Natalie is AMAZING! My husband and I were having a hard time willing to make the trek into Yosemite in December, when a friend of mine recommended Natalie. I looked at her website and was immediately hooked. Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous and I could not have been happier. We got so many compliments on our centerpieces because the flowers were the first thing people noticed when walking into the reception! Even dried out, my bouquet still looks amazing! -

Natalie is incredible! I was struggling to find a florist and my planner pointed me to Natalie. From our phone conversations and pinterest inspiration boards Natalie made the most incredible bouquets, boutonnieres and arrangements for my wedding. My bouquet was absolute perfection and Natalie was sure to hunt down a flower that wasn't exactly in season for me. We only met briefly on the morning of my wedding but our communication before the event was seamless. I would absolutely recommend Natalie! -

Natalie is an amazing do all be all to and for everyone! She is always,warm, friendly and enthusiastic! She is brimming with a positive attitude and a wonderful calm to carry the entire bridal party through all the roller coaster ride of a weddings. She is so poised so generous and her floral arrangements are stunning! The bridal bouquet, the corsages, the floral decor, everything she touched bloomed with a peaceful positive brilliance! Natalie is a gem, and can create astounding results with very difficult settings! I can only imagine what she can create in a normal, civilized setting!! Thank you Natalie!! You made it work! -

Natalie's floral design for our wedding at Evergreen Lodge in Yosemite was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! Our plan was simple: get married in a gorgeous, natural setting and keep decor super simple. Against stark white tablecloths, Natalie's flowers brought to life an energy and happiness that still make me smile. Each arrangement was carefully selected and thought through. It was apparent how dedicated and talented Natalie is at what she does. I absolutely loved my bouquet and everything else was perfect. If you're getting married anywhere NEAR Natalie, I highly recommend her. She is a dream to work with, not only with stunning flowers, but also timely emails that are very helpful during planning. I emailed her a mock-up/moodboard of colors & flowers that I liked and she did the rest! Thank you, Natalie! -

Natalie was amazing! She brought my complete vision to life and I was blown away by every single floral arrangement, centerpiece, and bouquet the she created. My bridal bouquet was INSANELY gorgeous, so much so that I am having it preserved so it will last forever. All of our interactions whether it be in person, text, or email, always made me feel like I didn't have anything to worry about. So so so impressed with Natalie and all her work and I would absolutely use her services again. -

Natalie was amazing! In addition to providing our flower arrangements at a great price, she advised us on all elements of our wedding decor, giving our venue a cohesive look. She knows what she is doing and provides great feedback, and served as a valuable resource throughout the whole planning process. I wish I could give an even higher rating because she made my wedding so amazing- all from Yosemite! and I live in Orange County! It was no easy feat but she did it in less than 2 weeks and basically took the original quote we had- which was over budget and we were forced to skimp on what we really wanted- and did all that we wanted PLUS UNDER budget. actually worked with the low range of what we said our budget was- she is awesome, flowers were beautiful. I can't think her and her amazing local associate, Katie, who basically made the long distance florist relationship possible- AND with just under 2 weeks to go! Wish I had spoken to her a long time ago I would've saved myself a lot of stress just knowing she was on my team! I can honestly say Natalie saved my sanity in one simple phone call/email- love her!! -

Natalie is absolutely amazing to work with! She is extremely creative and a talented designer. She took the few ideas I had and turned them into my dream wedding! The one thing I did not worry about during the entire planning process was my flowers. I knew whatever Natalie did would be amazing and I was right!!! I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of flowers, design and presentation. We received so many compliments on the work she did. I would highly recommend using Natalie for your wedding. My husband and I just got married this past Saturday, September 24, 2011, and Natalie Galasso was our florist and wedding day coordinator. Our ceremony was held at the Yosemite Valley Chapel and our reception was at the Ahwahnee Hotel. I can honestly say that it was our dream wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect and that's a lot coming from a perfectionist + very detail oriented couple! Natalie did a fantastic job orchestrating the entire event. Everything that she laid her hands on turned out beautiful, exceptional, and phenomenal - our flowers, cake pop display, gift/sign-in table, trail mix bar, shawl display, cake...everything! We met with her in person a few times, and we communicated extensively through email. Her business is a one-stop shop for those planning from afar - she helped coordinate our party rentals (linens, chairs, chargers), and we were able to rent vessels from her for our trail mix bar. She really connected with my husband and I and she really captured our vision for our perfect wedding. We can honestly say that Natalie is the best in the business and is a total client advocate. We can't thank her enough or say enough good things about her. -

