through LPS (Live Picture Studios) for our wedding in early April of this year. From the start, Nathan was very professional and accommodating to our needs and requests. When we first met him in person for our engagement shoot, Nathan took the time to get to know us and went over his ideas and our ideas before getting to business. We had a few ideas of our own, but were mostly clueless when it came to ideal backgrounds or positions we wanted to take. Nathan took care of that with his creativeness and style. He made us feel comfortable through the entire experience. In addition, Nathan was extremely easy to get along with and was very friendly throughout, striking casual conversation between shooting spots. You feel like he gets to know you in a way, remembering minor conversation details nearly a year later when he shot our wedding.
On the day of the wedding, Nathan was on time, prompt, gave good directions and instructions, and made taking the many different shots we wanted and needed as painless as possible. He was like a ninja during the wedding, never getting in the way and making himself sparse while taking the most amazing shots. The photos we received after the wedding were incredible and we felt truly captured the essence of our wedding day, and even gave us glimpses of what we missed with everything going on. We would highly recommend Nathan to any friend or family member for their own weddings. You will truly get your money's worth and won't regret your decision if you hire him. The moment my husband and I met Nathan, we knew we made the right decision. He did our engagement shoot and was the lead photographer on our wedding day. A professional!
Nathan and his team was excellent. When it comes to planning the day and executing the event, a lot of the details can become so overwhelming that you might lose the moment. They were accommodating, professional, and never let the “creative process” get in the way of the most important day of our lives. The video they created for us was thoughtful and beautiful, and we still watch it 2 years later. They were always very responsive and even proactively considered things we weren’t even thinking about. I’d recommend him to all of our friends.

Nathan will be the best decision you will make!
When my fiance and I were first starting out on our search for our wedding photographer, we were so overwhelmed. We looked at MANY websites and samples of photos but it wasn't until we saw Nathan's work that we realized that he would be the PERFECT for our engagement pictures and Wedding day! Ever since day one, Nathan has been so responsive with our communication, always answering our questions and bringing up great points/tips for planning the perfect day! For our engagement pictures, we were in awe of his ability to capture the most perfect shots in ways we would have never expected! For our wedding, my husband and I felt like the day was a whirlwind of happiness and so much joy. By the next day we got our first preview of some of Nathan's AMAZING work, and we fell back in love all over again for our wedding day! Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work with! He took stunning pictures of us all done by his photography skills and we used the perfect unedited prints for our sign in book at the wedding! Then to top it off his skills really shined through on my wedding day! We were running behind with hair and make up. Nathan was able to capture all of the bridal party and family shots in 30 minutes. I could not believe how amazing these pictures turned out. Only a skilled photographer such as Nathan would be able to produce high quality work in such little time! We worked with Nathan for our wedding in May 2016 at the Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury. Nathan is as much fun to work with as he professional and creative. I was in search of a photographer last minute for my husband's class' formal graduation and I am so glad I found Nathan. I must have spoken to about 10 other vendors (all a week before the event) and Nathan was the only one who got back to me so quickly. With only a week left of planning, looking for a photographer last minute was of course very stressful. With 5 stars being best, I give Nathan Supan video and photography services 10. I called on Nathan to provide services for my 50th Birthday Celebration and he did an amazing job. Words can only express in detail how good services provided were, but seeing is believing. A highlight video of the event is on Youtube, under the name Art Kornegay. I went through 15 videographers and photographers, but none of them stood out like Nathan. I was not only impressed by services provided and prices. Nathan and his crew was very nice and very professional. From the very first meeting to delivering the final product, Nathan's one interest was making sure that I was satisfied. He is definitely the go to person if you want your event photographed and videotaped.

Nathan was amazing to work with! I had a large wedding and bridal party and I was very impressed with his ability to capture all the moments he did by himself! My main request was to get as many candids as possible and he really delivered! He captured tons of pics of my guests dancing, laughing, hugging, etc. And he had lots of fun ideas for the formal shots as well. My photos were available for viewing within 2 weeks of my wedding and he took the time to perfectly enhance each picture the way I wanted with a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an easy going and artistic photographer.