Natalie was amazing to work with! She is extremely creative, a talented designer and best of all takes your ideas and makes them better! She turned my vision of simple white flowers into amazing works of art --- we got so many compliments on our flowers, tablecloths, chairs, etc. I would highly recommend using Natalie for your wedding --- perhaps her most important skill is her ability to stay relaxed and flexible no matter how many changes a bride may throw her way. I got married in Yosemite National Park, and was terrified that given its remote location I'd have a hard time finding quality and professional vendors. Thankfully, my fears were for naught. I found Natalie after seeing her work in the photographs of my photographer.
Natalie was always responsive, had good insight, and offered honest opinions and options within my budget. By the time my wedding actually rolled around, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I was right. The flowers were delivered on time to take pictures before the ceremony, and Natalie's mother even showed up following the ceremony to do some bouquet fixing (I'd been carrying the flowers for over six hours at this point). I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the flowers, their presentation or design. And best of all, she took care of getting everything to me and taking down and collecting the rented items without me having to think about it at all. And that made for a very happy, not to mention beautiful wedding! -

I recently got married in Yosemite National Park in June. However, I live in Denver, CO so it was somewhat difficult to plan a wedding living that far away! I also knew that my flowers for the wedding party would have to look BEAUTIFUL as the wedding ceremony was right under Yosemite Falls. Luckily I found Natalie and Simply That Flowers from their website online! Basically I would send her pictures of ideas of flowers I loved over email and then we would discuss it over a phone conversation......she was always very available. Natalie has such a great talent for putting together amazing floral arrangements that thru emailing and phone conversations three states away she was able to capture my vision PERFECTLY!! I was blown away by the flowers and am still getting tons of compliments on them! You can check out pictures of my flowers on their website blog. Mine are the bright pink and light pink peonies.....sooooooo pretty. Besides her hard work and incredible insight, Natalie is professional and very sweet :) I was sad I couldn't meet her in person once we got to Yosemite......in fact the reason for that is, she personally delivered the flowers to our hotel the night before the wedding to make everything easier on me!
Last but not least the price was very reasonable. I shopped around an lot in order to find a good price for the quality of service and Simply That Flowers was easily my best option. Worth EVERY penny.
So all in all my experience with Natalie and Simply That was nothing but exceptional and very enjoyable. I am so glad I get the opportunity to recommend them! -

I love Natalie!!! I went into her store when I first got engaged and had my mind made up of what I wanted (or so I thought!). My mom and I met with her many times, and I eventually changed my "vision." While most florist might get discouraged by this, Natalie was so patient with me and loved my new vision even more too! We had so much fun meeting and coming up with the center pieces. When I went into the shop to see my "mock-ups" of the centerpieces, I was floored....Natalie must have stepped into my head...she knew exactly the look I wanted. I LOVED the centerpieces....they were perfect! Natalie was so fun to work with and you genuily feel her love for what she does, and it comes through in all of her creations. I could not have been more pleased with how my flowers turned out for my wedding...thank you Natalie! -

Natalie did a fantastic job on cake flowers, hair flowers, bouquet, boutennieres and coursages for my wedding. I love succulents and she did that theme with giving it a polished look. I didn't want the "country" theme that is very much in vogue right now that everyone uses succulents for and she took the vague ideas I had and conceptualized them into a great look. I just had the Ahwahanee do their basic plain cake and she arranged flowers on it making it look like a million dollar cake! She even brought several different flowers for my hair to choose from. I was concerned when having my wedding in Yosemite and only going by the vendors websites since I live down in Los Angeles. Most of the florists looked very ordinary and Natalie is the one that is creative and gives you that unique, polished, modern look that you are going for. I didn't want it to look like I went to FTD to have it done! -

Simply That...Flowers did an excellent job on our wedding flowers. We were so happy with the end results. They worked with us to change the arrangements to better fit our budget, though we never got a real description of teh final flowers before the wedding (I'd expected to see anemones and ranuculus but those didn't make the final cut with our budget changes). Overall, though, they flowers were gorgeous and we were very happy with the final result. -

Natalie worked with us for hours, on several occasions, trying to get an idea of exactly how we wanted our special day. We didn't know much about flowers, so she patiently explained everything we needed to know. Sometimes we just said, "We trust you, do whatever you think looks good." Everything turned out exceptionally well. -

Perfect flowers, professional service
Natalie was a wonderful vendor to work with.
She was incredibly professional, quick to respond, and created beautiful and absolutely perfect designs.
She listened to my initial, fairly vague vision ("wildflowers" and "freshly picked" and "whimsical"). Her initial floral proposal was clear, fair, and listed the flowers she would use. I could tell from reading it that she had really listened to what I wanted and had a some great ideas. She was communicative and clear throughout the entire process, and helpful with thinking about design in general for the venue. The end result on the wedding day was absolutely perfect. I was so impressed by the beautiful arrangements, by how well she understands Yosemite and the venue location, and how well she was able to execute this amazing floral design. I highly recommend working with her for a professional experience with absolutely stunning results. -

Natalie did a fantastic job for our wedding. We had a very particular rustic style we were going for - we got married outside in a meadow - and she was able to match the style of the wedding and the setting perfectly. Our guests were raving about the flowers and we absolutely loved them. Natalie's easy to work with and very talented - highly recommended! -

My flowers were absolutely gorgeous for my wedding... Much better than I ever dreamed of. I highly recommend hiring Natalie. She's very nice, very professional, and has mad skills with her floral arrangements and decor. My only negative feedback would be that my flowers lining the aisle at the ceremony were not set-up before my guests were seated. Not sure what went wrong with the timing on that one but it was such a minor slip up that ultimately it didn't matter. Aside from that, she is well worth the money and you are guaranteed to get beautiful flowers and decor for your event. -

We were referred to Natalie by Vista Ranch and Cellars. She was very professional and friendly upon our first meeting and very flexible about our budget. She nailed the color scheme and had some lovely vessels. The main, family style table for the wedding was stunning, as were the pieces for the cocktail tables. The ceremony pieces were simple and lovely. However, there were a couple bouquets in the reception area that looked quite rushed and a bit wilted. My biggest complaint and something I feel is very important to a wedding planner (myself) was her severe lack of communication. Getting hold of her was like pulling teeth! I could tell she was annoyed when I needed a second meeting to go over details and make a few changes. On the day of the wedding, she seemed unfriendly and barely spoke 2 words to me. Frankly, it was weird. Lastly, the person she used to put up our chiffon draping did not do it correctly the first time and when I told that person they needed to be hung differently, she told me Natalie had given her the wrong information. This same woman was very polite and professional and fixed the draping immediately. There is a discrepancy here as Natalie says it was her source who misunderstood. I have to say, because I had the same difficulties with the venue, but even worse, I believe it may be a problem with the attitude of vendors in Merced, in general. Too laid back, lack of "customer first" attitude and no urgency to return calls or emails. I've been a business owner and was raised my a very successful retail father. I know what consistent, professional, detailed and follow through practices are and write reviews to not only inform future customers but, hopefully help the business become more successful. That is how we grow. Mediocre was never used to describe the Fortune 500! -

I saw the gorgeous pictures of the website and thought i hit the jackpot. i spoke to her on the phone and she was very helpful and trustworthy. my destination wedding rolled around and felt great but wish she would have taken more control of the situation and gave more direction. with all the pictures she took of my husband i didn't even see one with his mother. ever since that day i have had the hardest time getting in touch with her. i finally tracked her down and she sent me a disc with the pictures of the ceremony but does not have the other pictures beyond that. i have had the run around about those and can't ever seem to get an update on them. i have no wedding album i don't have any framed portraits promised to me and why can't the pictures i do have look like the ones i saw on the website. it made me wonder if she really took the pictures on there or if someone else did. the pictures i do have have weird angles the focus is in the wrong place. im very devastated. it was such a beautiful day for my husband and i and we just wanted that day to be captured and kept. i do not recommend natalie for photography services. it was more like she had a nice camera and thought one day hey why don't i start taking wedding pictures. very amateur and unprofessional. -