We were lucky enough to have Nathan photograph both our engagement pictures and out wedding. His style is unique and beautiful. We absolutely love all of our photos and are having trouble deciding what one to enlarge for our home. He has some great ideas that truly turn out beautiful if you give him free range to his unique style. We couldn't say enough great things about Nathan and his talent for photography.

You can't imagine the nervousness of an event as huge as your wedding day. Nathan Supan made that day the most special day of our family's life. Had Nathan for our wedding Photographer, and have not regretted that choice for a moment. He was in constant contact with us leading up to the big day, and was always easily reached with questions or concerns. He arrived early to get an idea for the venue and to take establishing shots of my bride getting ready; he was respectful and virtually invisible.
For having only one person photographing our wedding, he did the work of three people; running around and taking pictures for multiple angels within seconds. He has a great eye for precious moments, and beautiful composition.
He was respectful of our wishes, and took every shoot we asked or suggested; sometimes even retaking them because he knew how to make the photos better and come out more to our liking. He also wasn't afraid to use his surroundings to ad-lib some photos. One such photo is blown up and framed above our living room couch.
I would recommend him in a moment. His eye for great shots, his personal nature, and his professional approach make him an asset worth having at your event!

We will never forget the wonderful celebration of our wedding, and the beautiful photographs that Nathan took will forever capture the incredible time we had that day. He was able to balance taking posed shots as well as take skilled "in the moment" pictures. He was attentive but never felt obtrusive. The photos he took were amazing. He is adept at using the light and angles to create the best shot. I also appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the day, asking to take certain shots during the day to make sure important moments were captured. Your vision and his art are a recipe for photos you will love
When I asked to see a bunch of LPS photographers' portfolios, I immediately fell in love with Nathan's work and was so happy to find that he was available. The shot itself, the angle, the color..I loved it all and was so excited to have similar shots of my special day. During our meetings, he asked all the right questions and was very detail-oriented about our day so he knew what he was walking into. On our actual wedding day, he was very patient- even willing to do some poses my camera-loving husband was throwing out there and was just down to having fun with us the whole time.
Having gotten all the photos back, I just have 2 things that I wish was done differently. 1) I wish we were able to capture more from our pre-wedding night. We both had an outfit change during the middle of the event which didn't get photographed much unfortunately. We did a whole photoshoot at the very beginning of the event in our first outfit but our second outfit which was supposed to be the show-stopper, didn't get as much coverage. 2) I wish some of the shots had better angles and were more symmetrical. Some shots to me weren't framed in the center as well as they could have. For example: the photo frame or whatever object was in the background wasn't centered, we weren't in the direct middle of some group photos, and I didn't see a good straight-on shot of some things like our welcome signs or the reception stage. Nonetheless we still had over 200 perfect images that I will cherish forever.
Overall, I really enjoyed working with Nathan. His professionalism was top-notch and the quality of his work matches. My two cons are something that could easily be communicated and sorted out in the meetings prior to your event so I would definitely still recommend him for your special day, just make sure you explain your vision well and you will be pleased.

Amazing Wedding Photos
Nathan and his team (we had two photographers in total) did an excellent job with both our engagement shoot and the day of our wedding. The photos have an amazing artistic vibe to them that both myself and my wife loved.
We also got a highlight video done by his team and it was very good too. The music choices for that highlight video were limited - but Nathan worked with us to adjust some of the scenes to include more of our family after the fact.
I highly recommend him.

Nathan was awesome to work with from the very beginning. My husband and I were looking for someone who could give us the storybook/photo journalistic feel while still being reasonably priced. Nathan worked around our budget and created a custom package that met all of our needs. On the day of the wedding Nathan arrived on time along with an assistant photographer which meant that both photographers could shoot pictures of me and my husband at the same time, while preparing before the ceremony.
Nathan was always very courteous and unobtrusive . There were times when we forgot he was there. My only critique was that I wish we would have decided to take only candid shots which would have allowed us more time with our guests during the reception.
The pictures came a few weeks after the wedding and they were beautiful. There were a few pictures that I didn't think we're too flattering (I.e. eyes closed, awkward faces, etc) but the vast majority (almost 1000 pics) were just stunning. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a classy, friendly, professional, and quality photographer who is flexible, creative and caters to the needs of their client. You won't be disappointed.
